一种洗涤剂投放模块的控制方法及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明属于衣物添加剂投放技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种洗涤剂投放模块的控制方法及洗衣机。
背景技术
由于洗衣机的使用普遍性以及科技的不断进步,洗衣机的智能化技术也越来越成熟,现有的常规洗衣机都需要与洗涤剂配合使用,以达到理想的效果。
现有技术中,提供了一种衣物处理设备及其控制方法。旨在现有衣物处理设备无法根据不同的衣物材质和/或类型灵活地配制最适用的衣物处理剂组分,从而导致对衣物的处理效果不佳的问题。该方案中,衣物处理剂的多个组分分别盛放在不同的墨盒式储液盒中,衣物处理剂的每种组分以洗衣机选定程序对应的投放比例量向洗衣机筒内进行投放。
可见,现有技术中,仅公开了对洗涤剂不同组分分别存储、进行投放的控制方法,但其并未说明投放模块如何工作,如何对存储不同洗涤剂组分的储液盒进行抽取控制。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗涤剂投放的控制方法,以解决现有技术中通过输送管投放,集成度低,不便拆装、成本较高;每种衣物处理剂组分通过独立的管路投放;投放过程中,不同种类衣物处理剂组分相互隔离,投出前不能进行预先混合,可能会影响到洗涤效果;每种衣物处理剂组分直接投放,投放过程中,不能与进水混合稀释,无法进一步提高洗涤剂的洗涤效果的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:

投放模块具有至少两个储液盒,用于存储洗涤剂的不同组分;

如图1-6所示,本发明提供了一种洗涤剂投放模块的控制方法和洗衣机,其中,所采用的投放模块1包括至少两个储液盒11,投放模块1上集成有水路13。水路13上设有控制元件12,储液盒11用于存储不同洗涤液组分。通过控制元件12的调节,可将储液盒11中的不同洗涤液组分经由水路13投入到洗衣设备的洗涤筒2中。
本发明对洗涤剂投放模块的控制方法包括:
根据不同的水路13,控制投放模块1上控制元件12的调节,使不同储液盒11中的洗涤液组分,以指定的量投出。控制元件12采用流量控制装置121和/或抽吸装置122,通过抽吸装置122,控制抽吸不同储液盒11中的洗涤液组分及抽吸的量。通过流量控制装置121,控制不同储液盒11中洗涤液组分投出及投出的量;
在抽吸装置122和/或流量控制装置121共同作用下,不同储液盒11中的洗涤液组分,以指定的量投至投放模块1的供水水路中131,并流出投放模块1。
本发明还提供了一种洗衣机,具有上述的洗涤剂投放模块1,并对该投放模块1采用以下所述的控制方法。
下面给出几组具体的实施例;
实施例一:
参照图1,在本实施例一中,控制控制元件12采用抽吸装置122,并且,每一个储液盒11单独与一个抽吸装置122连接,即储液盒11与抽吸装置122一一对应,每一个抽吸装置122仅能抽取与其连接的储液盒11内部的洗衣液组分,并且,每个储液盒11都连接有一个抽吸装置122,用以抽取其内部的洗衣液组分。
抽吸装置122设置在投放水路133上,投放水路133设置为多条。投放水路133直接连接供水水路131。供水水路131连接洗衣机设备的洗涤筒2。
在抽取过程中,通过控制抽吸装置122的运行时间、运行功率中的任一或组合,实现对不同储液盒11中洗涤液组分抽吸量的的控制,使不同储液盒11中的洗涤液组分,以指定的量投出。
以控制抽吸装置122的运行时间为例进行说明,由于储液盒11通过投放水路133直接与供水水路131连接,通过控制抽吸装置122的运行时间,即可控制该抽吸装置122所在的投放水路133流出的洗涤液组分的量,也就是该投放水路133所连接的储液盒11内洗涤液组分的投出量。并且,通过控制不同的抽吸装置122,可控制不同投放水路133流出的洗涤液组分的量,也就是说,如此方法可以控制不同储液盒11内洗涤液组分的不同投出量。
抽吸装置122运行的时间越长、或者功率越大,则抽取的量越大,对应不同的储液盒11采用不同的抽取时间,或者不同的功率,则可导致对不同储液盒11内洗涤液组分的抽取量不同;以及,不同抽吸装置122,采用不同的运行时间或者运行功率,则可导致对不同储液盒11内的洗涤液组分抽取的比例不同,由此,实现对不同出液盒11内的洗涤液组分以指定的不同比例抽取。
通过对应不同储液盒11设定不同的功率、抽取时间,即可实现对不同储液盒11内的洗涤液组分,以指定的量和/或不同的配比抽出;由此,可以对不同洗涤液组分 进行组分设定,并按照设定的组分抽出,达到最好的洗涤效果。
通过对不同抽吸装置122运行时间、功率的限定可以实现:
(1)对不同储液盒11内的洗涤液组分,分别按照指定的量抽取;
(2)对几种洗涤液组分设定不同的配比,并按照设定的配比进行抽取。
由于通过控制不同控制抽吸装置122的不同运行时间,即可实现对不同储液盒11内不同洗涤液按照指定的量投放。同理,控制抽吸装置122的运行时间、运行功率中的任一或组合,可以达到同样的效果。
实施例二:
参照图2,在本实施例二中,控制控制元件12采用串联在抽吸水路132上的抽吸装置122和流量控制装置121。串联后的抽吸装置122和流量控制装置121通过开关元件3与多个储液盒11择一连接或者组合连接。该开关元件3包括换向阀等结构,开关元件3可以设置在投放水路133上,也可以连接投放水路133和抽吸水路132,,并且,通过开关元件3可根据需求随时切换连接,由此,可以选定抽吸水路132与任意一个储液盒11,或任意几个储液盒11的组合连接,可以实现选择每一种洗涤液组分单独排出,或者几种洗涤液组分任意一种组合排出。
投放水路133设置一条或多条,每条投放水路133上均设有抽吸装置122和流量控制装置121。投放水路133通过抽吸水路132与供水水路131连接,由此,可使择每一种洗涤液组分单独或者几种洗涤液组分任意一种组合排出到供水水路131。
本实施例二中,抽吸装置122还可以设置在供水水路上供水水路131上。
本实施例二中,通过控制流量控制装置121的通断时间、开度大小中的任一或组合,控制不同储液盒11中的洗涤液组分,以指定的量,经抽吸装置122投出至投放模块1的供水水路131中。
以控制流量控制装置121的通断时间为例进行说明,由于储液盒11通过投放水路133、抽吸水路132与供水水路131连接,通过控制流量控制装置121的通断时间,即可控制,与抽吸水路132连接的储液盒11内部的洗涤液组分的排出量。
抽吸装置122用于抽出与抽吸水路132连接的储液盒11内部的洗涤液组分,使该洗涤液组分,由其所在的储液盒11,先通过流量控制装置121进入到抽吸水路132,再由抽吸水路132进入到供水水路131中。
通过控制流量控制装置121的通断时间,以及抽吸水路132通过投放水路133以及开关元件3连接的不同储液盒11,并在抽吸装置122的抽吸作用下,即可实现投放水路133连接的不同储液盒11内部的洗涤液组分按指定的量排出。
流量控制装置121运行的时间越长、或者开合越大,则抽取的量越大,对应不同储液盒11采用不同的抽取时间,或者不同的开合,则可导致对不同储液盒11内洗涤液组分的抽取量不同;
通过设定对应不同储液盒11的流量控制装置121的不同开合、抽吸装置122的抽取时间,即可实现对不同储液盒11内的洗涤液组分,以指定的量和/或不同的配比抽出;由此,可以对不同洗涤液组分进行组分设定,并按照设定的组分抽出。
同理,通过控制流量控制装置121的通断时间、开度大小中的任一或组合、抽吸装置122,以及经抽吸装置122,即可实现对不同储液盒11内不同洗涤液按照指定的量投放,达到同样的效果。
实施例三:
参照图3,在本实施例三中,控制元件12采用抽吸装置122和流量控制装置121;并且每一个储液盒11单独与一至少个流量控制装置121连接。抽吸装置122与各个流量控制装置121择一连接或组合连接;并可根据需求随时切换连接;由此,可以选定与任一一个储液盒11,或任一几个储液盒11的组合连接,可以实现选择每一种洗涤液组分单独排出,或者几种洗涤液组分任一一种组合排出。
投放水路133设置一条或多条,供水水路133与储液盒11连接,供水水路133上设有抽吸装置122,供水水路133与供水水路131连接。
本实施例三中,抽吸装置122还可以设置在供水水路上供水水路131上。
本实施例三中,通过控制流量控制装置121的通断时间、开度大小中的任一或组合,控制不同储液盒11中的洗涤液组分,以指定的量,先后经过流量控制装置121和抽吸装置122,投出至投放模块1的供水水路131中。
流量控制装置121运行的时间越长、或者开合越大,则抽取的量越大,对应不同储液盒11采用不同的抽取时间,或者不同的开合,则可导致对不同储液盒11内洗涤液组分的抽取量不同;
通过对应不同储液盒11设定不同的开合、抽取时间,即可实现对不同储液盒11 内的洗涤液组分,以指定的量和/或不同的配比抽出;由此,可以对不同洗涤液组分进行组分设定,并按照设定的组分抽出,达到最好的洗涤效果。
实施例四:
照图4,在本实施例四中,控制元件12采用抽吸装置122和流量控制装置121,每一个储液盒11单独与一个抽吸装置122连接。
抽吸装置连接122设置在投放水路133上,投放水路133通过抽吸水路132与供水水路131连接。抽吸装置122用于将与投放水路133连接的储液盒11中的洗涤液组分,经由投放水路133排出到供水水路131。
流量控制装置121设置在抽吸水路132上,并通过开关元件3与各个抽吸装置122择一连接或组合连接。开关元件3包括换向阀等结构,开关元件3可以设置在抽吸水路132上,也可以连接投放水路133和抽吸水路132,,并且,通过开关元件3可根据需求随时切换连接;由次,可使择每一种洗涤液组分单独或者几种洗涤液组分的任意一种组合排出到供水水路131。
本实施例四中,抽吸装置122还可以设置在供水水路上供水水路131上。
本实施例四中,通过控制流量控制装置121的通断时间、开度大小中的任一或组合,控制不同储液盒11中的洗涤液组分,以指定的量,经抽吸装置122投出至投放模块1的供水水路中131。
流量控制装置121运行的时间越长、或者开合越大,则抽取的量越大,对应不同储液盒11采用不同的抽取时间,或者不同的开合,则可导致对不同储液盒11内洗涤液组分的抽取量不同;
通过设定对应不同储液盒11的流量控制装置121的不同的开合、抽吸装置122的抽取时间,即可实现对不同储液盒11内的洗涤液组分,以指定的量和/或不同的配比抽出;由此,可以对不同洗涤液组分进行组分设定,并按照设定的组分抽出,达到最好的洗涤效果。
本发明的供水水路131可以设置为一条或者多条,并且,储液盒11通过控制元件12、投放水路133等,可以与其中一条或多条供水水路131连接。当供水水路131设置为多条时,可以使至少一条供水水路131不与储液盒11连接,这条供水水路131用于单独向洗涤筒2供水,实现对洗涤筒2的快速供水。
本实发明的投放方法,通过将储液盒、水路集成到投放模块上,减少了不必要的管路连接,结构简单可靠,降低了成本,并通过控制元件、不同水路连接对不同洗涤液组分进行投送,对不同洗涤液组分进行准确配比,具有更好的洗涤效果;
此外,本方法还可以实现直接对洗涤筒供水,即在向洗涤筒投放洗涤液组分时,同时向洗涤筒供水,这种投放方法,可以使投放后,洗涤液组分充分稀释,使其浓度降低,可以在投放后具有更好的洗涤效果。
本发明还提出了根据不同情况,向洗涤筒投入不同洗涤液组分以及供水的方案,用以提升对衣物的洗涤效果,下面给出几组具体的实施例;
实施例五:
参照图5,根据不同的洗涤时间,针对性地投入指定组分的洗涤剂;
S1.当设定的洗涤时间较短时,适当提高具有较强去污功能的洗涤液组分所占的比例,并且/或者,投入大量的洗涤液组分;
S2.当设定的洗涤时间较长时,适当降低具有较强去污功能的洗涤剂所占的比例,并且/或者,投入少量的洗涤剂。
具体地,当设定的洗涤时间较短时,控制盛有较强去污功能的洗涤液所在的储液盒排出更多的洗涤液,或者,控制较弱去污功能的洗涤液所在的储液盒排出更少的洗涤液,即对洗涤液的定量排出;
当设定的洗涤时间较长时,控制盛有较强去污功能的洗涤液所在的储液盒排出更少的洗涤液,或者,控制较弱去污功能的洗涤液所在的储液盒排出更多的洗涤液,即对洗涤液的定量排出;
更具体地:通过投放水路上的泵、阀,实现对不同洗涤液的定量排出。
本实施例五的投放方法,以洗涤时间作为条件,选择不同的投放方法,可对衣物提供更好、更加适当的洗涤液配比;
实际情况中,去污能力较强的洗涤液,其对衣物的损伤往往较大,而去污能力较弱的洗涤液对衣物的损伤往往较小;此外,洗涤时间,也是用户所关心的,需要避免洗涤时间过长。而洗涤时间长短,同样,也对洗涤剂有着不同的要求;
因此,选择适当的洗涤剂,需要考虑衣物损伤、衣物洗涤干净程度以及洗涤时间,需要一种合适的方法,以达到较好的洗涤效果;
本是实施例的方法,通过洗涤时间控制洗涤液的配比,可以在根据用户所设定的洗涤时间,平衡洗涤效果、衣物损伤,达到较好的洗涤效果。
实施例六:
参照图6,根据不同供水量,针对性地投入指定组分的洗涤剂;
S1.当供水水流供水量较小时,适当提高具有较强去污功能的洗涤洗涤液组分所占的比例,并且/或者,投入大量的洗涤液组分;
S2.当供水水流供水量较大时,适当降低具有较强去污功能的洗涤洗涤液组分所占的比例,并且/或者,投入少量的洗涤剂。
具体地,当供水水流供水水量较少时,控制盛有较强去污功能的洗涤液所在的储液盒排出更多的洗涤液,或者,控制较弱去污功能的洗涤液所在的储液盒排出更少的洗涤液,即对洗涤液的定量排出;
当供水水流供水水量较大时,控制盛有较强去污功能的洗涤液所在的储液盒排出更少的洗涤液,或者,控制少较弱去污功能的洗涤液所在的储液盒排出更多的洗涤液,即对洗涤液的定量排出;
更具体地:通过投放水路上的泵、阀,实现对不同洗涤液的定量排出。
本实施例四的投放方法,以供水量作为条件,选择不同的投放方法,可对衣物提供更好、更加适当的洗涤液配比;
实际情况中,洗涤用水量是用户所关心的,需要避用水量过大,造成资源浪费。而洗涤的用水量,同样,也对洗涤剂有着不同的要求;
因此,选择适当的洗涤剂,需要考虑衣物损伤、衣物洗涤干净程度以及用水量,需要一种合适的方法,以达到较好的洗涤效果;
本是实施例的方法,通过用水量控制洗涤液的配比,可以在根据用户所设定的用水量,平衡洗涤效果、衣物损伤,达到较好的洗涤效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗涤剂投放模块的控制方法,
    投放模块具有至少两个储液盒,用于存储洗涤剂的不同组分;
    其特征在于:
    通过投放模块上控制元件的调节,使不同储液盒中的洗涤液组分,以指定的量投出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述控制方法,其特征在于,通过控制元件使不同储液盒中的洗涤液组分以指定的量投出的控制方法包括:
    控制元件采用流量控制装置和/或抽吸装置;
    通过抽吸装置,控制抽吸不同储液盒中的洗涤液组分及抽吸的量;
    通过流量控制装置,控制不同储液盒中洗涤液组分投出及投出的量;
    在抽吸装置和/或流量控制装置共同作用下,不同储液盒中的洗涤液组分,以指定的量投至投放模块的供水水路中,并流出投放模块。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述控制方法,其特征在于,通过控制元件使不同储液盒中的洗涤液组分以指定的量投出的控制方法包括:
    控制元件采用抽吸装置,并且,每一个储液盒单独与一个抽吸装置连接;
    通过不同抽吸装置,抽吸不同储液盒中的洗涤液组分,并将其投放到供水水路中;
    通过控制抽吸装置的运行时间、运行功率中的任一或组合,完成对不同储液盒中洗涤液组分的抽吸量;
    使不同储液盒中的洗涤液组分,以指定的量投出。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述控制方法,其特征在于,控制元件采用串联的抽吸装置和流量控制装置;
    控制元件与各个储液盒择一连接或组合连接,并可根据需求随时切换连接;
    通过控制流量控制装置的通断时间、开度大小中的任一或组合,控制不同储液盒中的洗涤液组分,以指定的量,经抽吸装置投出至投放模块的供水水路中。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述控制方法,其特征在于,控制元件采用抽吸装置和流量控 制装置;
    每一个储液盒单独与一个流量控制装置连接;
    抽吸装置与各个流量控制装置择一连接或组合连接;并可根据需求随时切换连接;
    通过控制流量控制装置的通断时间、开度大小中的任一或组合,控制不同储液盒中的洗涤液组分,以指定的量,经抽吸装置投出至投放模块的供水水路中。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述控制方法,其特征在于,控制元件采用抽吸装置和流量控制装置;
    每一个储液盒单独与一个抽吸装置连接;
    流量控制装置与各个抽吸装置择一连接或组合连接;并可根据需求随时切换连接;
    通过控制流量控制装置的通断时间、开度大小中的任一或组合,控制不同储液盒中的洗涤液组分,以指定的量,经抽吸装置投出至投放模块的供水水路中。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述控制方法,其特征在于,供水水路设置为一条或者多条,并且,储液盒通过控制元件与一条或多条供水水路连接。
  8. 根据权利要求4、5或6所述控制方法,其特征在于,抽吸装置设置在供水水路上。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述控制方法,其特征在于,供水水路设置为多条,并且,至少一条供水水路不与储液盒连接。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,具有洗涤剂投放模块,并对该投放模块采用权利要求1-9项任一项所述的控制方法。
