本申请涉及隧道窑应用结构技术领域,特别涉及一种应用在隧道窑上的进出风管道及隧道窑。
背景技术
目前,应用在隧道窑上的进出风管道多采用金属材质制成且为呈筒状结构,由于进出风管道在长时间使用后,进出风管道的内壁容易腐蚀,容易导致进出风管道整体穿孔,难以补救。目前,将管道上涂上防腐蚀涂料进行防腐,由于应用在隧道窑上的进出风管道其使用在高温环境下,一些防腐蚀涂料虽然防腐蚀但是不耐高温,且耐高温且防腐蚀的涂料较为昂贵,增加企业的生产应用成本。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种应用在隧道窑上的进出风管道及隧道窑,旨在解决背景技术中提到的技术问题。
为了达到上述目的,本申请的技术方案有:

筒状管件;
其中,在所述管件的内周壁上铺设有多孔陶瓷砖。
与现有技术相比,本申请的一种应用在隧道窑上的进出风管道,包括筒状管件,通过在筒状管件的内周壁上铺设多孔陶瓷砖,利用多孔陶瓷砖自身的耐高温且防腐蚀的特性,使进出风管道的管件内壁能够具有防腐蚀的有点,且能够在高温环境下进行使用,另外,多孔陶瓷砖较为便宜,从而节约企业的生产 应用成本。
进一步的,所述多孔陶瓷砖设置多块且呈长条状,所述多孔陶瓷砖的两侧斜向设置而使多孔陶瓷砖的截面呈梯形。
进一步的,多块所述多孔陶瓷砖按照管道延伸方向设置而区分设置成多组多孔陶瓷砖组,每组多孔陶瓷砖组在铺设在管件的内周壁上后,相邻两组多孔陶瓷砖组之间错缝设置。
进一步的,当所述多孔陶瓷砖铺设在管件的内周壁上后,所述多孔陶瓷砖的底部与所述管件的内周壁之间的最大间隔距离不超过3mm。
进一步的,多块所述多孔陶瓷砖通过粘接剂粘连固定。
进一步的,且所述管件采用钢材料制成。

作为本实施例的一个示例性的例子,如图1所示,一种应用在隧道窑上的进出风管道,包括:
筒状管件1,管件1的两端开口分别作为管件1的进风口和出风口;
其中,在所述管件1的内周壁上铺设有多孔陶瓷砖2。
本实施例中的一种应用在隧道窑上的进出风管道,包括筒状管件1,通过在筒状管件1的内周壁上铺设多孔陶瓷砖2,利用多孔陶瓷砖2自身的耐高温且防腐蚀的特性,使进出风管道的管件1内壁能够具有防腐蚀的有点,且能够在高温环境下进行使用,另外,多孔陶瓷砖2较为便宜,从而节约企业的生产应用成本。
需要说明的是,本实施例中采用的多孔陶瓷砖2是一种具有开孔孔径、高开口气孔率的一种多孔性陶瓷材料,具有具有耐高温,高压、抗酸、碱和有机介质腐蚀以及良好的生物惰性。
在本实施例中,如图2至图3所示,所述多孔陶瓷砖2设置多块且呈长条状,所述多孔陶瓷砖2的两侧斜向设置而使多孔陶瓷砖2的截面呈梯形。
具体的,多孔陶瓷砖2紧贴管件1的内壁设置,截面呈梯形的多孔陶瓷砖2在铺设在管件1上后,能够减小相邻的两块多孔陶瓷砖2之间的设置缝隙,使其能够尽量保持紧贴设置。
另外,为了保证多孔陶瓷砖2在铺设完成时,整体近似呈圆筒状,多孔陶瓷砖2的宽度以及多孔陶瓷砖2的两侧面的斜度根据筒状管件1的管径大小作适当调整。
在本实施例中,为了提高多孔陶瓷砖2在布设在管件1的内周壁上后的稳 定性,如图2所示,多块所述多孔陶瓷砖2按照管道延伸方向设置而区分设置成多组多孔陶瓷砖组,每组多孔陶瓷砖组在铺设在管件1的内周壁上后,相邻两组多孔陶瓷砖组之间错缝设置,即任意相邻的两块多孔陶瓷砖2之间相互错位设置。
在本实施例中,为了保证进出风管道的耐高温效果,当所述多孔陶瓷砖2铺设在管件1的内周壁上后,所述多孔陶瓷砖2的底部与所述管件1的内周壁之间的最大间隔距离不超过3mm,尽量增大多孔陶瓷砖2在管件1的内周壁上的铺设面积。
优选的,多块所述多孔陶瓷砖2通过粘接剂粘连固定,粘接剂填充至相邻的多孔陶瓷砖2之间和多孔陶瓷砖2与管件1之间的间隙中。
优选的,且所述管件1采用钢材料制成。
作为本申请的一种优选方案一种隧道窑,包括如上述的进出风管道,由于所述隧道窑包括所述进出风管道,因此所述隧道窑具有如上述进出风管道的全部有益效果,在此不一一陈述。

    所述多孔陶瓷砖设置多块且呈长条状,所述多孔陶瓷砖的两侧斜向设置而使多孔陶瓷砖的截面呈梯形。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的进出风管道,其特征在于,
    多块所述多孔陶瓷砖按照管道延伸方向设置而区分设置成多组多孔陶瓷砖组,每组多孔陶瓷砖组在铺设在管件的内周壁上后,相邻两组多孔陶瓷砖组之间错缝设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的进出风管道,其特征在于,
    当所述多孔陶瓷砖铺设在管件的内周壁上后,所述多孔陶瓷砖的底部与所述管件的内周壁之间的最大间隔距离不超过3mm。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的进出风管道,其特征在于,
    多块所述多孔陶瓷砖通过粘接剂粘连固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的进出风管道,其特征在于,
