マスカラ塗布具
　本発明はマスカラ塗布具に関する。
　従来より種々の形状の塗布部を備えたマスカラ塗布具が提案されている。
　例えば下記特許文献１では、長手方向に対して曲面からなる少なくとも２つ以上の凸部が、軸部材を軸として対称に配置されたブラシ形状を有する化粧料塗布具が提案されていた。この化粧料塗布具では、ブラシ毛が円弧若しくは楕円弧または放物線等の曲面を有していた。
　また下記特許文献２では、弧状に形成された芯部材に、円弧または楕円弧または放物線等の曲面からなる凸部を２つ以上設けるようにブラシ毛を配設した化粧料塗布具が提案されていた。この化粧料塗布具では、弧状に形成された芯部材にブラシ毛を配設することで、カーブした瞼に生えている睫毛に塗布部を当接させ易くして、煩雑な塗布作業を少なくしたり、睫毛全体に平均的に塗布できるようにしたりしていた。

　しかしながら、従来のマスカラ塗布具は睫毛の途中位置から先端側にマスカラ液を容易に塗布できるようにブラシ形状が設けられていた。そのため瞼の睫毛に存在する成人毛や産毛など、どんな成長過程の睫毛にも十分に対応できるものではなかった。また人間の睫毛は瞼の粘膜の中から生え出しているが、睫毛の生え際からマスカラ液を塗布することは難しく、手間を要していた。特に 上下の瞼における鼻側の端部付近の短い睫毛や、その睫毛の粘膜内に存在する根元部分からマスカラ液を塗布することが顕著に手間を要していた。
　そこで本発明では、瞼の鼻側の端部付近の粘膜内に存在する根元部分から容易にマスカラ液を塗布することができるマスカラ塗布具を提供することを目的とする。
　上記目的を達成する本発明のマスカラ塗布具は、使用者が手指により保持する保持部と、保持部から１軸方向に延びる軸部と、軸部の先端に設けられた塗布部と、を備え、塗布部は、軸部の先端から延びて弧状に湾曲した芯部と、湾曲した芯部全体に略全周囲に突出するように配設された多数のブラシ毛と、を有するマスカラ塗布具であり、芯部の先端が軸部の延長上に一致するように配置されるとともに、芯部の先端側の略全周囲に突出した多数のブラシ毛の毛先からなる立体形状が芯部の先端に向けて先細りとなる錘形状を有することを特徴としている。
　本発明のマスカラ塗布具では、塗布部がブラシ毛を芯材間に配置して捻られた捻りブラシからなり、錘形状が、芯材を複数回転以上捻られた区間に配設されたブラシ毛により形成されているのがよい。
　本発明のマスカラ塗布具では、前端側を除く軸部に配設された多数のブラシ毛の毛先からなる立体形状が、芯部の長手方向に沿って凸部と凹部とを繰り返す波形の輪郭を有し、複数の凸部の頂部を結ぶ仮想曲線が芯部の湾曲形状と同じに形成されているのがよい。
　その場合、凸部と凹部との高低差が３．９ｍｍ以下であってもよい。
　本発明のマスカラ塗布具によれば、芯部の先端が軸部の延長上に一致するように配置されているので、使用者が保持部を保持して塗布部を上下の瞼の縁に近接させる際、塗布部の先端の位置を使用者が把握しやすいとともに、使用者が保持部を保持した状態で、軸周りに角度がずれていても、塗布部の先端の位置が変化しない。そのため塗布部の先端を上下の瞼の鼻側の端部近傍に接近させ易い。
　しかも芯部の先端側の略全周囲に突出した多数のブラシ毛の毛先からなる立体形状が、芯部の先端に向けて先細りとなる錘形状を有するので、先端付近のブラシ毛が芯部の先端側程短くなって毛先が一定勾配で傾斜している。そのため塗布部の先端側を瞼の鼻側の端部近傍に接近させたとき、塗布部の先端側のブラシ毛の毛先を端部近傍の瞼の縁に沿って配置させ易い。
　従って、瞼の鼻側の端部付近における粘膜内に並んで存在する睫毛の根元部分から容易にマスカラ液を塗布することができるマスカラ塗布具を提供することができる。

　従来よりコーム型の構造は存在するが、本実施形態では、コーム型ではなく芯材１４にこのようなナイロン毛を付けることで、マスカラ液１８をたくさん抱き込んで保持し易くでき、それをくまなく産毛のような柔らかくて細い、生まれたての睫毛にまで塗布することができるようにしている。また、粘膜構造に特に適したマスカラ塗布具であるため、コーム型よりも粘膜部分への肌当たりが優しく、傷つけ難くできるからである。
　本実施形態の立体形状の輪郭の芯部１４からの距離、即ち、芯部１４から直交方向に突出した多数のブラシ毛１５の突出長さは、０．１ｍｍ～４ｍｍとするのがよい。芯部１４からのブラシ毛の突出長さが過剰に長いと、マスカラ液１８を塗布する際、塗布部１３を睫毛の根元に接近させ難くなる。一方、過剰に短いと、マスカラ液１８を抱き込む含力が弱まり塗布に手間を要する。このため、適度な長さが必要である。
　また本実施形態では、立体形状の輪郭の凹部１７と凸部１６とが交互に繰り返される波形の高低差、詳細には各凸部１６における芯部１４から最も離間した距離、即ち芯部１４から直交方向に最大に突出したブラシ毛１５の長さと、各凹部１７における芯部１４から最も接近した距離、即ち芯部１４から直交方向に最小に突出したブラシ毛１５の長さと、の最大幅を３．９ｍｍ以下としている。
　波形の高低差が最大幅が過剰に大きいと、各凸部１６の立体形状における曲率が大きくなる結果、瞼の縁に近接させられる領域が狭くなり、マスカラ液１８を睫毛の根元部分に塗布できる範囲が狭くなる。
　一方、波形の高低差が過剰に小さいと、マスカラ液１８を塗布する際に塗布部１３にマスカラ液１８を蓄える量が少なくなり、図示しない容器内に収容されたマスカラ液１８に頻繁に接触させなければならず、塗布操作に手間を要する。
　さらに塗布部１３を構成する多数本のブラシ毛１５の立体形状の輪郭は凹部１７と凸部１６とが交互に繰り返される波形を有するが、複数の凸部１６における芯部１４周りの同一位相における各凸部１６の頂部を結ぶ仮想曲線Ｃが、芯部１４の湾曲形状と同じ形状に略平行となるように形成されている。
　以上のような本実施形態のマスカラ塗布具１０によれば、芯部１４の先端が軸部１２の延長上に一致するように配置されているので、使用者が保持部１１を保持して塗布部１３を上下の瞼の縁に近接させる際、塗布部１３の先端の位置を使用者が把握しやすいとともに、使用者が保持部１１を保持した状態で、軸周りに角度がずれていても、塗布部１３の先端の位置が変化しない。そのため塗布部１３の先端を上下の瞼の鼻側の端部近傍に接近させ易い。
　また芯部１４の先端側の略全周囲に配設された多数のブラシ毛１５の毛先からなる立体形状が、芯部１４の先端に向けて先細りとなる錘形状を有するので、先端付近のブラシ毛１５が芯部１４の先端側程短くなって毛先が一定勾配で傾斜している。そのため塗布部１３の先端側を上下の瞼の鼻側の端部近傍に接近させたとき、塗布部１３の先端側のブラシ毛１５の毛先を端部近傍の瞼の縁に沿って配置させ易い。
　従って、上下の瞼の鼻側の端部付近における粘膜内に並んで存在する睫毛の根元部分から容易にマスカラ液１８を塗布することができる。
　また本実施形態のマスカラ塗布具１０においては、人間の瞼の粘膜は平均２ｍｍ程度であるが、この粘膜の形状に沿わせているので、本当の根元の根元部分の睫毛の生え際からマスカラ液１８を塗布できる。本実施形態では、瞼の粘膜の形状に沿った弓を描いており、その粘膜の厚みにフィットするようにブラシ毛１５を設けていて、さらにブラシ毛１５に凸凹形状を付けてマスカラ液１８を含みやすくしている。しかも先端先細りの所謂ピラミッド型にすることにより、従来届かなかった目頭の産毛部分に直接届くように構造している。つまり最大限に瞼の粘膜に適した構成にしているため、粘膜から生え出ている睫毛の生え際から塗布することが可能である。
　また本実施形態のマスカラ塗布具１０では、塗布部１３がブラシ毛１５を一対の芯材１４ａ，１４ａ間に配置して捻られた捻りブラシからなり、錘形状が、一対の芯材１４ａ，１４ａを複数回転以上捻られた区間に配設されたブラシ毛１５により形成されている。そのため塗布部１３の錘形状の先端部分において、十分な量のブラシ毛１５を芯材１４ａ，１４ａ周囲の全方向に突出させることができる。これにより塗布時における軸周りの角度が多少ずれたとしても、上下の瞼における鼻側の端部付近の粘膜内に存在する睫毛の根元部分により容易にマスカラ液１８を塗布することができる。
　さらに本実施形態のマスカラ塗布具１０では、塗布部１３に配設された多数のブラシ毛１５の毛先からなる立体形状の輪郭が、芯部１４の長手方向に沿って凹凸を繰り返す波形を有しているので、塗布部１３の立体形状をストレートの円柱形状に形成する場合に比べて、マスカラ液１８を塗布部１３に蓄え易くできる。しかも複数の凸部１６の頂部を結ぶ仮想曲線Ｃが芯部１４の湾曲形状と同等に設けられているため、塗布部１３のより広い範囲を瞼の縁に存在するより多くの睫毛に接触させて纏めて塗布し易くでき、睫毛への塗布操作の手間を省き易い。
　特に波形の凹部１７と凸部１６との最大幅を３．９ｍｍ以下にすれば、塗布部１３のより広い範囲を瞼の縁の粘膜内に存在するより多くの睫毛の根元部分に接触させ易く、粘膜内のより多くの睫毛の根元部分に纏めてマスカラ液１８を塗布し易くでき、塗布操作の手間を一層省くことができる。

Claims (4)

  1. 　使用者が手指により保持する保持部と、該保持部から１軸方向に延びる軸部と、該軸部の先端に設けられた塗布部と、を備え、前記塗布部は、前記軸部の先端から延びて弧状に湾曲した芯部と、湾曲した前記芯部全体に略全周囲に突出するように配設された多数のブラシ毛と、を有するマスカラ塗布具であって、
    　前記芯部の先端が前記軸部の延長上に一致するように配置されるとともに、前記芯部の先端側の略全周囲に突出した多数の前記ブラシ毛の毛先からなる立体形状が前記芯部の先端に向けて先細りとなる錘形状を有することを特徴とするマスカラ塗布具。
  2. 　前記塗布部が、前記ブラシ毛を芯材間に配置して捻られた捻りブラシからなり、前記錘形状が、前記芯材を複数回転以上捻られた区間に配設された前記ブラシ毛により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のマスカラ塗布具。
  3. 　先端側を除く前記軸部に配設された多数の前記ブラシ毛の毛先からなる立体形状が、前記芯部の長手方向に沿って凸部と凹部とを繰り返す波形の輪郭を有し、複数の前記凸部における頂部を結ぶ仮想曲線が前記芯部の湾曲形状と同じに形成されていることをと特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載のマスカラ塗布具。
  4. 　前記波形の前記凸部と前記凹部との高低差が３．９ｍｍ以下であることをと特徴とする請求項３に記載のマスカラ塗布具。
