储油棉包装结构及包装方法、储油组件及烟油补充方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,尤其涉及一种储油棉包装结构及包装方法、储油组件及烟油补充方法。
背景技术
电子烟能够将烟油雾化形成气雾供消费者吸食使用,为了提升电子烟的气密性以及防止烟油泄露,电子烟中通常设置储油棉,将烟油浸润于储油棉内,储油棉内的烟油量较低时,需重新向储油棉注油,注油的操作难度较高,消费者不能很好的把控烟油的注入量以及注油的均匀性,并且,通常储油棉内的烟油不会完全雾化,会部分残留储油棉内,为避免影响吸烟口感,只能向储油棉注入与之前口味相同的烟油,导致电子烟的口味单一,限制了用户对烟油种类的选择。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种储油棉包装结构,有利于降低烟油补充的难度,并可提供不同口味的烟油。
本发明还提出一种通过上述储油棉包装结构对储油棉进行包装的储油棉包装方法。
本发明还提出一种包括上述储油棉包装结构的储油组件。
本发明还提出一种烟油补充方法。

在电子烟领域,储油棉位于电子烟的PC管内,储油棉浸润有烟油,雾化组件将烟油雾化形成气雾,供用户吸食,电子烟使用一段时间后,储油棉内的烟油量减少,电子烟无法正常出烟;通常情况下,用户需自行向储油棉注油,对烟油进行补充,但注油的操作难度较高,无法保证注油量及注油均匀度,注油量多大,会超出储油棉的储油裕度,造成烟油浪费,注油量过少,储油棉不能发挥其储油性能,导致用户需频繁注油,并且,注油时,储油棉内通常残留有部分烟油,为避免多种烟油混合影响口感,用户只能补充与之前同一类型的烟油,烟油的种类及口味的选择受限。
本发明的实施例中提供了一种储油棉包装结构100,用于放置及密封浸润有烟油的储油棉200,在电子烟中储油棉200的烟油量过低时,可以通过直接替换储油棉200的方式补充烟油,储油棉200内事先浸润有烟油,用户无需自行注油,降低了烟油补充的难度,并且,由于储油棉200直接进行置换,不会出现烟油混合的情况,用户可根据自身喜好选择浸润有不同类型或口味烟油的储油棉200进行替换,克服了现有烟油补充方式所导致的口味单一的缺陷。
具体的,如图1至图6所示,储油棉包装结构100(以下简称包装结构100)包括包装主 体110,包装主体110的内部具有密封腔120,密封腔120用于放置浸润有烟油的储油棉200,密封腔120的边缘密闭,将储油棉200密封于包装主体110内;由于密封腔120密封,可以避免烟油泄露,便于储油棉200的储存及包装结构100的运输,并能防止外部空气、杂质进入密封腔120内,而造成烟油变质。
需补充烟油时,首先将电子烟内原有的储油棉200取出,然后打开包装主体110并取出储油棉200,将浸润有烟油的储油棉200填充于电子烟的PC管内,完成烟油的补充,烟油的补充操作简单、便捷。
在一个实施例中,如图1至图3所示,包装主体110包括第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112,第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112相向对接,二者的对接处密封,第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112中的至少一个突出设置,以在二者之间形成密封腔120,供储油棉200放置。通过两个包覆部相互对接的方式形成包装主体110,储油棉200可以在包覆部对接前放置于二者之间,两个包覆部的对接处密封后,储油棉200被密闭于密封腔120内,便于储油棉200与包装主体110的组装以及储油棉200的密封。
具体的,密封腔120的形状与储油棉200的形状匹配,密封腔120的横截面形状不限于圆形、半圆形、椭圆形、多边形等形状;如图2所示,当第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112均为突出结构时,二者对接后,可以形成截面为圆形、椭圆形、多边形的密封腔120,当第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112中的其中一个为突出结构时,二者对接后,可以形成截面为半圆形、多边形的密封腔120。
包装主体110还包括多个加强筋113,加强筋113设置于第一包覆部111和/或第二包覆部112处,加强筋113向背离密封腔120的方向突出设置,通过设置加强筋113,可以提高包装结构100的整体结构强度及抗挤压性能,便于包装结构100的运输与存放。
需要说明的是,加强筋113可以是突出于第一包覆部111和/或第二包覆部112表面的凸点或纹路,加强筋113相互间隔设置,并可以沿包装主体110的周向和/或长度方向均匀排布。加强筋113可以是与第一包覆部111和/或第二包覆部112一体连接的结构,包装主体110在加强筋113处为实心结构;加强筋113还可以是一体成型于第一包覆部111和/或第二包覆部112的突出结构,包装主体110在加强筋113处为空心结构,加强筋113处的内部空间与密封腔120连通。
包装主体110的密封通过第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112的对接实现,在一个实施例中,第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112的轮廓相符,通过将二者的边缘对接并密封,实现包装主体110的密封。上述的对接方式,对第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112的尺寸精度以及 对接精度要求较高,容易出现二者对接处存在缝隙的情况,密封效果差,基于此,本发明的另一实施例中,包装结构100还包括密封边130,密封边130环设于包装主体110的边缘,并与包装主体110一体连接;密封边130具有较大的密封面积,允许第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112存在尺寸误差,对第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112的对接精度要求低,通过设置密封边130,可以将包装主体110的边缘处密封,提高包装结构100的密封效果。
第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112对接后,位于二者外侧的部分形成密封边130。具体的,在一个实施例中,第一包覆部111的边缘连接有第一密封部131,第一密封部131供第二包覆部112的边缘对接,在此情形下,第二包覆部112的轮廓可以略大于第一包覆部111的轮廓,以便于第二包覆部112的边缘对接于第一密封部131,第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112对接后,第一密封部131形成密封边130;在其他实施例中,包装主体110包括第一密封部131与第二密封部132,第一密封部131一体连接于第一包覆部111,并环设于第一包覆部111的边缘,第二密封部132一体连接于第二包覆部112,并环设于第二包覆部112的边缘,第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112对接时,第一密封部131与第二密封部132相互贴附并组合形成密封边130,由于第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112均连接有密封部,密封边130的密封区域较大,包装结构100的密封强度高,并且所允许的第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112的对接误差较大,便于包装结构100的对接成型。
进一步的,如图4所示,密封边130具有启封部133,启封部133设置于密封边130背向包装主体110的一侧;需取出储油棉200时,于启封部133处向包装结构100的内部撕拉密封边130,可以快速打开密封腔120,使密封腔120内的储油棉200露出,提高了拆除包装结构100及取出储油棉200的便利度。
在一个实施例中,第一密封部131与第二密封部132预留未贴合的部分,该未贴合的部分形成启封部133,第一密封部131与第二密封部132在启封部133处未贴合,于启封部133处朝向密封腔120撕拉第一密封部131与第二密封部132,二者的贴合位置可以快速分离,以将密封腔120打开;在另一实施例中,如图4所示,启封部133为设置于密封边130上的豁口,于豁口朝向密封腔120撕拉密封边130,密封边130快速断裂,并打开密封腔120,可以快速去除储油棉200。
另外,由于密封边130在加强筋113处的宽度较小,为避免由于设置启封部133,而过度减小密封边130在加强筋113处的密封强度,本发明的实施例中,启封部133位于相邻的加强筋113之间,以减弱启封部133对密封边130密封效果的影响。
如图4所示,包装结构100可以包括多个包装主体110,相邻的包装主体110通过密封 边130相互连接,密封边130设有易撕部134,易撕部134具有多个间断设置的断口1341,沿易撕部134撕拉包装结构100时,相邻断口1341之间的间隔部分快速断裂,使相邻的包装主体110相互分离,不会损坏密封边130,而影响密封腔120的密封。
相邻包装主体110可以共用一个密封边130,易撕部134设置于该密封边130的中心线位置,或者相邻包装主体110的密封边130一体连接,相邻的密封边130一体连接,易撕部134设置于两个密封边130的连接位置。另外,易撕部134至少一侧的边缘设置有断口1341,将断口1341设置于易撕部134的边缘处,使易撕部134更易断裂,便于包装主体110的分离。
本发明还提供了另一形式的包装结构100,如图5与图6所示,包装主体110呈管状,包装主体110具有至少一个开口,开口与密封腔120连通,包装结构100还包括密封塞140,密封塞140封堵开口,以将储油棉200密闭于密封腔120内。
包装主体110可以通过注塑、挤出的方式一体成型,密封塞140应选用柔性材质,使密封塞140具有一定变形能力,能够与包装主体110的内壁紧密接触,在储油棉200放入密封腔120后,密封塞140可以将开口密封。密封塞140可以插入包装主体110的内部,并与包装主体110的内壁配合实现密封,或者密封塞140扣合于包装主体110的外部,并与包装主体110的外壁配合实现密封。
另外,密封塞140还可设置气孔141,气孔141与密封腔120连通,该气孔141用于供真空装置抽出密封腔120内的气体,使密封腔120呈真空状态,优化储油棉200的储存环境,使储油棉200具有较长的储存期限。
如图6所示,包装主体110只有一端具有开口时,包装主体110的另一端封堵,密封塞140设置有一个并封堵开口,气孔141设置于该密封塞140上。如图7所示,包装主体110的两端均具有开口时,密封塞140设置有两个,每一密封塞140封堵一个开口,气孔141设置于其中一个密封塞140上;两端均具有开口的包装主体110可以直接作为电子烟的PC管使用,将密封塞140从包装主体110上取下后,无需取放储油棉200,将电子烟中的烟嘴、雾化组件与PC管组装、配合,即可形成完整的电子烟。
本发明的实施例中还提供了一种储油棉200包装方法,包括如下步骤:
首先,形成上述实施例中的储油棉包装结构100,向储油棉200注入烟油;
然后,将浸润有烟油的储油棉200放入包装结构100的密封腔120内,然后将包装主体110密封,使储油棉200密闭于密封腔120内。
由此,通过上述的包装方法,可以实现对浸润有烟油的储油棉200的密封包装,并且每一储油棉200相互独立,使用时,仅需将储油棉200从密封腔120内取出后,放置于电子烟 的PC管内,即可实现对烟油的补充,储油棉200在包装前已经完成了注油,无需用户操作注油步骤,烟油的补充便利度高;并且,每一储油棉200所注入的烟油的类型各异,用户可根据需求选择不同类型的储油棉200进行替换,烟油类型及口味的选择更为灵活。
在一个实施例中,储油棉包装结构的成形包括如下步骤:
以图5至图7所示的包装结构100为例,首先,以一体成型工艺形成包装主体110,该包装主体110具有至少一个开口,然后,将浸润有烟油的储油棉200通过该开口置入密封腔120内,并将该开口封堵,使储油棉200密封于密封腔120内。
具体的,该一体成型工艺可以选择注塑、挤压等方式,开口的封堵可以通过向开口插入密封塞140的方式实现,密封塞140具有一定的变形能力,可以与包装主体110的内壁紧密配合,并便于拆除,将储油棉200取出。
在另一实施例中,储油棉包装结构的成形包括如下步骤:
以图1至图4所示的包装结构100为例,参照图8,首先,以一体成型工艺形成待密封体(待密封体为包装结构100未成形时的一个中间状态),待密封体包括第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112;然后将浸润有烟油的储油棉200放置于第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112之间,将第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112相对扣合,并热封二者的对接处,将储油棉200密封于二者之间,二者的热封位置形成密封边130,以保证包装结构100具有足够的密封强度,避免烟油泄露。
需要说明的是,第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112可以是相互独立的两个结构,或者是一体连接的一体式结构。如图8所示,本发明的实施例中,第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112一体连接,待密封体可以通过注塑、吸塑的方式一体成型。
在一个实施例中,待密封体以吸塑的方式加工,具体的,对加工原料进行加热,使原料变软,通过真空吸附的方式将原料吸附于模具表面,待原料冷却后,形成待密封体。以吸塑的方式形成待密封体,可以节省原材料,适合自动化加工;原材料可以选用环保材质,另外,待密封体可以透明,便于观察储油棉200状态。
本发明的实施例中,在热封后还设置有后处理步骤,后处理步骤包括在密封边130处形成启封部133,和/或,在密封边130处形成易撕部134。如图4所示,若启封部133呈现为豁口状态,在密封边130形成后,对密封边130进行冲切,并在密封边130上形成豁口,该豁口为启封部133;若启封部133呈现为密封边130的两个密封部相互分离的状态,则在热封过程中,预留启封部133所在区域,对除启封部133之外其他区域进行热封。
待密封体包括多个第一包覆部111与第二包覆部112时,如图4所示,待密封体热封后, 形成多个密封腔120,每一密封腔120内均放置有一个储油棉200,多个储油棉200可以组合形成连续的带状结构,便于储油棉200的整理及储存,并且热封过程中,可以对多个包覆部之间的对接处进行密封,具有较高的加工效率。为便于不同的储油棉200相互分离,本发明实施例中的后处理步骤中,通过冲切的方式在密封边130处形成易撕部134,沿易撕部134撕拉密封边130,可以快速分离相邻的储油棉200,且不破坏密封边130与密封腔120的密封状态。
需要说明的是,向储油棉200的注油步骤包括:将储油棉200置于注油容器内,然后向注油容器内注射烟油,储油棉200在注油容器内静置预设时间后取出,以使烟油充分且均匀浸润于储油棉200内。另外,烟油总体积为储油棉200自然展开状态下总体积的70%-90%,以避免烟油过多,造成浪费,或者烟油过少,导致用户需频繁补充烟油。
如图3、图6或图7所示,本发明的实施例中还提供了一种储油组件,包括上述的储油棉包装结构100,还包括储油棉200,储油棉200的内部浸润有烟油,储油棉200容置于密封腔120内。在包装结构100的密封作用下,可以防止储油棉200内的烟油泄露,并且储油棉200可以直接替换电子烟内原有的储油棉200,完成烟油补充,提高了烟油补充的便利度,并且储油组件能够以一整体结构被制备和运输,自动化生产程度高。
储油棉200可以选择为脱脂棉、密胺泡棉、生物棉等材质;储油棉200的内部中空,形成安装腔210,安装腔210供雾化组件插入,使雾化组件与烟油接触,并将烟油雾化,雾化后形成的烟雾通过安装腔流动至烟嘴处,供用户吸食。
本发明的实施例中提供了一种烟油补充方法,包括如下步骤:
首先,取出电子烟中原有的储油棉200,然后,将浸润有烟油的储油棉200放置于电子烟中,通过直接替换储油棉200的方式实现对烟油的补充,无需用户自行注油,并且烟油的补充不受储油棉200内残留的原有烟油类型、口味的影响,烟油选择的类型不受限制。
进一步的,可以选择上述储油组件内的储油棉200对原有储油棉200进行替换。具体的,储油棉200替换时,将原有储油棉200取出后,取出包装结构100内的储油棉200,并放置于电子烟内,完成烟油补充。储油组件便于携带,用户可以直接获取包装结构100内的储油棉200,并在任意时间补充烟油,具有较高的实用性。
上面结合附图对本发明实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施例,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。此外,在不冲突的情况下,本发明的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。

Claims (15)

  1. 储油棉包装结构,其特征在于,包括:
    包装主体,内部具有密封腔,所述密封腔用于放置浸润有烟油的储油棉,以将所述储油棉密封于所述包装主体内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的储油棉包装结构,其特征在于,所述包装主体包括第一包覆部与第二包覆部,所述第一包覆部与所述第二包覆部相向对接,所述第一包覆部与所述第二包覆部中的至少一个突出设置,所述第一包覆部与所述第二包覆部之间形成所述密封腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的储油棉包装结构,其特征在于,所述包装主体还包括多个加强筋,所述加强筋设置于所述第一包覆部和/或所述第二包覆部,并向背离所述密封腔的方向突出。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的储油棉包装结构,其特征在于,还包括密封边,所述密封边环设于所述包装主体的边缘,并与所述包装主体一体连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的储油棉包装结构,其特征在于,所述包装主体还包括第一密封部与第二密封部,所述第一密封部一体连接于所述第一包覆部并环设于所述第一包覆部的边缘,所述第二密封部一体连接于所述第二包覆部并环设于所述第二包覆部的边缘,所述第一密封部与所述第二密封部相互贴附形成所述密封边。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的储油棉包装结构,其特征在于,所述密封边具有启封部,所述启封部设置于所述密封边背向所述包装主体的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的储油棉包装结构,其特征在于,包括多个所述包装主体,相邻所述包装主体通过所述密封边连接,所述密封边设有易撕部,所述易撕部具有多个间断设置的断口。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的储油棉包装结构,其特征在于,还包括密封塞,所述包装主体具有至少一个开口,所述开口与所述密封腔连通,所述密封塞封堵所述开口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的储油棉包装结构,其特征在于,所述密封塞具有气孔,所述气孔与所述密封腔连通。
  10. 储油棉包装方法,其特征在于,包括:
    形成权利要求1至9中任一项所述的储油棉包装结构,向储油棉注入烟油;
    将浸润有烟油的储油棉放入密封腔内,密封包装主体,使所述储油棉密闭于所述密封腔内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的储油棉包装方法,其特征在于,所述储油棉包装结构的成形 步骤包括:
    以一体成型工艺形成待密封体,所述待密封体包括第一包覆部与第二包覆部;
    将浸润有烟油的储油棉放置于所述第一包覆部与所述第二包覆部之间;
    将所述第一包覆部与所述第二包覆部的相对扣合,并热封所述第一包覆部与所述第二包覆部的对接处,形成密封边。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的储油棉包装方法,其特征在于,在热封后,对所述储油棉包装结构进行后处理,所述后处理包括:在所述密封边处形成启封部,和/或,在所述密封边处形成易撕部。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的储油棉包装方法,其特征在于,所述储油棉包装结构的成形步骤包括:
    以一体成型工艺形成所述包装主体,所述包装主体具有至少一个开口;
    将浸润有烟油的储油棉通过所述开口置入所述密封腔内;
    封堵所述开口。
  14. 储油组件,其特征在于,包括:
    权利要求1至9中任一项所述的储油棉包装结构;
    储油棉,内部浸润有烟油,所述储油棉容置于密封腔内。
  15. 烟油补充方法,其特征在于,包括:
    取出电子烟中的储油棉;
    将浸润有烟油的储油棉放置于所述电子烟中。
