Description

ブラジャーのサイドベルト用留め具の固定構造
　本発明はブラジャーのサイドベルトの連結に使用するフック金具やアイ金具などの留め具の固定構造に関する。
　ブラジャーのサイドベルトの端部には、フック金具やアイ金具などの留め具が縫着又は接着によって取り付けられている。一方、最近のブラジャーはゴロツキにくく肌によくなじんでフィット感もよい無縫製タイプのものが好まれる傾向にある（例えば特許第３７９２２０４号公報の無縫製ブラジャー）。
　このためフック金具やアイ金具などの留め具についても、縫い目による段差がなくフィット感のよいものが求められている。そこで、特許文献１（特開２００６－２０００８４号公報）のように、フックテープやアイテープなどの留め具を、サイドベルトの端部に縫着ではなく接着によって取り付けるようにしたものが提案され既に実用化されている。

　サイドベルトの端部の留め具の着脱操作は、着用者が背中側で両手を使って行うので、個人差はあるが腕の可動範囲に余裕が少ないと必ずしも容易ではない。また指の感覚だけに頼った操作となるので、無縫製ブラジャーのように表面が滑らかであると留め具の位置が分かりにくく、また手が滑って留め具の着脱操作に手間取ることがあるという課題があった。
　そこで本発明の目的は、サイドベルトの端部の留め具の位置が手触りで分かりやすく、着脱操作を容易化するサイドベルト用留め具の固定構造を提供することにある。
　前記課題を解決するため本発明のサイドベルト用留め具の固定構造は、フック金具やアイ金具をテープ状の芯地に縫い付けたブラジャーのサイドベルト用留め具をブラジャーの表生地と裏生地の間に接着層を介して貼り合わせたサイドベルト用留め具の固定構造において、前記芯地の外縁を前記表生地と前記裏生地の外縁から所定長さで内側方向にセットバックさせると共に、前記芯地を覆う前記裏生地を前記芯地の一端部側に限定したことを特徴とする。
　本発明のサイドベルト用留め具の固定構造は、留め具の芯地の外縁を表生地と裏生地の外縁から所定長さで内側方向にセットバックさせると共に、芯地を覆う裏生地を芯地の一端部に限定したので、留め具の位置が手触りで分かりやすく、留め具の着脱操作を容易化することができる。

（ブラジャーの全体構成）
　以下に本発明の実施形態に係る留め具の固定構造と当該固定構造を有するブラジャー１０を図面に基いて説明する。図１Ａと図１Ｂはブラジャー１０の正面図と裏面図である。
　ブラジャー１０の左右一対のカップ部１は互いにブラジャー１０の中央の連結部２によって連結されている。図示例ではカップ部１がフルカップのものを示すが、カップ部１は少なくともバストの下方から半分以上を覆うサイズがあればよく、ハーフカップないし３分の２カップでもよい。
　カップ部１は連結部２と反対側がサイドベルト３に連結されている。一方のサイドベルト３の端部にアイテープ４が取り付けられ、他方のサイドベルト３の端部にフックテープ５が取り付けられている。
　アイテープ４とフックテープ５は、ブラジャー１０の着用時に背中側で連結される。アイテープ４とフックテープ５に代えて、例えばスナップ、面ファスナー、紐、ボタンとボタン穴等を使用することも可能である。
　サイドベルト３の端部付近の上縁部と、カップ部１の上縁部に、肩に掛けるストラップ６の両端がそれぞれ連結されている。このストラップ６のカップ部１側の端部に、移動環７ａと固定環７ｂが取り付けられ、ストラップ６の長さ調整ができるようになっている。
　固定環７ｂは、カップ部１の上縁部に対して、ループ状のストラップタブ８で取り付けられている。このストラップタブ８は、固定環７ｂの横バーを包持するように短冊状の生地を二つ折りしてループ状に形成したもので、二枚重ねの基端部が表生地１０ａと裏生地１０ｂとの間に樹脂ドットで溶着されている。
　ブラジャー１０は、伸縮性を有しほぼ同一形状の表生地１０ａと裏生地１０ｂを、両生地間の樹脂ドットによる溶着により貼り合わせて一体化したものである。生地の種類は特に限定されないが、例えばタテ、ヨコ両方向に伸縮性を有する２ウェイトリコット生地を使用することができる。
　樹脂ドットの付着位置は、ランダム的なものでもよいし、規則正しく縦横にマトリックス状に配列したものでもよい。樹脂ドットの素材は、例えば、ポリウレタン系ホットメルト樹脂、ポリエステル系ホットメルト樹脂、ＥＶＡ系ホットメルト樹脂、ポリオレフィン系ホットメルト樹脂、スチレン系エラストマー、湿気硬化型ウレタン系ホットメルト樹脂、反応型ホットメルト樹脂等を使用可能である。
　樹脂ドットの径は、例えば０．５ｍｍ程度とすることができる。また樹脂ドットの付着密度は、例えば５～２０ドット／１０ｃｍとすることができ、生地に対する占有面積率は例えば３０％とすることができる。
　カップ部１はモールド成形によって椀形に賦形され、その内側に、裏生地１０ｂによってパッドポケット９が形成されている。このパッドポケット９は、パッド挿入口Ｃを通して内部に椀状のパッドを収容するためのものであって全体としてほぼ扁平袋状である。
（アイテープとフックテープ）
　次に、アイテープ４とフックテープ５の詳細について図２Ａａ～図４Ｂに基いてさらに説明する。一方のサイドベルト３の端部に取り付けられたアイテープ４は、図２Ａａ～図２Ａｃ、図３Ａに示すように、芯地４ａと当該芯地４ａに縫着されたアイ金具４ｂを有する。
　当該芯地４ａは、伸びの少ない生地を使用している。芯地４ａの上下両面には縫い目を隠すため接着層を介してカバー布４ｄが貼り付けられている。
　図４Ａに示すように下面のカバー布４ｄに肌への当たりを柔らかくするため、さらに起毛生地４ｅを貼り付けてもよい。アイ金具４ｂは図示例ではサイドベルト３の長さ調節ができるように二列三段で配設されているが、当該列数や段数は任意であることは勿論である。
　表生地１０ａに対するアイテープ４の貼り付け側表面には、図３Ａ、図４Ａのようにウレタンエラストマーフィルム４ｃが接着されている。そしてアイ金具４ｂを表生地１０ａに形成されたスリット３ａから図２Ａａのように頭出しした後に熱プレスすることで樹脂ドットＤとウレタンエラストマーフィルム４ｃによってアイテープ４が表生地１０ａの裏面に溶着される。
　この溶着後に、アイテープ４の一端部に、図２Ａｃのように裏生地１０ｂが被せられ溶着される。従来のアイテープは裏面がすべて裏生地１０ｂで覆われたものが殆どであったが、本発明ではアイテープ４の一端部側を除いて裏面の大半が露出されている。後述するフックテープ５の表面も同様に一端部側を除いて表面の大半が露出されている。
　このようにテープ４、５の大半を裏生地１０ｂによって覆い隠さず露出させている理由は、次の通りである。すなわち、アイテープ４とフックテープ５の着脱は着用者が背面側で両手を使って行うので、個人差はあるが腕の可動範囲に余裕が少ないと必ずしも容易ではない。
　また指の感覚だけに頼った着脱操作となるので、従来のようにテープ４、５が完全に裏生地１０ｂで覆われていると、表面が滑らかな無縫製ブラジャーの場合はテープ４、５の位置がいっそう分かりにくい。このためテープ部分が滑りやすいこともあってテープ４、５の着脱操作に手間取ることがあった。
　そこで本発明は、テープ４、５の大半を積極的に露出させることで、テープ４、５の位置を指で触った感じで明確に分かるようにした。但し、アイテープ４の裏面は直接肌に触れるので、アイテープ４のカップ部１側端部は裏生地１０ｂで覆うと共に、アイ金具４ｂの肌への当たりを柔らかくするため、アイテープ４の露出面に図４Ａのように起毛生地４ｅを貼り付けて肌に対する刺激性を抑制するのが望ましい。裏生地１０ｂは伸縮性があって薄い（約５００μ）ので、アイテープ４の端部に被せた部分で殆ど段差がなく良好な風合いが維持される。
　他方のサイドベルト３の端部に取り付けられたフックテープ５は、図２Ｂａ、図２Ｂｂ、図３Ｂに示すように、芯地５ａと当該芯地５ａに縫着された上下一対のフック金具５ｂを有する。当該芯地５ａも、伸びの少ない生地を使用している。芯地５ａの上下両面には縫い目を隠すため接着層を介してカバー布５ｄが貼り付けられている。
　図４Ｂに示すように下面のカバー布５ｄに手触り感を向上するため、さらに起毛生地５ｅを貼り付けてもよい。表生地１０ａに対するフックテープ５の貼り付け側表面には、図３Ｂ、図４Ｂのようにウレタンエラストマーフィルム５ｃが接着されている。そして熱プレスすることで樹脂ドットＤとウレタンエラストマーフィルム５ｃによってフックテープ５が表生地１０ａの裏面に溶着される。
　フックテープ５は反対側のサイドベルト３の端部上に重なるので直接肌に触れることはない。しかし、フックテープ５のカップ部１側端部が露出しているとフックテープ５が剥がれやすい要因になるし、体裁上も好ましくない。そこで本発明の実施形態では図２Ｂａのようにフックテープ５のカップ部１側端部もフック金具５ｂの近くまで裏生地１０ｂで覆うことにした。
　アイテープ４とフックテープ５の外縁は、表生地１０ａの外縁から内側に２～３ｍｍ程度セットバックｄされている。セットバックｄなしでテープ４、５の外縁を表生地１０ａの外縁に一致させると、テープ４、５の外縁エッジによって肌が刺激されやすく、チクチク感等で風合いが悪くなる。
　このように、本発明の実施形態に係る留め具の固定構造では、テープ４、５を覆う裏生地１０ｂをテープ４、５の一端部側に限定し、また裏生地１０ｂの端部から外側に露出したテープ４、５の外縁は表生地１０ａと裏生地１０ｂの外縁から所定長さで内側方向にセットバックさせている。このためアイテープ４とフックテープ５の位置が手触りで分かりやすく、着用者が背中側で両手を使って行う着脱操作が容易になる。
　またテープ４、５の外縁がセットバックされて当該テープ外縁が肌に触れにくいので、チクチク感のない良好な風合いが得られる。このためフィット感のよい無縫製タイプのブラジャーに特に好適な留め具固定構造を提供することができる。
　以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明は前記実施形態に限定されることなく種々の変形が可能であることは勿論である。例えば図４Ａ、図４Ｂの起毛生地４ｅ、５ｅはカバー布４ｄ、５ｄに重ねて貼り付けたが、下側のカバー布４ｄを省略して芯地４ａ、５ａに直接起毛生地４ｅ、５ｅを貼り付けても良いし、図４Ａのウレタンエラストマーフィルム４ｃと芯地４ａの間のカバー布４ｄや、図４Ｂのウレタンエラストマーフィルム５ｃと芯地５ａの間のカバー布５ｄを省略してもよい。さらにカバー布４ｄ、５ｄは、芯地４ａ、５ａの両面において、生地が異なってもよい。また前記実施形態では肩紐としてストラップ６を使用したが、ハーフカップないし３分の２カップのブラジャーではノーストラップタイプも可能である。

Claims (6)

  1. 　フック金具やアイ金具をテープ状の芯地に縫い付けたブラジャーのサイドベルト用留め具をブラジャーの表生地と裏生地の間に接着層を介して貼り合わせたサイドベルト用留め具の固定構造において、前記芯地の外縁を前記表生地と前記裏生地の外縁から所定長さで内側方向にセットバックさせると共に、前記芯地を覆う前記裏生地を前記芯地の一端部側に限定したことを特徴とするサイドベルト用留め具の固定構造。
  2. 　前記裏生地の端部から外側に露出した前記芯地の露出面に起毛生地を貼り付けたことを特徴とする請求項１のサイドベルト用留め具の固定構造。
  3. 　前記芯地のいずれか一方の片面又は両面にカバー布を貼り付けたことを特徴とする請求項１のサイドベルト用留め具の固定構造。
  4. 　前記裏生地の端部から外側に露出した前記芯地の露出面にカバー布と起毛生地を重ねて貼り付けことを特徴とする請求項１のサイドベルト用留め具の固定構造。
  5. 　前記セットバックの大きさを２～３ｍｍとしたことを特徴とする請求項１から４のいずれか１項のサイドベルト用留め具の固定構造。
  6. 　請求項１から５のいずれか１項のサイドベルト用留め具の固定構造を有するブラジャー。
