TECHNICAL FIELD
The present application relates to the technical field of dashboards, in particular to an easily detachable electric vehicle dashboard.
BACKGROUND
A dashboard is a rigid flat plate or a structural component used for mounting instruments and related devices. The dashboard may be classified into a screen-type dashboard, a frame-type dashboard, a channel-type dashboard, and a cabinet-type dashboard, and some indicators and warning lights are also included. The existing dashboard is inconvenient to detach, cumbersome in operation during the mounting, and is inconvenient for maintenance and inspection.

As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the present application specifically relates to an easily detachable electric vehicle dashboard, the easily detachable electric vehicle dashboard includes an electric vehicle panel and a dashboard assembled on the electric vehicle panel, the surface of the electric vehicle panel is provided with a mounting groove, and the dashboard is embedded by the mounting groove.
The dashboard includes a bottom housing 100 and an upper housing 200, the bottom housing 100 is detachably connected to the upper housing 200, opposite sides of the bottom housing 100 are both provided with openings 110,

While the bottom housing 100 is assembled in the mounting groove, the rotating shaft 420 rotates and drives the gear rack 312 to move linearly by the gear 410, so that the gear rack 312 drives the first limiting block 311 and the third limiting block 321 to move synchronously, and the directions are opposite while the speeds are the same in the synchronous movement process of the first limiting block 311 and the third limiting block 321. By adopting the above technical scheme, under the premise that the dashboard is guaranteed to be stably mounted on the electric vehicle panel, the maintenance efficiency may be greatly improved, and the maintenance time is saved.
The structure of the left limiting assembly 310 is the same as that of the right limiting assembly 320. The same structure is adopted, and the purpose of synchronous driving is achieved by the same driving source, as to complete locking or unlocking.
The left limiting assembly 310 further includes a second limiting block 314, and the first limiting block 311 and the second limiting block 314 are arranged parallelly, and connected mutually by a connecting rod 315.
The structure of the first limiting block 311 is the same as that of the second limiting block 314, and the second limiting block 314 is arranged parallel to the first limiting block 311 and connected by the connecting rod 315.

The right limiting assembly 320 further includes a fourth limiting block 322, and the fourth limiting block 322 and the third limiting block 321 are arranged parallelly, and connected mutually by the connecting rod 315.
The structure of the third limiting block 321 is the same as that of the fourth limiting block 322, and the fourth limiting block 322 is arranged parallel to the third limiting block 321 and connected by the connecting rod 315. The first limiting block 311, the second limiting block 314, the third limiting block 321, and the fourth limiting block 322 are all connected with a right triangle block 316, and the right triangle block 316 may pass through the openings 110 and be clamping-connected with the mounting groove.
Herein, an inclined surface of the right triangle block 316 is a structure arranged upwards, and it is clamping-connected with the mounting groove by using the inclined surface of the right triangle block 316.
