Description

異常診断装置および異常診断方法
 本開示は、モータまたは駆動機械の異常を診断する異常診断装置および異常診断方法に関する。
 工場などの生産現場では、モータを動力源とする駆動機械が故障すると歩留まり率が低下する。生産現場では、この歩留まり率の低下を防ぐために、定期的に駆動機械のメンテナンスが行われ、特定期間が経過した部品が交換されるTBM(Time Based Maintenance、時間基準保全)と呼ばれる保全方法が用いられてきた。最近では、TBMに代わり駆動機械から収集したデータ(駆動機器の内部データ、または加速度センサなどの外部センサデータ)に基づいて、部品を交換するか否かが決定されるCBM(Condition Based Maintenance、状態基準保全)と呼ばれる保全方法に切り替わりつつある。CBMとしては、例えば、収集データに、統計処理、機械学習、またはAI(Artificial Intelligence、人工知能)の計算処理を行うことで駆動機械が正常であるか異常であるかが判断される方法が知られている。
 特許文献1に記載のモータ制御システムは、データ異常判定閾値と、モータ駆動時における時系列検出データに基づいて算出したマハラノビス距離と、の比較に基づいてデータ異常を判定している。

 しかしながら、上記特許文献1の技術では、収集したデータの取捨選択をせずにデータを解析しているので、異常と関連性の低い冗長なデータを含んだ膨大なデータを解析することとなり、異常診断の精度が低下してしまうという問題があった。
 本開示は、上記に鑑みてなされたものであって、高精度な異常診断を行うことができる異常診断装置を得ることを目的とする。
 上述した課題を解決し、目的を達成するために、本開示の異常診断装置は、モータまたはモータによって駆動される駆動機械の動作を規定する指令値を生成する指令生成部と、指令値にモータまたは駆動機械の動作が追従するように、制御ゲインに基づいてモータをフィードバック制御する駆動制御部とを備える。また、本開示の異常診断装置は、制御ゲインから決まる制御帯域と、駆動機械から決まる閾値との比較結果に基づいて、モータまたは駆動機械の状態を示す時系列データの中から選択して選択時系列データを切り替えるデータ切替部と、選択時系列データに基づいて、モータまたは駆動機械の異常状態を判定する異常判定部とを備える。
 本開示にかかる異常診断装置は、高精度な異常診断を行うことができるという効果を奏する。

 以下に、本開示の実施の形態にかかる異常診断装置および異常診断方法を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
実施の形態1.
 図1は、実施の形態1にかかる異常診断装置の構成例を示す図である。異常診断装置1Aは、モータ2または駆動機械3の異常を診断する装置である。駆動機械3は、モータ2に接続されており、モータ2を駆動源(動力源)として動作する。モータ2および駆動機械3は、状態観測部4に接続されている。異常診断装置1Aは、状態観測部4およびモータ2に接続されている。
 異常診断装置1Aは、指令生成部11と、駆動制御部12Aと、データ切替部13と、異常判定部14とを備えている。
 指令生成部11は、モータ2および駆動機械3に所望の駆動動作を行わせるための指令値(動作を規定する指令値)を生成し、生成した指令値を駆動制御部12Aに出力する。駆動制御部12Aは、指令生成部11から入力される指令値にモータ2または駆動機械3の動作が追従するように、予め設定された制御ゲイン(後述する位置制御ゲイン、速度制御ゲインなど)D1に基づいて、モータ2に駆動電流を供給する。駆動制御部12Aは、状態観測部4から取得したデータと、指令生成部11から入力される指令値とに基づいて、モータ2をフィードバック制御する。また、駆動制御部12Aは、制御ゲインD1を、データ切替部13に出力する。
 実施の形態1においては、指令生成部11が位置指令(後述する位置指令P1)の指令値を生成し、駆動制御部12Aが位置指令P1に実位置(後述する実位置P11)を追従させる場合を例に挙げて説明を行うが、指令値は位置指令P1に限らない。すなわち、指令生成部11が、速度指令の指令値を生成して、駆動制御部12Aが速度指令に実速度を追従させるなどの処理が実行されてもよい。位置指令P1は、モータ2の位置(回転位置、移動位置など)の指令、または駆動機械3の駆動位置の指令である。速度指令は、モータ2の速度(回転速度、移動速度など)の指令、または駆動機械3の駆動速度の指令である。
 以下では、位置指令P1がモータ2への位置の指令である場合について主に説明するが、位置指令P1は駆動機械3への位置の指令であってもよい。また、実位置P11がモータ2の位置である場合について主に説明するが、実位置P11は駆動機械3の位置であってもよい。また、速度指令がモータ2への速度の指令である場合について主に説明するが、速度指令は駆動機械3への速度の指令であってもよい。また、実速度がモータ2の速度である場合について主に説明するが、実速度は駆動機械3の速度であってもよい。
 モータ2は、駆動電流に従って動作する。モータ2は、駆動トルクを駆動機械3に伝達し、駆動機械3を動作させる。なお、モータ2は回転型モータであってもよいし、並進動作を行うリニアモータであってもよい。
 駆動機械3には少なくとも1つのモータ2が接続されている。駆動機械3は、例えば、XY平面内を移動するXYテーブル、ボールねじ、ギヤ、ベルトなどの機械部品、またはこれらを組み合わせた部品群を含んで構成されている。
 状態観測部4は、モータ2および駆動機械3の少なくとも一方の状態を観測し、観測結果を時系列データD2として取得する。実施の形態1においては、状態観測部4は、モータ2の位置データを収集し、位置データの時系列データD2を駆動制御部12Aに出力する。具体的な状態観測部4の例は、サーボモータに取り付けられたエンコーダである。状態観測部4は、エンコーダに限られるものではない。例えば、駆動機械3の変位を検出できるリニアスケールが使用されている場合は、リニアスケールも状態観測部4に該当する。
 なお、状態観測部4は、収集した時系列データD2を駆動制御部12Aに出力せず、データ切替部13に出力してもよい。また、状態観測部4は、一部の時系列データD2を駆動制御部12Aに出力し、残りの時系列データD2をデータ切替部13に出力してもよい。この場合において、状態観測部4は、駆動制御部12Aに出力する時系列データD2を含んだ時系列データD2をデータ切替部13に出力してもよいし、データ切替部13に出力する時系列データD2を含んだ時系列データD2を駆動制御部12Aに出力してもよい。すなわち、状態観測部4は、収集した時系列データD2の一部または全部を、駆動制御部12Aおよびデータ切替部13に出力してもよい。
 データ切替部13は、状態観測部4または駆動制御部12Aから出力される時系列データD2を受け付ける。図1では、データ切替部13が、駆動制御部12Aから時系列データD2を受け付ける場合を示している。
 データ切替部13が、状態観測部4または駆動制御部12Aから受け付ける時系列データD2は、状態観測部4が取得した時系列データD2、または状態観測部4が取得した時系列データD2に対して演算処理(加工処理)が行なわれた加工時系列データである。すなわち、実施の形態1では、時系列データD2に加工時系列データが含まれていてもよい。時系列データD2に対する演算処理は、状態観測部4または駆動制御部12Aによって実行される。
 なお、時系列データD2は、状態観測部4が取得するデータに限らず、駆動制御部12Aが生成するデータ、または指令生成部11が生成するデータであってもよい。時系列データD2は、状態観測部4が取得するデータ(第1のデータ)、駆動制御部12Aが生成するデータ(第2のデータ)、およびは指令生成部11が生成するデータ(第3のデータ)の少なくとも1つを含んでいる。
 加工時系列データは、時系列データD2に四則演算、微分演算、積分演算、フィルタ処理、または、これらの組み合わせの処理を行うことで得られる時系列データである。例えば、位置偏差、モータ2または駆動機械3の外乱トルクの推定値である外乱トルク推定値などが加工時系列データに該当する。位置偏差は、実位置P11に対応する位置指令P1と実位置P11との差であり、位置指令P1から実位置P11を減算することによって得られる。
 また、データ切替部13へは、予め駆動機械3の共振周波数(共振周波数に関する情報)D3が入力される。データ切替部13は、共振周波数D3の測定装置などから駆動機械3の共振周波数D3を受け付ける。駆動機械3の共振周波数D3は、予め駆動機械3にサインスイープ加振を行うことで測定されるか、または、予め駆動機械3に打撃試験を行うことで測定される。測定された共振周波数D3は、データ切替部13への入力データとして異常診断装置1Aに入力される。
 データ切替部13は、共振周波数D3に基づいて、駆動機械3から決まる閾値を算出する。この閾値は、制御帯域(例えば、速度制御帯域)と比較される閾値である。
 共振周波数D3は、駆動機械3に対応しているので、共振周波数D3に基づいて算出される閾値は、駆動機械3に対応している。すなわち、閾値は、駆動機械3から決まる値である。データ切替部13は、取得した制御ゲインD1と、取得した時系列データD2と、駆動機械3から決まる閾値とに基づいて、異常判定部14に出力する時系列データ(選択時系列データD5)を切り替える。
 具体的には、データ切替部13は、制御ゲインD1に基づいて、制御帯域を算出する。制御ゲインD1が速度制御ゲインである場合、データ切替部13は、速度制御ゲインに基づいて、速度制御帯域を算出する。
 データ切替部13は、例えば、速度制御帯域が閾値よりも小さい場合、選択時系列データD5の種類として実位置P11を選択し、速度制御帯域が閾値よりも大きい場合、選択時系列データD5の種類としてモータ2の実電流を選択する。実位置P11は、モータ2または駆動機械3の実際の位置である。選択時系列データD5は、時系列データD2のうちデータ切替部13によって選択されて出力される時系列データである。データ切替部13は、選択した選択時系列データD5を異常判定部14に出力する。
 異常判定部14は、データ切替部13から出力される選択時系列データD5に基づいて、判定対象であるモータ2または駆動機械3が正常であるか異常であるかの判定を行う。異常判定部14は、正常および異常の判定を、例えば教師なし学習によって実行する。教師なし学習は、学習データに正常データ(判定対象が正常な場合の時系列データD2)のみを用い、学習後に入力される選択時系列データD5に対して、異常判定を行う方式である。教師なし学習としては、例えばクラスタリング、主成分分析などが挙げられる。
 なお、異常判定部14は、学習データに正解ラベルが付与された時系列データD2を活用する教師あり学習を用いてもよいし、目的に応じて設定された報酬を最大化するための行動を学習する強化学習を用いてもよいし、その他の手法を用いてもよい。
 異常判定部14は、判定対象、判定項目、および判定結果を表示装置5などの外部装置に出力する。異常判定部14が出力する判定対象は、モータ2または駆動機械3である。異常判定部14が出力する判定項目は、位置偏差、外乱トルク推定値などである。異常判定部14が出力する判定結果は、異常または正常である。表示装置5は、判定対象、判定項目、および判定結果を表示する。
 図2は、実施の形態1にかかる異常診断装置が備える駆動制御部の構成例を示す図である。駆動制御部12Aは、減算器21と、位置制御部121と、減算器22と、速度制御部122と、減算器23と、電流制御部123と、速度変換部124とを有している。
 状態観測部4は、時系列データD2として、実位置P11および実電流P10を取得して、駆動制御部12Aに出力する。なお、実位置P11および実電流P10は、駆動制御部12Aを介してデータ切替部13にも送られる。実位置P11は、モータ2から検出される実位置であり、実電流P10は、モータ2から検出される実電流である。
 減算器21は、指令生成部11から出力された位置指令P1および状態観測部4から出力された実位置P11を受け付ける。実位置P11は、モータ2の実際の位置(回転位置、移動位置など)、または駆動機械3の実際の駆動位置である。減算器21は、位置指令P1から実位置P11を減算することで位置偏差P2を算出し、算出した位置偏差P2を位置制御部121に出力する。
 位置制御部121は、位置偏差P2に基づいた、例えばPID(Proportional-Integral-Differential、比例-積分-微分)制御により速度指令P3を算出して出力する。速度指令P3は、モータ2への速度(回転速度、移動速度など)の指令、または駆動機械3への速度(駆動速度など)の指令である。PID制御には制御ゲインD1が存在する。実施の形態1では、位置制御部121の制御ゲインD1を位置制御ゲインという。位置制御部121は、速度指令P3を減算器22に出力する。
 速度変換部124は、例えば状態観測部4が出力する実位置P11に時間微分処理を行うことで実速度P8を算出する。速度変換部124は、実速度P8を減算器22に出力する。実速度P8は、モータ2の実際の速度(回転速度、移動速度など)、または駆動機械3の実際の駆動速度である。
 減算器22は、位置制御部121から出力された速度指令P3および速度変換部124から出力された実速度P8を受け付ける。減算器22は、速度指令P3と実速度P8との差である速度偏差P4を算出するために、速度指令P3から実速度P8を減算する。減算器22は、算出した速度偏差P4を速度制御部122に出力する。
 速度制御部122は、速度偏差P4に基づいた、例えばPID制御により電流指令P5を算出して出力する。電流指令P5は、モータ2を動作させるための電流の指令値である。前述したように、PID制御には制御ゲインD1が存在し、実施の形態1では、速度制御部122の制御ゲインD1を速度制御ゲインP9という。速度制御ゲインP9は、前述の制御ゲインD1の一例である。実施の形態1では、制御ゲインD1が速度制御ゲインP9である場合について主に説明する。速度制御部122は、電流指令P5を減算器23に出力する。また、速度制御部122は、速度制御ゲインP9をデータ切替部13に出力する。
 減算器23は、速度制御部122から出力された電流指令P5および状態観測部4から出力された実電流P10を受け付ける。実電流P10は、モータ2を動作させている際の実際の電流値である。減算器23は、電流指令P5と実電流P10との差である電流偏差P6を算出するために、電流指令P5から実電流P10を減算する。減算器23は、算出した電流偏差P6を電流制御部123に出力する。
 電流制御部123は、電流偏差P6に基づいた電力変換によって駆動電流P7を算出して出力することで、モータ2に電力を供給する。なお、ここでは、位置制御部121および速度制御部122の制御の説明において、PID制御を例に挙げたが、制御はPID制御に限られるものではない。位置制御部121および速度制御部122の少なくとも一方は、PI制御、P制御、またはフィードフォワード補償を併用した制御を実行してもよい。
 ここで、データ切替部13の詳細な動作について説明する。図3は、実施の形態1にかかる異常診断装置が備えるデータ切替部が実行する処理の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。
 データ切替部13は、駆動機器である駆動制御部12Aから、駆動制御部12Aに設定されている速度制御ゲインP9を取得する(ステップS1)。データ切替部13は、速度制御ゲインP9に基づいて速度制御帯域を算出する(ステップS2)。
 ここで、制御ゲインD1から制御帯域を算出する例について説明する。ここでは、制御ゲインD1の一例である速度制御ゲインP9から制御帯域の一例である速度制御帯域を算出する処理の処理例について説明する。
 図4は、実施の形態1にかかる異常診断装置が制御ゲインから制御帯域を算出する処理を説明するための図である。図4では、モータ2、駆動機械3、状態観測部4、および駆動制御部12Aの伝達特性に着目したブロック構成を示している。なお、図4では、駆動制御部12Aが比例制御を実行している場合を示している。
 図4において、モータ2および駆動機械3を剛体とみなし、モータ2のイナーシャと駆動機械3のイナーシャとの合計をJとしている。sはラプラス演算子である。Kvpは速度制御ゲインであり、Ktは電流からトルクの換算定数である。
 また、図4では、電流制御部123の制御帯域が、速度制御部122の制御帯域よりも非常に高く、直達とみなし、電流指令P5=実電流P10としている。すなわち、図4では、指令生成部11から出力された速度指令P3が、速度制御部122に入力され、速度制御部122から出力された電流指令P5(実電流P10)がモータ2に入力され、電流制御部123が省略されている場合を示している。
 指令生成部11からの速度指令P3およびモータ2で検出された実速度P8xは、減算器24に入力される。減算器24は、速度指令P3から実速度P8xを減算することで速度偏差P4を算出し、算出した速度偏差P4を速度制御部122に出力する。
 速度偏差P4は、速度制御部122内でKvpの作用を受けてトルク指令P12となり、トルク指令P12は、速度制御部122内で1/Ktの作用を受けて電流指令P5となる。電流指令P5はモータ2でKtの作用を受けて実トルクP13となり、実トルクP13はモータ2で1/Jsの作用を受けて実速度P8xとなる。この実速度P8xは、速度制御部122に送られて速度制御部122が実速度P8xを用いて制御を実行することでフィードバックループが実現されている。この場合において、速度指令P3から実速度P8xまでの閉ループ伝達関数G(s)は下記の式(1)となり、1次遅れ系の伝達関数となる。

 したがって、速度指令P3から実速度P8xへの伝達関数は、下記の式(2)に示す周波数ωscで決まる一次遅れ特性になり、概ねωsc以下の周波数は通過させるが、ωscよりも大きな周波数を遮断する特性となる。

 このωscが速度制御帯域となり、上記式(1)および式(2)によって、速度制御ゲインKvpから算出することができる。なお、図4では、比例制御である場合を例として説明したが、PI制御、PID制御であっても、その比例ゲインをKvpとみなせば、同様に速度制御帯域を算出することが可能である。
 つぎに、データ切替部13は、駆動機械3の共振周波数D3を取得する(ステップS3)。データ切替部13は、予め測定された共振周波数D3を記憶しておき、記憶しておいた共振周波数D3を読み出すことで共振周波数D3を取得する。なお、共振周波数D3は、データ切替部13以外で記憶されてもよい。
 つぎに、データ切替部13は、駆動機械3の共振周波数D3に基づいて閾値を算出する(ステップS4)。例えば、データ切替部13は、閾値=共振周波数D3、または閾値=共振周波数D3×cとする。ここでのcは、例えば、0.5≦c≦2程度の範囲とする。
 つぎに、データ切替部13は、速度制御帯域と閾値とを比較し、速度制御帯域<閾値であるか否かを判定する(ステップS5)。すなわち、データ切替部13は、速度制御帯域が閾値よりも小さいか否かを判定する。
 データ切替部13は、速度制御帯域が閾値よりも小さいと判定した場合(ステップS5、Yes)、データの種類として実位置P11を選択し(ステップS6)、異常判定部14に出力する。すなわち、データ切替部13は、時系列データD2の中から実位置P11を選択し、選択した実位置P11を、選択時系列データD5として異常判定部14に出力する。
 一方、データ切替部13は、速度制御帯域が閾値よりも大きいと判定した場合(ステップS5、No)、データの種類として実電流P10を選択し(ステップS7)、異常判定部14に出力する。すなわち、データ切替部13は、時系列データD2の中から実電流P10を選択し、選択した実電流P10を、選択時系列データD5として異常判定部14に出力する。
 なお、ここでは、選択されるデータが実電流P10または実位置P11である場合の例について説明したが、実電流P10は、モータ2を駆動するための電流指令P5、モータ2または駆動機械3を駆動するためのトルク指令P12、モータ2または駆動機械3から検出される実トルクP13、モータ2または駆動機械3の外乱トルクの推定値である外乱トルク推定値、電流偏差P6、またはトルク偏差(モータ2へのトルク指令P12と、実トルクP13との差)に置き換えられてもよい。また、実位置P11は、モータ2または駆動機械3への速度指令P3、モータ2または駆動機械3の実速度P8、モータ2または駆動機械3の加速度、モータ2または駆動機械3の位置偏差P2、またはモータ2または駆動機械3の速度偏差P4に置き換えられてもよい。モータ2または駆動機械3の加速度のデータは、振動の情報を含んでいる。
 すなわち、データ切替部13は、速度制御帯域が閾値よりも大きい場合、時系列データD2のうちの第1のデータ群の中から異常判定部14に出力する選択時系列データD5を選択する。一方、データ切替部13は、閾値よりも速度制御帯域が小さい場合、時系列データD2のうちの第2のデータ群の中から異常判定部14に出力する選択時系列データD5を選択する。
 第1データ群は、実電流P10、電流指令P5、トルク指令P12、実トルクP13、外乱トルク推定値、電流偏差P6、またはトルク偏差を含んでいる。第2データ群は、実位置P11、速度指令P3、実速度P8、加速度、位置偏差P2、または速度偏差P4を含んでいる。
 データ切替部13は、速度制御帯域が閾値よりも大きい場合、第1のデータ群の中から1つのデータを選択してもよいし、複数のデータを選択してもよい。また、データ切替部13は、速度制御帯域が閾値よりも小さい場合、第2のデータ群の中から1つのデータを選択してもよいし、複数のデータを選択してもよい。
 ここで、外乱トルク推定値を算出する場合の駆動制御部の構成について説明する。図5は、実施の形態1にかかる異常診断装置が備える駆動制御部の別構成例を示す図である。図5では、外乱トルク推定値P14を推定する駆動制御部12Bの構成を示している。駆動制御部12Bは、駆動制御部12Aが備える構成要素に加えて外乱オブザーバ125を有している。外乱オブザーバ125は、速度変換部124および速度制御部122に接続されている。
 駆動制御部12Bでは、速度制御部122が、電流指令P5に対応するトルク指令P12を算出する。具体的には、速度制御部122は、電流指令P5にモータ2のトルク定数(換算定数Kt)を乗じることでトルク指令P12を算出する。速度制御部122は、算出したトルク指令P12を外乱オブザーバ125に出力する。また、速度変換部124は、算出した実速度P8を、減算器22および外乱オブザーバ125に出力する。
 外乱オブザーバ125は、トルク指令P12および実速度P8に基づいて、外乱トルク推定値P14を算出する。具体的には、外乱オブザーバ125は、実速度P8を微分したデータに、モータ2のイナーシャと駆動機械3のイナーシャとの合計値を乗じたデータを、トルク指令P12から減算することで、外乱オブザーバ125を算出する。外乱オブザーバ125は、算出した外乱トルク推定値P14をデータ切替部13に出力する。
 上述したように、モータ2または駆動機械3の異常診断装置1Aは、駆動機械3またはモータ2の物理的特徴(共振周波数D3)と制御帯域との関係に基づいて、異常の現れやすいデータ(選択時系列データD5)を選択し、選択したデータに基づいて、モータ2または駆動機械3の異常診断を行っている。これにより、異常診断装置1Aは、計算負荷の増大を抑制できるとともに、冗長なデータ(異常と関連性の低いデータ)を用いないので異常診断の精度が低下することを防止できる。また、異常診断装置1Aは、モータ2または駆動機械3の異常診断を行う際のデータの取捨選択に専門性および時間を要さない。したがって、異常診断装置1Aは、容易かつ高精度にモータ2または駆動機械3の異常診断を行うことができる。
 ここで、異常診断装置1Aが、容易かつ高精度にモータ2または駆動機械3の異常診断を行うことができる理由について詳細に説明する。駆動機械3に何らかの異常が発生した場合、異常による影響が外乱としてモータ2に作用し、状態観測部4が出力する実電流P10および実位置P11の少なくとも一方に現れる。すなわち、駆動機械3に異常が発生した場合、状態観測部4が出力する実電流P10および実位置P11の少なくとも一方が異常な数値を示すこととなる。駆動機械3に異常が発生した場合、例えば、駆動機械3の共振周波数D3、または共振周波数D3付近の周波数をもつ微振動が生じ、外乱としてモータ2に作用する。
 駆動制御部12Aは、フィードバックループを組んでモータ2の制御を行う場合、制御ゲインD1から決まる制御帯域に応じて、特定の周波数の外乱を抑制しやすいか否かが決まる。駆動制御部12Aは、例えば、制御帯域が大きいほど、抑制できる周波数の範囲が広くなる。
 例えば、外乱の周波数が速度制御帯域よりも小さい場合、制御量である実位置P11には外乱の影響が現れにくい。ただし、実位置P11には、影響が全く現れないわけではなく僅かではあるが、外乱振動による周波数が現れる。また、制御帯域が外乱振動の周波数よりも大きい場合、制御帯域に対応する制御ゲインD1も大きくなる。
 駆動制御部12Aは、フィードバックループを組む場合、位置指令P1または速度指令P3などの指令データと、実位置P11または実速度P8などの制御量との偏差に対し、制御ゲインD1を乗じて、操作量を算出する。異常診断装置1Aでは、制御ゲインD1が大きい時、外乱の周波数成分が僅かに含まれる実位置P11または実速度P8が拡大されるので、操作量である電流指令P5に外乱の周波数が現れやすくなる。
 一方、外乱の周波数が速度制御帯域よりも大きい場合、駆動制御部12Aは、フィードバックループを組んでいても外乱の影響を除去しきれず、制御量中に外乱の影響が現れやすい。このため、制御量である実位置P11には外乱の周波数が現れやすい。
 また、操作量であるトルク指令P12は、フィードバックループによって、外乱を打ち消す働きが弱いので、トルク指令P12には外乱の周波数が現れにくいという性質がある。
 このため、実施の形態1の異常診断装置1Aは、制御ゲインD1から決まる制御帯域と、駆動機械3から決まる共振周波数D3に基づいて算出した閾値とを比較し、比較結果に基づいて、異常に伴う外乱の周波数を励起しやすいデータ(選択時系列データD5)を自動的に選択している。そして、異常診断装置1Aの異常判定部14は、選択された選択時系列データD5に基づいて、駆動機械3またはモータ2の異常を判定するので、精度良く異常を検出することができる。
 なお、データ切替部13は、実電流P10の代わりに、電流指令P5、電流指令P5と比例関係にあるトルク指令P12、実トルクP13、電流指令P5から実電流P10が差し引かれた電流偏差P6、トルク指令P12から実トルクP13が差し引かれたトルク偏差、外乱トルク推定値P14を選択してもよい。この場合も、実電流P10に重畳された共振周波数D3の周波数成分は、実電流P10または実電流P10の代わりに選択されたデータから計算される各種加工データにも重畳されるので、異常診断装置1Aは、実電流P10が選択される場合と同様な効果を得ることができる。
 また、データ切替部13は、実位置P11の代わりに、実位置P11を微分した実速度P8または2回微分した加速度、位置指令P1から実位置P11が差し引かれた位置偏差P2、速度指令P3から実速度P8が差し引かれた速度偏差P4を選択してもよい。この場合も、実位置P11に重畳された共振周波数D3の周波数成分は、実位置P11または実位置P11の代わりに選択されたデータから計算される各種加工データにも重畳されるので、異常診断装置1Aは、実位置P11が選択される場合と同様な効果を得ることができる。
 また、実施の形態1では、駆動機械3から決まる閾値が共振周波数D3である場合について説明したが、閾値は共振周波数D3に限られるものではない。例えば、駆動機械3によっては、運転条件によって共振周波数D3が変動することがあり、制御ゲインD1の設定によっては、共振周波数D3から微小に変動したりすることがある。このため、上述したように、異常診断装置1Aは、駆動機械3の共振周波数D3に特定の定数c(例えば、0.5≦c≦2程度)を乗じた値を駆動機械3から決まる閾値としてもよい。
 なお、制御帯域は、速度制御帯域に限らず位置制御帯域でもよいし、電流(トルク)制御帯域でもよい。制御帯域が位置制御帯域である場合または制御帯域が電流(トルク)制御帯域である場合も、データ切替部13は、共振周波数D3に基づいて閾値を算出する。
 このように実施の形態1では、異常診断装置1Aが、制御ゲインD1から決まる制御帯域と、駆動機械3から決まる閾値との比較結果に基づいて、モータ2または駆動機械3の状態を示す時系列データD2のうち選択して出力する時系列データである選択時系列データD5を切り替えている。そして、異常診断装置1Aは、選択時系列データD5に基づいて、モータ2または駆動機械3の異常状態を判定している。これにより、異常診断装置1Aは、収集したデータの取捨選択をしたうえでデータを解析することができるので、異常と関連性の低い冗長なデータを含まない少ないデータで異常状態を判定することができる。したがって、異常診断装置1Aは、高精度な異常診断を行うことができる。また、異常診断装置1Aは、短時間で異常診断を行うことができる。
実施の形態2.
 つぎに、図6から図8を用いて実施の形態2について説明する。実施の形態2では、異常に伴う外乱の重畳しやすい選択時系列データD5のうち、異常判定にさらに有利なデータとして、モータ2または駆動機械3の動作状態が加速区間または減速区間であるデータが選択されて異常診断が実行される。
 図6は、実施の形態2にかかる異常診断装置の構成例を示す図である。図6の各構成要素のうち図1に示す実施の形態1の異常診断装置1Aと同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。
 実施の形態2の異常診断装置1Bは、異常診断装置1Aが備える構成要素に加えて、動作判定部15を備えている。動作判定部15は、指令生成部11およびデータ切替部13に接続されている。
 動作判定部15は、例えば、指令生成部11が生成して出力する指令値を受け付ける。動作判定部15は、例えば、指令生成部11が生成した指令値に基づいて、モータ2または駆動機械3の動作状態を判定する。具体的には、動作判定部15は、指令生成部11が位置指令P1を生成する場合は、位置指令P1を微分して指令速度P21を算出し、算出した指令速度P21に基づいて、モータ2または駆動機械3の動作状態を判定する。動作判定部15は、動作状態を示す動作情報P22をデータ切替部13に出力する。
 ここで、指令速度P21の例について説明する。図7は、実施の形態2にかかる異常診断装置が用いる指令速度の例を示す図である。図7に示すグラフの横軸は時間であり、縦軸は指令速度P21である。
 指令速度P21は、図7に示すように、速度(動作速度)の絶対値が増加する加速区間、速度の絶対値が0(r/min)よりも大きな一定値となる一定速区間、速度の絶対値が減少する減速区間、および指令速度P21が0(r/min)で一定となる停止区間に分類される。動作判定部15は、特定時刻において、指令速度P21が何れの区間に該当するかを判定し、判定結果である動作情報P22をデータ切替部13に出力する。動作判定部15は、時刻毎の動作情報P22をデータ切替部13に出力する。
 つぎに、データ切替部13の詳細な動作について説明する。図8は、実施の形態2にかかる異常診断装置が備えるデータ切替部が実行する処理の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。図8に示す処理のうち図3に示す実施の形態1の異常診断装置1Aが実行する処理と同じ処理については説明を省略する。
 実施の形態2の異常診断装置1Bは、異常診断装置1Aと同様にステップS1からS7の処理を実行する。すなわち、異常診断装置1Bは、ステップS1からS7において、速度ゲインから算出される速度制御帯域と、共振周波数D3から算出される閾値とに基づいて、データ(選択時系列データD5)の種類を選択する。
 異常診断装置1Bは、ステップS6,S7の後に、ステップS11からS13の処理を実行する。具体的には、異常診断装置1Bのデータ切替部13が、動作判定部15から出力される動作情報P22を取得する(ステップS11)。
 この後、データ切替部13は、動作情報P22で示される動作状態が、加速区間または減速区間であるか否かを判定する(ステップS12)。動作情報P22で示される動作状態が、加速区間または減速区間である場合(ステップS12、Yes)、データ切替部13は、選択時系列データD5から選択するデータ区間として加速区間または減速区間を選択する(ステップS13)。そして、データ切替部13は、選択時系列データD5のうち、加速区間または減速区間の時間を含む選択時系列データD5を切り取って(選択して)、異常判定部14に出力する。
 ステップS12において、動作情報P22で示される動作状態が、加速区間でも減速区間でもない場合(ステップS12、No)、データ切替部13は、選択時系列データD5を異常判定部14に出力しない。すなわち、データ切替部13は、モータ2または駆動機械3の動作状態が加速区間でも減速区間でもない場合には、選択時系列データD5を異常判定部14に出力しない。
 実施の形態1のデータ切替処理では、異常に伴う外乱の重畳しやすいデータ、すなわち異常判定部14が異常判定を行うのに有利なデータ(選択時系列データD5)を異常判定部14に入力できるように、データの選択を自動的に切り替えた。
 実施の形態2の異常診断装置1Bは、異常判定にさらに有利なデータを抽出するために、データの種類の選択に加え、データ区間の選択も行う。加速区間または減速区間においては、モータ2および駆動機械3は急峻な動作を行っている。このため、大きな加振力がモータ2および駆動機械3に与えられる。大きな加振力は振動を励起しやすく、異常に伴う外乱に大きな振動成分が含まれやすい。このため、データ切替部13が、加速区間または減速区間の選択時系列データD5のみを切り取って異常判定部14に出力することで、異常判定部14は、実施の形態1の場合よりもさらに高精度な異常判定を行うことが可能となる。
 なお、実施の形態2の異常診断装置1Bは、指令速度P21に基づいて、動作状態が、加速区間、減速区間、一定速区間、および停止区間の何れであるかを判別したが、指令速度P21以外のデータに基づいて動作状態を判定してもよい。例えば、動作判定部15は、モータ2または駆動機械3の実速度P8、または指令速度P21または実速度P8にフィルタをかけたデータに基づいて、動作状態が、加速区間、減速区間、一定速区間、および停止区間の何れであるかを判定してもよい。また、動作判定部15は、加速区間および減速区間の何れか一方のデータのみを切り取ってもよいし、両方のデータを切り取ってもよい。すなわち、動作判定部15は、加速区間および減速区間の少なくとも一方のデータを切り取る。
 また、実施の形態2では、異常に伴う外乱が加速区間または減速区間に発生しやすいモータ2および駆動機械3について説明したが、異常に伴う外乱が摩擦現象に作用するような駆動機械3も存在する。このような駆動機械3に対しては、異常診断装置1Bが、加速区間または減速区間ではなく、一定速区間のデータを切り取ることで、高精度な異常診断を行うことが可能となる。
 このように実施の形態2によれば、異常診断装置1Bが、加速区間または減速区間または一定速区間または停止区間の選択時系列データD5に対して異常診断を実行するので、実施の形態1よりもさらに高精度な異常診断を行うことができる。
実施の形態3.
 つぎに、図9から図13を用いて実施の形態3について説明する。実施の形態1では、駆動機械3に何らかの異常が発生した場合、駆動機械3の共振周波数D3から決まる閾値を用いて異常判定に有利なデータを選択する例について説明したが、実施の形態3では、駆動機械3から算出する閾値の他の例について説明する。
 図9は、実施の形態3にかかる異常診断装置の構成例を示す図である。図9の各構成要素のうち図1に示す実施の形態1の異常診断装置1Aと同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。
 実施の形態3の異常診断装置1Cは、異常診断装置1Aと比較して、データ切替部13の代わりに、データ切替部13Cを備えている点が異なっている。データ切替部13Cとデータ切替部13とは、入力されるデータが異なっている。
 異常診断装置1Cのデータ切替部13Cへは、制御ゲインD1と、時系列データD2と、モータ2の実速度P32と、モータ2の1回転あたりの駆動機械3の歯数P31とが入力される。具体的には、データ切替部13Cへは、駆動制御部12Aから制御ゲインD1および時系列データD2が入力され、状態観測部4からモータ2の実速度P32が入力される。また、データ切替部13Cへは、外部装置から歯数P31が入力される。歯数P31は、モータ2が1回転した時に回転する駆動機械3の歯の数である。なお、データ切替部13Cへは、ユーザによって歯数P31が入力されてもよい。
 実施の形態3においては、図9に示した駆動機械3がギヤを有した駆動機械である場合について説明する。図10は、実施の形態3にかかる異常診断装置が異常を診断する駆動機械が備えるギヤの構成例を示す図である。
 図10では、駆動機械3が備えるギヤの例として平歯車を示している。この駆動機械3では、モータ2の動力が駆動側ギヤ44を介して負荷側ギヤ43に伝達され、これにより、負荷側ギヤ43に接続された機械負荷41が駆動される。
 つぎに、データ切替部13Cの詳細な動作について説明する。図11は、実施の形態3にかかる異常診断装置が備えるデータ切替部が実行する処理の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。図11に示す処理のうち図3に示す実施の形態1の異常診断装置1Aが実行する処理と同じ処理については説明を省略する。
 実施の形態3の異常診断装置1Cは、異常診断装置1Aと比較して、ステップS3,S4の代わりにステップS21からS24の処理を実行する。すなわち、異常診断装置1Cは、ステップS1,S2の処理を実行した後、ステップS21からS24の処理を実行し、その後、ステップS5からS7の処理を実行する。
 具体的には、データ切替部13Cは、駆動制御部12Aから速度制御ゲインP9を取得し(ステップS1)、速度制御ゲインP9に基づいて速度制御帯域を算出する(ステップS2)。
 そして、データ切替部13Cは、モータ2の1回転あたりの駆動機械3の歯数P31を取得する(ステップS21)。データ切替部13Cへは、予め歯数P31が入力される。データ切替部13Cは、入力された歯数P31を記憶しておき、記憶しておいた歯数P31を読み出すことで歯数P31を取得する。例えば、図10に示した駆動側ギヤ44および負荷側ギヤ43の場合、凸部がそれぞれ16個であるので、歯数P31は16個である。
 つぎに、データ切替部13Cは、状態観測部4から、モータ2の実速度P32を取得する(ステップS22)。この後、データ切替部13Cは、取得した歯数P31および取得したモータ2の実速度P32に基づいて、噛合周波数を算出する(ステップS23)。噛合周波数は、モータ2の動作に伴い、機械部品に設けられた歯同士が単位時間当たりに何回衝突するかを表す周波数である。例えば、図10に示した駆動側ギヤ44および負荷側ギヤ43の場合の噛合周波数について説明する。図10に示した平歯車は、ギヤ比が1:1であるので、噛合周波数fm[Hz]は、ステップS22で取得した実速度P32(=実速度Vfb[r/min])と、ステップS21で取得した歯数P31(=歯数Z)とに基づいて、下記の式(3)で求められる。

 つぎに、データ切替部13Cは、算出した噛合周波数に基づいて閾値を算出する(ステップS24)。異常診断装置1Cは、実施の形態1の異常診断装置1Aと同様に、例えば、閾値=噛合周波数、または閾値=噛合周波数×cとし、cは0.5≦c≦2程度の範囲とする。この後、異常診断装置1Cは、異常診断装置1Aと同様に、ステップS5からS7の処理を実行する。
 つぎに、実施の形態3の効果、および効果を奏する理由について説明する。実施の形態1の異常診断装置1Aは、駆動機械3の共振周波数D3から算出される閾値と、速度制御ゲインP9から決まる速度制御帯域との比較結果に基づいて、異常判定部14に出力するデータの種類(選択時系列データD5)を選択した。
 これに対し、実施の形態3の異常診断装置1Cは、駆動機械3が機械部品の噛み合いを利用した動力伝達機構を有する場合、駆動機械3の噛合周波数から算出される閾値と、速度制御ゲインP9から決まる速度制御帯域との比較結果に基づいて、異常判定部14に出力するデータの種類(選択時系列データD5)を選択する。
 駆動側ギヤ44および負荷側ギヤ43などのように伝達機構に噛み合いを利用して動力を伝達する機械部品を含む駆動機械3においては、歯同士の衝突時に生じる加振力が、噛合周波数または噛合周波数付近の周波数に、異常に伴う外乱を発生させやすい性質がある。このため、異常診断装置1Cは、噛合周波数を算出し、この噛合周波数から算出した閾値と、速度制御ゲインP9から算出した制御帯域との比較結果に基づいて、データ切替部13Cが異常判定に有利なデータを選択する。これにより、異常診断装置1Cは、駆動機械3が駆動側ギヤ44および負荷側ギヤ43などのように伝達機構に噛み合いを利用して動力を伝達する機械部品を含む場合においても、異常を精度良く検出することが可能となる。
 また、駆動機械3によっては、異常に伴う外乱は噛合周波数だけに生じるのではなく、側帯波など噛合周波数付近の周波数に生じることもある。このため、異常診断装置1Cのデータ切替部13Cは、上述したように、噛合周波数に特定の定数c(例えば、0.5≦c≦2程度)を乗じた値を駆動機械3から決まる閾値としてもよい。
 なお、実施の形態3においては、異常診断装置1Cが噛合周波数を算出する際に、実速度P32(実速度=Vfb)から噛合周波数を算出する例について説明したが、異常診断装置1Cは、実速度P32以外のデータから噛合周波数を算出してもよい。例えば、異常診断装置1Cは、位置指令P1を微分した指令速度に基づいて、モータ2の速度情報を算出し、この速度情報に基づいて噛合周波数を算出してもよい。
 また、実施の形態3では、駆動機械3が図10に示したような平歯車を有する場合について説明したが、駆動機械3は、噛合周波数を算出可能な駆動機械であれば、何れの駆動機械であってもよい。例えば、駆動機械3は、遊星歯車を有した駆動機械、タイミングベルトを張る際に用いられるプーリを有した駆動機械のように、モータ2の1回転あたりの歯数P31およびモータ2の速度の情報から噛合周波数を算出できる駆動機械であってもよい。
 なお、ここでは、ギヤの歯数がモータ2側:負荷側=Z:Z(1:1)である場合について説明したが、ギヤの歯数がモータ2側:負荷側=Z:Z1(Z<Z1)である場合についても噛合周波数fm[Hz]は、上述した式(3)で求められる。また、ギヤの歯数がモータ2側:負荷側=Z2:Z(Z2>Z)である場合は、式(3)において、Z=Z2とすれば、データ切替部13Cは、噛合周波数fm[Hz]を求めることができる。
 なお、実施の形態3では、伝達機構の例がギヤである場合について説明したが、伝達機構はギヤに限られるものではない。例えば、伝達機構のギヤ以外の例として、波動歯車装置が使用される場合もある。
 ここで伝達機構が波動歯車装置である場合について説明する。波動歯車装置を介して、モータ2が負荷を駆動する場合、波動歯車装置の構造上、モータ速度の2倍の周波数、すなわち、以下の式(4)の周波数fm2[Hz]に振動が発生することが知られている。伝達機構に異常が発生した際にも、式(4)の周波数fm2[Hz]に異常が発生する。伝達機構として波動歯車装置を使用した場合、式(4)から閾値が決められることにより、異常を精度良く検出することが可能となる。

 また、伝達機構として転がり軸受が使用される場合もある。転がり軸受は、モータ2の内部に使用される他、駆動機械3にも使用される。ここで伝達機構が転がり軸受である場合について説明する。
 図12は、実施の形態3にかかる異常診断装置が異常を診断する転がり軸受の構成例を示す図である。図13は、図12に示す転がり軸受の接触角を説明するための図である。
 転がり軸受50は、内輪52、転動体53、外輪51、保持器(図示せず)などから構成されている。転がり軸受50は、故障部品(内輪52、転動体53、外輪51など)または故障要因(フレーキング60、摩耗など)によって、異常の現れる周波数が異なることが知られている。
 例えば、図12のように内輪52にフレーキング60が生じた場合、以下の式(5)の周波数fm3[Hz]に異常が発生する。式(5)のnは転動体53の数、dはボール(転動体53)の直径、Dはピッチの直径、Φは転がり軸受50の接触角である。

 接触角Φは、転がり軸受50における作用線56と、転がり軸受50の中心軸に垂直な平面57とがなす角度である。転動体53は、外輪51の軌道輪である外輪軌道輪に対して1つの点54で接触し、内輪52の軌道輪である内輪軌道輪に対して1つの点55で接触している。荷重の作用線56は、これらの2つの点54,55を結んだ線である。駆動機械3に転がり軸受50が適用された場合、式(5)から閾値が決められることにより、異常を精度良く検出することが可能となる。
 なお、転動体53、外輪51などにフレーキング60やその他の故障が現れた際にも、異常診断装置1Cは、公知の数式を用いて異常が発生する周波数を算出し、閾値を決めてもよい。また、異常診断装置1Cは、他の故障要因が生じた場合も、公知の数式を用いて異常が発生する周波数を算出し、閾値を決めてもよい。
 さらに、伝達機構は、ギヤ、波動歯車装置、転がり軸受50、またはベルトなどを組み合わせた伝達機構であってもよい。伝達機構の種類または組合せが異なる場合であっても、前述したギヤ、波動歯車装置、転がり軸受50などと共通するのは、構造上モータ2の速度に比例した振動である。すなわち、伝達機構の種類または組合せが異なる場合であっても、モータ2の回転周波数に比例した振動が発生しやすく、異常が発生した際にも、モータ2の速度に比例した振動が発生する。この場合、閾値として、モータ2の速度の情報から算出された周波数に比例した値が閾値として選択されることにより、異常を精度良く検出することが可能となる。
 このように実施の形態3によれば、異常診断装置1Cが、駆動機械3の噛合周波数から算出される閾値と、速度制御ゲインP9から決まる速度制御帯域との比較結果に基づいて、異常判定部14に出力するデータの種類を選択している。これにより、異常診断装置1Cは、実施の形態1と同様に、容易かつ高精度な異常診断を行うことができる。
実施の形態4.
 つぎに、図14および図15を用いて実施の形態4について説明する。実施の形態1では、駆動機械3に何らかの異常が発生した場合、駆動機械3の共振周波数D3から決まる閾値を用いて異常判定に有利なデータを選択する例について説明したが、実施の形態4では、実施の形態1において実電流P10が選択された場合に、モータ2の駆動状態に基づいて、異常判定に有利なデータが再選択される。
 図14は、実施の形態4にかかる異常診断装置の構成例を示す図である。図14の各構成要素のうち図1に示す実施の形態1の異常診断装置1Aと同一機能を達成する構成要素については同一符号を付しており、重複する説明は省略する。
 実施の形態4の異常診断装置1Dは、異常診断装置1Aと比較して、データ切替部13の代わりに、データ切替部13Dを備えている点が異なっている。データ切替部13Dとデータ切替部13とは、入力されるデータが異なっている。
 異常診断装置1Dのデータ切替部13Dへは、制御ゲインD1と、時系列データD2と、モータ2の駆動電流P7に対応する実電流P10と、電流閾値P41とが入力される。具体的には、データ切替部13Dへは、駆動制御部12から制御ゲインD1、時系列データD2、および実電流P10が入力され、ユーザによって電流閾値P41が入力される。なお、実電流P10は、状態観測部4からデータ切替部13Dに入力されてもよい。電流閾値P41は、実電流P10の実効値に対する閾値である。電流閾値P41は、選択するデータの種類(選択対象)を実電流P10から実位置P11に変更するか否かの判定に用いられる。
 つぎに、データ切替部13Dの詳細な動作について説明する。図15は、実施の形態4にかかる異常診断装置が備えるデータ切替部が実行する処理の処理手順を示すフローチャートである。図15に示す処理のうち図3に示す実施の形態1の異常診断装置1Aが実行する処理と同じ処理については説明を省略する。
 実施の形態4の異常診断装置1Dは、異常診断装置1Aと比較して、ステップS7の後に、ステップS41からS44の処理を実行する。異常診断装置1Dは、異常診断装置1Aと同様のステップS1からS7の処理を実行する。
 異常診断装置1Dは、ステップS1からS7の処理を実行した場合に、ステップS41からS44の処理を実行する。すなわち、データ切替部13Dは、速度制御帯域が閾値よりも大きい場合、データの種類として実電流P10を選択した後に、ステップS41からS44の処理を実行する。
 具体的には、データ切替部13Dは、データの種類として実電流P10を選択した後に、駆動制御部12Aから、過去N秒間における実電流P10の実効値を取得する(ステップS41)。ここでのNは、0よりも大きい実数である。
 つぎに、データ切替部13Dは、電流閾値P41を取得する(ステップS42)。電流閾値P41は、ユーザが予めデータ切替部13Dに設定しておく。データ切替部13Dは、ユーザによって設定された電流閾値P41を記憶しておき、記憶しておいた電流閾値P41を読み出すことで電流閾値P41を取得する。
 この後、データ切替部13Dは、取得した実電流P10の実効値と、取得した電流閾値P41とを比較し、実電流P10の実効値<電流閾値P41であるか否かを判定する(ステップS43)。すなわち、データ切替部13Dは、実電流P10の実効値が電流閾値P41よりも小さいか否かを判定する。
 データ切替部13Dは、実電流P10の実効値が電流閾値P41よりも小さいと判定した場合(ステップS43、Yes)、データの種類として実位置P11を選択し(ステップS44)、異常判定部14に出力する。すなわち、データ切替部13Dは、実電流P10の実効値が電流閾値P41よりも小さい場合、選択するデータの種類を実電流P10から実位置P11に変更する。
 一方、データ切替部13Dは、実電流P10の実効値が電流閾値P41よりも大きいと判定した場合(ステップS43、No)、データの種類の再選択を行わず、ステップS7で選択した実電流P10をそのまま異常判定部14に出力する。
 なお、データ切替部13Dは、実電流P10の実効値と電流閾値P41とが同じであると判定した場合には、データの種類として実位置P11を選択してもよいし、データの種類の再選択を行わなくてもよい。
 なお、ここでは、選択されるデータが実電流P10または実位置P11である場合の例について説明したが、選択される実電流P10は、第1のデータ群に含まれるデータであれば何れのデータであってもよい。すなわち、選択される実電流P10は、電流指令P5、トルク指令P12、実トルクP13、外乱トルク推定値P14、電流偏差P6、またはトルク偏差に置き換えられてもよい。
 また、実位置P11は、第2のデータ群に含まれるデータであれば何れのデータであってもよい。すなわち、選択される実位置P11は、速度指令P3、実速度P8、加速度、位置偏差P2、または速度偏差P4に置き換えられてもよい。
 第1のデータ群に含まれるデータの少なくとも1つが実電流P10に関連する電流関連情報である。データ切替部13Dは、電流関連情報に基づいて、データの種類の再選択を実行するか否かを判定する場合、過去の特定時間に検出された電流関連情報の実効値が、この実効値の閾値である実行閾値よりも小さいか否かを判定する。
 データ切替部13Dは、電流関連情報の実効値が実行閾値よりも小さい場合、データの種類として第2のデータ群に含まれるデータの少なくとも1つを選択して異常判定部14に出力する。一方、データ切替部13Dは、電流関連情報の実効値が実行閾値よりも大きい場合、データの種類の再選択を行わず、ステップS7で選択した第2のデータ群に含まれるデータの少なくとも1つをそのまま異常判定部14に出力する。
 つぎに、実施の形態4の効果、および効果を奏する理由について説明する。実施の形態1の異常診断装置1Aは、駆動機械3の共振周波数D3から算出される閾値と、速度制御ゲインP9から決まる速度制御帯域との比較結果に基づいて、異常判定部14に出力するデータの種類(選択時系列データD5)を選択した。
 これに対し、実施の形態4の異常診断装置1Dは、データの種類として実電流P10が選択された場合に、モータ2の駆動状態、すなわち実電流P10の実効値と、ユーザが定める電流閾値P41とを比較している。そして、異常診断装置1Dは、比較結果に基づいて、異常判定に用いるデータの種類を再選択している。例えば、駆動機械3の摩擦が小さく、モータ2の速度を一定速度に維持する必要がある場合には、モータ2は加速動作や減速動作がないので、動作に必要な実電流P10は小さくなる。
 動作に必要な実電流P10がある程度大きい場合には、異常に伴う外乱もある程度実電流P10に現れやすくなるが、動作に必要な実電流P10がある程度小さい場合、異常に伴う外乱自体も極めて小さくなる。このため、実電流P10が極めて小さい状況においては、異常判定に実電流P10が用いられると、異常判定精度に影響を及ぼす可能性がある。このため、実電流P10がある程度小さい場合には、実電流P10ではなく実位置P11を用いて異常判定が行なわれた方が有利である。すなわち、異常診断装置1Dは、ステップS7において実電流P10を選択した場合であっても、実電流P10の実効値が電流閾値P41よりも小さい場合には、実位置P11を選択して異常診断を実行した方が異常判定に有利である。
 モータ2または駆動機械3の動作パターンによっては、実電流P10が瞬間的に小さくなる可能性もあるので、異常診断装置1Dは、過去N秒間の実電流P10の実効値を取得しておく。そして、異常診断装置1Dは、取得した実電流P10の実効値が電流閾値P41よりも小さいか否かを判定し、実電流P10の実効値が電流閾値P41よりも小さい場合には、データの種類として実位置P11を選択する。このように、異常診断装置1Dは、データの種類を再選択することで、モータ2の実電流P10が小さい運転を行うような駆動機械3であっても、異常判定に有利なデータを自動的に選択し、これにより駆動機械3の異常診断を行うことができる。
 このように実施の形態4によれば、異常診断装置1Dが、実電流P10の実効値が電流閾値P41よりも小さい場合には、データの種類として実位置P11を選択して異常診断を実行するので、実施の形態1よりもさらに高精度な異常診断を行うことができる。
 ここで、異常診断装置1A~1Dのハードウェア構成について説明する。なお、異常診断装置1A~1Dは、同様のハードウェア構成を有しているので、ここでは、異常診断装置1Aのハードウェア構成について説明する。
 図16は、実施の形態1にかかる異常診断装置を実現するハードウェア構成例を示す図である。異常診断装置1Aは、入力装置300、プロセッサ100、メモリ200、および出力装置400により実現することができる。プロセッサ100の例は、CPU(Central Processing Unit、中央処理装置、処理装置、演算装置、マイクロプロセッサ、マイクロコンピュータ、DSP(Digital Signal Processor)ともいう)またはシステムLSI(Large Scale Integration)である。メモリ200の例は、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)である。
 異常診断装置1Aは、プロセッサ100が、メモリ200で記憶されている異常診断装置1Aの動作を実行するための、コンピュータで実行可能な、異常診断プログラムD6を読み出して実行することにより実現される。異常診断装置1Aの動作を実行するためのプログラムである異常診断プログラムD6は、異常診断装置1Aの手順または方法をコンピュータに実行させるものであるともいえる。
 異常診断装置1Aで実行される異常診断プログラムD6は、指令生成部11と、駆動制御部12Aと、データ切替部13と、異常判定部14とを含むモジュール構成となっており、これらが主記憶装置上にロードされ、これらが主記憶装置上に生成される。
 入力装置300は、状態観測部4からモータ2または駆動機械3の時系列データD2を受付けてプロセッサ100に送る。メモリ200は、異常診断プログラムD6、制御ゲインD1、駆動機械3の共振周波数D3などを記憶する。
 制御ゲインD1、駆動機械3の共振周波数D3などは、プロセッサ100によってメモリ200から読み出される。また、メモリ200は、プロセッサ100が各種処理を実行する際の一時メモリに使用される。出力装置400は、表示装置5などの外部装置に、異常判定の判定対象、判定項目、および判定結果を出力する。
 異常診断プログラムD6は、インストール可能な形式または実行可能な形式のファイルで、コンピュータが読み取り可能な記憶媒体に記憶されてコンピュータプログラムプロダクトとして提供されてもよい。また、異常診断プログラムD6は、インターネットなどのネットワーク経由で異常診断装置1Aに提供されてもよい。なお、異常診断装置1Aの機能について、一部を専用回路などの専用のハードウェアで実現し、一部をソフトウェアまたはファームウェアで実現するようにしてもよい。
 以上の実施の形態に示した構成は、一例を示すものであり、別の公知の技術と組み合わせることも可能であるし、実施の形態同士を組み合わせることも可能であるし、要旨を逸脱しない範囲で、構成の一部を省略、変更することも可能である。

Claims (13)

  1.  モータまたは前記モータによって駆動される駆動機械の動作を規定する指令値を生成する指令生成部と、
     前記指令値に前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の動作が追従するように、制御ゲインに基づいて前記モータをフィードバック制御する駆動制御部と、
     前記制御ゲインから決まる制御帯域と、前記駆動機械から決まる閾値との比較結果に基づいて、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の状態を示す時系列データの中から選択して選択時系列データを切り替えるデータ切替部と、
     前記選択時系列データに基づいて、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の異常状態を判定する異常判定部と、
     を備える、
     ことを特徴とする異常診断装置。
  2.  前記データ切替部は、前記閾値よりも前記制御帯域が大きい場合、前記時系列データのうちの第1のデータ群の中から前記異常判定部に出力する前記選択時系列データを選択し、前記閾値よりも前記制御帯域が小さい場合、前記時系列データのうちの第2のデータ群の中から前記異常判定部に出力する前記選択時系列データを選択し、
     前記第1のデータ群は、
     前記モータを駆動するための電流指令、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械を駆動するためのトルク指令、前記モータから検出される実電流、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械から検出される実トルク、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の外乱トルクの推定値である外乱トルク推定値、前記電流指令と前記実電流との差である電流偏差、および前記トルク指令と前記実トルクとの差であるトルク偏差を含み、
     前記第2のデータ群は、
     前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の実位置、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械への速度指令、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の実速度、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の加速度、前記実位置に対応する位置指令と前記実位置との差である位置偏差、および前記速度指令と前記実速度との差である速度偏差を含む、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の異常診断装置。
  3.  前記指令値に基づいて、前記時系列データが、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の加速区間または減速区間に該当するか否かを判定し、判定結果を動作情報として出力する動作判定部をさらに備え、
     前記データ切替部は、前記動作情報に基づいて、前記選択時系列データのうち前記加速区間および前記減速区間の少なくとも一方を含むデータを前記時系列データから選択して前記異常判定部に出力する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の異常診断装置。
  4.  前記指令値に基づいて、前記時系列データが、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の一定速区間に該当するか否かを判定し、判定結果を動作情報として出力する動作判定部をさらに備え、
     前記データ切替部は、前記動作情報に基づいて、前記選択時系列データのうち前記一定速区間を含むデータを前記時系列データから選択して前記異常判定部に出力する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の異常診断装置。
  5.  前記指令値に基づいて、前記時系列データが、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の停止区間に該当するか否かを判定し、判定結果を動作情報として出力する動作判定部をさらに備え、
     前記データ切替部は、前記動作情報に基づいて、前記選択時系列データのうち前記停止区間を含むデータを前記時系列データから選択して前記異常判定部に出力する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の異常診断装置。
  6.  前記閾値は、前記駆動機械の共振周波数に基づいて算出された値である、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1つに記載の異常診断装置。
  7.  前記駆動機械が、歯同士の噛合いを利用して動力を伝達する機械部品を含む場合に、前記閾値は、前記モータの速度の情報と前記機械部品の歯数とを用いて算出された噛合周波数に基づいて算出された値である、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1つに記載の異常診断装置。
  8.  前記閾値は、前記モータの速度の情報から算出された周波数に比例した値である、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1つに記載の異常診断装置。
  9.  前記データ切替部は、前記閾値よりも前記制御帯域が大きい場合において、過去の特定時間に前記モータから検出された実電流に関連する電流関連情報の実効値が、前記実効値の閾値である実行閾値よりも小さい場合、前記時系列データのうちの第2のデータ群の中から前記異常判定部に出力する前記選択時系列データを選択することで選択対象を変更する、
     ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の異常診断装置。
  10.  前記時系列データは、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の状態を観測する状態観測部が取得した第1のデータ、前記駆動制御部が生成する第2のデータ、および前記指令生成部が生成する第3のデータの少なくとも1つを含んでいる、
     ことを特徴とする請求項1から9の何れか1つに記載の異常診断装置。
  11.  前記時系列データは、前記第1のデータ、前記第2のデータ、および前記第3のデータの少なくとも1つに対して、四則演算、積分演算、微分処理、およびフィルタ処理の少なくとも1つが実行されることで得られるデータを含んでいる、
     ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の異常診断装置。
  12.  モータまたは前記モータによって駆動される駆動機械の動作を診断する異常診断装置が、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の動作を規定する指令値を生成する指令生成ステップと、
     前記異常診断装置が、前記指令値に前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の動作が追従するように、制御ゲインに基づいて前記モータをフィードバック制御する駆動制御ステップと、
     前記異常診断装置が、前記制御ゲインから決まる制御帯域と、前記駆動機械から決まる閾値との比較結果に基づいて、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の状態を示す時系列データの中から選択して選択時系列データを切り替えるデータ切替ステップと、
     前記異常診断装置が、前記選択時系列データに基づいて、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の異常状態を判定する異常判定ステップと、
     を含む、
     ことを特徴とする異常診断方法。
  13.  前記データ切替ステップでは、前記閾値よりも前記制御帯域が大きい場合、前記異常診断装置が、前記時系列データのうちの第1のデータ群の中から出力する前記選択時系列データを選択し、前記閾値よりも前記制御帯域が小さい場合、前記時系列データのうちの第2のデータ群の中から出力する前記選択時系列データを選択し、
     前記第1のデータ群は、
     前記モータを駆動するための電流指令、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械を駆動するためのトルク指令、前記モータから検出される実電流、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械から検出される実トルク、前記モータまたは前記駆動機械の外乱トルクの推定値である外乱トルク推定値、前記電流指令と前記実電流との差である電流偏差、および前記トルク指令と前記実トルクとの差であるトルク偏差を含み、
