本发明提供的清洁机构,包括有基座和清洁组件,通过清洁件相对于基座转动,实现清洁机构对待清洁面进行清洁,而且清洁件在驱动力的作用下,如用户手动推动清洁件或是驱动机构驱动清洁件,可使其沿横向的至少一端可至少部分伸出于基座,清洁机构在正常清洁时,清洁件可处于正常清扫的第一位置进行清洁;当清洁机构清洁边缘区域,如墙角区域时,可驱使清洁件的一端伸出于基座,清洁件可更好地与墙角边缘贴合进行清洁,清洁机构不存在清洁盲区,对于如墙角等边缘区域的清洁效果更好,用户使用体验感也更好。

下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
需要说明的是,本发明的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
在本发明中,在未作相反说明的情况下,使用的方位词如“上、下、顶、底”通常是针对附图所示的方向而言的,或者是针对部件本身在竖直、垂直或重力方向上而言的;同样地,为便于理解和描述,“内、外”是指相对于各部件本身的轮廓的内、外,但上述方位词并不用于限制本发明。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种清洁机构100,请参阅图1至图2,该清洁机构100包括基座1及清洁组件2,其中,基座1用于供清洁组件2安装,且清洁组件2包括有转动设于基座1上的清洁件21,通过清洁件21的转动,使得清洁件21可与待清洁面摩擦,从而将待清洁面上的灰尘等杂质卷起,进行清洁;而且清洁件21沿横向延伸设置,当清洁机构100正常清洁工作时,前进方向为基座1的前方,这里的横向可指沿基座1的左右方向,下述关于方位的描述可均依此为参照;而且清洁件21在驱动力的作用下,例如用户手动推动清洁件21或是通过驱动机构22驱动清洁件21时,可使清洁件21沿横向的至少一端可至少部分伸出于基座1,清洁机构100在正常清洁时,清洁件21可处于正常清扫的第一位置进行清洁;当清洁机构100清洁边缘区域,如墙角区域时,可驱使清洁件21的一端伸出于基座1,清洁件21可更好地与墙角边缘贴合进行清洁,清洁机构100不存在清洁盲区,对于如墙角等边缘区域的清洁效果更好,用户使用体验感也更好。
其中,清洁件21不仅具有正常清洁时的第一位置,而且清洁件21还具有一端伸出于基座1时的第二位置,在清洁件21受驱动力作用时,清洁件21可在第一位置和第二位置之间往复运动,从而可切换不同的工作模式,工作方式更灵活。
可以理解的是,清洁件21的移动可呈直线往复运动,当然也可是曲线往复运动,如清洁件21可沿一摆轴进行摆动;还或是清洁件21呈“回”字型往复运动,例如清洁件21受曲柄2325摇杆结构进行驱动,移动方式较多,但显然,直线式的往复运动,可使得清洁件21的驱动结构形式更简单,且清洁件21的移动空间也占用更小,使得清洁机构100的体积可更小。
优选地,清洁机构100还包括有驱动机构22,驱动机构22与清洁件21 相连接,用于驱动清洁件21在第一位置和第二位置之间直线往复运动,移动更省力也更方便。
其中,驱动机构22的设置形式有多种。在一实施方式中,结合图2和图3所示,该驱动机构22包括第一驱动件221和连接头222,连接头222与清洁件21螺纹配合连接,连接头222受第一驱动件221的驱动而转动,以带动清洁件21沿横向做直线往复移动,以在第一位置和第二位置之间往复移动。
进一步地,清洁件21呈中空设置,第一驱动件221和连接头222均设于清洁件21内,更节省空间,使得整个清洁机构100的体积可更小;其中,第一驱动件221可驱动连接头222沿第一方向转动,也可驱动连接头222沿第二方向转动,第一方向与第二方向相反,例如,第一方向为顺时针方向时,第二方向可为逆时针方向,第一方向为逆时针方向时,则第二方向为顺时针方向;当第一驱动件221驱动连接头222沿第一方向转动时,清洁件21与连接头222相啮合设置,且此时,清洁件21处于第一位置进行转动清洁;当第一驱动件221驱动连接头222沿第二方向转动时,清洁件21可与连接头222相啮出,并在连接头222的作用下可驱使清洁件21沿基座1的横向移动至第二位置处,使得清洁件21可处于第二位置进行清洁工作。其中,第一驱动件221可设置为驱动电机,以驱动连接头222进行转动。通过第一驱动件221和连接头222驱使清洁件21转动,且通过第一驱动件221调节转动方向,可使得清洁件21在第一位置和第二位置之间往复移动,结构简单,且第一驱动件221和连接头222均设置于清洁件21内,不占用清洁件21的外侧空间,占用空间小,因此使得清洁机构100不仅体积可更小,且制造成本低。
当然,在基座1上还可设置有调节按键和控制器(未在附图中示出),通过控制器与调节按键和第一驱动件221电连接,用户在使用清洁机构100进行清洁时,清洁机构100在初始状态时,清洁件21可处于第一位置进行清洁,当用户清洁如墙角等边角区域时,用户可通过按压调节按键,以发出调节信号,通过控制器控制第一驱动件221调整转动方向,从而调节清洁件21的转向,使得清洁件21可自基座1伸出,以更好地与边角区域贴合使用,操作方便,且清洁效果更好。
而且,为避免清洁件21的伸出量过大,清洁件21易脱落或工作不稳定,在基座1上还设置有限位结构31,在清洁件21上设有与限位结构31限位配合的配合结构32,限位结构31与配合结构32相配合,用于对清洁件21的往复移动行程进行限制,从而使得清洁件21的伸出长度更合适,即能清洁干净,同时也能更好地进行边角区域的清理,清洁效果更理想。
优选地,限位结构31和配合结构32其中之一设置为限位挡板311,其中另一设置为配合槽321,限位挡板311在配合槽321内滑动以限制清洁件21的往复移动行程,具体地,可结合图1和图10中所示,清洁件21可设置为清洁滚刷,清洁滚刷的第一端与基座1相连接,清洁滚刷的第二端呈悬置状态设置,连接头222可自清洁滚刷的第一端伸入至清洁滚刷的内部,从而与清洁滚刷相连接,以驱动清洁滚刷进行转动;基座1具有罩设于清洁滚刷周侧的弧状罩体,上述限位挡板311设于清洁滚刷上,配合槽321呈贯穿设于基座1的弧状罩体上,当清洁件21安装于基座1上时,限位挡板311伸入至配合槽321内,配合槽321具有沿清洁滚刷的轴向呈相对设置的第一槽壁和第二槽壁,当清洁件21处于正常工作的第一位置时,限位挡板311与第一槽壁相抵接,当清洁件21处于第二位置时,限位挡板311与第二槽壁相抵接,清洁件21的移动行程与配合槽321沿清洁滚刷的轴向的长度相一致,使清洁件21处于更佳的清洁位置,提高清洁效率。
而且,清洁件21在沿第一位置和第二位置往复移动时,清洁件21可停留于第一位置和第二位置之间的任一位置处进行清洁工作,使得清洁件21的工作方式更灵活,以适应不同的工作环境。优选地,可在配合槽321内设有多个限位凸部(未在附图中示出),多个限位凸部沿清洁件21的轴向呈间隔布设,限位挡板311可抵接于其中任一限位凸部处,使清洁件21可限位于第一位置和第二位置之间的任一位置处;其中,各限位凸部的端部可呈弧状态设置,限位挡板311可越过其中一限位凸部,以卡接于另一限位凸部处,使得清洁件21的工作位更多,清洁模式更多样。
在另一实施方式中,驱动机构22可包括有第二驱动件23、传动组件232及配合件231,其中,配合件231设于清洁件21的一端,传动组件232连接 配合件231和第二驱动件23,通过第二驱动件23驱动传动组件232移动,以带动配合件231沿基座1的横向往复移动,从而使得清洁件21可沿基座1的横向往复移动,以实现清洁件21在第一位置和第二位置进行切换,以切换不同的工作模式。
可以理解的是,传动组件232的设置形式也较多。在一示例中,传动组件232包括螺母2321和丝杆2322,其中,螺母2321设于配合件231上,丝杆2322与螺母2321相螺接、且沿基座1的横向延伸设置,第二驱动件23与丝杆2322相连接,用于驱动丝杆2322转动,当丝杆2322进行转动时可驱使螺母2321沿丝杆2322进行移动,从而带动配合件231沿基座1的横向移动,通过配合件231以带动清洁件21沿基座1的横向进行移动。
具体地,如图4至图6中所示,第二驱动件23可设置为驱动电机,第二驱动件23设于基座1上,配合件231呈平板状设置,并设于清洁件21与基座1相连接的一端,螺母2321安装于配合件231的一侧,丝杆2322与螺线相螺接,且一端与第二驱动件23相连接,从而通过螺母2321沿丝杆2322滑动,带动配合件231移动,并同时使得清洁件21可沿基座1的横向移动,而且,当第二驱动件23改变转动方向时,可驱使丝杆2322改变转动方向,从而可调节螺母2321的移动方向,使得清洁件21可沿基座1的横向往复移动。
在另一示例中,结合图7至图9所示,上述传动组件232可包括滑块2324和曲柄2325,其中,滑块2324与配合件231相连接,滑块2324上设有沿基座1的纵向延伸设置的滑槽,这里的纵向可指沿基座1的前后方向,曲柄2325转动设于基座1上,且一端套设于滑块2324的滑槽内,另一端与第二驱动件23相连接,通过第二驱动件23驱动曲柄2325转动,使得曲柄2325的一端可沿滑槽滑动,通过曲柄2325抵顶滑槽的槽壁,从而可驱使配合件231沿基座1的横向往复移动。
具体地,如图9中所示,配合件231呈平板状设置,滑块2324呈凸出设于配合件231的一侧,滑槽呈方形的长孔,曲柄2325的至少部分套设于滑槽内,且可沿滑槽滑动,第二驱动件23设于基座1上,其输出端与曲柄2325的另一端相连接,以驱动曲柄2325沿水平面转动,使得配合件231具有沿基 座1的横向的往复移动行程,从而带动清洁件21沿基座1的横向往复移动。
可以理解的是,驱动清洁件21进行往复移动的方式较多,可根据清洁机构100的实际结构进行适应性调整,在此不一一列举。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种清洁设备,该清洁设备包括上述的清洁机构100,清洁设备在进行清洁时,可根据不同的待清洁区域调节清洁件21的工作位置,例如,清洁设备在正常清洁时,可使得清洁机构100的清洁件21处于第一位置进行清扫,当清洁设备清洁边角区域,如墙角、桌角等区域时,可启动清洁机构100的驱动机构22,将清洁机构100的清洁件21调整至第二位置进行清洁,使得清洁件21可更贴合墙角边角区域进行清洁,清洁设备不存在清洁盲区,清洁效果更好,且清洁设备的清洁模式更多样化,清洁更方便。
显然,上述所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下,可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种清洁机构,其特征在于,包括:
    基座;
    清洁组件,设于所述基座上,包括转动设于所述基座上的清洁件,所述清洁件沿所述基座的横向延伸设置,且在驱动力的作用下,可使得所述清洁件沿其横向的至少一端可至少部分伸出于所述基座。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的清洁机构,其中,所述清洁件具有正常清洁时的第一位置、以及具有一端伸出于所述基座时的第二位置,所述清洁件受驱动力作用,可在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间往复运动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的清洁机构,其特征在于,还包括驱动机构,所述驱动机构与所述清洁件相连接,用于驱动所述清洁件在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间直线往复运动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的清洁机构,其中,所述驱动机构包括第一驱动件和连接头,所述连接头与所述清洁件螺纹配合,所述连接头受所述第一驱动件的驱动而转动,以带动所述清洁件做往复直线移动。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的清洁机构,其中,所述清洁件呈中空设置,所述第一驱动件和所述连接头均设于所述清洁件内;
    所述第一驱动件驱动所述连接头沿第一方向转动,所述清洁件与所述连接头相啮合、并带动所述清洁件在所述第一位置转动;所述第一驱动件驱动所述连接头沿第二方向转动,所述清洁件与所述连接头相啮出、并驱使所述清洁件沿所述基座的横向移动至所述第二位置,其中,所述第一方向和所述第二方向相反。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的清洁机构,其中,所述基座上还设置有调节按键和控制器,所述控制器与所述调节按键和所述第一驱动件连接;其中,所述控制器收到所述调节按键的信号控制所述第一驱动件调整转动方向,使所述清洁件可自所述基座伸出。
  7. 如权利要求2至6中任意一项所述的清洁机构,其中,所述基座上设有限位结构,所述清洁件上设有与所述限位结构限位配合的配合结构,所述限位结构与所述配合结构相配合,用于限制所述清洁件的往复移动行程。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的清洁机构,其中,所述限位结构和所述配合结构其中之一设置为限位挡板,其中另一设置为配合槽,所述限位挡板在所述配合槽内滑动以限制所述清洁件的往复移动行程。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的清洁机构,其中,所述配合槽内设有多个限位凸部,所述多个限位凸部沿所述清洁件的轴向呈间隔布设,所述限位挡板抵接于其中任一限位凸部处,使所述清洁件限位于第一位置和第二位置之间的任一位置处。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的清洁机构,其中,所述限位凸部的端部呈弧状态设置,所述限位挡板越过其中一限位凸部,以卡接于另一限位凸部处。
  11. 如权利要求3所述的清洁机构,其中,所述驱动机构还包括第二驱动件、传动组件及配合件,所述配合件设于所述清洁件的一端,所述传动组件连接所述配合件和所述第二驱动件,所述第二驱动件驱动所述传动组件移动,以带动所述配合件沿所述基座的横向往复移动。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的清洁机构,其中,所述传动组件包括:
    螺母,设于所述配合件上;
    丝杆,与所述螺母相螺接、且沿所述基座的横向延伸设置;
    所述第二驱动件与所述丝杆相连接,用于驱动所述丝杆转动。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的清洁机构,其中,所述传动组件包括:
    滑块,与所述配合件相连接,所述滑块上设有沿所述基座的纵向延伸设置的滑槽;
    曲柄,转动设于所述基座上、且一端套设于所述滑块的滑槽内;
    所述第二驱动件与所述曲柄的另一端相连接,用于驱动所述曲柄转动,使得所述曲柄的一端沿所述滑槽移动、以驱使所述配合件沿所述基座的横向往复移动。
  14. 一种清洁设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至13中任意一项所述的清洁机构。
