在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基 于实施例记载的以及附图所示的方位或位置关系,或者是该实用新型产品使用时惯常摆放的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
如图1-图3所示,本实用新型具体涉及一种便于拆卸的电动车仪表盘,包括电动车面板和装配于所述电动车面板的仪表盘,所述电动车面板的表面设有安装槽,且通过所述安装槽将所述仪表盘镶嵌;
所述仪表盘包括底壳100和上壳200,所述底壳100可拆卸连接于所述上壳200,所述底壳100的相对侧均设有开口110,所述开口110能够供设置于所述底壳100内的限位组件穿过;
所述底壳100还设有驱动所述限位组件移动的驱动组件400,所述驱动组件400包括转轴420和连接于所述转轴420的齿轮410;
如图1和图2所示,所述限位组件设有两组且包括左限位组件310和右限位组件320,所述左限位组件310包括第一限位块311,所述右限位组件320包括第三限位块321,所述第一限位块311和第三限位块321的一侧均设有齿条312,所述齿条312与齿轮410啮合,所述齿轮410转动,以带动第一限位块311和第三限位块321同步移动并穿过开口110伸出底壳100外,使底壳100与安装槽卡接连接。
需要说明的是,其中,仪表盘包括底壳100和上壳200,且底壳100可拆卸连接于上壳200,仪表盘通过底壳100连接连接于安装槽内,并对连接于上壳200的电子元器件进行保护,避免在拆卸或安装过程中对电子元器件造成损坏。
当底壳100装配与安装槽内时,转轴420转动并通过齿轮410带动齿条312线性移动,使得齿条312带动第一限位块311和第三限位块321同步移动,第一限位块311和第三限位块321同步移动过程中方向相反,速度相同。此时,第一限位块311和第三限位块321分别穿过开口110并伸出壳体外,使得第一限位块311和第三限位块321卡接连接于安装槽,通过与安装槽连接,以将仪表盘装配于电动车面板。
同样的,当底壳100与安装槽拆卸时,转轴420转动并通过齿轮410带动齿条312线性移动,使得齿条312带动第一限位块311和第三限位块321同步反向移动。第一限位块311和第三限位块321同步移动过程中反向相反,速度相同。此时,第一限位块311和第三限位块321分别穿过开口110并缩回底壳100内,使得第一限位块311和第三限位块321与安装槽分离,此时,底壳100与安装槽之间没有阻力,并能够使得壳体脱离于安装槽,以完成仪表盘的拆卸。
采用上述的技术方案,保证仪表盘稳定的安装于电动车面板上的前提下,能够大大的提高了维护效率,节约了维护时间。
所述左限位组件310的结构和右限位组件320的相同,采用相同的结构,并通过同一个驱动源以达到同步驱动的目的,以完成锁止或解固。
所述左限位组件310还包括第二限位块314,所述第一限位块311与第二限位块314平行设置,并通过连杆315相互连接。
第一限位块311的结构和第二限位块314的结构相同,且第二限位块314平行设置于第一限位块311并通过连杆315相连接,当第一限位块311线性移动时,通过设置于第一限位块311和第二限位块314之间的连杆315能够同步带动第二限位块314移动。
所述第一限位块311和第三限位块321的表面均设有一横槽313,所述横槽313内设有连接于所述底壳100的引导柱,并通过所述引导柱连接有盖板。
其中,引导柱的一端固定连接于底壳100,引导柱的另一端连接于盖板,通过盖板将齿轮410和齿条312的啮合状态盖合,避免上壳200的电子元器件对转动过程造成干涉;
另,当齿轮410驱动齿条312线性移动时,第一限位块311和第三限位块321沿着相反的方向线性移动,移动过程中引导柱相对于横槽313移动;需要说明的是,其中横槽313在移动,引导柱始终处于固定状态。
通过设置引导柱能够保证第一限位块311和第二限位块314移动的顺畅性,同时保证齿条312和齿轮410啮合的稳定性。
所述右限位组件320还包括第四限位块322,所述第四限位块322与第三 限位块321平行设置,并通过连杆315相互连接。
第三限位块321的结构和第四限位块322的结构相同,且第四限位块322平行设置于第三限位块321并通过连杆315相连接,当第三限位块321线性移动时,通过设置于第三限位块321和第四限位块322之间的连杆315能够同步带动第四限位块322移动。
所述第一限位块311远离齿条312的一侧与第四限位块322的一侧滑动连接,所述第四限位块322的另一侧滑动连接于所述底壳100的内侧;所述第三限位块321远离齿条312的一侧与第二限位块314的一侧滑动连接,所述第二限位块314的另一侧滑动连接于所述底壳100的。
其中,第一限位块311与第四限位块322滑动连接,第三限位块321和第二限位块314滑动连接,如此设置,保证了第一限位块311、第二限位块314、第三限位块321和第四限位块322线性移动过程中的顺畅性以及稳定性。同时提高了齿条312和齿轮410啮合转动过程中的稳定性。
所述第一限位块311、第二限位块314、第三限位块321和第四限位块322均连接有直角三角块316,所述直角三角块316能够穿过所述开口110并与安装槽卡接连接。
其中,直角三角块316的倾斜面为朝上设置的结构,利用直角三角块316的倾斜面与安装槽卡接连接,由于直角三角块316倾斜面的接触面积较大,通过增大接触面积,进而增大了直角三角块316与安装槽之间的摩擦力,进而保证了仪表盘和电动车面板之间的稳定性。
另,安装槽内设有配合直角三角块316使用的形状结构。
所述上壳200嵌有若干仪表显示器;所述仪表显示器包括速度显示器、转速显示器、油量显示器、胎压监测。
所述转轴420的一端转动连接于所述底壳100,所述转轴420的另一端穿过所述上壳200,并伸出所述上壳200外。
其中,转轴420穿过盖板和上壳200并伸出上壳200外,不仅方便人员对转轴420旋转,而且起到一个定位的作用,便于将盖板和上壳200快速的安装。
所述转轴420伸出上壳200外的一端设有十字块,通过设置十字块方便人员能够快速的将转轴420旋转,以便将仪表盘拆卸。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便于拆卸的电动车仪表盘,包括电动车面板和装配于所述电动车面板的仪表盘,其特征在于,所述电动车面板的表面设有安装槽,且通过所述安装槽将所述仪表盘镶嵌;
    所述仪表盘包括底壳(100)和上壳(200),所述底壳(100)可拆卸连接于所述上壳(200),所述底壳(100)的相对侧均设有开口(110),所述开口(110)能够供设置于所述底壳(100)内的限位组件穿过;
    所述底壳(100)还设有驱动所述限位组件移动的驱动组件(400),所述驱动组件(400)包括转轴(420)和连接于所述转轴(420)的齿轮(410);
    所述限位组件设有两组且包括左限位组件(310)和右限位组件(320),所述左限位组件(310)包括第一限位块(311),所述右限位组件(320)包括第三限位块(321),所述第一限位块(311)和第三限位块(321)的一侧均设有齿条(312),所述齿条(312)与齿轮(410)啮合,所述齿轮(410)转动,以带动第一限位块(311)和第三限位块(321)同步移动并穿过开口(110)伸出底壳(100)外,使底壳(100)与安装槽卡接连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于拆卸的电动车仪表盘,其特征在于,所述左限位组件(310)的结构和右限位组件(320)的相同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于拆卸的电动车仪表盘,其特征在于,所述左限位组件(310)还包括第二限位块(314),所述第一限位块(311)与第二限位块(314)平行设置,并通过连杆(315)相互连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于拆卸的电动车仪表盘,其特征在于,所述第一限位块(311)和第三限位块(321)的表面均设有一横槽(313),所述横槽(313)内设有连接于所述底壳(100)的引导柱,并通过所述引导柱连接有盖板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种便于拆卸的电动车仪表盘,其特征在于,所述右限位组件(320)还包括第四限位块(322),所述第四限位块(322)与第三限位块(321)平行设置,并通过连杆(315)相互连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种便于拆卸的电动车仪表盘,其特征在于,所述第一限位块(311)远离齿条(312)的一侧与第四限位块(322)的一侧滑动连接,所述第四限位块(322)的另一侧滑动连接于所述底壳(100)的内侧;所述第 三限位块(321)远离齿条(312)的一侧与第二限位块(314)的一侧滑动连接,所述第二限位块(314)的另一侧滑动连接于所述底壳(100)的。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种便于拆卸的电动车仪表盘,其特征在于,所述第一限位块(311)、第二限位块(314)、第三限位块(321)和第四限位块(322)均连接有直角三角块(316),所述直角三角块(316)能够穿过所述开口(110)并与安装槽卡接连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于拆卸的电动车仪表盘,其特征在于,所述上壳(200)嵌有若干仪表显示器;所述仪表显示器包括速度显示器、转速显示器、油量显示器、胎压监测。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于拆卸的电动车仪表盘,其特征在于,所述转轴(420)的一端转动连接于所述底壳(100),所述转轴(420)的另一端穿过所述上壳(200),并伸出所述上壳(200)外。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种便于拆卸的电动车仪表盘,其特征在于,所述转轴(420)伸出上壳(200)外的一端设有十字块。
