压滤机是固液分离行业的主要过滤设备,广泛应用于化工、洗煤、食品、环保污水处理等行业,滤布是安装在压滤机滤板上面的过滤介质,物料通过滤板的进料孔进入两张滤布形成的滤室中,通过滤布进行过滤,物料在滤室中形成滤饼;
现有的压滤机处理的物料很多带有一定的黏性,滤饼粘在滤布上不易掉落,且绑带式固定的滤布容易移动,密封性能差,在压滤过程中容易出现滤液飞泄,降低生产效率;在使用过程中容易出现绑带断裂等不安全隐患;在更换滤布过程中绑带式滤布拆卸工序繁琐,劳动强度大。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种高效滤布旋转压滤机,解决了现有的压滤机处理的物料很多带有一定的黏性,滤饼粘在滤布上不易掉落,且绑带式固定的滤布容易移动,密封性能差,在压滤过程中容易出现滤液飞泄,降低生产效率;在使用过程中容易出现绑带断裂等不安全隐患;在更换滤布过程中绑带式滤布拆卸工序繁琐,劳动强度大问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种高效滤布旋转压滤机,包括压滤机本体、滤板和滤布本体,所述滤板滑动安装在压滤机本体上,所述滤板的中心处嵌入安装有进料端,所述滤板的底部设有排水口,所述滤板的侧边设有斜槽,所述斜槽上滑动连接有张紧板,所述张紧板上嵌入连接有磁块,所述张紧板的上方固定连接有复位条,且复位条的一端固定 安装在斜槽上,张紧板在复位条的弹性力下保持在靠近进料端处,所述张紧板的下方固定连接有滑动座,所述滑动座的内部滑动连接有滑块,所述滑块的上方通过转轴转动连接有卡板,所述卡板的底部固定连接有第一弹性条,且第一弹性条固定安装在滑块上,卡板在第一弹性条的弹性力下保持张开状,所述滤布本体的四角处设有固定口,所述进料端的两端分别螺纹连接有密封环,将滤布本体的中心口套在进料端上,随后旋转密封环固定住滤布本体,将固定口挂在卡板上,进而将滤布本体快速固定在滤板上,方便人员更换或安装滤布本体,滤板对污水过滤时,通过相邻滤板上的磁块产生的磁力斥力使张紧板滑动,进而使滤布本体张紧贴住滤板,既提高密封性能,防止滤液飞溅,同时又与滤板形成一定的空隙,方便滤液透过滤布本体快速进入滤板的内部,提高过滤效果,且张紧板在上滑的同时,滤布本体会拉动卡板抵住张紧板,进而避免滤布本体脱落。
优选的,两个所述滑块的相对一侧分别通过转轴转动连接有旋转挤压层,所述旋转挤压层由两个铰接的板件组成,所述旋转挤压层底部的两端分别固定连接有限位条,且限位条的一端固定安装在滑动座上,通过限位条的弹性力固定旋转挤压层的位置。

(二)、该高效滤布旋转压滤机,张紧板在上滑时,滤布本体会拉动旋转挤压层向下滑动,进而推动滑块在滑动座的内部向两侧滑动,使卡板抵住固定口的两端,进而将滤布本体最大化张开,可以对多种尺寸的滤布本体进行固定,使滤布本体贴紧滤板,进一步提高密封性能。
(三)、该高效滤布旋转压滤机,污水在进料端内部流动时,通过与旋转片的配合使旋转套旋转,旋转套旋转带动搅拌片对滤室内部的污水杂质进行搅拌,带动污水杂质流动,提高过滤效果,且避免杂质沉积降低滤布本体下方的过滤效果。

参阅图1-8,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种高效滤布旋转压滤机,包括压滤机本体1、滤板2和滤布本体3,所述滤板2滑动安装在压滤机本体1上,所述滤板2的中心处嵌入安装有进料端7,所述滤板2的底部设有排水口4,所述滤板2的侧边设有斜槽201,所述斜槽201上滑动连接有张紧板202,所述张紧板202上嵌入连接有磁块203,所述张紧板202的上方固定连接有复位条204,且复位条204的一端固定安装在斜槽201上,张紧板202在复位条204的弹性力下保持在靠近进料端7处,所述张紧板202的下方固定连接有滑动座205,所述滑动座205的内部滑动连接有滑块206,所述滑块206的上方通过转轴转动连接有卡板207,所述卡板207的底部固定连接有第一弹性条211,且第一弹性条211固定安装在滑块206上,卡板207在第一弹性条211的弹性力下保持张开状,所述滤布本体3的四角处设有固定口31,所述进料 端7的两端分别螺纹连接有密封环5,将滤布本体3的中心口套在进料端7上,随后旋转密封环5固定住滤布本体3,将固定口31挂在卡板207上,进而将滤布本体3快速固定在滤板2上,方便人员更换或安装滤布本体3,滤板2对污水过滤时,通过相邻滤板2上的磁块203产生的磁力斥力使张紧板202滑动,进而使滤布本体3张紧贴住滤板2,既提高密封性能,防止滤液飞溅,同时又与滤板2形成一定的空隙,方便滤液透过滤布本体3快速进入滤板2的内部,提高过滤效果,且张紧板202在上滑的同时,滤布本体3会拉动卡板207抵住张紧板202,进而避免滤布本体3脱落。
两个所述滑块206的相对一侧分别通过转轴转动连接有旋转挤压层208,所述旋转挤压层208由两个铰接的板件组成,所述旋转挤压层208底部的两端分别固定连接有限位条212,且限位条212的一端固定安装在滑动座205上,通过限位条212的弹性力固定旋转挤压层208的位置。
所述旋转挤压层208两端的底部固定连接有弹性膨胀条209,所述旋转挤压层208的两端固定连接有延伸层210,旋转挤压层208在弹性膨胀条209的弹性力下保持弧状,张紧板202在上滑时,滤布本体3会拉动旋转挤压层208向下滑动,进而推动滑块206在滑动座205的内部向两侧滑动,使卡板207抵住固定口31的两端,进而将滤布本体3最大化张开,可以对多种尺寸的滤布本体3进行固定,使滤布本体3贴紧滤板2,进一步提高密封性能。
所述密封环5上转动连接有旋转组件6,所述旋转组件6包括旋转套61,所述旋转套61转动安装在密封环5的外侧,所述旋转套61上固定连接有旋转片62,污水在进料端7内部流动时,通过与旋转片62的配合使旋转套61旋转。
所述密封环5上固定连接有凸起层63,所述旋转套61的外侧壁固定连接有搅拌片64,凸起层63方便人员转动密封环5,旋转套61旋转带动搅拌片64对滤室内部的污水杂质进行搅拌,带动污水杂质流动,提高过滤效果,且 避免杂质沉积降低滤布本体3下方的过滤效果。
所述搅拌片64的上下方分别通过转轴转动连接有侧翼片65,所述侧翼片65上固定连接有第二弹性条66,且第二弹性条66与搅拌片64固定连接,所述搅拌片64的上下方分别滑动连接有配重块67,侧翼片65在第二弹性条66的弹性力下贴合搅拌片64,且搅拌片64旋转时,配重块67在离心力的作用下推动侧翼片65旋转张开,并在与污水中的杂质接触下发生抖动,既提高对污水的搅拌效果,提高过滤效果,又对滤布本体3进行敲击,避免杂质吸附在滤布本体3上。
所述滤布本体3的中心处固定连接有硬性环32,所述硬性环32的侧壁滑动连接有密封套33,将密封套33套在进料端7上,通过密封环5固定密封套33的位置。
所述密封套33的两端分别固定连接有弧形凸起块34,所述硬性环32的一侧固定连接有抖动条35,且抖动条35的一端固定安装在弧形凸起块34上,滤布本体3在张紧时,拉动硬性环32挤压抖动条35,使其发生形变,在打开滤布本体3排出滤饼时,磁性力由于滤板2之间的间隔较长而消失,张紧板202在复位条204的弹性力恢复原位,进而抖动条35所受挤压力消失使滤布本体3发生抖动,方便滤布本体3上的滤饼掉落,保持滤布本体3表面的清洁。
工作时,将密封套33套在进料端7上,随后旋转密封环5固定住滤布本体3,将固定口31挂在卡板207上,进而将滤布本体3快速固定在滤板2上,方便人员更换或安装滤布本体3,滤板2对污水过滤时,通过相邻滤板2上的磁块203产生的磁力斥力使张紧板202滑动,进而使滤布本体3张紧贴住滤板2,既提高密封性能,防止滤液飞溅,同时又与滤板2形成一定的空隙,方便滤液透过滤布本体3快速进入滤板2的内部,提高过滤效果,且张紧板202在上滑的同时,滤布本体3会拉动卡板207抵住张紧板202,进而避免滤布本 体3脱落,张紧板202在上滑时,滤布本体3会拉动旋转挤压层208向下滑动,进而推动滑块206在滑动座205的内部向两侧滑动,使卡板207抵住固定口31的两端,进而将滤布本体3最大化张开,可以对多种尺寸的滤布本体3进行固定,使滤布本体3贴紧滤板2,进一步提高密封性能,凸起层63方便人员转动密封环5,旋转套61旋转带动搅拌片64对滤室内部的污水杂质进行搅拌,带动污水杂质流动,提高过滤效果,且避免杂质沉积降低滤布本体3下方的过滤效果,搅拌片64旋转时,配重块67在离心力的作用下推动侧翼片65旋转张开,并在与污水中的杂质接触下发生抖动,既提高对污水的搅拌效果,提高过滤效果,又对滤布本体3进行敲击,避免杂质吸附在滤布本体3上,滤布本体3在张紧时,拉动硬性环32挤压抖动条35,使其发生形变,在打开滤布本体3排出滤饼时,磁性力由于滤板2之间的间隔较长而消失,张紧板202在复位条204的弹性力恢复原位,进而抖动条35所受挤压力消失使滤布本体3发生抖动,方便滤布本体3上的滤饼掉落,保持滤布本体3表面的清洁。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种高效滤布旋转压滤机,包括压滤机本体(1)、滤板(2)和滤布本体(3),所述滤板(2)滑动安装在压滤机本体(1)上,所述滤板(2)的中心处嵌入安装有进料端(7),所述滤板(2)的底部设有排水口(4),其特征在于:所述滤板(2)的侧边设有斜槽(201),所述斜槽(201)上滑动连接有张紧板(202),所述张紧板(202)上嵌入连接有磁块(203),所述张紧板(202)的上方固定连接有复位条(204),且复位条(204)的一端固定安装在斜槽(201)上,所述张紧板(202)的下方固定连接有滑动座(205),所述滑动座(205)的内部滑动连接有滑块(206),所述滑块(206)的上方通过转轴转动连接有卡板(207),所述卡板(207)的底部固定连接有第一弹性条(211),且第一弹性条(211)固定安装在滑块(206)上,所述滤布本体(3)的四角处设有固定口(31),所述进料端(7)的两端分别螺纹连接有密封环(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效滤布旋转压滤机,其特征在于:两个所述滑块(206)的相对一侧分别通过转轴转动连接有旋转挤压层(208),所述旋转挤压层(208)由两个铰接的板件组成,所述旋转挤压层(208)底部的两端分别固定连接有限位条(212),且限位条(212)的一端固定安装在滑动座(205)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种高效滤布旋转压滤机,其特征在于:所述旋转挤压层(208)两端的底部固定连接有弹性膨胀条(209),所述旋转挤压层(208)的两端固定连接有延伸层(210)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效滤布旋转压滤机,其特征在于:所述密封环(5)上转动连接有旋转组件(6),所述旋转组件(6)包括旋转套(61),所述旋转套(61)转动安装在密封环(5)的外侧,所述旋转套(61)上固定连接有旋转片(62)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种高效滤布旋转压滤机,其特征在于:所述 密封环(5)上固定连接有凸起层(63),所述旋转套(61)的外侧壁固定连接有搅拌片(64)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种高效滤布旋转压滤机,其特征在于:所述搅拌片(64)的上下方分别通过转轴转动连接有侧翼片(65),所述侧翼片(65)上固定连接有第二弹性条(66),且第二弹性条(66)与搅拌片(64)固定连接,所述搅拌片(64)的上下方分别滑动连接有配重块(67)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高效滤布旋转压滤机,其特征在于:所述滤布本体(3)的中心处固定连接有硬性环(32),所述硬性环(32)的侧壁滑动连接有密封套(33)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种高效滤布旋转压滤机,其特征在于:所述密封套(33)的两端分别固定连接有弧形凸起块(34),所述硬性环(32)的一侧固定连接有抖动条(35),且抖动条(35)的一端固定安装在弧形凸起块(34)上。
