Description

发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种安全带悬挂装置,能够安装于工字钢梁,保证施工人员的安全。
根据本申请一方面的安全带悬挂装置,用于工字钢梁,包括:
绳索,所述绳索用于悬挂安全带;
第一连接件,所述第一连接件能够悬挂于工字钢梁底端一侧的第一翼缘板,且所述第一连接件与所述绳索的一端连接;

针对上述问题,本申请提供一种安全带悬挂装置100,用于工字钢梁200,包括绳索300、第一连接件110、第二连接件120和固定组件130。绳索300用于悬挂安全带,第一连接件110能够悬挂于工字钢梁200底端一侧的第一翼缘板201,第一连接件110与绳索300的一端连接,第二连接件120能够悬挂于工字钢梁200底端另一侧的第二翼缘板202,第二连接件120与绳索300的另一端连接,提高施工人员的安全性。

参照图1和图2,第三限位部113设置有第三容纳空间116,第六限位部123能够容置于第三容纳空间116,固定组件130设置于第三限位部113和第六限位部123之间,在第六限位部123容置于第三限位部113的状态下,第三限位部113通过固定组件130与第六限位部123连接。
在一些实施例中,第六限位部123设置有第三容纳空间116,第三限位部113能够容置于第六限位部123的第三容纳空间116,固定组件130设置于第三限位部113和第六限位部123之间,在第三限位部113容置于第六限位部123的状态下,第三限位部113通过固定组件130与第六限位部123连接。
参照图1和图2,第三限位部113的长度大于第一限位部111的长度,第六限位部123的长度大于第四限位部121的长度。
参照图1和图2,固定组件130包括弹簧钢珠131和与弹簧钢珠131适配的卡孔132。第一翼缘板201容置在第一容纳空间114,第二翼缘板202容置于第二容纳空间124,通过相向移动第一连接件110和第二连接件120,以使第二限位部112靠近第一翼缘板201的一端,第五限位部122靠近第二翼缘板202的一端,再通过固定组件130将第三限位部113和第六限位部123固定。弹簧钢珠131设置在第六限位部123,卡孔132设置在第三限位部113,第六限位部123容置在第三限位部113的第三容纳空间116时,弹簧钢珠131卡进卡孔132,以使第三限位部113和第六限位部123固定。
在一些实施例中,第三容纳空间116设置在第六限位部123,第三限位部113容置于第六限位部123的第三容纳空间116时,弹簧钢珠131设置在第三限位部113,卡孔132设置在第六限位部123,以使第三限位部113和第六限位部123固定。
参照图1和图2,沿第一连接件110至第二连接件120的方向,卡孔132有多个。方便安全带悬挂装置100安装于不同规格的工字钢梁200。
在一些实施例中,卡孔132有多个,弹簧钢珠131也有多个,方便安全带悬挂装置100安装于不同规格的工字钢梁200,且第一连接件110与第二连接件120的连接更加稳定。
参照图1和图2,卡孔132均匀设置在第三限位部113,以使第一连接件110和第二连接件120可以等间距相向移动,方便安全带悬挂装置100安装于不同规格的工字钢梁200。
在一些实施例中,弹簧钢珠131均匀设置在第六限位部123,卡孔132均匀设置在所述第三限位部113,且弹簧钢珠131能够卡于卡孔132。以使第一连接件110和第二连接件120可以等间距相向移动,方便安全带悬挂装置100安装于不同规格的工字钢梁200,且第一连接件110与第二连接件120的连接更加稳定。

Claims (10)
- 安全带悬挂装置,用于工字钢梁,其特征在于,包括:绳索,所述绳索用于悬挂安全带;第一连接件,所述第一连接件能够悬挂于工字钢梁底端一侧的第一翼缘板,且所述第一连接件与所述绳索的一端连接;第二连接件,所述第二连接件能够悬挂于工字钢梁底端另一侧的第二翼缘板,且所述第二连接件与所述绳索的另一端连接;固定组件,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件之间设置有所述固定组件,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件通过固定组件连接,且所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件之间的距离可调节。
- 根据权利要求1所述的安全带悬挂装置,其特征在于,所述第一连接件包括第一限位部、第二限位部和第三限位部,所述第一限位部与所述第三限位部分别位于所述第二限位部的上下两侧,以使所述第一限位部、所述第二限位部和所述第三限位部限定出第一容纳空间,所述第一容纳空间用于容纳所述第一翼缘板;所述第二连接件包括第四限位部、第五限位部和第六限位部,所述第四限位部与所述第六限位部分别位于所述第五限位部的上下两侧,以使所述第四限位部、所述第五限位部和所述第六限位部限定出第二容纳空间,所述第二容纳空间内用于容纳所述第二翼缘板。
- 根据权利要求2所述的安全带悬挂装置,其特征在于,所述第二限位部设置有第一固定孔,所述第五限位部设置有第二固定孔,所述绳索的一端通过所述第一固定孔连接于所述第二限位部,所述绳索的另一端通过所述第二固定孔连接于所述第五限位部。
- 根据权利要求2所述的安全带悬挂装置,其特征在于,所述第一限位部与所述第三限位部平行,且所述第一限位部与所述第三限位部之间的间距,与所述第一翼缘板的厚度一致,所述第四限位部与所述第六限位部平行,且所述第四限位部与所述第六限位部之间的间距,与所述第二翼缘板的厚度一致。
- 根据权利要求2所述的安全带悬挂装置,其特征在于,所述第三限位部的长度大于所述第一限位部的长度,所述第六限位部的长度大于所述第四限位部的长度。
- 根据权利要求2所述的安全带悬挂装置,其特征在于,所述第三限位部设置有第三容纳空间,所述第六限位部能够容置于所述第三容纳空间,所述固定组件设置于所述第三限位部和所述第六限位部之间,在所述第六限位部容置于所述第三限位部的状态下,所述第三限位部通过所述固定组件与所述第六限位部连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的安全带悬挂装置,其特征在于,所述固定组件包括弹簧钢珠和与所述弹簧钢珠适配的卡孔。
- 根据权利要求7所述的安全带悬挂装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧钢珠设置于所述第六限位部,所述卡孔设置在所述第三限位部。
- 根据权利要求7所述的安全带悬挂装置,其特征在于,沿所述第一连接件至所述第二连接件的方向,所述卡孔有多个。
- 根据权利要求9所述的安全带悬挂装置,其特征在于,所述卡孔均匀设置在所述第三限位部。
