在一些实施例中,模组封胶在垂直于盖板方向上的厚度大于折弯部远离盖板的一端与盖板之间的距离,以使折弯部被完全包覆在模组封胶中。
在一些实施例中,显示面板层从折弯部远离盖板的一端延伸至支撑层的下方,形成第一伸出部;模组封胶在垂直于盖板方向上的厚度大于第一伸出部背对盖板的表面与盖板之间的距离;模组封胶背对盖板的一端向靠近第一伸出部的方向延伸第一预设距离,用以使第一伸出部的一部分包裹在模组封胶中。这样,即使显示面板层结构中受到来自平行于盖板厚度方向且指向盖板方向的外力时,也能够保护显示面板层。
在一些实施例中,在设置有折弯部一侧,模组封胶的远离显示面板层的一端位于显示面板层的边缘和盖板的边缘之间。这样,模组封胶内缩于盖板可以使得屏幕模组装配到壳体时,装配更加方便。
在一些实施例中,终端设备还包括:中框;中框包括底板,围绕底板的边缘设置有第二伸出部,第二伸出部向着靠近屏幕模组的方向延伸一定高度,用以形成空腔;屏幕模组设置在空腔中,盖板的下表面在中框的上表面的下方,模组封胶、盖板以及中框在靠近折弯部的一侧形成间隙。平行于盖板厚度厚度
这样,当盖板与中框装配在一起时,盖板的下表面在中框的上表面的下方,盖板的侧面与中框相接处,收到外力时,盖板和中框在平行于盖板厚度厚度的方向上形成有效限位,防止中框形变导致撞击显示面板层,导致显示面板层断线问题;进一步,在设置有折弯部一侧,模组封胶的远离显示面板层的一端位于显示面板层的边缘和盖板的边缘之间,使得模组封胶内缩于盖板一定距离,通过盖板侧面与中框可以形成有效限位,防止可靠性中框形变导致撞击COP断线问题不必再考虑折弯部与盖板边缘的避让距离,这样,可以减小折弯部与盖板边缘的避让距离。采用本申请提供的模组封胶不但可以减少避让距离,使得显示面板层的边缘和盖板边缘的距离更小,从而同时实现减小屏幕模组边缘避让距离以及整机中框的侧壁厚度的目的。另外,本实施例提供的终端设备,中框和盖板之间可以不存在点胶,当外界的水或者油脂等通过中框和盖板之间的缝隙渗入到终端设备内部时,模组封胶相当于对显示面板层形成了密封,进而保护显示面板层免受腐蚀且维持形状稳定。
在一些实施例中,屏幕模组还包括连接部;空腔包括底面;连接部设置在底面和模组封胶之间,连接部一端与模组封胶远离盖板的一端连接,另一端与底面连接。这样,在底面背胶的方式,相对于在垂直与盖板的侧壁上背胶的方式,能够避免平行于 盖板厚度的方向的外力对连接可靠性的不良影响。
在一些实施例中,终端设备还包括:固定部件;固定部件设置在靠近折弯部的一侧,固定部件的一端设置在中框靠近折弯部的外端面,另一端设置在模组封胶中,用以使固定部件穿过中框、间隙与模组封胶相连接。防止外力作用时屏幕模组与中框纵向错动或脱离。
在一些实施例中,模组封胶包括U型区域,U型区域位于模组封胶的远离盖板的一端;连接部设置在U型区域上。
在一些实施例中,在显示面板层未设置有折弯部的其他区域,模组封胶围绕显示面板层边缘设置一周,且模组封胶的端面位于显示面板层的侧面边缘和盖板的边缘之间。
在一些实施例中,连接部的形状尺寸与模组封胶远离底板的端面的形状尺寸相适应。
第二方面,本申请提供一种制造屏幕模组的密封治具,屏幕模组包括包括支撑层、设置在支撑层上方的显示面板层、设置在显示面板层上方的盖板、以及模组封胶;显示面板层的边缘包括折弯部,折弯部先向远离盖板且远离屏幕模组中心的方向延伸,再向远离于盖板且靠近屏幕模组中心的方向延伸,用以使显示面板层从支撑层上方绕过支撑层的边缘弯折到支撑层的下方;密封治具设置在靠近折弯部的一端,密封治具的一端与盖板连接,另一端与显示面板层远离盖板的端面搭接,用以使密封治具、盖板以及显示面板层形成空腔。

具体实施方式
为便于对申请的技术方案进行说明,以下首先在对本申请所涉及到的一些概念进行说明。附图中给出了本申请的较佳的实施例。但是,本申请可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本申请的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
本申请实施例中的终端设备可以是:手机、平板电脑(portable android device,PAD)、个人数字处理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、具有无线通信功能的手持设备、计算设备、车载设备或可穿戴设备,虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)终端设备、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)终端设备、工业控制(industrial control)中的无线终端、无人驾驶(self driving)中的无线终端、远程医疗(remote medical)中的无线终端、智能电网(smart grid)中的无线终端、运输安全(transportation safety)中的无线终端、智慧城市(smart city)中的无线终端、智慧家庭(smart home)中的无线终端等具有触控屏的移动终端或固定终端。本申请实施例中对终端设备的形态不做具体限定。图1中以终端设备是手机为例进行展示,实际应用中并不仅限于此。
图1是现有手机的爆炸示意图。如图1所示,手机包括中框200、以及固定在中框200上的屏幕模组100;中框200包括底板204,围绕底板204的边缘设置有第二伸出部205,第二伸出部205向着靠近屏幕模组100的方向延伸一定高度,用以形成空腔201;空腔201可以容纳屏幕模组100;如图2所示,屏幕模组100包括支撑层103、设置在支撑层103上的芯片显示面板层2、设置在显示面板层2上方的偏光层102(port of loading,POL)、设置在POL层102上方的光学透明胶层101以及设置在OCR层101上方的盖板1;其中光学透明胶层101可以是(optical clear adhesive,OCA)也可以是(optical clear resin,OCR);显示面板层2的边缘包括折弯部22,折弯部22先向远离盖板1且远离屏幕模组100中心的方向延伸,再向远离于盖板1且靠近屏幕模组100中心的方向延伸,用以使显示面板层2从支撑层103上方绕过支撑层103弯折到支撑层103的下方;第二伸出部205远离底板的一端设置有阶梯槽206,阶梯槽206的开口方向朝向盖板1,当屏幕模组100固定在中框200上时,盖板1固定在阶梯槽上,盖板1和阶梯槽206之间有缝隙,缝隙处设置有固胶300,盖板1和阶梯槽206通过固胶300连接在一起。
在一些实现方式中,支撑层103的下方可以依次设置有超净泡棉层104(super clean foam,SCF)、垫高块105以及面板保护层106,此时,折弯部22弯折到面板保护层106的下方。
由于显示面板层2的折弯部22伸出,因而相对于其他屏幕组件,显示面板层2 离盖板1靠近折弯部22的一端的最小距离更小。
如图3和图4所示,考虑到盖板1和中框200连接处应保证一定的宽度尺寸,以保证连接可靠性以及考虑到中框200和盖板1位置固定后,屏幕模组除盖板1以外的其他屏幕组件与中框200的结构干涉问题,以及考虑到显示面板层2与中框200的结构关系对手机通讯性能的影响,显示面板层2的边缘与其临近的盖板1的边缘之间需要具有一定的避让距离。其中,在显示面板层2的设置有折弯部22的一侧,折弯部22与盖板1边缘的避让距离M 2通常应在0.55mm以上;在显示面板层2的未设置有折弯部22的其他区域,显示面板层2的边缘与盖板1边缘之间的距离C 1通常应在0.90mm以上,需要说明的是,距离C 1包含了盖板和中框的点胶距离以及显示面板层和中框的避让距离。
如图3所示,在显示面板层2的设置有折弯部22的一侧,由于中框200靠近折弯部22内侧壁与折弯部22的距离M 1比折弯部22到盖板1的边缘距离M 2小,通常在中框200靠近显示面板层的一侧挖槽,该槽的形状与显示面板层的形状相适应,这样,保证中框200和显示面板层的间距,避免在整机测试中,中框200和盖板1脱胶时,或中框200变形时,显示面板层发生断线或侧边产生黑斑。同时,在显示面板层2的未设置有折弯部22的其他区域,也可以在中框200上挖槽,以产生与前述结构同样的效果。
但是,保证避让距离使得屏幕模组和整机的尺寸过大,已无法满足消费者对于精致外观的追求。另外,仅仅靠保证避让距离,使得中框200、盖板1和显示面板层2形成空腔,用以保护显示面板层2,不能彻底解决显示面板层2发生断线或侧边产生黑斑的问题,当中框200和盖板1脱胶时,或中框200变形时,显示面板层2应力超过阈值范围时,显示面板层2仍然会发生断线。
针对上述问题,本申请提供一种终端设备,终端设备包括屏幕模组,如图5所示,屏幕模组100包括支撑层103、设置在支撑层103上的显示面板层2、设置在显示面板层2上方的盖板1以及模组封胶3;显示面板层2包括平面层21;平面层21的一端包括折弯部22,折弯部22先向远离盖板1且远离屏幕模组100中心的方向延伸,再向远离于盖板1且靠近屏幕模组100中心的方向延伸;模组封胶3设置折弯部22和支撑层103之间的空隙中,模组封胶3还设置在折弯部22的背对支撑层103的一侧,模组封胶3一端与盖板1面向显示面板层2的表面连接,另一端向远离盖板1的方向延伸至显示面板层2下方,以使折弯部22被完全包覆在模组封胶3中。
在一些实施例中,模组封胶3在垂直于盖板1方向上的厚度大于折弯部22远离盖板1的一端与盖板1之间的距离,用以使折弯部22被完全包覆在模组封胶3中。可以理解的是,完全包覆是指模组封胶既设置在显示面板层和支撑层之间的空隙中,还设置在显示面板层的外部。这样,显示面板层2中折弯部22的周围被灌满胶,防止模组封胶3中的显示面板层2受力,从而避免显示面板层2出现断线。
在一些实施例中,在显示面板层2未设置有折弯部22的其他区域,模组封胶3围绕显示面板层2边缘设置一周,且模组封胶3的端面位于显示面板层2的侧面边缘和盖板1的边缘之间。
在一种实施例中,显示面板层2的边缘包括折弯部22,折弯部22从支撑层的上 方向远离盖板1的方向弯折,绕过支撑层103的边缘,延伸到支撑层103的下方。
在一些实施例中,显示面板层2从折弯部22远离盖板1的一端延伸至支撑层的下方,形成第一伸出部23。模组封胶3在垂直于盖板1方向上的厚度大于第一伸出部23背对盖板1的表面与盖板1内侧的表面的距离,用以使折弯部22被完全包覆在模组封胶3中。这样,显示面板层2中折弯部22的周围被灌满胶,防止模组封胶3中的显示面板层2受力,从而避免显示面板层2出现断线。
如图6a和图6b所示,为了展示模组封胶3内部的其他结构,图6b示出了将模组封胶3隐藏后,屏幕模组的结构示意图。可见,模组封胶3填充了显示面板层2与屏幕模组其他结构形成的空隙,同时,在显示面板层2的外部也形成了一定厚度的封装结构。
在一些实施例中,如图6c所示,显示面板层2包括第一侧面24,第一侧面24为平行于盖板厚度1的端面,模组封胶3包括第二侧面31,第二侧面31位于第一侧面24远离显示面板层2的一侧。这样,形成对显示面板层2侧面的保护。
优选的,模组封胶3采用硅胶系材料。
在一些实施例中,模组封胶3远离盖板1的一端向靠近屏幕模组100的方向延伸一定的距离,用以使第一伸出部23一部分包裹在模组封胶3中。
在一些实施例中,折弯部22上距离第二端12的最近端位于第二端12靠近第一端11的一侧。其中,第二端12是指盖板1靠近折弯部22的一端,第一端11是指盖板1远离折弯部22的一端。
在一些实施例中,模组封胶3位于第二端12和第一端11之间,使模组封胶3内缩于第二端12,即内缩于盖板1的区域内。
如图7所示,本申请还提供一种终端设备,终端设备包括中框200和屏幕模组100;中框200包括底板204,围绕底板204的边缘设置有第二伸出部205,第二伸出部205向着靠近屏幕模组100的方向延伸一定高度,用以形成空腔201;空腔201包括底面202;屏幕模组100包括盖板1,以及设置在盖板1内侧的显示面板层2、模组封胶3以及连接部4;显示面板层2包括平面层21、折弯部22和第一伸出部23;模组封胶3包裹住折弯部22以及覆盖第一伸出部23的部分结构;连接部4位于底面202和模组封胶3之间,连接部4一端与模组封胶3远离盖板1的一端连接,另一端与底面202连接。
在一些实施例中,模组封胶3内缩于盖板1(模组封胶3的结构参见前述实施例),这样当盖板1与中框装配在一起时,盖板1的下表面在中框200的上表面的下方,盖板1的侧面与中框200可以形成有效限位,防止中框形变导致撞击显示面板层,导致显示面板层断线问题。
在一种实施例中,连接部可以使用背胶的方式获得。
在一种实施例中,连接部可以使用点胶的方式获得。
由上述实施例可知,通过模组封胶3包裹住折弯部22以及覆盖第一伸出部23的部分结构;同时,连接部4将模组封胶3和中框200连接在一起,这样的连接方式,使得被模组封胶3包裹住的显示面板层2不受外力的影响,尤其是平行于盖板厚度1方向的外力,从而避免显示面板层2出现断线。另外,盖板1不与中框200直接连接, 那么中框200可以不设置与盖板结构相适应的结构,例如用于装配的阶梯槽,又如用于避让折弯部22的凹槽。
在一种实施例中,模组封胶3、连接部4以及中框200形成间隙203,可以在间隙203中以点胶的方式连接模组封胶3和中框200,进一步加强中框200和屏幕模组100的连接。
如图8所示,在一些实施例中,终端设备还包括固定部件5;固定部件5的一端设置在中框200靠近折弯部22的外端面,另一端设置在模组封胶3中;这样,固定部件5穿过中框200、间隙203与模组封胶3相连接,进一步加强中框200和屏幕模组100的连接。固定部件5的安装位置避开会与显示面板层2发生干涉的位置。固定部件5可以使用自攻螺钉,也可以使用标准螺丝,在中框200以及模组封胶3上设置与前述螺钉或螺丝对应的通孔或螺母,即可实现固定部件5与中框200以及模组封胶3的连接。
如图9a和图9b所示,在一些实施例中,模组封胶3通过连接部4与中框200相连接;其中,模组封胶3包括U型区域32,U型区域32为模组封胶3远离盖板1的一端上的区域;连接部4设置在U型区域32上。
本申请还提供一种制造上述实施例中的屏幕模组100的工艺方法。如图10所示,工艺方法包括:
步骤一,将屏幕模组100置于密封治具6中,密封治具6的一端与盖板1连接,另一端与模组最内侧的端面(通常为显示面板层2距离远离盖板1最远的一端)搭接,密封治具6、盖板1以及显示面板层2形成空腔。
步骤二,向空腔内灌胶,充满显示面板层折弯部内侧及显示面板层外侧。
步骤三,胶随时间逐渐固化,形成模组封胶3,模组封胶3包住显示面板层,使得显示面板层折弯部不裸露。从而起到防水防油同时保持显示面板层形状稳定的作用。
步骤四,脱离密封治具6,得到屏幕模组100。
如图11a所示,在一种具体的实现方式中,在显示面板层2的设置有折弯部22的一侧,本申请提供的屏幕模组100中模组封胶3远离显示面板层2的一端与盖板1边缘的距离L 1为0.10mm,显示面板层2与模组封胶3远离显示面板层2的一端的最小距离L 2为0.20mm,合计0.30mm;与现有显示面板层距离盖板1远离显示面板层2的一端的最小距离M 2通常应在0.55mm以上相比,预计收益0.25mm以上。
如图11b所示,在一种具体的实现方式中,在显示面板层2的未设置有折弯部的其他区域,本申请提供的屏幕模组100中模组封胶3远离显示面板层2的一端与盖板1边缘的距离L 3为0.10mm,显示面板层2与模组封胶3远离显示面板层2的一端的最小距离L 4为0.40mm,合计0.50mm;与现有显示面板层的侧边与盖板1的侧边避让距离应在C 1通常应在0.90mm以上,侧边收益0.40mm以上。
本申请同样可应用于屏幕模组非显示面板层的其他结构设计。
以上所述方案及工艺路径所示仅是本专利的优选实施方式,而并非对实施方式的限定,应当指出,在不脱离本专利前提下,还可以进行其他设计,由此引申出的显而易见的变化或者变动也应视为属于本专利的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:屏幕模组(100);
    所述屏幕模组(100)包括支撑层(103)、设置在所述支撑层(103)上方的显示面板层(2)、设置在所述显示面板层(2)上方的盖板(1)以及模组封胶(3);
    所述显示面板层(2)的边缘包括折弯部(22),所述折弯部(22)先向远离所述盖板(1)且远离所述屏幕模组(100)中心的方向延伸,再向远离于所述盖板(1)且靠近所述屏幕模组(100)中心的方向延伸,用以使所述显示面板层(2)从所述支撑层(103)上方绕过所述支撑层(103)的边缘弯折到所述支撑层(103)的下方;
    所述模组封胶(3)设置在所述折弯部(22)和所述支撑层(103)之间的空隙中;所述模组封胶(3)还设置在所述折弯部(22)背对所述支撑层(103)的一侧,且所述模组封胶(3)一端与所述盖板(1)面向所述显示面板层(2)的表面连接,另一端向远离所述盖板(1)的方向延伸至所述显示面板层(2)下方,以使所述折弯部(22)被完全包覆在所述模组封胶(3)中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述模组封胶(3)在垂直于所述盖板(1)的方向上的厚度大于所述折弯部(22)远离所述盖板(1)的一端与所述盖板(1)之间的距离,以使所述折弯部(22)被完全包覆在所述模组封胶(3)中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述显示面板层(2)从所述折弯部(22)远离所述盖板(1)的一端延伸至所述支撑层的下方,形成第一伸出部(23);
    所述模组封胶(3)在垂直于所述盖板(1)的方向上的厚度大于所述第一伸出部(23)背对所述盖板(1)的表面与所述盖板(1)之间的距离;
    所述模组封胶(3)远离所述盖板(1)的一端向靠近所述第一伸出部(23)的方向延伸第一预设距离,以使所述第一伸出部(23)的一部分包裹在所述模组封胶(3)中。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,在设置有所述折弯部(22)一侧,所述模组封胶(3)的远离所述显示面板层(2)的一端位于所述显示面板层(2)的边缘和所述盖板(1)的边缘之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的终端设备,其特征在于,还包括:中框(200);
    所述中框(200)包括底板(204),围绕所述底板(204)的边缘设置有第二伸出部(205),所述第二伸出部(205)向着靠近所述屏幕模组(100)的方向延伸一定高度,用以形成空腔(201);所述屏幕模组(100)设置在所述空腔(201)中,所述盖板(1)的下表面在所述中框(200)的上表面的下方,所述模组封胶(3)、所述盖板(1)以及所述中框(200)在靠近所述折弯部(22)的一侧形成间隙(203)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述屏幕模组(100)还包括 连接部(4);所述空腔(201)包括底面(202);所述连接部(4)设置在所述底面(202)和所述模组封胶(3)之间,所述连接部(4)一端与所述模组封胶(3)远离所述盖板(1)的一端连接,另一端与所述底面(202)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的终端设备,其特征在于,还包括:固定部件(5);所述固定部件(5)设置在靠近所述折弯部(22)的一侧,所述固定部件(5)的一端设置在所述中框(200)靠近所述折弯部(22)的外端面,另一端设置在所述模组封胶(3)中,用以使所述固定部件(5)穿过所述中框(200)、所述间隙(203)与所述模组封胶(3)相连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述模组封胶(3)包括U型区域(32),所述U型区域(32)位于所述模组封胶(3)的远离所述盖板(1)的一端;所述连接部(4)设置在所述U型区域(32)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备,其特征在于,在所述显示面板层(2)未设置有所述折弯部(22)的其他区域,所述模组封胶(3)围绕所述显示面板层(2)边缘设置一周,且所述模组封胶(3)的端面位于所述显示面板层(2)的侧面边缘和所述盖板(1)的边缘之间。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述连接部(4)的形状尺寸与模组封胶(3)远离所述底板(204)的端面的形状尺寸相适应。
  11. 一种制造屏幕模组的密封治具,其特征在于,所述屏幕模组(100)包括支撑层(103)、设置在所述支撑层(103)上方的显示面板层(2)、设置在所述显示面板层(2)上方的盖板(1)、以及模组封胶(3);
    所述显示面板层(2)的边缘包括折弯部(22),所述折弯部(22)先向远离所述盖板(1)且远离所述屏幕模组(100)中心的方向延伸,再向远离于所述盖板(1)且靠近所述屏幕模组(100)中心的方向延伸,用以使所述显示面板层(2)从所述支撑层(103)上方绕过所述支撑层(103)的边缘弯折到所述支撑层(103)的下方;
