Description

一种前雾灯装饰盖及汽车
本申请要求于2022年01月26日提交中国专利局,申请号为202220219723.0,申请名称为“一种前雾灯装饰盖及汽车”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及车辆雾灯装饰盖技术领域,特别涉及一种前雾灯装饰盖及汽车。
背景技术
目前,市场上大多数车辆在雾灯周圈设计黑色的装饰盖,为了追求美观,装饰板周圈的厚度设计比较薄,导致装饰盖安装空间局限,目前的装饰盖有两种安装方式,一种是从外往里,一种是从里往外,都是用卡脚卡接,用螺钉紧固,这两种安装方式存在以下缺陷:
1、雾灯装饰盖从外往里装配时容易刮伤前蒙皮油漆,导致前蒙皮报废;
2、雾灯装饰盖从外往里装配时,由于卡脚内收变形,容易导致装饰盖装配困难;
3、雾灯装饰盖从外往里装配时,由于卡脚强度弱,容易导致装饰盖与前蒙皮匹配间隙大,感知质量差;
4、由于雾灯安装点布置在雾灯装饰盖背面,容易导致装饰盖表面缩印,感知质量差;
5、雾灯装饰盖背面布置雾灯安装点doghouse结构,导致模具结构复杂,模具成本高;
6、雾灯安装点强度弱,导致雾灯容易松脱;
7、雾灯装饰盖表面按压松动,感知质量差。
申请内容
本申请的主要目的在于提出一种前雾灯装饰盖及汽车,旨在提升前雾灯装饰盖的感知质量,避免装配时损伤车辆前蒙皮,增强前雾灯安装点强度,降低装配难度和生产成本。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种前雾灯装饰盖,所述前雾灯装饰盖通过若干卡脚卡接于车辆前蒙皮主体上,所述前雾灯装饰盖的分型面呈165°至175°角。
本申请进一步地技术方案是,所述卡脚的根部设置有加强筋。
本申请进一步地技术方案是,所述卡脚的前端设置有导向斜面。
本申请进一步地技术方案是,所述前蒙皮的背面设置有用于支撑前雾灯的若干凸台。
本申请进一步地技术方案是,所述前蒙皮的背面设置有用于安装前雾灯的BOSS柱。
本申请进一步地技术方案是,所述BOSS柱的根部的厚度为3mm。
为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种汽车,所述汽车包括如上所述的前雾灯装饰盖。
本申请前雾灯装饰盖及汽车的有益效果是:
1、感知质量好:
1)分型线精度高,没有飞边;
2)分型线不会刮擦前蒙皮主体油漆;
3)前雾灯装饰盖与前蒙皮主体匹配间隙均匀;
4)前雾灯装饰盖按压强度好,背面有支撑结构,没有松动感;
5)BOSS柱设计在B面区域,A面区域没有缩印缺陷;
2、装配便利:
1)卡脚根部增加加强筋,控制卡脚注塑收缩;
2)卡脚加强筋前端设计导向斜面;
3、成本低:B面设计雾灯安装BOSS,直接出前后模,模具结构简单,模具成本低;
4、前蒙皮油漆没有刮擦,降低了前蒙皮报废率;
5、增强了前雾灯安装点强度,避免前雾灯松脱。

请参照图1至图3,本申请提出一种前雾灯装饰盖1,本申请前雾灯装饰盖1较佳实施例通过若干卡脚2卡接于车辆前蒙皮主体3上,所述前雾灯装饰盖1的分型面呈165°至175°角。
作为一种实施方式,本实施例在所述前蒙皮上设置所述若干卡脚2,在所述前雾灯装饰盖1上设置与所述若干卡脚2相对应的若干卡孔。
具体地,本实施例前雾灯装饰盖1采用从外往里的方向装配,通过八个所述卡脚2与所述前蒙皮主体3紧固匹配,所述前雾灯装饰盖1的前后模分型面呈170°角,方便配模,方便模具控制分型线4,分型精度高,降低分型线4刮擦前蒙皮主体3油漆风险,减小前蒙皮主体3的报废率。
另外,本实施例通过卡脚2连接所述前雾灯装饰盖1,可以解决前雾灯装饰盖1按压松动和感知质量差的问题。
进一步地,本实施例中,所述卡脚2的根部设置有加强筋5,本实施例通过在所述卡脚2的设置加强筋5,可以提高所述卡脚2的强度防止所述卡脚2注塑内收变形,从而解决现有技术中装配困难的问题。另外,所述加强筋5与所述前蒙皮主体3的安装孔周圈限位,可控制所述前雾灯装饰盖1与所述前蒙皮主体3之间的间隙,解决间隙大,感知质量差的问题。
进一步地,本实施例中,所述卡脚2的前端设置有导向斜面6。所述导向斜面6在装配所述前雾灯装饰盖1时起到导向作用,从而可以进一步降低装配难度。
本实施例中,所述前蒙皮的背面设置有凹凸结构,以增加其强度。具体地,本实施例在所述前蒙皮的背面设置有用于支撑前雾灯的凸台7。
本实施例中,所述前雾灯从里往外装配,在所述前蒙皮的背面还设置有用于安装前雾灯的BOSS柱8,其中,所述BOSS柱8直接前后模成型,模具结构简单,成本低。
所述BOSS柱8的根部厚度可设计为3mm,或者根据实际情况设计成其他尺寸,该BOSS柱8结构强度高,可以解决前雾灯安装点断裂、前雾灯松动的问题。
本申请前雾灯装饰盖的有益效果是:
1、感知质量好:
1)分型线精度高,没有飞边;
2)分型线不会刮擦前蒙皮主体油漆;
3)前雾灯装饰盖与前蒙皮主体匹配间隙均匀;
4)前雾灯装饰盖按压强度好,背面有支撑结构,没有松动感;
5)BOSS柱设计在B面区域,A面区域没有缩印缺陷;
2、装配便利:
1)卡脚根部增加加强筋,控制卡脚注塑收缩;
2)卡脚加强筋前端设计导向斜面;
3、成本低:B面设计雾灯安装BOSS,直接出前后模,模具结构简单,模具成本低;
4、前蒙皮油漆没有刮擦,降低了前蒙皮报废率;
5、增强了前雾灯安装点强度,避免前雾灯松脱。
为实现上述目的,本申请还提出一种汽车,所述汽车包括如上实施例所述的前雾灯装饰盖,所述前雾灯装饰盖的结构和作用原理上面已经详细阐述,这里不再赘述。

  1. 一种前雾灯装饰盖,其特征在于,所述前雾灯装饰盖通过若干卡脚卡接于车辆前蒙皮主体上,所述前雾灯装饰盖的分型面呈165°至175°角;所述卡脚的根部设置有加强筋;所述卡脚的前端设置有导向斜面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的前雾灯装饰盖,其特征在于,所述前蒙皮的背面设置有用于支撑前雾灯的若干凸台。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的前雾灯装饰盖,其特征在于,所述前蒙皮的背面设置有用于安装前雾灯的BOSS柱。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的前雾灯装饰盖,其特征在于,所述BOSS柱的根部的厚度为3mm。
  5. 一种汽车,其特征在于,所述汽车包括如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的前雾灯装饰盖。
