具体地,作为一种优选设置方式,第一定位孔31为圆孔,第二定位孔32为长孔。当然,本发明并不对第一定位孔31和第二定位孔32的具体形状作任何限制,其可以是相同形状,也可以是不同形状;还可以是方形,甚至是不规则形状。此外,还需要说明的是,本发明也不对第一定位孔31和第二定位孔32的具体设置数量作任何限制,本领域技术人员可以根据所述摄像头总成的实际安装情况自行设定。
进一步地,安装支架3上还设置有第一安装孔33、第二安装孔34和第三安装孔35,第一安装孔33、第二安装孔34和第三安装孔35均为圆形螺纹孔,且第一安装孔33、第二安装孔34和第三安装孔35的承靠面为所述摄像头总成在生产和安装过程中所使用的定位基准面,以有效避免二次标定程序的使用,进而有效提升所述摄像头总成的安装精度。
具体地,第一安装孔33与第一定位孔31位于同侧,第二安装孔34和第三安装孔35与第二定位孔32位于同侧,且第二定位孔32位于第二安装孔34和第三安装孔35之间,以方便所述摄像头总成的安装。需要 说明的是,本发明并不对第一安装孔33、第二安装孔34和第三安装孔35的具体设置数量、具体设置位置以及具体形状作任何限制,本领域技术人员可以根据所述摄像头总成的实际安装情况自行设定。
在另一方面,本发明还要求保护一种车辆,所述车辆包括上述可选实施例中所述的摄像头总成。需要说明的是,本发明并不对所述摄像头总成在所述车辆上的具体设置位置和具体设置数量作任何限制,其可以设置在所述车辆的前侧,也可以设置在所述车辆的后侧,还可以设置在所述车辆的侧部,本领域技术人员可以根据所述车辆的实际行驶需求或者用户的使用需求自行设定。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于车辆的摄像头总成,其特征在于,所述用于车辆的摄像头总成包括镜头、摄像头壳体和安装支架,
    所述摄像头壳体包括第一壳体和第二壳体,所述镜头和所述第一壳体相连,所述安装支架用于与车体相连,所述安装支架设置于所述第一壳体或所述第二壳体上,并且所述第一壳体、所述安装支架和所述第二壳体固定连接,以使所述摄像头壳体和所述安装支架集成为一体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的摄像头总成,其特征在于,所述第一壳体上设置有第一连接结构,所述第二壳体上设置有第二连接结构,所述安装支架上设置有第三连接结构,
    所述第一壳体、所述第二壳体和所述安装支架通过所述第一连接结构、所述第二连接结构和所述第三连接结构固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的摄像头总成,其特征在于,所述第一连接结构、所述第二连接结构和所述第三连接结构均为连接孔,紧固件依次穿过所述第二连接结构、所述第三连接结构固定于所述第一连接结构中。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的摄像头总成,其特征在于,所述第二壳体包括盒状主体以及沿所述盒状主体的开口边缘向外延伸而形成的连接边沿,所述第二连接结构设置在所述连接边沿上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于车辆的摄像头总成,其特征在于,所述盒状主体为多棱柱形,所述盒状主体的侧棱向内凹陷,以使所述第二连接结构的至少一部分能够设置于所述凹陷中。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的用于车辆的摄像头总成,其特征在于,所述盒状主体的底面上设置有线束安装柱,以便线束穿设。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的用于车辆的摄像头总成,其特征在于,所述安装支架上设置有至少一个定位孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于车辆的摄像头总成,其特征在于,所述定位孔的数量为两个,两个所述定位孔分别位于所述摄像头壳体的两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于车辆的摄像头总成,其特征在于,两个所述定位孔中的一个为圆孔,两个所述定位孔中的另一个为长孔。
  10. 一种车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的用于车辆的摄像头总成。
