- Figures 7 and 8 show the pedestal 170 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Shows the operating state of the lower body exercise device 100 according to an embodiment.
- the lower body exercise device 100 may include a first support element 110, a second support element 130, a connection element 150, and a stand 170.
- the first support element 110 is disposed on a support surface such as the floor and can support the user's body.
- the first support element 110 may be disposed on a bed 200, more specifically, on a first frame 210, which will be described later.
- the first support element 110 is a flat, thin plate that can support a part of the user's body, for example, the lower body.
- the shape and size of the first support element 110 are not particularly limited, and may be a rectangle smaller than the width of the bed 200. Additionally, the first support element 110 may be made of a slippery material with a low coefficient of friction so that the user's body can slide smoothly. In one embodiment, the first support element 110 may have at least an upper surface made of a plastic material with a low coefficient of friction, such as polyethylene or polytetrafluoroethylene.
- the first support element 110 may further include a friction member to prevent slipping when placed on the floor or bed 200, etc.
- a friction member to prevent slipping when placed on the floor or bed 200, etc.
- one or more friction members are disposed on the lower surface of the first support element 110, so that the user's body slides on the upper surface of the first support element 110, but the first support element 110 itself is on the support surface. You can prevent it from slipping on the table.
- the friction member may be made of a material with a high coefficient of friction, such as non-woven fabric, PDMS, or rubber.
- One or more friction members may be arranged along the longitudinal direction of the first support element 110.
- the friction member may be detached from the upper surface of the bed 200.
- the sliding member may be a detachable member such as Velcro.
- one or more guides 111 may be disposed on the first support element 110.
- two guides 111 may be disposed on the upper surface of the first support element 110, spaced apart from each other.
- a pair of guides 111 may be arranged parallel to each other at both edges in the width direction of the first support element 110.
- the guide 111 may have an inclined surface on one side. As shown in Figure 1, the guide 111 has a predetermined inclination on the inside of the width direction of the first support element 110, that is, on the surface facing the user's lower body while the user is lying down on the lower body exercise device 100. It can be provided with a slope. Accordingly, the guide 111 can maintain the user's lower body from external rotation to prevent strain on the user's lower body during exercise.
- the guide 111 may have a triangular pyramid shape with an inclined surface on the inside. Additionally, the guide 111 may be arranged to include the longitudinal center of the first support element 110.
- the second support element 130 may be arranged to be spaced apart from the first support element 110 .
- the second support element 130 like the first support element 110, is disposed on a support surface such as the floor and can support the user's body.
- the second support element 130 may be disposed on the bed 200, more specifically, on the second frame 230, which will be described later.
- the second support element 130 is a flat, thin plate that can support a part of the user's body, for example, the upper body.
- the shape and material of the second support element 130 are not particularly limited and may be the same as the first support element 110.
- the second support element 130 may also be rectangular, smaller than the width of the couch 200 .
- the first support element 110 may be made of a slippery material with a low coefficient of friction, for example, a plastic material with a low coefficient of friction, so that the user's body can slide smoothly.
- the second support element 130 may not include the friction member. That is, the friction member may be disposed only on the lower surface of the first support element 110 and not on the lower surface of the second support element 130. Accordingly, when the user bends or extends his or her knees, the upper body may slide together with the second support element 130.
- connection element 150 is disposed between the first support element 110 and the second support element 130 and connects the first support element 110 and the second support element 130.
- the connection element 150 may change length as the first support element 110 and/or the second support element 130 moves. Accordingly, the user can perform a lower body exercise by bending or straightening the knee while supporting the body on the first support element 110 and the second support element 130 without moving relative to them.
- connection element 150 has a variable length and/or shape, so that it can correspond to various shapes and sizes of the bed 200. For example, when the gap between the first frame 210 and the second frame 230 of the bed 200 is long, the length of the connecting element 150 can be increased, and conversely, the first frame 210 and the second frame If the distance between (230) is short, the length of the connecting element (150) can be shortened.
- the connecting element 150 has a fixed length, and the user may slide and exercise on the first support element 110 and the second support element 130.

- the connecting element 150 may be made of a deformable fabric material.
- the connection element 150 is folded or unfolded depending on the force applied in the longitudinal direction or the displacement between the first support element 110 and the second support element 130 to increase the length. It can change.
- connection element 150 may be an elastic member.
- connection element 150 may be one or more springs disposed between first support element 110 and second support element 130 .
- Connecting elements 150 may be leaf springs or coil springs. Accordingly, the user can bend or straighten the knee and move the second support element 130 toward or away from the first support element 110 to compress or extend the connection element 150. Through this, the restoring force of the connection element 150 can increase the intensity of exercise.
- connection element 150 may be a wrinkled member that has a plurality of irregularities formed on at least the upper and lower surfaces and can be unfolded or folded in the longitudinal direction. That is, the connection element 150 may have a shape like a corrugated pipe, and thus its length may change depending on the displacement between the first support element 110 and the second support element 130.
- the stand 170 may be disposed on one side of the first support element 110 to support the user's feet.
- the pedestal 170 may be disposed at an end of the first support element 110 . The user can exercise while supporting one surface of the stand 170 with his or her feet.
- the stand 170 is supported on the support panel 250 of the bed 200 to prevent the lower body exercise device 10 from being separated from the bed 200 when the user exercises.
- the stand 170 may include a body 171, a length adjustment member 173, and an anti-slip member 175.
- the body 171 supports the user's feet and may be supported on the support panel 250 of the bed 200.
- the body 171 may have a rectangular parallelepiped shape with a wide surface that contacts the user's feet.
- One or more length adjustment members 173 may be disposed on one surface of the body 171. As shown in Figure 4, one or more length adjustment members 173 may be disposed on the surface opposite to the surface supporting the user's foot. The length adjustment member 173 may be disposed on one side of the body 171 and extend toward one side, for example, toward the support panel 250. For example, the length adjustment member 173 may operate in a screw-like manner. More specifically, when the length adjustment member 173 is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, it can move in the thickness direction of the body 171. Accordingly, the distance between the length adjustment member 173 and the support panel 250 can be adjusted.
- the number and location of the length adjustment members 173 are not particularly limited. One or two or more length adjustment members 173 may be arranged, and a plurality of length adjustment members 173 may be arranged at equal or different intervals.
- a plurality of length adjustment members 173 may be disposed, and an adjustment plate (not shown) may be disposed at an end of the length adjustment member 173.
- the length adjustment member 173 is disposed on one side of the body 171, and the adjustment plate having a cross-sectional area greater than the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the entire length adjustment member 173 is disposed at an end of the length adjustment member 173. It can be.
