具体到本实施例中，连杆23包括第一连杆231和第二连杆232，第一连杆231连接于第一顶杆21的外端部和第二顶杆22的外端部，第二连杆232的下端部可转动的连接于第一顶杆21的中部而上端部可转动的连接于第二顶杆22的中部。进一步地，第一连杆231的上端部可转动的连接于第二顶杆22的外端部，第一顶杆21的外端部可转动地连接于第一连杆231的上端部和下端部之间，第一连杆231的下端部位于第一顶杆21的外端部的下方。换言之，第一连杆231的高度大于第一顶杆21和第二顶杆22的高度差。在本实施例中，伞布的裙边部32的下缘连接于第一连杆231的下端部，伞布3的裙边部32被第一连杆231撑开且被相连的第一连杆231绷紧，以便于在裙边部32设置广告、宣传标语、图案等，具有较好的展示效果，丰富遮阳伞的功能，或使遮阳伞较为美观。裙边部32的高度可等于第一连杆231的长度。
具体地本实施例中，连杆23方向沿上下延伸，并优选与伞柄1相互平行。第一连杆231和第二连杆232互相平行，长度相等；第一顶杆21、连杆23、第二顶杆22与伞柄1之间构成的四边形为平行四边形，使得遮阳伞在收折后的体积较小。
结合图5和图8所示，第一顶杆21或第二顶杆22倾斜向下延伸，即其内部端高于外部端，以便于对雨水、灰尘或落叶等进行导引使其下落或掉落，避免在伞布上积聚。
顶架2包括多个倾斜设置的撑杆4。伞柄1上设有一个滑动件5，滑动件5可沿伞柄1上下滑动，以滑动控制遮阳伞的展开与收缩。具体地，撑杆4的一端部可转动的连接于第一顶杆21，具体连接于第一顶杆21的内端部与外端部之间，撑杆4的下端部可转动的连接于滑动件5，从而使得撑杆4、第一顶杆21和伞柄1之间构成曲柄滑块机构。滑动件5具体为套设于伞柄上1的滑套。
如图5至7所示，遮阳伞在展开状态时，第二顶杆22位于第一顶杆21上方一段距离处，且第一顶杆21的外端部优选位于第二顶杆22的外端部的正下方，从而连接在二者的外端部上的连杆23(本实施例中具体为第一连杆231)大体竖直延伸，进而将伞布3的裙边部32 绷紧撑开，以展示其上的广告、标语、图案等。
当需要收折时，向下拉动滑动件5，撑杆4带动第一顶杆21转动，使其外端部向下且向内转动；第二顶杆22及连杆23随之向下且向内移动；直至撑杆4与伞柄1相互靠拢，第一顶杆21与伞柄1相互靠拢，第二顶杆22及连杆23与第一顶杆21相互靠拢，达到收折状态，如图8和9所示。
该遮阳伞在在第一顶杆21上方设置第二顶杆22，并通过连杆23连接使得第一顶杆21、第二顶杆22、连杆23及伞柄1之间构成四连杆机构，遮阳伞能够正常收折的同时，伞布3的裙边部32被第一连杆231撑开，从而获得绷紧展开的裙边部32，其形状不变且位于遮阳伞侧边，适于在其上设置广告、标语或图案，而且具有较好的展示效果；此外，通过第二顶杆22对顶架2进行加强，使得遮阳伞具有较好的强度。
本实施例中，“转动连接”具体是指“枢轴连接”，枢轴可以采用螺钉或销钉或铆钉。
如本说明书和权利要求书中所示，术语“包括”与“包含”仅提示包括已明确标识的步骤和元素，而这些步骤和元素不构成一个排它性的罗列，方法或者设备也可能包含其他的步骤或元素。本文所使用的术语“和/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的组合。
除非上下文明确说明，否则位于本文的元素或成份之前的不定冠词“一”、“一个”及“一种”旨在非限制性地说明所述元素或成份的实例数目(即出现数)。因此，“一”、“一个”及“一种”应理解为包括一个或至少一个，且所述元素或成分的单数词形也包括复数形式。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种遮阳伞，包括：
    伞柄；
    顶架，其设于所述伞柄的上部；及
    伞布，其与所述顶架连接；
    其特征在于，所述伞布包括：
    主体部；及
    裙边部，其具有和所述主体部的外边缘连接的上边缘以及连接在所述顶架上的下边缘，所述裙边部被配置为至少在所述遮阳伞展开后被所述顶架撑开且自所述主体部的外边缘向下延伸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的遮阳伞，其特征在于，所述顶架包括多个顶杆组件，各所述顶杆组件包括第一顶杆和第二顶杆，所述第一顶杆和所述第二顶杆分别具有内端部和外端部，所述第一顶杆的内端部与所述伞柄可转动地连接，所述第二顶杆位于所述第一顶杆的上方，所述第二顶杆的内端部与所述伞柄可转动地连接；各所述顶杆组件还包括至少一个位于所述第一顶杆和所述第二顶杆之间的连杆，所述连杆可转动地连接于所述第二顶杆和所述第一顶杆；所述遮阳伞展开后所述主体部覆于所述第二顶杆上，所述裙边部的下边缘连接在所述第一顶杆的所述外端部或所述连杆的所述下端部，所述裙边部被所述第一顶杆的外端部及所述第二顶杆的外端部撑开或被所述连杆撑开。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的遮阳伞，其特征在于，所述连杆包括第一连杆，所述第一连杆与所述第一顶杆的所述外端部可转动地连接，并和所述第二顶杆的所述外端部可转动地连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的遮阳伞，其特征在于，所述第一连杆的上端部可转动地连接于所述第二顶杆的外端部，所述第一顶杆的外端部可转动地连接于所述第一连杆的上端部和下端部之间，而使所述第一连杆的下端部位于所述第一顶杆的外端部的下方，所述裙边部被所述第一连杆撑开。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的遮阳伞，其特征在于，所述裙边部的下缘连接于所述第一顶杆的外端部或所述第一连杆的下端部。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的遮阳伞，其特征在于，所述连杆包括第二连杆，所述第二连杆的下端部可转动地连接于所述第一顶杆的中部而上端部可转动地连接于所述第二顶杆的中部。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的遮阳伞，其特征在于，所述连杆沿上下方向延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的遮阳伞，其特征在于，所述第一顶杆倾斜延伸，且其内端部高于外端部。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的遮阳伞，其特征在于，所述第二顶杆倾斜延伸，且其内端部高于外端部。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的遮阳伞，其特征在于，同一个所述顶杆组件的所述第一顶杆和所述第二顶杆相互平行。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的遮阳伞，其特征在于，所述顶架还包括多个撑杆，所述遮阳伞还包括滑动地设于所述伞柄上的滑动件，所述撑杆的一端部可转动地连接于所述第一顶杆而另一端部可转动地连接于所述滑动件。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的遮阳伞，其特征在于，所述裙边部上覆设有印刷层。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的遮阳伞，其特征在于，所述裙边部形成多个竖直的平面。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的遮阳伞，其特征在于，所述裙边部形成的平面和伞柄的延伸方向相互平行。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的遮阳伞，其特征在于，在俯视视角下，裙边部围成一个多边形。
