[权利要求 1] 一种电子烟烟支的加热控制方法, 它包括采用含有烟体介质的香烟烟 支和可加热烘烤烟体介质的烟具, 其特征是在所述的含有烟体介质的 香烟烟支中的烟体介质内置入有在高频电磁场中能产生电流而发热的 金属材料, 在可加热烘烤烟体介质的烟具中设置有烟支容纳腔, 烟支 容纳腔中对应容纳烟体介质部位的外部设置有电磁感应高频线圈, 金 属材料作为高频磁场接收介质, 在电磁感应高频线圈通电产生高频磁 场时金属材料被加热, 从而使金属材料周围的烟体介质被加热烘烤, 使烟体介质产生烟雾。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 i所述的一种电子烟烟支的加热控制方法, 其特征是所 述在烟体介质中置入在高频电磁场中能产生电流而发热的金属材料可 以是柱体状、 膜片状或粉末状。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求:1或 2所述的一种电子烟烟支的加热控制方法, 其特征是 所述的在烟体介质中置入在高频电磁场中能产生电流而发热的金属材 料是在香烟烟支生产时将金属材料直接置入烟体介质成为香烟烟支。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 2所述的一种电子烟烟支的加热控制方法, 其特征是所 述的在烟体介质中置入在高频电磁场中能产生电流而发热的金属材料 可以是在抽吸烟前再将柱体状或膜片状的金属材料插入到香烟烟支的 烟体介质中, 然后再将香烟烟支放入烟具中的烟支容纳腔内。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求:1或 2所述的一种电子烟烟支的加热控制方法, 其特征是 所述烟体介质是一种包含被加热烘烤后能产生烟草烟雾的物质, 如烟 草、 含烟油的烟草深加工制品、 吸附有烟油的无毒载体。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 3所述的一种电子烟烟支的加热控制方法, 其特征是所 述烟体介质是一种包含被加热烘烤后能产生烟草烟雾的物质, 如烟草 、 含烟油的烟草深加工制品、 吸附有烟油的无毒载体。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 4所述的一种电子烟烟支的加热控制方法, 其特征是所 述烟体介质是一种包含被加热烘烤后能产生烟草烟雾的物质, 如烟草 、 含烟油的烟草深加工制品、 吸附有烟油的无毒载体。
[权利要求 8] 一种电子烟烟支的加热烟具, 它包括烟支容纳腔 (10) 和形成烟支容 纳腔 (10) 的烟支容纳腔壳体 (11) , 其特征是在烟支容纳腔壳体 ( 11) 上绕设有磁感应线圈 (8) , 电磁感应线圈 (8) 连接电磁感应高 频控制单元 (9) , 所述烟支容纳腔 (10) 为仅容纳香烟烟支的空腔 体结构。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 8所述的一种电子烟烟支的加热烟具, 其特征是所述的 空腔体结构的烟支容纳腔 (10) 底部为封闭结构, 烟支容纳腔 (10) 内径大于香烟烟支直径, 在烟支容纳腔壳体 (11) 的内侧口沿处还对 称设置有烟支夹 (12) 。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的一种电子烟烟支的加热烟具, 其特征是所述 的在烟支容纳腔壳体 (11) 上绕设有磁感应线圈 (8) 是将磁感应线 圈 (8) 绕设在烟支容纳腔壳体 (11) 的外表面上或镶嵌在烟支容纳 腔壳体 (11) 壳壁内, 磁感应线圈 (8) 的绕制方向与烟支容纳腔壳 体 (11) 轴向平行。
