Description

一种四向无缝式车辆座椅腿部托起装置 技术领域
本发明属于汽车座椅技术领域,具体涉及一种四向无缝式车辆座椅腿部托起装置。
背景技术
为提高乘客乘坐的舒适性,在汽车座椅特别是副驾座椅和后排座椅上设置有脚部托起装置,使得当座椅处于躺姿时,乘员的腿部能够得以支持。随着生活水平的提高,现在对座椅品质的追求越来预高,要求脚部支撑装置在满足不同体型和不同身高乘员,还需要具备保具备更好的外观。
在中国专利CN207737150U中公开了一种座椅及座椅用腿托,如图1所示,该座椅在向后进行角度调节时,外层腿托总成200和内层腿托总成300能相对伸出,但是内层腿托总成300和坐框之间,内层腿托总成300和外层腿托总成200之间,均存在座椅包覆后的缝隙及台阶问题,外观较差,且缝隙的原因,存在安全隐患(如容易夹手等),并且,外层腿托总成200和内层腿托总成300属于联动,不能独立调节,其无法满足所有乘客的需求。
发明内容
本发明拟提供一种四向无缝式车辆座椅腿部托起装置,其不仅能分别对腿托的角度和长度进行调整,还保证其在调整时不会出现缝隙,使其不会出现安全隐患。
为此,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种四向无缝式车辆座椅腿部托起装置,包括设置在坐框总成下方的中间固定支架,所述中间固定支架的左右两侧向前设置有侧边固定支架,两个侧边固定支架靠近后端的位置处通过左右延伸的同步圆管相连,每个所述侧边固定支架上设置有向前延伸的连杆组件,两个所述连杆组件的前端连接有支撑板,所述连杆组件配备有转动驱动组件,所述支撑板上设置有伸缩组件,所述伸缩组件在伸缩驱动组件的作用下能相对支撑板平行滑动,所述支撑板的前方罩有发泡面套总成,所述发泡面套总成上端越过支撑板后向后延伸并固定在坐框总成的前端上方,发泡面套总成的下端越过支撑板后再向后折弯,且折弯末端与连杆组件通过伸缩可回复件拉紧;当转动驱动组件工作时,通过连杆组件能带动支撑板、伸缩驱动组件和伸缩组件一起向前转动,使得发泡面套总成的下端向前抬起,从而让发泡面套总成能对乘客的腿部进行支撑;当需要对腿托长度进行调整时,伸缩驱动组件带动伸缩组件的伸缩端相对支撑板平行滑动,使得发泡面套总成的下端弯曲部分舒展延长或向内卷曲缩短。
作为上述方案中的优选,所述发泡面套总成上下端的宽度一致,所述伸缩组件伸缩端的下端左右两侧均设置有发泡滚轴支架,两个所述发泡滚轴支架之间设置有用于发泡面套总成弯曲部分舒展时起导向作用的发泡滚轴,两个连杆组件的前端连接有向后倾斜的撑起滚轮支撑杆,所述撑起滚轮支撑杆外套有与发泡面套总成弯曲段内侧接触发泡撑起滚轮,且所述发泡撑起滚轮位于发泡滚轴的后侧。
进一步优选,所述连杆组件包括驱动连杆,所述驱动连杆的上端铰接在侧边固定支架前端,所述驱动连杆的下端铰接有向前延伸的第一从动连杆, 所述第一从动连杆的前端铰接在支撑连杆的中部,所述支撑连杆的上端铰接有第二从动连杆,所述第二从动连杆的中部铰接在驱动连杆的中部,所述侧边固定支架上靠近后端的位置处铰接有连接连杆,所述连接连杆的前端铰接在第二从动连杆的后端,所述驱动连杆通过转动驱动组件带动其转动,所述支撑板设置在两个支撑连杆的前端。
进一步优选,所述转动驱动组件包括转动电机,所述转动电机的输出端设置有向后延伸的转动丝杆,所述转动丝杆的后端螺接有转动螺母,所述转动螺母通过转动螺母固定架设置在坐框总成下方,所述转动电机通过转动电机固定架设置在左右延伸的驱动圆管上,所述驱动圆管的左右两端对应设置在对应侧的连杆组件上。

本发明的有益效果:通过转动驱动组件带动连杆组件工作,从而实现腿 托的转动调节,使其能满足不同乘客对腿托舒适角度的需求;通过伸缩驱动组件使伸缩板组件实现伸缩,从而能改变腿托长度,使其满足不同身高和习惯人群的要求;在支撑板上设置有发泡面套总成,使其不仅能避免在转动和伸缩分开调节时出现缝隙,从而减少安全隐患,还能提高整体的美观性。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例并结合附图,对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1-8所示,一种四向无缝式车辆座椅腿部托起装置,腿部托起装置设置在坐框总成A上。其中坐框总成A上设置有坐垫侧板28、坐靠连接板29、后横管30、调高齿板31、调高电机支架32、调高电机33、前横管34、坐盆支撑架35和坐盆36,此为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
腿部托起装置主要由中间固定支架1、侧边固定支架2、同步圆管3、支撑板4、伸缩可回复件5、连杆组件B、转动驱动组件C、伸缩组件D、伸缩驱动组件E、发泡面套总成F组成。其中中间固定支架1设置在坐框总成A下方,在中间固定支架1的左右两侧向前设置有侧边固定支架2,两个侧边固定支架2靠近后端的位置处通过左右延伸的同步圆管3相连,每个侧边固定支架2上设置有向前延伸的连杆组件B,且左右两侧的连杆组件B左右相对设置,两两个连杆组件B的前端连接有支撑板4,在连杆组件B配备有转动驱动组件C。
在支撑板4上设置有伸缩组件D,伸缩组件D在伸缩驱动组件E的作用下能相对支撑板4平行滑动,在支撑板4的前方罩有发泡面套总成F,发泡面套总成F上端越过支撑板4后向后延伸并固定在坐框总成A的前端上方,发泡面套总成F的下端越过支撑板4后再向后折弯,且折弯末端与连杆组件B通过伸缩可回复件5拉紧。
当转动驱动组件C工作时,通过连杆组件B能带动支撑板4、伸缩驱动组件E和伸缩组件D一起向前转动,使得发泡面套总成F的下端向前抬起,从而让发泡面套总成F能对乘客的腿部进行支撑;当需要对腿托长度进行调整 时,伸缩驱动组件E带动伸缩组件D的伸缩端相对支撑板4平行滑动,使得发泡面套总成F的下端弯曲部分舒展延长或向内卷曲缩短。
发泡面套总成F上下端的宽度一致,在伸缩组件D伸缩端的下端左右两侧均设置有发泡滚轴支架6,两个发泡滚轴支架6之间设置有用于发泡面套总成F前端伸长时起导向作用的发泡滚轴7,且发泡滚轴7能转动,两个连杆组件B的前端连接有向后倾斜的撑起滚轮支撑杆8,在撑起滚轮支撑杆8上套有与发泡面套总成F弯曲段内侧接触且能转动的发泡撑起滚轮9,且发泡撑起滚轮9位于发泡滚轴7的后侧。发泡撑起滚轮9用于腿部托起装置在向后收回时将发泡面套总成F弯曲段的中部顶起,如图8所示,使发泡面套总成F弯曲段能被收回到坐框总成的下方,由于发泡撑起滚轮9的存在,使得发泡滚轴7在发泡面套总成F弯曲段舒展延长时具有将其展平的作用。
连杆组件B的具体结构包括驱动连杆10,在驱动连杆10的上端铰接在侧边固定支架2前端,驱动连杆10的下端铰接有第一从动连杆11,第一从动连杆11的前端铰接在支撑连杆12的中部,支撑连杆12的上端铰接有第二从动连杆13,第二从动连杆13的中部铰接在驱动连杆10的中部,侧边固定支架2上靠近后端的位置处铰接有连接连杆14,连接连杆14的前端铰接在第二从动连杆13的后端,驱动连杆10通过转动驱动组件C带动其转动,支撑板4设置在两个支撑连杆12的前端。通过转动驱动组件C带动驱动连杆10移动,从而实现支撑连杆12带动支撑板4转动。
转动驱动组件C的具体结构包括转动电机15,转动电机15的输出端设置有向后延伸的转动丝杆16,转动丝杆16的后端螺接有转动螺母17,转动螺母17通过转动螺母固定架18设置在坐框总成A下方,转动电机15通过转动 电机固定架19设置在左右延伸的驱动圆管20上,驱动圆管20的左右两端对应设置在对应侧的连杆组件B上。
伸缩组件D的具体结构包括连接螺栓21和固定设置在两个连杆组件B前端的底板22,在底板22前方设置有位于支撑板4后方的伸缩板23,伸缩板23上左右间隔设置有至少两个滑动槽,连接螺栓21穿过滑动槽后固定在底板22上,发泡滚轴支架6设置在伸缩板23的下端。为保证伸缩板23与底板22之间的支撑效果,在伸缩板23与底板22左右间隔设置有两个支撑块24。在滑动槽与连接螺栓21之间设置有衬套,通过设置滑动槽的长度使其能限定伸缩板23伸缩的距离。
伸缩驱动组件E的具体结构包括固定设置在底板22前方的伸缩电机25,伸缩电机25的输送端设置有伸缩丝杆26,伸缩丝杆26上螺接有固定在伸缩板23后方的伸缩螺母27。
最好是,伸缩可回复件5采用松紧带,其成本低且便于更换,松紧带的一端设置在发泡面套总成的折弯末端,另一端设置在驱动圆管上。为保证发泡面套总成折弯末端的拉紧,最好是在发泡面套总成F折弯末端的左右两侧均设置有松紧带。
为保证发泡撑起滚轮9对发泡面套总成F的撑起效果,使发泡面套总成F更易被收回到坐框总成下方,撑起滚轮支撑杆8与支撑板4之间的角度设置在30°—60°之间。最好是,撑起滚轮支撑杆8与支撑板4之间的角度设置为45°。
在本实施例中,将中间固定支架1焊接在前横管的中部,中间固定支架1与侧边固定支架2通过螺栓连接,同步圆管3与侧边固定支架2之间通过焊 接的方式固定,侧边固定支架2、驱动连杆10、第一从动连杆11、支撑连杆12、第二从动连杆13和连接连杆14之间的铰接方式均采用螺栓形式进行铰接,驱动圆管20焊接在两个驱动连杆10之间,且驱动圆管20与驱动连杆10的焊接点位于第二从动连杆13与驱动连杆10铰接点的后侧,转动电机固定架19焊接在驱动圆管20的中部,支撑板4和底板22均焊接在支撑连杆12上,伸缩电机25通过螺栓安装在底板22前方,伸缩螺母2通过螺栓安装在伸缩板23上,发泡滚轴7与发泡滚轴支架6之间通过螺栓铰接,发泡面套总成F的后端卡接在坐框总成上。松紧带一端通过扎带固定在驱动圆管20上,另一端设置在发泡面套总成F弯曲段的末端。在本实施例中,通过对驱动连杆10、第一从动连杆11、支撑连杆12、第二从动连杆13和连接连杆14的长度和铰接位置调节,本实施例角度可调节范围为0-80°,通过对滑动槽的长度的调整使长度的调节范围为0-120mm。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种四向无缝式车辆座椅腿部托起装置,其特征在于:包括设置在坐框总成(A)下方的中间固定支架(1),所述中间固定支架(1)的左右两侧向前设置有侧边固定支架(2),两个侧边固定支架(2)靠近后端的位置处通过左右延伸的同步圆管(3)相连,每个所述侧边固定支架(2)上设置有向前延伸的连杆组件(B),两个所述连杆组件(B)的前端连接有支撑板(4),所述连杆组件(B)配备有转动驱动组件(C),所述支撑板(4)上设置有伸缩组件(D),所述伸缩组件(D)在伸缩驱动组件(E)的作用下能相对支撑板(4)平行滑动,所述支撑板(4)的前方罩有发泡面套总成(F),所述发泡面套总成(F)上端越过支撑板(4)后向后延伸并固定在坐框总成(A)的前端上方,发泡面套总成(F)的下端越过支撑板(4)后再向后折弯,且折弯末端与连杆组件(B)通过伸缩可回复件(5)拉紧;
    当转动驱动组件(C)工作时,通过连杆组件(B)能带动支撑板(4)、伸缩驱动组件(E)和伸缩组件(D)一起向前转动,使得发泡面套总成(F)的下端向前抬起,从而让发泡面套总成(F)能对乘客的腿部进行支撑;当需要对腿托长度进行调整时,伸缩驱动组件(E)带动伸缩组件(D)的伸缩端相对支撑板(4)平行滑动,使得发泡面套总成(F)的下端弯曲部分舒展延长或向内卷曲缩短。
  2. 根据权利要求1中所述的四向无缝式车辆座椅腿部托起装置,其特征在于:所述发泡面套总成(F)上下端的宽度一致,所述伸缩组件(D)伸缩端的下端左右两侧均设置有发泡滚轴支架(6),两个所述发泡滚轴支架(6) 之间设置有用于发泡面套总成(F)弯曲部分舒展时起导向作用的发泡滚轴(7),两个连杆组件(B)的前端连接有向后倾斜的撑起滚轮支撑杆(8),所述撑起滚轮支撑杆(8)外套有与发泡面套总成(F)弯曲段内侧接触发泡撑起滚轮(9),且所述发泡撑起滚轮(9)位于发泡滚轴(7)的后侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1中所述的四向无缝式车辆座椅腿部托起装置,其特征在于:所述连杆组件(B)包括驱动连杆(10),所述驱动连杆(10)的上端铰接在侧边固定支架(2)前端,所述驱动连杆(10)的下端铰接有向前延伸的第一从动连杆(11),所述第一从动连杆(11)的前端铰接在支撑连杆(12)的中部,所述支撑连杆(12)的上端铰接有第二从动连杆(13),所述第二从动连杆(13)的中部铰接在驱动连杆(10)的中部,所述侧边固定支架(2)上靠近后端的位置处铰接有连接连杆(14),所述连接连杆(14)的前端铰接在第二从动连杆(13)的后端,所述驱动连杆(10)通过转动驱动组件(C)带动其转动,所述支撑板(4)设置在两个支撑连杆(12)的前端。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3中所述的四向无缝式车辆座椅腿部托起装置,其特征在于:所述转动驱动组件(C)包括转动电机(15),所述转动电机(15)的输出端设置有向后延伸的转动丝杆(16),所述转动丝杆(16)的后端螺接有转动螺母(17),所述转动螺母(17)通过转动螺母固定架(18)设置在坐框总成(A)下方,所述转动电机(15)通过转动电机固定架(19)设置在左右延伸的驱动圆管(20)上,所述驱动圆管(20)的左右两端对应设置在对应侧的连杆组件(B)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1或3中所述的四向无缝式车辆座椅腿部托起装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩组件(D)包括连接螺栓(21)和固定设置在两个连杆组 件(B)前端的底板(22),所述底板(22)前方设置有位于支撑板(4)后方的伸缩板(23),所述伸缩板(23)上左右间隔设置有至少两个滑动槽,所述连接螺栓(21)穿过滑动槽后固定在底板(22)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1中所述的四向无缝式车辆座椅腿部托起装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩驱动组件(E)包括固定设置的伸缩电机(25),所述伸缩电机(25)的输送端设置有伸缩丝杆(26),所述伸缩丝杆(26)上螺接有固定在伸缩组件(D)伸缩端的伸缩螺母(27)。
  7. 根据权利要求1中所述的四向无缝式车辆座椅腿部托起装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩可回复件(5)采用松紧带,且在发泡面套总成(F)的左右两侧均设置有松紧带。
  8. 根据权利要求2中所述的四向无缝式车辆座椅腿部托起装置,其特征在于:所述撑起滚轮支撑杆(8)与支撑板(4)之间的角度设置在30°—60°之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8中所述的四向无缝式车辆座椅腿部托起装置,其特征在于:所述撑起滚轮支撑杆(8)与支撑板(4)之间的角度设置为45°。
