Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un appareil de manipulation et un système de manipulation. L'appareil de manipulation comprend un corps principal, un premier bac et un deuxième bac adjacents l'un à l'autre dans la direction horizontale étant disposés sur le corps principal ; un mécanisme d'entraînement de marche, un mécanisme de transmission de marche et des jeux de roues de marche qui sont disposés sur le corps principal, le mécanisme d'entraînement de marche étant relié aux jeux de roues de marche au moyen du mécanisme de transmission de marche de façon à entraîner les jeux de roues de marche en rotation, et le mécanisme de transmission de marche et les jeux de roues de marche étant disposés autour du premier bac et du deuxième bac ; et un ensemble d'alimentation électrique et un ensemble électrique, l'ensemble d'alimentation électrique étant disposé dans le premier bac et l'ensemble électrique étant disposé dans le deuxième bac. Il n'y a pas d'autres parties supplémentaires passant à travers le premier bac et le deuxième bac, et le premier bac et le deuxième bac peuvent par conséquent être des espaces relativement réguliers. De cette manière, il peut y avoir un espace plus grand pour disposer l'ensemble d'alimentation électrique et l'ensemble électrique. Puisque l'ensemble d'alimentation électrique et l'ensemble électrique sont relativement concentrés, la disposition des câbles est facilitée et ainsi un espace interne de l'appareil de manipulation peut être optimisé et la taille de l'appareil de manipulation est réduite.
