具体地,如图2所示,运粮盘22的圆盘222的内壁上设置有与壳体21连接的安装环2221以及若干个设置于安装环2221侧面用于固定分粮片224的安装槽223。壳体21包括相互拼接的前盖板213和后盖板214,前盖板213上设置有可供运粮盘22的安装环2221插设的支撑环215,进料口211设置于后盖板214上,导料口212设置于前盖板213上。圆盘222内壁上的安装环2221 插设与壳体21的前盖板213的支撑环215上,安装环2221与支撑环215之间间隙配合,使得与圆盘222外壁上的轮齿221向啮合的驱动组件30可以驱动运量盘222相对于前盖板213的支撑环215旋转,并限定运量盘222的径向位移,防止运粮盘222在竖直旋转过程中产生径向偏移,提高驱动组件30驱动运粮盘222竖直旋转的稳定性。分粮片224固定于安装环2221侧面的安装槽223内,从而增强分粮片224与圆盘222固定连接的稳定性,防止分粮片224在运粮盘自下而上旋转时脱落,导致运粮盘内的宠物粮掉落。
具体地,如图2和图4所示,分粮片224插设于安装槽223内,相邻的分粮片224之间形成储粮空间。宠物粮倒入粮桶10内,自然滑落从壳体21的后盖板214的进料口211落入运粮盘22内,通过插设安装槽223内的分粮片224将宠物粮分成若干份等量的宠物粮,等量的宠物粮储存在相邻的分粮片224所形成的储粮空间内。壳体21的前盖板213上的支撑环215外壁可与分粮片224的端部相抵接,相邻的分粮片224与支撑环215的外壁之间形成封闭空间,运粮盘22内的宠物粮在驱动组件30的作用下自下而上输送到前盖板213顶部的导料口212时,通过支撑环215外部作用于宠物粮的支撑力,防止宠物粮受自身重力的影响掉落。
进一步地,如图2和图4所示,支撑环215的底部设置有将进料口211与储粮空间连通的开口216,支撑环215的顶部设置有将储粮空间与导料口212连通的导料槽217。倒入粮桶10内的宠物粮通过设置于支撑环215的底部将进料口211与储粮空间连通的开口216落入运粮盘22上相邻的分粮片224所形成的储粮空间中。同时,在宠物粮自然滑落到运粮盘22的过程中,一部分宠物粮会落到支撑环上,通过支撑环上的开口216使得掉落在支撑环215上的宠物粮可以滑落到储粮空间内,防止宠物粮堆积于支撑环215上。运粮盘22内的宠物粮上升到后盖板214的导料口212处时,通过设置于支撑环215上将储粮空间与导料口212连通的导料槽217,可以使得储粮空间内的宠物粮沿导粮槽217所设置的方向自然滑落,并从设置于粮桶10顶部与导料口212连通的出粮口 11掉落,防止宠物粮堆积在导料口212处。
进一步地,如图4所示,粮桶10底部设置有与进料口211连通的导粮斗12,支撑环215的内壁上还设置有与导粮斗12平行设置并延伸至开口216处的导粮片218。宠物粮倒入粮桶10内,通过粮桶10底部设置的与进料口211连通的导粮斗12,宠物粮沿导粮斗12所设置的方向滑过进料口211进入运粮盘22内,防止宠物粮沉积于粮桶10的底部。在宠物粮沿导粮斗12所设置的方向自然滑落到运粮盘22的过程中,一部分宠物粮会滑落到支撑环215内壁上,通过设置于支撑环215内壁上导粮斗12平行设置并延伸至开口216处的导粮片218使得滑落到支撑环215内壁上的宠物粮沿导粮片218所设置的方向从开口216处滑落到运粮盘22上的储粮空间内。
具体地,如图4所示,开口216的宽度大于相邻分粮片224之间的间隙。开口216的宽度大于相邻分粮片224所形成的储粮空间,使得若干个相邻的分粮片224所形成的储粮空间与进料口211连通,提高运粮盘22的储粮量,防止由于开口216宽度过小,导致与进料口211连通的储粮空间数量不足或过小,造成宠物粮堆积,影响运粮效率。
进一步地,如图2和图3所示,前盖板213在支撑环215的侧面设置有若干个与粮桶10固定连接的第一安装柱219和与后盖板214固定连接的第二安装柱23,前盖板213通过第一安装柱219与粮桶10固定连接,并通过第二安装柱23与后盖板214固定连接。将前盖板213在支撑环215的侧面设置的若干个第一安装柱219对准粮桶10侧壁上对应设置的安装孔,使得第一安装柱219的中心与粮桶10侧壁的安装孔的中心位于同一水平线上,从而保证第一安装柱219与粮桶10侧壁的安装孔之间的同心度,随后利用螺栓、螺柱、销钉等固定件固定连接前盖板213与粮桶10,保证前盖板213与粮桶10之间固定连接的稳定性。将设置在前盖板213上的第二安装柱23对准后盖板214上的对应设置的连接柱,使得第二安装柱23的中心与后盖板214上的连接柱的中心位于同一水平线上,随后利用螺栓、螺柱、销钉等固定件固定连接前盖板213与后盖板 214,保证前盖板213与后盖板214之间固定连接的稳定性。
进一步地,如图1所示,驱动组件30包括固定于粮桶10底部的驱动电机31以及固定于驱动电机31的驱动杆上与运粮盘的22外轮齿221啮合的齿轮32。驱动组件30还包括固定于粮桶10的底部,用于固定安装驱动电机31的支架33,粮桶10的底部设置有第三安装柱13,支架33通过第三安装柱13以及螺栓、螺柱、销钉等固定连接件与粮桶10固定连接,从而保证支架33与粮桶10固定连接的稳定性。通过固定于驱动电机31的驱动杆上与运粮盘的22外轮齿221啮合的齿轮32,使得运粮盘22在驱动电机31的作用下在壳体21内旋转。齿轮32的直径小于运粮盘212的直径,因此当驱动电机31带动齿轮32旋转时,运粮盘22的转速低于齿轮32的转速,从而增大齿轮32与运粮盘22之间的扭矩,进而增大齿轮32作用于运粮盘22上的扭力,增强驱动电机31利用齿轮32驱动运粮盘22在壳体21内竖直旋转时的稳定性。通过齿轮32与运粮盘22之间形成的减速齿轮副,可以防止驱动电机31驱动运粮盘22在壳体21内旋转时,运粮盘22上相邻的分粮片224形成的储粮空间内宠物粮过多导致齿轮32无法带动运粮盘22旋转以及运粮盘22转速过快影响运粮效果。
本实用新型提供的向上运粮机构利用驱动组件30带动壳体10内的运粮盘22竖直旋转,将宠物粮由粮桶10底部带至出粮口11,提高运粮盘22向上运输宠物粮的稳定性;通过设置于壳体21上靠近粮桶10中心的一侧设置的进料口211,实现宠物粮自然滑落到运粮盘22处,从而使得运粮组件20带动宠物粮往上移动并从粮桶10顶部的出粮口11中掉落,防止宠物粮堆积在粮桶10内。运粮组件20结构简单,能充分利用粮桶10的内部空间,提高运粮效率,并可作为独立部件从粮桶10内单独拆除进行清洁等操作。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种向上运粮机构,包括粮桶,所述粮桶的侧壁顶部设置有出粮口,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述粮桶内将宠物粮由所述粮桶底部带至所述出粮口的运粮组件以及固定于所述粮桶底部的驱动组件;
    所述运粮组件包括壳体以及由所述驱动组件带动在所述壳体内竖直转动的运粮盘,所述壳体在靠近所述粮桶中心的一侧设置有进料口,另一侧设置有与所述出粮口连通的导料口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种向上运粮机构,其特征在于,所述运粮盘包括圆盘、若干个均匀分布于所述圆盘内壁上的分粮片以及设置于所述圆盘外壁上的外轮齿。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种向上运粮机构,其特征在于,所述运粮盘的圆盘的内壁上设置有与所述壳体连接的安装环以及若干个设置于所述安装环侧面用于固定所述分粮片的安装槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种向上运粮机构,其特征在于,所述壳体包括相互拼接的前盖板和后盖板,所述前盖板上设置有可供所述运粮盘的安装环插设的支撑环,所述进料口设置于所述后盖板上,所述导料口设置于所述前盖板上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种向上运粮机构,其特征在于,所述分粮片插设于所述安装槽内,相邻的所述分粮片之间形成储粮空间。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种向上运粮机构,其特征在于,所述支撑环的底部设置有将所述进料口与所述储粮空间连通的开口,所述支撑环的顶部设置有将所述储粮空间与所述导料口连通的导料槽。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种向上运粮机构,其特征在于,所述粮桶底部设 置有与所述进料口连通的导粮斗,所述支撑环的内壁上还设置有与所述导粮斗平行设置并延伸至所述开口处的导粮片。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种向上运粮机构,其特征在于,所述开口的宽度大于相邻所述分粮片之间的间隙。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的一种向上运粮机构,其特征在于,所述前盖板在所述支撑环的侧面设置有若干个与所述粮桶固定连接的第一安装柱和与所述后盖板固定连接的第二安装柱,所述前盖板通过所述第一安装柱与所述粮桶固定连接,并通过所述第二安装柱与所述后盖板固定连接。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的一种向上运粮机构,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括固定于所述粮桶底部的驱动电机以及固定于所述驱动电机的驱动杆上与所述运粮盘的外轮齿啮合的齿轮。
