本申请要求于2022年2月24日提交中国专利局、申请号为202210171622.5、发明名称为“一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及烟草抽吸技术领域,特别是涉及一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统。
背景技术
目前市面上有多种加热不燃烧产品,大部分都是通过加热元件发热将热量传导给烟草物质。最常见的是通过电阻加热,使加热元件产生焦耳热来加热烟草物质。这种加热系统中烟草物质靠近加热元件的部分温度更高加热速率更快,热量传递不均匀,这也导致了加热不燃烧产品抽吸不均,烟草物质易粘连加热元件等问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统,能够直接对烟草本体进行加热,受热均匀,能够有效提高加热稳定性。
本发明解决问题的技术方案为,提供一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统,包括发生器、释放极、加热腔、夹持槽,所述发生器与所述释放极电连接,所述释放极复合至所述加热腔的环壁上,所述夹持槽转动对接至所述加热腔的底部端口,使得插入至所述加热腔内的发烟制品能够插接至所述夹持槽内,转动所述夹持槽时能够带动所述发烟制品在所述加热腔的内腔中转动,使得所述发烟制品能够在所述释放极之间转动。
进一步的,所述发生器为射频发生器。
进一步的,所述释放极包括第一极针、第二极针,所述第一极针与所述第二极针沿径向相对分布于所述加热腔的环壁上。
进一步的,还包括控制模块、供电模块、驱动装置,所述供电模块与所述控制模块电连接,所述控制模块与所述驱动装置、所述发生器依次电连接。
进一步的,所述控制模块还包括转动按键,所述转动按键设置于壳体上,用以手动控制所述驱动装置的启/停。
进一步的,所述夹持槽的底部与所述驱动装置的输出轴联动,使得所述驱动装置能够驱动所述夹持槽转动。
进一步的,所述加热腔的顶部端口与壳体的外接端口对接,使得所述发烟制品能够从所述外接端口插入至所述加热腔内。
进一步的,所述外接端口安装有滤嘴,所述滤嘴包括气流块、吸嘴、固接部,所述固接部与所述外接端口之间为可拆卸式固接;所述气流块插入所述加热腔内正对位于所述加热腔内的所述发烟制品的上端面,所述吸嘴则置于所述壳体之外。
进一步的,所述外接端口设置有滑动定环,所述滑动定环与所述加热腔同轴心设置且所述滑动定环能够在所述外接端口处转动;所述滑动定环用以夹持所述发烟制品并随之同步转动。
进一步的,所述夹持槽为环形凹槽结构,所述夹持槽与所述加热腔同轴心对接至所述加热腔的底部端口,所述夹持槽与所述加热腔能够相对转动。
进一步的,所述夹持槽的内环壁上设置有夹持凸块,用以夹持插入所述夹持槽内的所述发烟制品。
进一步的,所述加热腔包括内环板、外环板,所述外环板、所述内环板与所述夹持槽之间为转动对接。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明为一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统,其原理是当物料放置于高频交流电磁波中,不断交变的电场会使物料中的极性分子发生转向、转动,分子间相互摩擦碰撞从而产生热量,使得物料本身的温度升高。
发烟制品插接至夹持槽内,夹持槽则由电机驱动进行转动,使得发烟制品在外加场中保持相对均匀的功率进行加热,实现对整个物料体系的均匀加热。降低对外加场的分布均匀性要求,适用范围广,实用效果好。
优选针对分布不均匀外加场使用,使对烟草本体的加热效果均匀化,能够有效提高加热稳定性。
在实施时,可分别针对烟支、烟弹对本发明的端口进行优化设计,不必改变系统的内部结构。优选的,可设计通用性更换组件,以变更本发明的适用对象。

为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统,请参阅图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6,主要包括发生器2、释放极、加热腔7、夹持槽6,发生器2与释放极电连接,释放极复合至加热腔7的环壁上,夹持槽6转动对接至加热腔7的底部端口,使得插入至加热腔7内的发烟制品8能够插接至夹持槽6内,转动夹持槽6时能够带动发烟制品8在加热腔7的内腔中转动,使得发烟制品8能够在释放极之间转动。
还包括控制模块3、供电模块4、驱动装置5,供电模块4与控制模块3电连接,控制模块3与驱动装置5、发生器2依次电连接。
驱动装置5的输出轴51则与夹持槽6的底部对接安装,形成联动关系,使得驱动装置5能够驱动夹持槽6转动。
加热腔7的内腔可基于发烟制品8设置为圆柱形腔,夹持槽6则可为环形凹槽结构,夹持槽6与加热腔7的内腔同轴心对接。夹持槽6的环壁 可与加热腔7的环壁相互配合,在保持高度不变的情况下,夹持槽6可绕轴心线转动,使得插入至夹持槽6内的发烟制品8能够随着夹持槽6转动。可以理解的是,发烟制品8在转动时,发烟制品8的高度不必产生变化。
本发明的实施例中,以两个极针为例进行说明:释放极可包括第一极针11、第二极针12,第一极针11与第二极针12可沿加热腔7的径向相对式分布于加热腔7的环臂上,使得发烟制品8能够始终处于两个极针之间,当发烟制品8转动时,能够均匀发热。
本发明的实施例中,加热腔7包括内环板71、外环板72,作为一种实施方式,释放极可处于加热腔7的内腔中。释放极可复合至内环板71上,释放极于内腔中存在外露结构,释放极于加热腔7之外不存在外露结构。此时,内环板71可为电磁屏蔽材料,可以是银、铝、铜、镍等金属镀层。电磁波可在内环板71的内环壁上反射,可在内环壁上添加导电聚合物涂层,如PANI聚苯胺、PPY聚吡咯、PTH聚噻吩等,用以吸收电磁波。释放极的外露结构不添加涂层。
作为另一种实施方式,释放极可处于加热腔7的外部。释放极可复合至外环板72之外,加热腔7可为非屏蔽材料,壳体1可设置独立腔室用以容置加热腔7,使得释放极与加热腔7共同处于一个相对独立的腔室中(并不排出外接端口)。此时,可将该独立腔室的内壁材料选用电磁屏蔽材料,内壁亦可添加导电聚合物涂层。
进一步的,当释放极处于外置状态时,可将外环板72进行区域分割,将与释放极复合的部分区域定义为同化区,变更释放极的射频释放形态,如图3中所示,优化射频释放。
具体的,所述外环板72上的相对位置设置有同化板,所述同化板与释放极复合。同化板的横截区域宽度近似于发烟制品8的直径。
基于上述的两种释放极的实施方式,发烟制品8始终处于两个极针之间的中心位置,两个极针之间存在电磁波,可对位于加热腔7中的发烟制品8进行加热。若电磁波基于空间内的分布不均匀时,则对静止状态的发 烟制品8的加热效果易不均匀,本发明的系统中,对处于中心位置的发烟制品8进行转动处理,能够使之被均匀加热,提供加热稳定性,优化了整个系统的加热效果。
本发明的实施例中,加热腔7的顶部端口可与壳体1的外接端口13对接,使得发烟制品8能够从外接端口13插入至加热腔7的内部。
针对发烟制品8的现有形式,可在外接端口13处设置相对应的结构,使得本发明的加热系统能够适用于各种形式的发烟制品。
当发烟制品8为烟支时,请参阅图5,可在外接端口13处设置滑动定环,滑动定环与外接端口13之间可为转动连接,烟支沿滑动定环的内径插入至加热腔7内,与夹持槽6形成夹持的状态效果。滑动定环可与烟支的滤嘴部分对应,可具备微微夹持滤嘴段的效果,使得滑动定环可随发烟制品8一起同步转动。
基于本发明的加热系统,烟支在加热时,转动的加热效果更好,抽吸时则可停止转动。优选的,可包括烟支预热、烟支抽吸两个基本阶段,当烟支预热时,烟支自带转动;预热结束,则停止转动,已表明可进行抽吸;此后,可通过转动按键31来控制驱动装置5的启/停,进而控制烟支的转动;当需要抽吸时,则手动停止转动;当完成一口的抽吸之后,释放转动按键31即可继续自动转动。
初次触发停止之后,转动按键31的默认状态为驱动装置5转动,可通过转动按键31随机停止驱动装置5。关于转动按键31,可设置于壳体1上,具体形式可以为机械按键式、触摸式、按压滑动式等。
当发烟制品8为烟弹时,请参阅图6,可在外接端口13处安装滤嘴9,可拆卸式安装,烟弹从外接端口13处填充至加热腔7内与夹持槽6形成夹持的状态效果。滤嘴9可包括气流块91、吸嘴92、固接部93,固接部93与外接端口13之间为可拆卸式固接;气流块91插入加热腔7内正对位于加热腔7内的发烟制品8的上端面,可将烟弹的位置向下按压使之与夹持槽6形成夹持状态;吸嘴92则置于壳体1之外,便于用户抽吸。
基于本发明的加热系统,烟弹在加热时,可自由转动,不影响用户的抽吸体验,可不进行多余操作,连续进行抽吸。进一步的,可在滤嘴9的固接部93处内置金属屏蔽网,对电磁波进行屏蔽的同时,不影响烟雾气流的流通。
本发明的实施例中,加热腔7的底部端口与夹持槽6转动对接,使得夹持槽6能够夹持发烟制品8并转动。
具体的,夹持槽6可包括环挡板61、环接槽62、环切斜面63、夹持凸块64、安装部65,其中,夹持槽6的底壁背侧开设安装部65,安装部65可用以与驱动装置5的输出轴51联动安装,驱动装置5可位于夹持槽6的正下方,使得输出轴51可直接驱动夹持槽6进行转动。
夹持槽6的底壁正面,则用以承接发烟制品8,环挡板61可与加热腔7产生部分重叠,形成限位对接,基于环状的结构,使得夹持槽6可产生转动。请参阅图2、图4,外环板72与内环板71之间可设置环形的插接槽,使得环挡板61能够插接进入至环形的插接槽内,环挡板61可于内侧对应内环板71的位置开设环接槽62,使得内环板71能插入至环接槽62内,形成相互插接的效果。
插接槽位于内环板71内侧的环壁上端可设置为环切斜面63,使得发烟制品8在由上向下的插入过程中能够顺利插入,环切斜面63下侧的环壁上可设置夹持凸块64,用以加强发烟制品8与夹持槽6之间的夹持效果,使得发烟制品8能够与夹持槽6同步转动。可以理解的是,发烟制品8与夹持槽6之间的夹持状态实施的方式有多种,以实现发烟制品8与夹持槽6的同步转动为原则即可。
可以理解的是,环挡板61插入深度可小于内环板71的插入深度。环挡板61的内环壁与内环板71的外环壁之间可设置限位凸肋,用以稳定对位转动时的同轴效果。环挡板61的外环壁则与外环板72的内环壁之间则可光滑处理。
可以理解的是,为了稳定驱动装置5的驱动稳定性,可设置稳定板/ 稳定架对驱动装置5进行限位安装。
本发明的实施例中,发生器2可为射频晶体管,如MOSFET金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体、GaAsMESFET砷化镓金属半导体场效应晶体管、SIT静态感应晶体管等。极针可以使石墨、银、铝、镍、锌、铜、铁、金等金属材料中的一种或几种的合金。
进一步的,高频交变电磁波的频率在3Hz至3Thz之间。优选的,高频交变电磁波的频率在1Mhz和3GHz之间。最好是在5MHz到900MHz之间。在一个优选的实施例中,高频交变电磁波的频率为27.12MHz。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统,其特征在于,包括发生器(2)、释放极、加热腔(7)、夹持槽(6),所述发生器(2)与所述释放极电连接,所述释放极复合至所述加热腔(7)的环壁上,所述夹持槽(6)转动对接至所述加热腔(7)的底部端口,使得插入至所述加热腔(7)内的发烟制品(8)能够插接至所述夹持槽(6)内,转动所述夹持槽(6)时能够带动所述发烟制品(8)在所述加热腔(7)的内腔中转动,使得所述发烟制品(8)能够在所述释放极之间转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统,其特征在于,所述释放极包括第一极针(11)、第二极针(12),所述第一极针(11)与所述第二极针(12)沿径向相对分布于所述加热腔(7)的环壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统,其特征在于,还包括控制模块(3)、供电模块(4)、驱动装置(5),所述供电模块(4)与所述控制模块(3)电连接,所述控制模块(3)与所述驱动装置(5)、所述发生器(2)依次电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统,其特征在于,所述控制模块(3)还包括转动按键(31),所述转动按键(31)设置于壳体(1)上,用以手动控制所述驱动装置(5)的启/停。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统,其特征在于,所述夹持槽(6)的底部与所述驱动装置(5)的输出轴(51)联动,使得所述驱动装置(5)能够驱动所述夹持槽(6)转动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统,其特征在于,所述加热腔(7)的顶部端口与壳体(1)的外接端口(13)对接,使得所述发烟制品(8)能够从所述外接端口(13)插入至所述加热腔(7)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统,其 特征在于,所述外接端口(13)安装有滤嘴(9),所述滤嘴(9)包括气流块(91)、吸嘴(92)、固接部(93),所述固接部(93)与所述外接端口(13)之间为可拆卸式固接;所述气流块(91)插入所述加热腔(7)内正对位于所述加热腔(7)内的所述发烟制品(8)的上端面,所述吸嘴(92)则置于所述壳体(1)之外。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统,其特征在于,所述外接端口(13)设置有滑动定环,所述滑动定环与所述加热腔(7)同轴心设置且所述滑动定环能够在所述外接端口(13)处转动;所述滑动定环用以夹持所述发烟制品(8)并随之同步转动。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统,其特征在于,所述夹持槽(6)为环形凹槽结构,所述夹持槽(6)与所述加热腔(7)同轴心对接至所述加热腔(7)的底部端口,所述夹持槽(6)与所述加热腔(7)能够相对转动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种对烟草本体加热的气溶胶生成系统,其特征在于,所述夹持槽(6)的内环壁上设置有夹持凸块(64),用以夹持插入所述夹持槽(6)内的所述发烟制品(8)。
