本发明的有益技术效果是:该多瓣化妆品涂敷器包括:刷头柄、侧枝和至少一个瓣膜,刷头柄的一端设置有两个侧枝,刷头柄的另一端连接于刷杆,侧枝的中心线弯曲并带有一个内凹,内凹相互面对,两个侧枝的相对面为内凹面,侧枝远离刷头柄的一端为自由端,瓣膜为扁平膜状,瓣膜设置于第一区域、第二区域和第三区域中的至少一个,第一区域和第二区域分别为两个侧枝的所述内凹面,第三区域为横跨两个侧枝位于靠近刷头柄一侧,通过在涂抹过程中按压瓣膜和侧枝按照着力点的不同产生相应的形变,使得涂抹面能更好地贴合嘴唇,适用于对立体的嘴唇进行涂抹。该多瓣化妆品涂敷器有涂抹效果好和更加贴合嘴唇对于较为立体的嘴唇能够覆盖更大范围的优点。

实施例1
如图1-图14所示,本申请公开了一种多瓣化妆品涂敷器,包括:刷头柄1、侧枝2和至少一个瓣膜3,刷头柄1的一端设置有至少两个侧枝2,如侧枝2的数量为两个、三个或者四个等,和至少一个瓣膜3,如瓣膜3的数量为一个、两个或者三个等。本实施例以侧枝2数量为两个,瓣膜3数量为两个进行说明。需要说明的是,上述侧枝2和瓣膜3的数量为示例性说明,本申请不对具体的数量进行限定。刷头柄1的另一端连接于刷杆,侧枝2的中心线弯曲并带有一个内凹,如侧枝2的中心线为弧线、折线或者波浪线等。本实施例以侧枝2的中心线为弧线进行说明。需要说明的是,上述侧枝2的中心线形态为示例性说明,本申请不对具体的中心线形态进行限定。内凹相互面对,两个侧枝2的相对面为内凹面,侧枝2远离刷头柄1的一端为自由端,瓣膜3为扁平膜状,瓣膜3设置于第一区域、第二区域和第三区域中的至少一个,如瓣膜3设置于第一区域、瓣膜3设置于第二区域、瓣膜3设置于第三区域、瓣膜3设置于第一区域和第二区域、瓣膜3设置于第一区域和第三区域、瓣膜3设置于第二区域和第三区域或者瓣膜3设置于第一区域和第二区域和第三区域等。需要说明的是,上述瓣膜3的位置为示例性说明,本申请不对具体的位置进行限定。第一区域和第二区域分别为两个侧枝2的内凹面,第三区域为横跨两个侧枝2位于靠近刷头柄1一侧。
在一种落地的实施方式中,通过在涂抹过程中按压瓣膜和侧枝按照着力点的不同产生相应的形变,使得涂抹面能更好地贴合嘴唇,适用于对立体的嘴唇进行涂抹,该多瓣化妆品涂敷器有涂抹效果好和更加贴合嘴唇对于较为立体的嘴唇能够覆盖更大范围的优点。可选地,两个侧枝2的中心线和刷头柄1的轴心处于同一平面;或者,两个侧枝2中心线的自由端处偏离刷头柄1的轴心,并且偏离的方向和角度相同,比如两个侧枝2中心线的自由端处偏离刷头柄1轴心的角度为4.5°、6.5°、8.5°或者10.5°等。本实施例以两个侧枝2中心线的自由端处偏离刷头柄1的轴心,并且偏离的方向和角度相同进行说明。需要说明的是,上述角度为示例性说明,本申请不对具体的角度进行限定。
在一种落地的实施方式中,两个侧枝2偏离刷头柄1的轴心一定的角度能够更加贴合涂抹位置,如嘴唇的形状,以达到更好的涂抹效果。可选地,瓣膜3包括第一瓣膜31和第二瓣膜32,第一瓣膜31设置于第一区域,且,第二瓣膜32设置于第二区域。
可选地,第一瓣膜31、第二瓣膜32和与自身连接的侧枝2处于同一面;或者,第一瓣膜31与自身连接的侧枝2处于同一面,第二瓣膜32偏离与自身连接的侧枝2所处的平面;或者,第一瓣膜31和第二瓣膜32偏离与自身连接的侧枝2所处的平面,本实施例以第一瓣膜31、第二瓣膜32和与自身连接的侧枝2处于同一面进行说明。
可选地,第一瓣膜31和第二瓣膜32处于同一平面;或者,第一瓣膜31和第二瓣膜32不处于同一平面。本实施例以第一瓣膜31和第二瓣膜32处于同一平面进行说明。
可选地,两个侧枝2不处于同一平面;或者,两个侧枝2之间为轴对称关系,两个侧枝2处于同一平面,两个侧枝2的对称轴面和刷头柄1的轴心重合。本实施例以两个侧枝2之间为轴对称关系,两个侧枝2处于同一平面,两个侧枝2的对称轴面和刷头柄1的轴心重合进行说明。
可选地,两个瓣膜3之间为轴对称关系,两个瓣膜3的对称轴面和刷头柄1的轴心重合;或者,两个瓣膜3的对称轴面和刷头柄1的轴心不重合。本实施例以两个瓣膜3之间为轴对称关系,两个瓣膜3的对称轴面和刷头柄1的轴心重合进行说明。
可选地,两个侧枝2的自由端之间相接触;或者,两个侧枝2的自由端之间设置有间隙。本实施例以两个侧枝2的自由端之间设置有间隙进行说明。
可选地,瓣膜3远离和侧枝2相连端一侧的边缘包含外突的弧形、由多段曲率不同的弧形组成、内凹的弧形、波浪形或者折线形中的至少一个。本实施例以瓣膜3远离和侧枝2相连端一侧的边缘为外突的弧形进行说明。
可选地,第一区域、第二区域和第三区域上面能够设置数量至少为一个的瓣膜3,比如第一区域、第二区域和第三区域上面能够设置数量为一个、两个或者三个的瓣膜3。本实施例以第一区域、第二区域和第三区域上面设置数量为一个的瓣膜3进行说明。
可选地,侧枝2和瓣膜3的材料为塑料、丁腈橡胶或者热塑性弹性体等,本实施例以侧枝2和瓣膜3的材料为热塑性弹性体进行说明。需要说明的是,上述材料为示例性说明,本申请不对具体的材料进行限定。
可选地,瓣膜3的硬度和侧枝2的硬度相同;或者,瓣膜3的硬度和侧枝2的硬度不同,本实施例以瓣膜3的硬度和侧枝2的硬度不同进行说明。
在一种落地的实施方式中,瓣膜3的硬度和侧枝2的硬度不同,在涂抹过程中瓣膜3和侧枝2的变形程度不同,能够适应不同尺寸的涂抹部位,如嘴唇,以达到更好的涂抹效果。可选地,瓣膜3和侧枝2的表面设置有绒毛;或者,瓣膜3和侧枝2中的任意一个表面设置有绒毛,本实施例以瓣膜3和侧枝2的表面设置有植绒进行说明,绒毛通过植绒工艺附着在侧枝2的表面或瓣膜3的表面。
在一种落地的实施方式中,植绒能够更好地附着料体,并且接触涂抹位置,如嘴唇时也更加地柔软。可选地,两个侧枝2和两个瓣膜3的植绒材质
不同。
可选地,瓣膜3使用第一绒毛植绒,侧枝2使用第二绒毛植绒,第一绒毛和第二绒毛不同。第一绒毛可以和第二绒毛在长度、材料、分特数或横截面形状中任意一个维度不同。
实施例2
如图15-图21所示,本实施例2是基于实施例1的一个改进的实施例。在实施例2中,改进的技术特征包括:两个侧枝2的自由端之间设置的间隙距离大于实施例1中的两个侧枝2的自由端之间设置的间隙距离。
实施例3
如图22-图28所示,本实施例3是基于实施例1的一个改进的实施例。在实施例3中,改进的技术特征包括:瓣膜3包括第一瓣膜31、第二瓣膜32和第三瓣膜33,第一瓣膜31、第二瓣膜32沿刷头柄1的轴心分别对称设置于第一区域和第二区域,第三瓣膜31设置于第三区域,第一瓣膜31、第二瓣膜32和第三瓣膜33的数量不少于一个,如一个、两个或者三个。本实施例以第一瓣膜31、第二瓣膜32和第三瓣膜33的数量为一个进行说明。需要说明的是,上述数量为示例性说明,本申请不对具体的数量进行限定。
在一种落地的实施方式中,设置第一瓣膜31、第二瓣膜32和第三瓣膜33能够增加涂抹面积,以达到更好的涂抹效果。可选地,第一瓣膜31、第二瓣膜32和第三瓣膜33处于同一平面;或者第一瓣膜31、第二瓣膜32和第三瓣膜33处于不同平面。本实施例以第一瓣膜31、第二瓣膜32和第三瓣膜33处于同一平面进行说明。
可选地,两个侧枝2、第一瓣膜31、第二瓣膜32和第三瓣膜33处于同一平面;或者,两个侧枝2、第一瓣膜31、第二瓣膜32和第三瓣膜33不处于同一平面。本实施例以两个侧枝2、第一瓣膜31、第二瓣膜32和第三瓣膜33处于同一平面进行说明。
实施例4
如图29-图35所示,本实施例4是基于实施例1的一个改进的实施例。在实施例4中,改进的技术特征包括:瓣膜3远离和侧枝2相连端一侧的边缘为由多段曲率不同的弧形组成,如由两段曲率不同的弧形组成、由三段曲率不同的弧形组成或者由五段曲率不同的弧形组成。本实施例以瓣膜3远离和侧枝2相连端一侧的边缘为由两段曲率不同的弧形组成进行说明。需要说明的是,上述弧形数量为示例性说明,本申请不对具体的弧形数量进行限定。
实施例5
如图36-图42所示,本实施例5是基于实施例1的一个改进的实施例。在实施例5中,改进的技术特征包括:第一瓣膜31和第二瓣膜32偏离与自身连接的侧枝2所处的平面。
可选地,第一瓣膜31和第二瓣膜32偏离与自身连接的侧枝2所处的平面的方向相同;或者,第一瓣膜31和第二瓣膜32偏离与自身连接的侧枝2所处的平面的方向不同。本实施例以第一瓣膜31和第二瓣膜32偏离与自身连接的侧枝2所处的平面的方向相同进行说明。
可选地,第一瓣膜31和第二瓣膜32偏离与自身连接的侧枝2所处的平面的方向和两个侧枝2中心线的自由端处偏离刷头柄1的轴心的方向相同;或者,第一瓣膜31和第二瓣膜32偏离与自身连接的侧枝2所处的平面的方向和两个侧枝2中心线的自由端处偏离刷头柄1的轴心的方向不同。本实施例以第一瓣膜31和第二瓣膜32偏离与自身连接的侧枝2所处的平面的方向和两个侧枝2中心线的自由端处偏离刷头柄1的轴心的方向相同进行说明。

Claims (17)
- 一种多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于,包括:刷头柄(1)、侧枝(2)和至少一个瓣膜(3),所述刷头柄(1)的一端设置有两个所述侧枝(2),所述刷头柄(1)的另一端连接于刷杆,所述侧枝(2)的中心线弯曲并包括内凹,所述内凹相互面对,两个所述侧枝(2)的相对面为内凹面,所述侧枝(2)远离所述刷头柄(1)的一端为自由端,所述瓣膜(3)为扁平膜状,所述瓣膜(3)设置于第一区域、第二区域和第三区域中的至少一个,所述第一区域和所述第二区域分别位于两个所述侧枝(2)的所述内凹面,所述第三区域横跨两个所述侧枝(2)位于靠近所述刷头柄(1)一侧和所述刷头柄(1)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:两个所述侧枝(2)的中心线和所述刷头柄(1)的轴心处于同一平面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:两个所述侧枝(2)中心线的自由端处偏离所述刷头柄(1)的轴心,并且偏离的方向和角度相同。
- 根据权利要求1-3中的任意一项所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:所述瓣膜(3)包括第一瓣膜(31)和第二瓣膜(32),所述第一瓣膜(31)设置于所述第一区域,且,所述第二瓣膜(32)设置于所述第二区域。
- 根据权利要求4所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:所述第一瓣膜(31)、所述第二瓣膜(32)和与自身连接的所述侧枝(2)处于同一面;或者,所述第一瓣膜(31)与自身连接的所述侧枝(2)处于同一面,所述第二瓣膜(32)偏离与自身连接的所述侧枝(2)所处的平面;或者,所述第一瓣膜(31)和所述第二瓣膜(32)偏离与自身连接的所述侧枝(2)所处的平面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:两个所述侧枝(2)之间为轴对称关系,两个所述侧枝(2)处于同一平面,两个所述侧枝(2)的对称轴面和所述刷头柄(1)的轴心重合。
- 根据权利要求6所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:两个所述瓣膜(3)之间为轴对称关系,两个所述瓣膜(3)的对称轴面和所述刷头柄(1)的轴 心重合。
- 根据权利要求1-3、6和7中的任意一项所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:两个所述侧枝(2)的自由端之间设置有间隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:所述瓣膜(3)包括第一瓣膜(31)、第二瓣膜(32)和第三瓣膜(33),所述第一瓣膜(31)、所述第二瓣膜(32)沿所述刷头柄(1)的轴心分别对称设置于所述第一区域和所述第二区域,所述第三瓣膜(33)设置于所述第三区域。
- 根据权利要求9所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:所述第一瓣膜(31)、所述第二瓣膜(32)和所述第三瓣膜(33)处于同一平面。
- 根据权利要求9所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:两个所述侧枝(2)、所述第一瓣膜(31)、所述第二瓣膜(32)和所述第三瓣膜(33)处于同一平面。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:所述瓣膜(3)远离和所述侧枝(2)相连端一侧的边缘为外突的弧形;或者,所述瓣膜(3)远离和所述侧枝(2)相连端一侧的边缘外突形状为由两段曲率不同的弧形组成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:所述第一区域、所述第二区域和所述第三区域上面能够设置数量至少为一个的所述瓣膜(3)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:两个所述侧枝(2)和两个所述瓣膜(3)的材料为热塑性弹性体。
- 根据权利要求14所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:所述侧枝(2)和所述瓣膜(3)的硬度不同。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:所述侧枝(2)和所述瓣膜(3)的表面有绒毛,所述绒毛通过植绒工艺附着在所述侧枝(2)的表面或所述瓣膜(3)的表面。
- 根据权利要求16所述的多瓣化妆品涂敷器,其特征在于:两个所述侧枝(2)和两个所述瓣膜(3)的植绒材质不同。
