本申请涉及按摩装备技术领域,具体涉及一种脚底按摩机构。
背景技术
现有的脚底按摩机构少有涉及脚底脚后跟区域的按摩,偶有涉及的,也多以敲击或者滚轮凸点按压为主,按摩手法单一,按摩区域小。如何改善现有技术的不足,即成为本机构研究的对象。
申请内容
为此,本申请提供一种脚底按摩机构,目的是针对脚底的脚后跟区域设计了一种新的按摩手法-揉敲按摩,丰富按摩手法,提高按摩面积,增加按摩舒适感;旨在改善现有脚底按摩按摩手法单一,按摩区域小的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本申请提供如下技术方案:

在上述实施例中,需要说明的是,揉敲轴组件2驱动揉敲板1做揉敲运动,通过底盖6稳定揉敲运动的拉簧4。

可选的,如图1至图7所示,在一些实施例中,揉敲轴组件2包括揉敲转轴21、揉敲偏心块22、揉敲轴承套24、固定座28以及球头盖210,两个固定座28固定在底盖6上,揉敲转轴21转动连接在两个固定座28内,揉敲转轴21的中部固定有揉敲偏心块22,揉敲轴承套24转动套设在揉敲偏心块22的偏心轮的外周侧,揉敲轴承套24的上端与球头盖210可拆卸连接,揉敲板1端部的球头活动设置在揉敲轴承套24的上端与球头盖210之间的球形腔室内,揉敲转轴21穿出其中一个固定座28的一端通过传动皮带7与电机组件5的动力输出端传动连接。
在上述可选的实施例中,需要说明的是,揉敲轴承套24的上端与球头盖210的连接处均设置有半球腔室。
可选的,如图1至图7所示,在一些实施例中,揉敲轴组件2还包括揉敲轴承23、揉敲轴承套外圈盖板25以及揉敲轴承套内圈盖板26,揉敲轴承套24与揉敲轴承23的外圈连接并通过揉敲轴承套外圈盖板25固定,揉敲轴承23的内圈与揉敲偏心块22连接并通过揉敲轴承套内圈盖板26固定。
在上述可选的实施例中,需要说明的是,揉敲轴承套外圈盖板25与揉敲轴承套24的其中一个侧面通过螺钉连接,揉敲轴承套内圈盖板26与揉敲轴承套24的另一个侧面通过螺钉连接。
上述可选的实施例的有益效果为:通过设置揉敲轴承23,提高了揉敲轴承套24绕揉敲偏心块22转动的流畅性。
可选的,如图1至图7所示,在一些实施例中,揉敲轴组件2还包括大皮带轮27,揉敲转轴21穿出其中一个固定座28的一端固定有大皮带轮27,大皮带轮27通过传动皮带7与电机组件5的动力输出端传动连接。
上述可选的实施例的有益效果为:通过设置大皮带轮27,增强了传动的稳定性。
可选的,如图1至图7所示,在一些实施例中,揉敲轴组件2还包括固定轴承29,揉敲转轴21通过固定轴承29与固定座28转动连接,固定轴承29的外圈安装在固定座28内,固定轴承29的内圈套设在揉敲转轴21的外侧壁。
上述可选的实施例的有益效果为:通过设置固定轴承29,提高了揉敲转轴21转动的稳定性。
可选的,如图1至图7所示,在一些实施例中,电机组件5包括脚底机芯组件51、电机后端固定板52以及小皮带轮53,脚底机芯组件51的电机后端电机轴加长连接固定有小皮带轮53,电机后端固定板52用于固定电机,小皮带轮53通过传动皮带7与大皮带轮27传动连接。
在上述可选的实施例中,需要说明的是,大皮带轮27的直径大于小皮带轮53的直径。
可选的,如图1至图7所示,在一些实施例中,揉敲转轴组件3包括揉敲转轴件31和销轴34,揉敲转轴件31的下端转动设置在底盖6中,揉敲转轴件31的上端穿设有水平设置的销轴34,揉敲板1的中部套设转动连接在销轴34上,揉敲转轴件31的上端设置有两个相互平行的连接耳,销轴34转动连接在连接耳内。
可选的,如图1至图7所示,在一些实施例中,揉敲转轴组件3还包括角接触球轴承33,揉敲转轴件31的下端与角接触球轴承33的内圈固定连接,角接触球轴承33的外圈固定在底盖6内。
可选的,如图1至图7所示,在一些实施例中,揉敲转轴组件3还包括轴承压板32,轴承压板32与底盖6固定角接触球轴承33的外圈。
在上述可选的实施例中,需要说明的是,通过此种连接方式,限制揉敲板 1自由度,使其仅能实现绕销轴34上下敲击和绕着角接触球轴承33旋转。
上述可选的实施例的有益效果为:通过设置角接触球轴承33,提高了揉敲转轴件31转动的流畅性。
可选的,如图1至图7所示,在一些实施例中,两个拉簧4关于销轴34的竖直中心对称面对称设置。
上述可选的实施例的有益效果为:通过此种连接方式,限制揉敲板1自由度,使其仅能实现绕销轴34上下敲击和绕着角接触球轴承33旋转。
上述实施例通过球头、销轴34、转轴等结构连接,能够实现对两只脚同步的揉敲,结构简单,实用性高,成本低。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种脚底按摩机构,其特征在于,包括揉敲板(1)、揉敲轴组件(2)、揉敲转轴组件(3)、拉簧(4)、电机组件(5)、底盖(6)以及传动皮带(7);所述揉敲板(1)用于施疗脚底的脚后跟区域,所述揉敲转轴组件(3)的下端转动设置在所述底盖(6)上,所述揉敲板(1)的中部转动连接在所述揉敲转轴组件(3)的上端,所述电机组件(5)的动力输出端与所述揉敲轴组件(2)的动力输入轴通过所述传动皮带(7)传动连接,所述揉敲板(1)的一端下部设置有球头,所述揉敲板(1)通过所述球头与所述揉敲轴组件(2)的上端连接,所述揉敲板(1)的两个支臂通过所述拉簧(4)与所述底盖(6)连接,两个所述拉簧(4)分别位于所述揉敲转轴组件(3)的两侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脚底按摩机构,其特征在于,所述揉敲轴组件(2)包括揉敲转轴(21)、揉敲偏心块(22)、揉敲轴承套(24)、固定座(28)以及球头盖(210),两个所述固定座(28)固定在所述底盖(6)上,所述揉敲转轴(21)转动连接在两个所述固定座(28)内,所述揉敲转轴(21)的中部固定有所述揉敲偏心块(22),所述揉敲轴承套(24)转动套设在所述揉敲偏心块(22)的偏心轮的外周侧,所述揉敲轴承套(24)的上端与所述球头盖(210)可拆卸连接,所述揉敲板(1)端部的所述球头活动设置在所述揉敲轴承套(24)的上端与所述球头盖(210)之间的球形腔室内,所述揉敲转轴(21)穿出其中一个所述固定座(28)的一端通过所述传动皮带(7)与所述电机组件(5)的动力输出端传动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种脚底按摩机构,其特征在于,所述揉敲轴组件(2)还包括揉敲轴承(23)、揉敲轴承套外圈盖板(25)以及揉敲轴承套内圈盖板(26),所述揉敲轴承套(24)与所述揉敲轴承(23)的外圈连接并通过所述揉敲轴承套外圈盖板(25)固定,所述揉敲轴承(23)的内圈与所述揉敲偏心块(22)连接并通过所述揉敲轴承套内圈盖板(26)固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种脚底按摩机构,其特征在于,所述揉敲轴组件(2)还包括大皮带轮(27),所述揉敲转轴(21)穿出其中一个所述固定 座(28)的一端固定有所述大皮带轮(27),所述大皮带轮(27)通过所述传动皮带(7)与所述电机组件(5)的动力输出端传动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种脚底按摩机构,其特征在于,所述揉敲轴组件(2)还包括固定轴承(29),所述揉敲转轴(21)通过所述固定轴承(29)与所述固定座(28)转动连接,所述固定轴承(29)的外圈安装在所述固定座(28)内,所述固定轴承(29)的内圈套设在所述揉敲转轴(21)的外侧壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种脚底按摩机构,其特征在于,所述电机组件(5)包括脚底机芯组件(51)、电机后端固定板(52)以及小皮带轮(53),所述脚底机芯组件(51)的电机后端电机轴加长连接固定有所述小皮带轮(53),所述电机后端固定板(52)用于固定电机,所述小皮带轮(53)通过所述传动皮带(7)与所述大皮带轮(27)传动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种脚底按摩机构,其特征在于,所述揉敲转轴组件(3)包括揉敲转轴件(31)和销轴(34),所述揉敲转轴件(31)的下端转动设置在所述底盖(6)中,所述揉敲转轴件(31)的上端穿设有水平设置的所述销轴(34),所述揉敲板(1)的中部套设转动连接在所述销轴(34)上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种脚底按摩机构,其特征在于,所述揉敲转轴组件(3)还包括角接触球轴承(33),所述揉敲转轴件(31)的下端与所述角接触球轴承(33)的内圈固定连接,所述角接触球轴承(33)的外圈固定在所述底盖(6)内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种脚底按摩机构,其特征在于,所述揉敲转轴组件(3)还包括轴承压板(32),所述轴承压板(32)与所述底盖(6)固定所述角接触球轴承(33)的外圈。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种脚底按摩机构,其特征在于,两个所述拉簧(4)关于所述销轴(34)的竖直中心对称面对称设置。
