技术领域
本申请涉及轮胎压力检测技术领域,特别是涉及一种胎压传感器以及胎压检测系统。
背景技术
轮胎胎压对于汽车的安全行驶具有至关重要的作用,过高或过低的胎压皆可能导致爆胎或破胎。胎压传感器的存在使驾驶人员能够随时随地知晓轮胎胎压的变化。进一步地,以胎压传感器结合其他控制部件组成的胎压检测系统能够在汽车行驶过程中对轮胎气压自动检测,并对轮胎漏气和低气压进行报警,确保行车安全。
现有胎压传感器通常包括外壳和胎压检测组件。外壳可通过连接件固定于轮胎的打气孔,胎压检测组件容置于外壳内,并与轮胎的打气孔相连通,以使得胎压检测组件获取轮胎内的气压并以无线传输方式将轮胎的气压传输至车辆上的接收器。其中,外壳和胎压检测组件之间的密封尤为重要,胎压传感器大多通过密封件来密封外壳和胎压检测组件之间的间隙,但该密封件受生产工艺影响其表面易产生毛刺,使得密封件与外壳存在装配不良的情形。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本申请实施例提供了一种胎压传感器以及胎压检测系统,改善密封件易受毛刺影响而产生的装配不良的情形。
根据本申请实施例的一个方面,提供的一种胎压传感器,包括外壳、胎压检测组件以及密封件。外壳具有腔体以及与所述腔体连通的槽体,所述槽体设有通孔,所述通孔用于将所述槽体与外界连通,所述槽体的内周壁设有凸肋。胎压检测组件收容于所述腔体,所述胎压检测组件包括电路板、胎压检测芯片和无线传输模块,所述胎压检测芯片、所述无线传输模块均与所述电路板电连接,所述胎压检测芯片连接于槽体的顶部并封闭槽体的开口。密封件收容于所述槽体,所述密封件抵接于所述凸肋,以使得所述密封件的外周面与所述槽体的内周壁之间形成间隙,所述密封件设有连接孔,所述连接孔连通所述通孔和所述胎压检测芯片的气压孔。

请参阅图1示出的示例,图1为本申请实施例提供的一种胎压传感器的结构示意图。该胎压传感器包括外壳10、胎压检测组件20和密封件30。外壳10具有腔体10a以及与腔体10a连通的槽体121,槽体121的底部设有将槽体121与外界连通的通孔122,槽体121的内周壁设有凸肋123。胎压检测组件20收容于外壳10的腔体10a,胎压检测组件20包括电路板21以及与电路板21电连接的胎压检测芯片22和无线传输模块(图未示),胎压检测芯片22连接于槽体121的顶部并封闭槽体121的开口。密封件30收容于槽体121,密封件30抵接于凸肋123,以使得密封件30的外周面与槽体121的内周壁之间形成间隙,密封件30设有连接孔30a,连接孔30a连通通孔122和胎压检测芯片22的气压孔。
由于密封件30受到生产工艺的影响会不可避免的在其外周面上产生毛刺,将密封件30装配于外壳10的槽体121时,毛刺与槽体121的内周壁相抵接会对密封件30施加作用力,以使得该密封件30存在自槽体121脱离的趋势,这会造成密封件30易装配不到位,甚至自槽体121内脱离的情形。在本申请实施例中,密封件30的外周面通过凸肋123与槽体121的内周壁之间形成间隙,密封件30的毛刺可容置于该间隙内。换言之,密封件30上的毛刺不再易与槽体121的内周壁相抵接而对密封件30施加作用力,这样,便改善了密封件30与外壳10装配不良的情形。
该胎压传感器的具体工作过程如下:该胎压传感器可安装于轮胎的打气孔处,轮胎内的气体可通过通孔122进入胎压传感器的槽体121后被密封件30限制,直接通向胎压检测芯片22的气压孔,使胎压检测芯片22得以通过该气压孔检测轮胎内的胎温、胎压等数据而产生一轮胎状态信息并将其传输至电路板21的控制模块,控制模块会将产生的轮胎状态信息通过无线传输模块传输至监控装置。该监控装置可设置于驾驶座附近方便驾驶者查看的位置,也可与车厂搭配整合于行车电脑中并直接显示于车辆的仪表板上,使驾驶者能够随时得知轮胎的状态是否异常。接下来,结合附图所例示的对外壳10的具体结构展开说明。
对于上述外壳10,请结合图2一并参阅图1示出的示例,图2为图1中第一壳体11的结构示意图。该外壳10包括第一壳体11和第二壳体12。第一壳体11与第二壳体12连接并围合形成上述腔体10a。
具体而言,第二壳体12设有贯穿第二壳体12靠近腔体10a的表面和远离腔体10a的表面的通孔122,第二壳体12靠近腔体10a的表面朝第一壳体11的方向凸伸形成凸台124,凸台124设有槽体121,该槽体121包括彼此连通的第一槽体121a和第二槽体121b。第一槽体121a位于槽体121靠近凸台124的顶部一端,并与外壳10的腔体10a相连通。第一槽体121a与胎压检测芯片22的形状相适配,第一槽体121a用于容置胎压检测芯片22。第二槽体121b位于第二壳体12靠近腔体10a的表面一端,第二槽体121b用于容置密封件30,第二槽体121b的内周壁朝向通孔122的中心轴线方向部分伸出形成上述凸肋123。其中,通孔122位于第二槽体121b内,该通孔122用于将第二槽体121b与外界连通。可以理解的是,通孔122的形状不作具体限定,例如,在本申请实施例中,通孔122呈圆形、正方形、矩形等多边形的棱柱孔。同理,密封件30的连接孔30a亦不作具体限定。
进一步地,沿通孔122的中心轴线方向,第二槽体121b的横截面积逐渐减小。应当说明的是,在本申请实施例中,第一壳体11和第二壳体12均采用尼龙加玻璃纤维的材料制成。而受到加工设备的生产工艺影响,第二壳体12的第二槽体121b需存在拔模角度以便于顺利出模,即第二槽体121b靠近第一槽体121a的一侧的横截面积小于第二槽体121b靠近通孔122的一侧的横截面积。此外,密封件30需与第二壳体12进行过盈配合,以减少密封件30因为振动、冲击等原因出现连接失效的情形,因此,第二槽体121b靠近第一槽体121a的一侧的横截面积与密封件30的横截面积相等。这样,将密封件30安装于第二槽体121b时,密封件30可对凸肋123持续施加作用力,以起到定位作用。
进一步地,凸肋123的数量为四个,四个凸肋123绕通孔122的轴线方向环绕设置于第二槽体121b的内周壁。这样,密封件30可均匀地受到四个凸肋123的作用力,此时,四个凸肋123可起到定位作用,以确保密封件30居中而不易偏斜。可以理解的是,凸肋123的数量不限于此,可根据实际使用需求进行适应性调整,例如,凸肋123的数量亦可为三个、五个或五个以上,只需满足密封件30的外周面与第二槽体121b的外周壁存在间隙即可。除此之外,四个凸台124与密封件30相贴合的总面积与密封件30的外周面的面积的比值为5%-50%。较优地,比值为10%。如此设置,使得第二壳体12对密封件30既可以具有良好的固定效果,也利于节省制造成本。
请结合图4一并参阅图3或图2示出的示例,图3为图1中第一壳体11的另一视角下的结构示意图,图4为图3中C-C处的剖视图。该凸肋123包括主体部1231以及与主体部1231连接的导向部1232。导向部1232位于第二槽体121b靠近第一槽体121a的一端,自第一槽体121a向第二槽体121b的方向观察,导向部1232的厚度逐渐增加。由于密封件30的横截面积与第二槽体121b靠近通孔122的一侧的横截面积相等,对凸肋123靠近第一槽体121a的一端进行倒角处理,密封件30会受到导向部1232的导向作用而更易与凸肋123的主体部1231的相抵接。
进一步地,主体部1231具有朝向通孔122的中心轴线方向的拔模面,该拔模面的拔模角满足0°-0.5°,基于此,在保证密封件30的装配效果的同时,也利于凸肋123的正常出模。
为了改善胎压检测芯片22与轮胎内部的水汽接触被腐蚀的情形,进一步地,该胎压传感器还包括密封胶40。请继续参阅图1,该密封胶40分别填充于第二槽体121b的内周壁和密封件30的外周面之间的间隙,以及胎压检测芯片22与第二槽体121b的顶壁之间的间隙。示例性地,密封胶40为柔性密封胶,该柔性密封胶的粘度为1500-4500cps,在该粘度范围内,液体的柔性密封胶的流动性可以满足密封件30的封装需要,以保证封装后的可靠性,降低液态的柔性密封胶的凝固时间。
接下来,结合胎压传感器的装配过程对本申请进行说明。在进行封装时,沿通孔122的中心轴线方向,先将密封件30插入第二槽体121b,密封件30与凸肋123相抵接,然后再往第二槽体121b内灌入密封胶40,使密封胶40填充密封件30和第二槽体121b的内周壁之间的间隙内。密封胶40灌入完成后,胎压检测芯片22插入第一槽体121a并与密封件30挤压接触。在胎压检测芯片22的挤压作用下,密封件30的外周面与第一槽体121a的内周壁之间的间隙变小,使得该间隙内的密封胶40溢出到胎压检测芯片22与第二槽体121b顶部之间的间隙内,当密封胶40凝固后,则胎压检测芯片22则会密封固定在第一槽体121a内,封装完成。
在一些实施例中,第二槽体121b的内周壁与密封件30的外周面之间的间隙为0.2mm-0.6mm。在该间隙范围内,可以保证封装后胎压检测芯片22与第二壳体12之间具有较好的密封性,同时也兼顾密封件30的毛刺需占用的空间。可以理解的是,在另一些实施例中,第二槽体121b的内周壁与密封件30的外周面之间的间隙亦可大于0.6mm。
在一些实施例中,密封件30采用硅胶制成,例如该硅胶为有机硅胶和聚氨酯胶。
基于同一技术构思,本申请还提供一种胎压检测系统,包括控制器和上述所述的胎压传感器,胎压传感器可通过无线传输模块与控制器通信连接。关于胎压传感器的具体结构参阅上述描述即可,在此不再一一赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种胎压传感器,包括:
    外壳,具有腔体以及与所述腔体连通的槽体,所述槽体设有通孔,所述通孔用于将所述槽体与外界连通,所述槽体的内周壁设有凸肋;
    胎压检测组件,收容于所述腔体,所述胎压检测组件包括电路板、胎压检测芯片和无线传输模块,所述胎压检测芯片、所述无线传输模块均与所述电路板电连接,所述胎压检测芯片连接于槽体的顶部并封闭所述槽体的开口;以及
    密封件,收容于所述槽体,所述密封件抵接于所述凸肋,以使得所述密封件的外周面与所述槽体的内周壁之间形成间隙,所述密封件设有连接孔,所述连接孔连通所述通孔和所述胎压检测芯片的气压孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的胎压传感器,所述槽体包括彼此连通的第一槽体和第二槽体,所述第一槽体位于所述槽体的顶部,并与所述外壳的腔体相连通,所述第二槽体位于所述槽体的底部;
    所述胎压检测芯片收容于所述第一槽体,并封闭所述第二槽体的开口,所述密封件收容于所述第二槽体,所述凸肋连接于所述第二槽体的内周壁,所述通孔处于所述第二槽体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的胎压传感器,所述第二槽体的内周壁与所述密封件的外周面之间的间隙为0.2mm-0.6mm。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的胎压传感器,所述凸肋包括主体部以及与所述主体部连接的导向部,所述导向部处于所述第二槽体的内周壁靠近所述第一槽体的一端;
    自所述第一槽体向所述第二槽体的方向,所述导向部的厚度逐渐增加。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的胎压传感器,所述主体部具有朝向所述槽体的拔模面,所述拔模面的拔模角为0°-0.5°。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的胎压传感器,所述凸肋的数量为四个,四个所述凸肋环绕设置于所述第二槽体的内周壁。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6任意一项所述的胎压传感器,所述胎压传感器还包括密封胶,所述密封胶分别填充于所述第二槽体的内周壁与所述密封件的外周面之间的间隙,以及所述胎压检测芯片与所述第二槽体的顶壁之间的间隙。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的胎压传感器,所述密封胶的粘度为1500-4500cps。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的胎压传感器,所述密封件采用硅胶制成。
  10. 一种胎压检测系统,包括控制器和如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的胎压传感器,所述胎压传感 器通过所述无线传输模块与所述控制器通信连接。
