相关技术中的燃气干衣机包括机壳、干衣筒、风机以及燃气加热装置,机壳内具有容置空间,干衣筒、风机以及燃气加热装置均设置在容置空间内。燃气加热装置包括燃气阀、进气管、燃烧器、燃烧筒和点火针,燃气阀具有进气口和出气口,进气口与进气管连通,出气口与燃烧器连通,燃烧器具有助燃空气进气口和喷头,助燃空气进气口用于使助燃空气进入燃烧器内部,燃烧器内的助燃空气与燃气混合后从喷头喷出。喷头和点火针均容置在燃烧筒内,从喷头喷出的燃气被点火针点燃,燃气燃烧产生的热量对燃烧筒内的空气进行加热,在风机的作用下,被加热的空气进入干衣筒内,以烘干干衣筒内的衣物。
燃气干衣机所使用的燃气可以为天然气或者液化气,天然气和液化气在燃烧时所需要的助燃空气的量相差很大,燃烧同样体积的天然气和液化气,液化气需要的助燃空气量约为天然气的三倍,因此天然气和液化气所适配的燃烧器的结构不同,液化气所适配的燃烧器上的助燃空气进气口比天然气所适配的燃烧器上的助燃空气进气口大。
燃气干衣机在出厂时,安装在机壳内的燃烧器与天然气适配,用户如果要使用液化气,则需要将燃烧器进行更换。而更换燃烧器时,需要打开机壳,并将干衣筒从容置空间内移出后才能对燃烧器进行更换,过程繁琐。
本实施例提供一种燃气干衣机,在壳体内设置安装座,燃气加热装置连接在安装架上,安装架可拆卸的连接在安装座上,并且在壳体上开设维修口,维修口与安装座正对,在更换燃烧器时,通过维修口将安装架从安装座上拆卸下来,然后将燃气加热装置和安装架从维修口移出到壳体外,以对燃气加热装置上的燃烧器进行更换,整个过程方便快捷。
以下结合附图对本申请实施例的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本申请实施例,并非用于限定本申请实施例的范围。
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供的燃气干衣机包括壳体100、燃气加热装置300及安装架400,壳体100内具有容置空间,容置空间内设置有安装座200。如图2所示,壳体100具有操作侧面101,操作侧面101用于朝向用户设置,操作侧面101上开设有维修口102(图1所示),维修口102与容置空间连通,维修口102与安装座200正对。
继续参照图1,燃气加热装置300连接在安装架400上,燃气加热装置300包括燃烧器301,燃烧器301可拆卸的连接在安装架400上,安装架400可拆卸的连接在安装座200上,维修口102还与燃气加热装置300和安装架400正对,且燃气加热装置300和安装架400可从维修口102穿过。
在需要更换燃烧器301时,通过维修口102将安装架400从安装座200上拆卸下来,然后将燃气加热装置300和安装架400从维修口102移出到壳体100外,将燃烧器301从安装架400上拆卸下来,并将需要使用的燃烧器301安装到安装架400上,然后将安装架
400和燃气加热装置300从维修口102移到容置空间内,并通过维修口102将安装架400装配到安装座200上。
在更换燃烧器301的过程中,无需打开机壳并移出干衣筒,整个过程方便快捷,节省了维修时间,降低了维修成本。
上述安装座200可以设置在壳体100的内侧壁上或者容置空间的底部,继续参照图1,在安装座200设置在容置空间底部的实现方式中,安装座200的底部可以设置有固定板,固定板可以与水平面平行,固定板上可以设置有固定孔,紧固螺栓穿过固定孔后与壳体100连接,从而将底座可拆卸的连接在壳体100内。当然,安装座200也可以焊接在壳体100上。如图3和图4所示,安装座200的顶部可以具有支撑板201,安装座200上还具有连接侧壁202,连接侧壁202位于支撑板201的下方,且连接侧壁202与支撑板201相邻,连接侧壁202朝向维修口102设置。如图5和图6所示,安装架400可以包括第一连接板401和第二连接板402,第一连接板401与支撑板201平行,第二连接板402设置在第一连接板401的底部。如图7和图8所示,第一连接板401与支撑板201贴合,第二连接板402与连接侧壁202贴合,紧固螺栓穿过第二连接板402后与连接侧壁202连接。
在更换燃烧器301时,松开紧固螺栓,使第二连接板402与连接侧壁202分离,然后手持安装架400并朝向维修口102移动安装架400,使安装架400与安装座200分离,并将安装架400从维修口102移出。由于燃气加热装置300连接在安装架400上,因此燃气加热装置300随着安装架400一起从维修口102移出,以方便维修人员对燃烧器301进行更换,更换完成后,再将安装架400从维修口102安装到安装座200上。
在安装座200设置在壳体100的内侧壁上的实现方式中,安装座200可以具有第二侧壁和第三侧壁,第二侧壁背离安装座200所在的壳体100的内侧壁,第三侧壁与第二侧壁相邻,且第三侧壁朝向维修口102。安装架400可以包括第一连接板401和第二连接板402,第一连接板401与第二连接板402相邻,第一连接板401与第二侧壁贴合,且第二连接板402与第三侧壁贴合,紧固螺栓穿过第二连接板402后与第三侧壁连接。
继续参照图6,在安装座200设置在容置空间底部的实现方式中,第一连接板401的底部还可以设置第一卡接板403,第一卡接板403与第一连接板401垂直,第一卡接板403背离第二连接板402的一端设置有缺口404(如图9所示),缺口404的顶端延伸至第一连接板401的底部。继续参照图3,支撑板201上设置有第一安装孔203,第一安装孔203用于使第一卡接板403穿过,支撑板201卡接在缺口404内(如图4所示)。
上述缺口404沿垂直于第一连接板401的方向上的宽度等于支撑板201的厚度,这样支撑板201可以恰好卡接在缺口404内,使支撑板201在卡接到缺口404内之后,第一连接板401和支撑板201之间不易发生晃动,从而使安装架400与安装座200之间的连接更加稳固。
在将安装架400与安装座200进行装配时,先使第一卡接板403移动到第一安装孔203的上方,然后向下移动安装架400,使第一卡接板403从上向下穿设到第一安装孔203内;之后向背离维修口102的方向移动安装架400,使支撑板201卡接在缺口404内,从而实现第一连接板401与支撑板201的连接,使安装架400与安装座200的连接更加稳固。
从安装座200上拆卸安装架400时,朝向维修口102移动安装架400,使支撑板201从缺口404内移出,然后向上移动安装架400,使第一卡接板403从第一安装孔203内移
出,从而将安装架400从安装座200上拆卸下来,方便快捷。
继续参照图3,进一步地,第一安装孔203可以包括第一孔段204、第二孔段205和第三孔段206,第一孔段204、第二孔段205和第三孔段206相连通,且第一孔段204、第二孔段205和第三孔段206与第二连接板402之间的距离依次增大;在垂直于第一卡接板403的方向上,第三孔段206的宽度等于第一卡接板403的厚度,以将第一卡接板403卡接在第三孔段206内。第一孔段204的宽度大于第三孔段206的宽度,也就是说第一孔段204的宽度大于第一卡接板403的厚度,这样可以更加容易地将第一卡接板403穿设到第一孔段204内。第二孔段205的宽度从第一孔段204向第三孔段206减小,第二孔段205的侧壁可对第一卡接板403进行导向,使第一卡接板403在穿设到第一孔段204内之后,可以沿着第二孔段205的侧壁移动到第三孔段206内,使安装架400与安装座200之间的装配更加方便快捷。
继续参照图6,在安装座200设置在容置空间底部的实现方式中,第一连接板401的底部还可以设置有第二卡接板405,第二卡接板405具有固定端406和活动端407,固定端406与第一连接板401连接,活动端407背离第二连接板402延伸,第二卡接板405与第一连接板401之间具有容置间隙408。支撑板201上设置有第二安装孔,第二安装孔用于使第二卡接板405穿过,支撑板201卡接在容置间隙408内。
在将安装架400与安装座200进行装配时,先使第二卡接板405移动到第二安装孔的上方,然后向下移动安装架400,使第二卡接板405从上向下穿设到第二安装孔内;之后向背离维修口102的方向移动安装架400,使支撑板201卡接在容置间隙408内(如图4所示),从而实现第一连接板401与支撑板201的连接,使安装架400与安装座200的连接更加稳固。
从安装座200上拆卸安装架400时,朝向维修口102移动安装架400,使支撑板201从容置间隙408内移出,然后向上移动安装架400,使第二卡接板405从第二安装孔内移出,从而将安装架400从安装座200上拆卸下来,方便快捷。
继续参照图3,进一步地,部分第一连接板401向下凹陷形成安装槽207,安装槽207的槽口形成第二安装孔,第二卡接板405可容置在安装槽207内,安装槽207背离第二连接板402的槽壁上开设有第三安装孔208,第三安装孔208位于第一连接板401的下方,第三安装孔208的顶端可以延伸至第一连接板401的底部,第三安装孔208用于使第二卡接板405穿过。
继续参照图6和图9,上述第二卡接板405可以呈波浪形延伸,第二卡接板405可以具有一个波谷和一个波峰,波峰处的第二卡接板405可以抵接在支撑板201的底部,以减小第二卡接板405与支撑板201之间的接触面积,进而减小第二卡接板405与支撑板201之间的摩擦力,使安装架400与安装座200之间在安装和拆卸时,需要的外力更小,更容易对安装架400和安装座200进行装配。
继续参照图2,在一些实施例中,操作侧面101上可以设置有维修盖板103,维修盖板103用于封闭维修口102,维修盖板103与壳体100可拆卸的连接,示例性的,维修盖板103与壳体100可以通过紧固螺栓连接。
在需要对燃烧器301进行更换时,打开维修盖板103,暴露出维修口102,然后通过维修口102将安装架400从安装座200上拆卸下来,并对燃烧器301进行更换。
继续参照图8,在一些实施例中,燃烧器301具有第一安装板302和第二安装板303,第一安装板302和第二安装板303所在的平面共面。继续参照图5,安装架400还包括第三连接板409和第四连接板410,第三连接板409和第四连接板410平行且间隔的设置在第一连接板401的顶部,第三连接板409和第四连接板410均与第一连接板401垂直,第三连接板409的顶端朝向第四连接板410弯折形成第一弯折板411,第一安装板302与第一弯折板411可拆卸的连接,示例性的,第一安装板302与第一弯折板411可以通过紧固螺栓连接。第四连接板410的顶端朝向第三连接板409弯折形成第二弯折板412,第二安装板303与第二弯折板412可拆卸的连接,示例性的,第二安装板303与第二弯折板412可以通过紧固螺栓连接。
进一步地,第三连接板409和/或第四连接板410上可以设置有握持部,握持部用于供维修人员的手握持。示例性的,握持部可以包括握持口413或握持把手,握持把手可以设置在第三连接板409和/或第四连接板410的外侧。继续参照图4-7,握持口413可以设置在第三连接板409和/或第四连接板410上,在拆卸安装架400时,维修人员的手指穿设在握持口413内,并朝向维修口102拉动安装架400,从而使安装架400可以更加容易地与安装座200分离。在将安装架400与安装座200进行装配时,维修人员的手指穿设在握持口413内,并向远离维修口102的方向推动安装架400,从而易于对安装架400和安装座200进行装配。
继续参照图7,上述燃气加热装置300还可以包括燃气阀304、进气管305、点火针307及燃烧筒308,燃气阀304上具有进气口和出气口,进气口与进气管305连通,出气口与燃烧器301连通,进气管305上可以设置有进气阀306,燃气从进气管305进入燃气阀304,并从燃气阀304进入燃烧器301,燃烧器301具有喷头,燃气从喷头喷出。点火针307靠近喷头设置,点火针307和喷头均容置在燃烧筒308内,点火针307用于点燃从喷头喷出的燃气,燃气燃烧产生的热量对燃烧筒308内的空气进行加热。
除了燃烧器301与安装架400可拆卸连接之外,燃气阀304、点火针307及燃烧筒308均可以与安装架400可拆卸的连接,在燃气阀304、点火针307或燃烧筒308发生损坏时,便于对损坏的部件进行更换。
综上所述,本申请实施例的燃气干衣机,在壳体100内设置安装座200,燃气加热装置300连接在安装架400上,安装架400可拆卸的连接在安装座200上;并且在壳体100上开设维修口102,维修口102与安装座200正对,维修口102用于使燃气加热装置300和安装架400通过。通过上述设置,在更换燃烧器301时,通过维修口102将安装架400从安装座200上拆卸下来,然后将燃气加热装置300和安装架400从维修口102移出到壳体100外,以对燃气加热装置300上的燃烧器301进行更换,整个过程方便快捷,节省了维修时间,降低了维修成本。

Claims (10)
- 一种燃气干衣机,其特征在于,包括:壳体、燃气加热装置及安装架,所述壳体上具有操作侧面,所述操作侧面用于朝向用户设置,所述操作侧面上开设有维修口,所述维修口用于使所述燃气加热装置和所述安装架通过;所述壳体内设置有安装座,所述安装座与所述维修口正对,所述安装架可拆卸的连接在所述安装座上,所述燃气加热装置连接在所述安装架上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的燃气干衣机,其特征在于,所述安装座的顶部具有支撑板,所述安装座还具有连接侧壁,所述连接侧壁位于所述支撑板的下方,且所述连接侧壁与所述支撑板相邻,所述连接侧壁朝向所述维修口设置;所述安装架包括第一连接板和第二连接板,所述第一连接板与所述支撑板平行,所述第二连接板设置在所述第一连接板的底部,所述第一连接板与所述支撑板贴合,所述第二连接板与所述连接侧壁贴合,紧固螺栓穿过所述第二连接板后与所述连接侧壁连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的燃气干衣机,其特征在于,所述第一连接板的底部设置有第一卡接板,所述第一卡接板与所述第一连接板垂直,所述第一卡接板背离所述第二连接板的一端设置有缺口,所述缺口延伸至所述第一连接板;所述支撑板上设置有第一安装孔,所述第一安装孔用于使所述第一卡接板穿过,所述支撑板卡接在所述缺口内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的燃气干衣机,其特征在于,所述第一安装孔包括第一孔段、第二孔段和第三孔段,所述第一孔段、所述第二孔段和所述第三孔段相连通,且所述第一孔段、所述第二孔段和所述第三孔段与所述第二连接板之间的距离依次增大;在垂直于所述第一卡接板的方向上,所述第三孔段的宽度等于所述第一卡接板的厚度,所述第一孔段的宽度大于所述第三孔段的宽度,所述第二孔段的宽度从所述第一孔段向所述第三孔段减小。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的燃气干衣机,其特征在于,所述缺口沿垂直于所述第一连接板的方向上的宽度等于所述支撑板的厚度。
- 根据权利要求2所述的燃气干衣机,其特征在于,所述第一连接板的底部设置有第二卡接板,所述第二卡接板具有固定端和活动端,所述固定端与所述第一连接板连接,所述活动端背离所述第二连接板延伸,所述第二卡接板与所述第一连接板之间具有容置间隙;所述支撑板上设置有第二安装孔,所述第二安装孔用于使所述第二卡接板穿过,所述支撑板卡接在所述容置间隙内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的燃气干衣机,其特征在于,所述第一连接板向下凹陷形成安装槽,所述安装槽的槽口形成所述第二安装孔,所述第二卡接板可容置在所述安装槽内,所述安装槽背离所述第二连接板的槽壁上开设有第三安装孔,所述第三安装孔用于使所述第二卡接板穿过。

- 根据权利要求2-7任一项所述的燃气干衣机,其特征在于,所述燃气加热装置包括燃烧器,所述燃烧器可拆卸的连接在所述安装架上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的燃气干衣机,其特征在于,所述燃烧器具有第一安装板和第二安装板,所述第一安装板和所述第二安装板所在的平面共面;所述安装架还包括第三连接板和第四连接板,所述第三连接板和所述第四连接板平行且间隔的设置在所述第一连接板的顶部,所述第三连接板和所述第四连接板均与所述第一连接板垂直,所述第三连接板的顶端朝向所述第四连接板弯折形成第一弯折板,所述第一安装板与所述第一弯折板可拆卸的连接;所述第四连接板的顶端朝向所述第三连接板弯折形成第二弯折板,所述第二安装板与所述第二弯折板可拆卸的连接。
