下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考图1-图3描述根据本申请实施例的面罩的支撑架10。支撑架10在相互正交的第一方向(如图1所示的左右方向)和第二方向(如图1所示的上下方向)延伸。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中部”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
如图1所示,根据本申请实施例的面罩的支撑架10包括第一支架11和第二支架12,第二支架12设于第一支架11的一侧(如图1所示第一支架11的后侧),第二支架12 在第一方向上的中部具有第一连接部123,第一连接部123与第一支架11连接。
第一支架11在第一方向上的中部具有鼻托部113,鼻托部113朝背向第二支架12的方向延伸,鼻托部113形成鼻部仿形结构,从而可以使鼻托部113与鼻部可以适配,鼻托部113和第一连接部123在第二方向上间隔布置,鼻托部113的两端与第二支架12连接,第二支架12的位于第一连接部123和鼻托部113之间的部位与第一支架11隔开布置。
也就是说,相对于第一支架11而言,第二支架12形成中间与第一支架11固定且两端与第一支架11隔开布置的悬臂结构,使第二支架12在第一方向上的两端可以在力的作用下相对于第一支架11移动。
使用时,鼻托部113贴在鼻部,从而依靠鼻部进行支撑,第二支架12贴在面部,第二支架12在面部的压力下发生变形,从而缓冲对面部的压迫感,而第二支架12可以在其反作用力贴合面部,保证佩戴效果。
根据本申请实施例的面罩的支撑架10,通过将支撑架10设置成上述结构,可以减轻重量,由于第二支架12为中间与第一支架11固定且两端与第一支架11隔开布置的悬臂结构,使得第二支架12在第一方向上的两端可以相对于第一支架11发生移动,第二支架12在面部的作用下发生变形,从而缓冲对面部的压迫感,而第二支架12可以在其反作用力贴合面部,保证佩戴效果,从而提升面罩的使用感。
如图1所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,第二支架12与第一支架11之间的距离沿第一方向朝远离鼻托部113和/或第一连接部123的方向增大,提升支撑架10的立体感,使第二支架12可以形成与面部贴合的结构,以及,使第一支架11可以与头戴设备的其他结构进行配合。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第一支架11形成封闭的环形结构,第一支架11的与第一连接部123相连的部位与鼻托部113在第二方向上间隔布置。
也就是说,第一支架11具有在第二方向上间隔布置的鼻托部113和第一连接结构(如下述第三连接部112),第二支架13设置在第一支架11的后侧,第二支架12可以形成开环形结构,第二支架12具有在第二方向上间隔布置的第二连接结构(如下述两个第二配合部121)和第一连接部123,第二连接结构与鼻托部113在第一方向的两端连接,第一连接结构与第一连接部123连接,从而使得第二支架12形成为中间与第一支架11固定且两端与第一支架11隔开布置的悬臂结构,结构简单且立体感更强,利于支撑。
如图1和图2所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,鼻托部113的两端分别设有第二连接部111,第二支架12设有两个第二配合部121,两个第二连接部111和两个第二配合部121一一对应连接,从而将第一支架11和第二支架12连接一起。
例如,第一支架11和第二支架12可以通过焊接方式连接一起,即第二连接部111和第二配合部121可以分别形成焊接部;再如,第一支架11和第二支架12可以通过紧固件连接一起,第二连接部111和第二配合部121可以均形成连接孔,从而通过穿设于连接孔的紧固件实现连接;又如,第一支架11和第二支架12可以通过卡扣结构连接一起,第二连接部111和第二配合部121中的一个可以形成卡扣且另一端形成于卡扣配合的卡槽。
如图2所示,在一些实施例中,第二配合部121形成第二配合凸筋,第二配合凸筋凸出于第二支架12外表面,结构简单、成型方便。
具体地,如图1和图2所示,支撑架10的第一方向沿左右方向延伸,支撑架10的第二方向沿上下方向延伸,第二支架12设于第一支架11的后侧,即第二支架12的前侧与第一支架11的后侧相对,第二支架12的后侧形成与面部贴合的一侧。
进一步地,鼻托部113的左端和右端分别设有第二连接部111,第二支架12的中部设有两个在左右方向上间隔布置的第二配合部121,鼻托部113的左端通过第二连接部111与第二支架12中位于左侧的一个第二配合部121连接,鼻托部113的右端通过第二连接部111与第二支架12中位于右侧的一个第二配合部121连接。
其中,第二支架12的与鼻托部113对应的位置设有避让缺口,两个第二配合部121位于避让缺口的两侧。
在一些实施例中,第二支架12包括第一内弧形段1241,第一内弧形段1241适于与面部的左侧脸颊贴合,第一内弧形段1241的一端与鼻托部113的一端连接,第一内弧形段1241的另一端与第一连接部123的一端连接,即第一内弧形段1241的两端与第一支架11连接以形成固定端,第一内弧形段1241的其他部位与第一支架11间隔开,从而使第一内弧形段1241在外力作用下可以发生变形。
进一步地,第二支架12还包括第二内弧形段1242,第二内弧形段1242适于与面部的右侧脸颊贴合,第二内弧形段1242的一端与鼻托部113的另一端连接,第二内弧形段1242的另一端与第一连接部123的另一端连接,即第二内弧形段1242的两端与第一支架11连接以形成固定端,第二内弧形段1242的其他部位与第一支架11间隔开,从而使第二内弧形段1242在外力作用下可以发生变形。
由此,第二支架12与面部贴合,第一内弧形段1241和第二内弧形段1242在面部的压力下发生变形,从而缓冲对面部的压迫感,而第一内弧形段1241和第二内弧形段1242可以在其反作用力分别贴合面部的左侧脸颊和右侧脸颊,保证佩戴效果,从而提升面罩的使用感。
如图1和图3所示,在一些实施例中,第一支架11在第一方向上的中部具有第三连 接部112,第三连接部112与鼻托部113在第二方向上间隔布置,第三连接部112与第一连接部123连接。第一连接部123的朝向第一支架11的一侧具有一个或者多个第三配合部122,第三配合部122与第三连接部112连接,从而将第一支架11和第二支架12连接一起。
例如,第一支架11和第二支架12的第一连接部123可以通过焊接方式连接一起,即第三配合部122与第三连接部112可以分别形成焊接部;再如,第一支架11和第二支架12的第一连接部123可以通过紧固件连接一起,第三配合部122与第三连接部112可以均形成连接孔,从而通过穿设于连接孔的紧固件实现连接;又如,第一支架11和第二支架12的第一连接部123可以通过卡扣结构连接一起,第三配合部122与第三连接部112中的一个可以形成卡扣且另一端形成于卡扣配合的卡槽。
如图3所示,在一些具体示例中,第三配合部122形成凸出于第一连接部123外表面的第三配合凸筋,结构简单、成型方便。
具体地,如图1和图3所示,支撑架10的第一方向沿左右方向延伸,支撑架10的第二方向沿上下方向延伸,第二支架12设于第一支架11的后侧,即第二支架12的前侧与第一支架11的后侧相对,第二支架12的后侧形成与面部贴合的一侧。
进一步地,第三连接部112与第一连接部123在前后方向上相对设置,第一连接部123的朝向第一支架11的一侧设有两个第三配合部122,两个第三配合部122在左右方向上间隔布置,两个第三配合部122均与第三连接部112连接,从而将第三连接部112与第一连接部123连接一起。
在一些示例中,第二支架12上的两个第三配合部122在第一方向上的距离小于鼻托部113的两端在第一方向上的距离。
在一些示例中,第一支架11包括第一外弧形段1141,第一外弧形段1141的一端与鼻托部113的一端连接,第一外弧形段1141的另一端与第三连接部112的一端连接,即第一外弧形段1141的两端与第二支架12连接,第一外弧形段1141与第一内弧形段1241之间的距离可以在外力作用下发生变化。
进一步地,第一支架11还包括第二外弧形段1142,第二外弧形段1142的一端与鼻托部113的另一端连接,第二外弧形段1142的另一端与第三连接部112的另一端连接,即第二外弧形段1142的两端与第二支架12连接,第二外弧形段1142与第二内弧形段1242之间的距离可以在外力作用下发生变化。
由此,第二支架12与面部贴合,第一内弧形段1241在面部的压力下可以相对于第一外弧形段1141变形,第二内弧形段1242在面部的压力下可以相对于第二外弧形段1142变形,从而缓冲对面部的压迫感,而第一内弧形段1241和第二内弧形段1242可以 在其反作用力贴合面部,保证佩戴效果,从而提升面罩的使用感。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第一支架11和第二支架12分别单独成型,结构简单、成型方便、易于实现。
在一些实施例中,第一支架11和第二支架12通过粘接方式、焊接方式、紧固件或者卡扣结构实现连接,具体可以根据第一支架11、第二支架12的材质以及其他情况进行选择。
具体地,在第一支架11包括第二连接部111、第二支架12包括第一连接部123的示例中,第二连接部111与第一连接部123可以焊接在一起,第二连接部111与第一连接部123也可以通过至少一个紧固件固定在一起,第二连接部111与第一连接部123还可以通过卡扣和卡槽配合的方式连接在一起。
在第一支架11包括鼻托部113、第二支架12包括两个第二配合部121的示例中,鼻托部113在第一方向上的两端与两个第二配合部121可以一一对应地焊接在一起,也可以通过紧固件固定在一起,还可以通过卡接结构连接在一起。
根据本申请的另一些实施例,第一支架11和第二支架12一体成型。例如,第一支架11和第二支架12可以通过注塑工艺一体成型。通过将第一支架11和第二支架12一体成型,可以减少部件数量,省去二者之间的连接件以及连接工序,有利于提高支撑架10的结构强度。
下面结合附图1-图4描述根据本申请实施例的面罩100。
如图4所示,根据本申请实施例的面罩100包括弹性垫20和根据上述实施例的面罩的支撑架10,支撑架10具有配合面101,配合面101可以与面部贴合,弹性垫20至少覆盖配合面101。
根据本申请实施例的面罩100,通过在配合面101上设置弹性垫20,可以起到缓冲效果,还可以提供弹性支撑;通过采用上述支撑架10,可以减轻面罩10的重量,还可以缓减弹性垫20对面部的压迫感。
在一些实施例中,弹性垫20包括海绵、橡胶、乳胶中的一种或者多种,结构简单、成本较低。关于弹性垫20的材质,具体可以根据实际情况进行选择。其中,弹性垫20可以通过粘结方式贴附在配合面101上。
如图4所示,在一些实施例中,面罩100还包括包覆层30,包覆层30至少覆盖弹性垫20中与配合面101对应的部分。由此,通过在弹性垫20外侧设置包覆层30,不仅整体性更好且有利于提升外形美观,而且方便拆洗。
其中,包覆层30的材质可以为普通的布料或者PU(聚氨基甲酸酯)、TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶)等。
例如,弹性垫20可以只覆盖配合面101,包覆层30只覆盖在弹性垫20的背向配合面101的一侧,从而使面罩100形成中间为弹性垫20、两侧分别为支撑架10、包覆层30的三层结构。再如,包覆层30可以将带有支撑架10的弹性垫20整体用包覆层30进行覆盖。又如,弹性垫20可以整体覆盖在支撑架10的外部,包覆层30可以将带有弹性垫20的支撑架10整体用包覆层30包裹。
在一些示例中,包覆层30为一体结构,结构简单、外观平整、整体性更好。具体地,包覆层30的两侧可以通过缝合、粘结等方式连接一起,从而将带有弹性垫20的支撑架10包裹。
在另一些示例中,包覆层30包括多个且多个包覆层30拼接一起,多个包覆层30可以先通过缝合、粘结等方式连接一起,再通过缝合、粘结等方式连接一起,从而将带有弹性垫20的支撑架10包裹,从而满足不同的外观需求。
根据本申请实施例的头戴设备包括根据上述实施例所述的面罩100。由于根据本申请实施例的面罩100具有上述技术效果,因此根据本申请实施例的头戴设备也具有上述技术效果,即本申请的头戴设备的重量较小,对面部的压迫感较小,有利于提升用户的使用体验。
根据本申请实施例的面罩100以及头戴设备的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种面罩的支撑架,其特征在于,所述支撑架在相互正交的第一方向和第二方向延伸,所述支撑架包括:
    第一支架;
    第二支架,所述第二支架设于所述第一支架的一侧,所述第二支架在所述第一方向上的中部具有第一连接部,所述第一连接部与所述第一支架连接,
    其中,所述第一支架在所述第一方向上的中部具有朝背向所述第二支架的方向延伸的鼻托部,所述第二支架与所述鼻托部的两端连接,所述第二支架的位于所述第一连接部和所述鼻托部之间的部位与所述第一支架隔开布置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的面罩的支撑架,其特征在于,所述第二支架与所述第一支架之间的距离沿所述第一方向朝远离所述鼻托部和/或所述第一连接部的方向增大。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的面罩的支撑架,其特征在于,所述第一支架形成封闭的环形结构,所述第一支架的与所述第一连接部相连的部位与所述鼻托部在所述第二方向上间隔布置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的面罩的支撑架,其特征在于,所述鼻托部在所述第一方向上的两端分别设有第二连接部,所述第二支架设有两个第二配合部,两个所述第二连接部和两个所述第二配合部一一对应连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的面罩的支撑架,其特征在于,所述第二配合部形成凸出于所述第二支架外表面的第二配合凸筋。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的面罩的支撑架,其特征在于,所述第二支架包括:
    第一内弧形段,所述第一内弧形段的一端与所述鼻托部的一端连接且所述第一内弧形段的另一端与所述第一连接部的一端连接;
    第二内弧形段,所述第二内弧形段的一端与所述鼻托部的另一端连接且所述第二内弧形段的另一端与所述第一连接部的另一端连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的面罩的支撑架,其特征在于,所述第一支架在所述第一方向上的中部具有第三连接部,所述第一连接部的朝向所述第一支架的一侧具有至少一个第三配合部,所述第三配合部与所述第三连接部连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的面罩的支撑架,其特征在于,所述第三配合部形成凸出于所述第一连接部外表面的第三配合凸筋。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的面罩的支撑架,其特征在于,所述第一支架包括:
    第一外弧形段,所述第一外弧形段的一端与所述鼻托部的一端连接且所述第一外弧 形段的另一端与所述第三连接部的一端连接;
    第二外弧形段,所述第二外弧形段的一端与所述鼻托部的另一端连接且所述第二外弧形段的另一端与所述第三连接部的另一端连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的面罩的支撑架,其特征在于,所述第一支架和所述第二支架分别单独成型。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的面罩的支撑架,其特征在于,所述第一支架和所述第二支架采用粘接方式、焊接方式、紧固件或者卡扣结构实现连接。
  12. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的面罩的支撑架,其特征在于,所述第一支架和所述第二支架一体成型。
  13. 一种面罩,其特征在于,包括:
    弹性垫;
    根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的面罩的支撑架,所述支撑架具有与面部贴合的配合面,所述弹性垫至少覆盖所述配合面。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述弹性垫包括海绵、橡胶、乳胶中的一种或者多种。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的面罩,其特征在于,还包括:包覆层,所述包覆层至少覆盖所述弹性垫中与所述配合面对应的部分。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的面罩,其特征在于,所述包覆层为一体结构,或者,所述包覆层包括多个且多个所述包覆层拼接一起。
  17. 一种头戴设备,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求13-16中任一项所述的面罩。
