本发明的目的在于提供一种防爆防毒密闭箱式压滤机系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

双头丝杆1104左右端均通过轴承座一与支撑罩1103内壁转动连接,电机1105固定设置在支撑罩1103内部背面,电机1105输出杆前端水平固定设置有蜗杆,蜗轮1106固定套设在双头丝杆1104表面,蜗轮1106侧面与蜗杆侧面相互啮合设置,支撑罩1103内部顶面对应两个挤压板1107顶端位置均水平开设有滑动槽1108,滑动块1109水平滑动设置在滑动槽1108内部,滑动块1109底面与挤压板1107顶面固定连接,两个斜块1111分别竖直设置在两个挤压板1107外侧,两个斜块1111顶端斜面与相对应的挤压板1107底面挤压接触,移动架1101顶面对应两个斜块1111底端位置水平贯通开设有伸缩通槽1110,两个斜块1111底端均贯穿伸缩通槽1110延伸至移动架1101下方,斜块1111侧面对应双头丝杆1104位置左右水平贯通开设有配合通槽 1112,配合通槽1112顶端贯通设置,两个安装板1116分别水平固定设置在两个斜块1111底面,两组万向轮1117分别固定设置在两个安装板1116底面,每组万向轮1117为两个前后设置,固定筒1113竖直固定设置在安装板1116顶面,固定筒1113顶端贯穿移动架1101底面延伸至支撑罩1103内部,固定杆1114竖直滑动设置在固定筒1113内部,固定杆1114顶端贯穿固定筒1113与支撑罩1103内部顶面固定连接,回复弹簧1115竖直套设在固定杆1114和固定筒1113外侧,回复弹簧1115上下端分别与支撑罩1103内部顶面和移动架1101顶面固定连接,通过设置移动机构11,利用电机1105带动蜗杆转动,控制双头丝杆1104进行转动,使两个挤压板1107左右移动,进一步使斜块1111上下移动,控制整体移动和放置,提高整体的使用范围。
使用时,该防爆防毒密闭箱式压滤机系统,是把压滤机、密闭箱体、工艺系统、防爆控制集成与一体,主要用于化工有毒易爆工况,此系统通过密闭过滤单元,向密闭的密闭箱罩101和密封箱底102内充氮气,防止密闭箱罩101和密封箱底102内设备氧化、腐蚀、爆炸、泄露等危险发生,密闭箱体内部通过液压振动卸饼装置9使压滤机拉板卸饼采用一次拉开,在液压驱动的桨叶式装置振动下,实现自动卸饼;系统配备了稳压系统4、超压系统3和空气置换系统5,箱体外部和内部设备都安装了导电、防静电保护,压滤机、滤板、滤布都采用导电结构,设备控制单元采用防爆型元器件,控制系统防止控制干扰,采用隔离保护;通过设置移动机构11,利用电机1105带动蜗杆转动,控制双头丝杆1104进行转动,使两个挤压板1107左右移动,进一步使斜块1111上下移动,控制整体移动和放置,提高整体的使用范围。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种防爆防毒密闭箱式压滤机系统,包括密封箱底(102),其特征在于:所述密封箱底(102)水平设置,所述密封箱底(102)上方竖直设置有密闭箱罩(101),所述密封箱底(102)上方固定设置有压滤机机架(6),所述压滤机机架(6)底面水平固定设置有底座(10);
    所述底座(10)下方设置有移动机构(11),所述移动机构(11)包括移动架(1101)、两个稳定立板(1102)、支撑罩(1103)、双头丝杆(1104)、电机(1105)、蜗轮(1106)、两个挤压板(1107)、滑动块(1109)、两个斜块(1111)、固定筒(1113)、固定杆(1114)、回复弹簧(1115)、两个安装板(1116)、两组万向轮(1117),所述移动架(1101)水平设置在底座(10)下方,所述支撑罩(1103)水平固定设置在移动架(1101)顶面,所述双头丝杆(1104)左右水平设置在支撑罩(1103)内部,两个所述挤压板(1107)分别竖直套设在双头丝杆(1104)左右端表面,两个所述挤压板(1107)内壁均与双头丝杆(1104)表面螺纹连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆防毒密闭箱式压滤机系统,其特征在于:所述密闭箱罩(101)底端通过螺栓与密封箱底(102)固定连接,所述密闭箱罩(101)与密封箱底(102)相靠近位置均固定设置有密封垫圈。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆防毒密闭箱式压滤机系统,其特征在于:所述密闭箱罩(101)顶面设置有超压系统(3),所述密闭箱罩(101)右侧面依次设置有稳压系统(4)、空气置换系统(5)和氮气口(2)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆防毒密闭箱式压滤机系统,其特征在于:所述压滤机机架(6)右端设置有液压振动卸饼装置(9),所述压滤机机架(6)左端竖直设置有导电滤板(7)和防静电滤布(8),所述导电滤板(7)和防静电滤布(8)交错设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆防毒密闭箱式压滤机系统,其特征在于:所述支撑罩(1103)顶面与底座(10)底面固定连接,两个所述稳定立 板(1102)分别竖直固定设置在移动架(1101)左右端底面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆防毒密闭箱式压滤机系统,其特征在于:所述双头丝杆(1104)左右端均通过轴承座一与支撑罩(1103)内壁转动连接,所述电机(1105)固定设置在支撑罩(1103)内部背面,所述电机(1105)输出杆前端水平固定设置有蜗杆,所述蜗轮(1106)固定套设在双头丝杆(1104)表面,所述蜗轮(1106)侧面与蜗杆侧面相互啮合设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆防毒密闭箱式压滤机系统,其特征在于:所述支撑罩(1103)内部顶面对应两个挤压板(1107)顶端位置均水平开设有滑动槽(1108),所述滑动块(1109)水平滑动设置在滑动槽(1108)内部,所述滑动块(1109)底面与挤压板(1107)顶面固定连接,两个所述斜块(1111)分别竖直设置在两个挤压板(1107)外侧,两个所述斜块(1111)顶端斜面与相对应的挤压板(1107)底面挤压接触,所述移动架(1101)顶面对应两个斜块(1111)底端位置水平贯通开设有伸缩通槽(1110),两个所述斜块(1111)底端均贯穿伸缩通槽(1110)延伸至移动架(1101)下方。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种防爆防毒密闭箱式压滤机系统,其特征在于:所述斜块(1111)侧面对应双头丝杆(1104)位置左右水平贯通开设有配合通槽(1112),所述配合通槽(1112)顶端贯通设置,两个所述安装板(1116)分别水平固定设置在两个斜块(1111)底面,两组所述万向轮(1117)分别固定设置在两个安装板(1116)底面,每组所述万向轮(1117)为两个前后设置,所述固定筒(1113)竖直固定设置在安装板(1116)顶面,所述固定筒(1113)顶端贯穿移动架(1101)底面延伸至支撑罩(1103)内部,所述固定杆(1114)竖直滑动设置在固定筒(1113)内部,所述固定杆(1114)顶端贯穿固定筒(1113)与支撑罩(1103)内部顶面固定连接,所述回复弹簧(1115)竖直套设在固定杆(1114)和固定筒(1113)外侧,所述回复弹簧(1115)上下端分别与支撑罩(1103)内部顶面和移动架(1101)顶面固 定连接。
