睫毛膏是广泛应用于美容行业的睫毛化妆品,在刷睫毛膏到睫毛上时,需要涂抹睫毛膏的涂抹器,现有的涂抹器往往是手拿刷柄,将刷毛蘸取睫毛膏后涂在眼睫毛上,因为刷毛只能携带少量的物料,因此化妆时用户需要多次蘸取物料来完成化妆操作,操作非常不便且需要花费较长的时间。
发明内容

如图2-6所示,刷条20的第二端沿着刷柄10的中心轴朝向远离刷柄10的方向径直延伸。所谓径直延伸是指刷条20不是螺旋延伸,而是沿着同一圆周方向延伸,因为本涂抹器中在刷条20的第二端附近通过连接桥23固定连接以增加其强度,因此刷条20采用径直延伸的方式也可满足涂抹器的强度需求;本申请中采用径直延伸的刷条结构,便于产品的成型和脱模。

如图1和图2所示,刷条20的外表面的纵向截面呈波浪形结构,可选地,刷条20的外表面的纵向截面呈单峰形结构、双峰形结构或多峰形结构。峰形结构为前沿峰、拖尾峰或对称峰。刷条20的第一端离开刷柄10的端部去向自由端时,刷条20逐渐从涂抹器的中心轴散开,然后在自由端附近又逐渐靠拢,这样的结构有利于化妆操作。可选地,刷条20的外表面形成一个波浪结构即形成一个单峰形,峰的最高点可以靠近刷条的第一端,也可以靠近刷条的第二端,或者位于刷条的正中心,可选地,刷条20的外表面形成两个波浪结构即双峰形结构或多个波浪结构即多峰形结构。
如图1所示,连接桥23靠近刷条20的自由端,可选地,连接桥23与刷条20的连接处P到第一端的距离为L1,连接处P到第二端的距离为L2,L2小于或等于L1。连接桥23与刷条20的连接处P是指连接桥23沿着刷条20轴向方向的中点,可选地,L2小于等于0.5倍的L1。
每组分叉中的相邻两个刷条20之间通过两根或两根以上的平行布置的连接桥23连接。实际设计时,根据刷条20的个数以及形状来确定连接桥的位置和个数,以平衡刷条的自由度和强度。
刷条20上设有一排突起21,突起21包括根部和头部,突起21的根部连接于刷条20的外表面,突起21的头部沿着刷条20的径向方向向外延伸,且突起21的头部为自由端,突起21呈圆台型结构,且根部的直径大于头部的直径。刷条20上设有一排突起,这样刷条的宽度尽可能地小一些,而使刷柄10上设有数量较多的刷条,以提高刷条的自由度,此为本申请的一个优选实施例,当然刷条上也可以设有两排或两排以上的突起21。
如图1、图5-6和图10所示,涂抹器设有三组分叉,且每组分 叉包括两个刷条20,每组分叉中的两个刷条20通过一根连接桥23连接。此为本涂抹器的一个优选实施例,当然根据实际情况也可以设有两组、四组等分叉,每组分叉设有三个或三个以上的刷条20。
可选地,刷条20的外表面与刷条20的内表面的形状相同且平行布置,即刷条20呈厚度一致的薄条状,因此由刷条20的内表面围成的空腔22的形状随着刷条20结构的变化而变化。实施例2:如图11-16所示,刷条20整体呈一个波浪结构,以第一端为起点,以第二端为终点,则波浪结构为前沿峰形,所有的刷条20围绕涂抹器的中心轴线呈花瓣状张开,刷条20内部的空腔22呈类似橄榄球型结构。实施例3:如图17-22所示,刷条20整体呈一个波浪结构,波浪结构为对称峰形,所有的刷条20围绕涂抹器的中心轴线呈花瓣状张开,刷条20内部的空腔22呈类似橄榄球型结构。实施例4:如图23-28所示,本实施例中刷条的结构与实施例2中的刷条结构非常类似,差别在于,本实施例中刷条20形状更加平缓。当然,刷条20也可设计为双峰形、多峰形或其他波浪形结构。
应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种涂抹器,其特征在于:包括刷柄(10)和至少两组分叉,所述至少两组分叉的内壁围成空腔(22),每组所述分叉包括至少两个刷条(20),所述刷条(20)的第一端固定连接于所述刷柄(10),所述刷条(20)的第二端为自由端,每组分叉中的相邻两个刷条(20)之间通过连接桥(23)固定连接,所述刷条(20)上设有突起(21)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的涂抹器,其特征在于:所述刷条(20)的第二端沿着所述刷柄(10)的中心轴朝向远离所述刷柄(10)的方向径直延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的涂抹器,其特征在于:所述刷条(20)包括相对布置的外表面与内表面,所述突起(21)设于所述外表面,所述刷条(20)的内表面围成所述空腔(22)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的涂抹器,其特征在于:所述刷条(20)的外表面的纵向截面呈波浪形结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的涂抹器,其特征在于:所述刷条(20)的外表面的纵向截面呈单峰形结构、双峰形结构或多峰形结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的涂抹器,其特征在于:所述峰形结构为前沿峰、拖尾峰或对称峰。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的涂抹器,其特征在于:所有刷条(20)的内表面处于同一圆柱体空间或多面体空间的侧面上,所述多面体空间的上底面、下底面以及与上底面相平行的任一横截面为同一结构的正多边形。
  8. 根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的涂抹器,其特征在于:所述刷条(20)的外表面的形状与所述刷条(20)的内表面的形状相同,且所述刷条(20)的外表面与所述刷条(20)内表面的平行布置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的涂抹器,其特征在于:所述连接桥(23)与所述刷条(20)的连接处P到所述第一端的距离为L1,所述连接处P到所述第二端的距离为L2,L2小于或等于L1。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的涂抹器,其特征在于:所述刷条(20)上设有一排突起(21),所述突起(21)包括根部和头部,所述突起(21)的根部连接于所述刷条(20)的外表面,所述突起(21)的头部沿着刷条(20)的径向方向向外延伸,且所述突起(21)的头部为自由端,所述突起(21)呈圆台型结构,且所述根部的直径大于所述头部的直径。
