Description
本発明は、電動作業車に関する。
従来、電動作業車として、例えば、特許文献1に記載の電動作業車が知られている。特許文献1に記載の電動作業車は、バッテリ(文献では「走行用バッテリ〔4〕」)と、バッテリからの電力を直流から交流に変換するインバータ(文献では「インバータ〔14〕」)と、インバータから供給される電力によって駆動されるモータ(文献では「モータ〔M〕」)と、モータによって駆動される走行装置(文献では「前車輪〔10〕、後車輪〔11〕」)と、バッテリからの電力を降圧するDCDCコンバータ(文献では「電圧コンバータ〔19〕」)と、を備えている。
上述のような電動作業車では、通常、バッテリとDCDCコンバータとが、ハーネスによって接続されていると共に、インバータとモータとが、ハーネスによって接続されている。上述のような電動作業車では、ハーネス類やモータのメンテナンスを容易に行うことや、地面からの飛び石によるハーネス類やモータの損傷を防止することが望まれている。
上記状況に鑑み、ハーネス類やモータのメンテナンス性が高く、かつ、地面からの飛び石によるハーネス類やモータの損傷を防止することが可能な電動作業車が要望されている。

本特徴構成によれば、地面からの飛び石が第一ハーネス、第二ハーネス及びモータに衝突しようとしても、第一カバー部材、第二カバー部材及び第三カバー部材によって遮られることになる。これにより、地面からの飛び石による第一ハーネス、第二ハーネス及びモータの損傷を防止することができる。
また、メンテナンスを行う際は、第一カバー部材、第二カバー部材及び第三カバー部材を取り外すことにより、第一ハーネス、第二ハーネス及びモータが下方に露出することになる。これにより、第一ハーネス、第二ハーネス及びモータに対して下方からアクセスして、第一ハーネス、第二ハーネス及びモータを容易にメンテナンスすることができる。

本発明を実施するための形態について、図面に基づき説明する。尚、以下の説明においては、特に断りがない限り、図中の矢印Fの方向を「前」、矢印Bの方向を「後」として、矢印Lの方向を「左」、矢印Rの方向を「右」とする。また、図中の矢印Uの方向を「上」、矢印Dの方向を「下」とする。
〔トラクタの全体構成〕
以下では、本実施形態のトラクタについて説明する。図1に示すように、トラクタは、左右の前車輪10、左右の後車輪11、カバー部材12を備えている。
以下では、本実施形態のトラクタについて説明する。図1に示すように、トラクタは、左右の前車輪10、左右の後車輪11、カバー部材12を備えている。
また、トラクタは、機体フレーム2及び運転部3を備えている。機体フレーム2は、左右の前車輪10及び左右の後車輪11に支持されている。
カバー部材12は、機体前部に配置されている。そして、運転部3は、カバー部材12の後方に設けられている。言い換えれば、カバー部材12は、運転部3の前方に配置されている。
運転部3は、保護フレーム30、運転座席31、ステアリングホイール32を有している。オペレータは、運転座席31に着座可能である。これにより、オペレータは、運転部3に搭乗可能である。ステアリングホイール32の操作によって、左右の前車輪10は操向操作される。オペレータは、運転部3において、各種の運転操作を行うことができる。
トラクタは、走行用バッテリ4を備えている。また、カバー部材12は、機体左右方向に沿う開閉軸芯Q周りに揺動可能に構成されている。これにより、カバー部材12は、開閉可能に構成されている。カバー部材12が閉状態であるとき、走行用バッテリ4は、カバー部材12に覆われている。
図2に示すように、トラクタは、インバータ14及びモータMを備えている。走行用バッテリ4は、インバータ14へ電力を供給する。インバータ14は、走行用バッテリ4からの直流電力を交流電力に変換してモータMへ供給する。そして、モータMは、インバータ14から供給される交流電力により駆動する。
図2及び図3に示すように、トラクタは、静油圧式無段変速機15及びトランスミッション16を備えている。図3に示すように、静油圧式無段変速機15は、油圧ポンプ15a及び油圧モータ15bを有している。
油圧ポンプ15aは、モータMからの回転動力により駆動する。油圧ポンプ15aが駆動することにより、油圧モータ15bから回転動力が出力される。尚、静油圧式無段変速機15は、油圧ポンプ15aと油圧モータ15bとの間で回転動力が変速されるように構成されている。また、静油圧式無段変速機15は、変速比を無段階に変更可能に構成されている。
油圧モータ15bから出力された回転動力は、トランスミッション16に伝達される。トランスミッション16に伝達された回転動力は、トランスミッション16の有するギヤ式変速機構によって変速され、左右の前車輪10及び左右の後車輪11へ分配される。これにより、左右の前車輪10及び左右の後車輪11が駆動する。
また、図2及び図3に示すように、トラクタは、ミッドPTO軸17及びリヤPTO軸18を備えている。モータMから出力された回転動力は、油圧ポンプ15a、ミッドPTO軸17、リヤPTO軸18へ分配される。これにより、ミッドPTO軸17及びリヤPTO軸18が回転する。
ミッドPTO軸17またはリヤPTO軸18に作業装置が接続されていれば、ミッドPTO軸17またはリヤPTO軸18の回転動力により、作業装置が駆動することとなる。例えば、図2に示すように、本実施形態では、ミッドPTO軸17に草刈装置19が接続されている。ミッドPTO軸17の回転動力により、草刈装置19が駆動する。
図4から図6に示すように、モータMは、インバータ14の後方に配置されている。モータM及びインバータ14は、走行用バッテリ4の下方に配置されている。モータM及びインバータ14は、機体前後方向に並ぶ状態で配置されている。具体的には、モータM及びインバータ14は、インバータ14が前側に位置し、かつ、モータMが後側に位置するように、機体前後方向に並ぶ状態で配置されている。
トラクタは、ラジエータ20と、DC(Direct Current)DCコンバータ21と、バッテリ22と、を備えている。ラジエータ20、DCDCコンバータ21及びバッテリ22は、走行用バッテリ4の前方に配置されている。DCDCコンバータ21は、ラジエータ20の右隣りの配置されている。バッテリ22は、DCDCコンバータ21の右隣りに配置されている。
ここで、インバータ14、モータM及びDCDCコンバータ21は、何れも、水冷式によって構成されている。ラジエータ20は、インバータ14、モータM及びDCDCコンバータ21を冷却水するための冷却水を冷却するものである。ラジエータ20の下部には、インバータ14側に向かって延びる冷却ホース23が接続されている。DCDCコンバータ21は、走行用バッテリ4からの電力を降圧するものである。バッテリ22は、各種の電装品に電力を供給するためのものである。走行用バッテリ4からの電力(高電圧)は、DCDCコンバータ21によって降圧されて、低電圧の電力としてバッテリ22に充電されることになる。
〔ハーネス類〕
図4から図6に示すように、走行用バッテリ4とDCDCコンバータ21とに亘って、走行用バッテリ4とDCDCコンバータ21とを接続する第一ハーネス24が設けられている。第一ハーネス24は、走行用バッテリ4からの電力をDCDCコンバータ21に供給するためのものである。走行用バッテリ4の前面部の上部には、第一ハーネス24が接続される出力部4aが設けられている。DCDCコンバータ21の下面部の前部には、第一ハーネス24が接続される入力部21aが設けられている。第一ハーネス24は、出力部4aから下方に延びて、入力部21aに向かって前方に延びるように配策されている。
図4から図6に示すように、走行用バッテリ4とDCDCコンバータ21とに亘って、走行用バッテリ4とDCDCコンバータ21とを接続する第一ハーネス24が設けられている。第一ハーネス24は、走行用バッテリ4からの電力をDCDCコンバータ21に供給するためのものである。走行用バッテリ4の前面部の上部には、第一ハーネス24が接続される出力部4aが設けられている。DCDCコンバータ21の下面部の前部には、第一ハーネス24が接続される入力部21aが設けられている。第一ハーネス24は、出力部4aから下方に延びて、入力部21aに向かって前方に延びるように配策されている。
インバータ14とモータMとに亘って、インバータ14とモータMとを接続する第二ハーネス25が設けられている。第二ハーネス25は、インバータ14からの電力をモータMに供給するためのものである。インバータ14の下面部の前部には、第二ハーネス25が接続される出力部14aが設けられている。モータMの前端部には、第二ハーネス25が接続される入力部Maが設けられている。第二ハーネス25は、出力部14aから入力部Maに向かって後方に延びるように配策されている。
〔機体フレーム〕
図4から図6に示すように、機体フレーム2は、左右の側板40と、左右の台座41と、前板42と、後板43と、底板44と、横板45と、を備えている。左右の側板40は、機体左右方向に間隔をあけて設けられている。左側の側板40と右側の側板40との間の空間は、モータMを配置するための空間として利用されている。ラジエータ20やDCDCコンバータ21、バッテリ22は、台座46に支持されている。台座46は、左右の側板40の前部に支持されている。
図4から図6に示すように、機体フレーム2は、左右の側板40と、左右の台座41と、前板42と、後板43と、底板44と、横板45と、を備えている。左右の側板40は、機体左右方向に間隔をあけて設けられている。左側の側板40と右側の側板40との間の空間は、モータMを配置するための空間として利用されている。ラジエータ20やDCDCコンバータ21、バッテリ22は、台座46に支持されている。台座46は、左右の側板40の前部に支持されている。
左側の台座41は、左側の側板40の上縁部から左側に張り出す状態で設けられている。右側の台座41は、右側の側板40の上縁部から右側に張り出す状態で設けられている。インバータ14は、左右の台座41に支持されている。走行用バッテリ4は、支持台47に支持されている。支持台47は、左右の台座41に支持され、かつ、後板43に支持されている。
前板42は、左側の側板40の前端部と右側の側板40の前端部とに亘って設けられている。後板43は、左側の側板40の後端部と右側の側板40の後端部とに亘って設けられている。モータMは、後板43に支持されている。底板44は、左側の側板40の下縁部と右側の側板40の下縁部とに亘って設けられている。横板45は、底板44の後方において、左側の側板40と右側の側板40とに亘って設けられている。
機体フレーム2のうち前板42と底板44の前縁部と左右の側板40との間の部分には、第一開口O1が形成されている。底板44のうち第二ハーネス25の後部の下方に位置する部分には、第二開口O2が形成されている。機体フレーム2における後板43と底板44の後縁部と左右の側板40との間の部分には、第三開口O3が形成されている。すなわち、機体フレーム2は、第一開口O1と、第二開口O2と、第三開口O3と、を備えている。
第一開口O1は、第一ハーネス24及び冷却ホース23を下方に露出させるように構成されている。第二開口O2は、第二ハーネス25を下方に露出させるように構成されている。第三開口O3は、モータM(具体的には、モータMのうち冷却水が流れる部分(水冷部)Mb)を下方に露出させるように構成されている。
〔カバー部材〕
図4から図6に示すように、機体フレーム2には、第一カバー部材48、第二カバー部材49及び第三カバー部材50が取り付けられている。第一カバー部材48は、第一開口O1を覆うように構成されている。すなわち、第一カバー部材48は、第一ハーネス24のうち第一開口O1から下方に露出する部分及び冷却ホース23のうち第一開口O1から下方に露出する部分を覆うように構成されている。第一ハーネス24のうち第一開口O1から下方に露出する部分及び冷却ホース23のうち第一開口O1から下方に露出する部分が、第一カバー部材48によって下方から覆われている。
図4から図6に示すように、機体フレーム2には、第一カバー部材48、第二カバー部材49及び第三カバー部材50が取り付けられている。第一カバー部材48は、第一開口O1を覆うように構成されている。すなわち、第一カバー部材48は、第一ハーネス24のうち第一開口O1から下方に露出する部分及び冷却ホース23のうち第一開口O1から下方に露出する部分を覆うように構成されている。第一ハーネス24のうち第一開口O1から下方に露出する部分及び冷却ホース23のうち第一開口O1から下方に露出する部分が、第一カバー部材48によって下方から覆われている。
第一カバー部材48は、水平面部48aと、左右の折れ曲がり部48bと、切り欠き部48cと、を備えている。折れ曲がり部48bは、側板40に沿うように、水平面部48aに対して上側に折れ曲がる形状に形成されている。第一カバー部材48の周辺の部材(例えば、草刈装置19の前部を支持する部材)が切り欠き部48cに入り込むことにより、第一カバー部材48が第一カバー部材48の周辺の部材の邪魔になることがない。第一カバー部材48は、左右の側板40に複数のボルト51によって固定されている。具体的には、折れ曲がり部48bは、側板40に対して横外側から当て付けられた状態で、側板40に複数(本実施形態では、二本)のボルト51によって固定されている。
第二カバー部材49は、第二開口O2を覆うように構成されている。すなわち、第二カバー部材49は、第二ハーネス25のうち第二開口O2から下方に露出する部分を覆うように構成されている。第二ハーネス25のうち第二開口O2から下方に露出する部分が、第二カバー部材49によって下方から覆われている。
第二カバー部材49には、複数(本実施形態では、四つ)の水抜き孔49aが形成されている。水抜き孔49aは、第二カバー部材49のうち第二開口O2に面する部分に形成されている。第二カバー部材49は、底板44に対して下側から当て付けられた状態で、底板44に複数(本実施形態では、四本)のボルト52によって固定されている。
第三カバー部材50は、第三開口O3を覆うように構成されている。すなわち、第三カバー部材50は、モータMのうち第三開口O3から下方に露出する部分を覆うように構成されている。本実施形態では、第三カバー部材50は、モータMの水冷部Mbを覆うように構成されている。モータMのうち第三開口O3から下方に露出する部分(水冷部Mb)が、第三カバー部材50によって下方から覆われている。
本実施形態では、第三カバー部材50は、第三開口O3を部分的に覆うように構成されている。第三開口O3における、第三カバー部材50の前縁部と底板44の後縁部との間の部分、及び第三カバー部材50の後縁部と後板43との間の部分は、第三カバー部材50によって覆われていない。第三カバー部材50は、横板45に対して下側から当て付けられた状態で、横板45に複数(本実施形態では、二本)のボルト53によって固定されている。
ここで、底板44に下方には、左右の前車輪10にモータMからの動力(トランスミッション16からの動力)を伝達する伝達軸54が設けられている。伝達軸54は、ステー55を介して第三カバー部材50に支持されている。
〔別実施形態〕
(1)上記実施形態では、第一カバー部材48は、第一開口O1を部分的に覆うように構成されている。しかし、第一カバー部材48は、第一開口O1全体を覆うように構成されていてもよい。
(1)上記実施形態では、第一カバー部材48は、第一開口O1を部分的に覆うように構成されている。しかし、第一カバー部材48は、第一開口O1全体を覆うように構成されていてもよい。
(2)上記実施形態では、第二カバー部材49は、第二開口O2全体を覆うように構成されている。しかし、第二カバー部材49は、第二開口O2を部分的に覆うように構成されていてもよい。
(3)上記実施形態では、第三カバー部材50は、第三開口O3を部分的に覆うように構成されている。しかし、第三カバー部材50は、第三開口O3全体を覆うように構成されていてもよい。
(4)上記実施形態では、第三カバー部材50は、モータMの水冷部Mbを覆うように構成されている。しかし、第三カバー部材50は、モータMの水冷部Mbに加えて、モータMの水冷部Mb以外の部分を覆うように構成されていてもよい。
(5)上記実施形態では、第二カバー部材49に、四つの水抜き孔49aが形成されている。しかし、第一カバー部材48に、一つから三つ又は五つ以上の水抜き孔49aが形成されていてもよい。
(6)上記実施形態では、伝達軸54は、第三カバー部材50に支持されている。しかし、伝達軸54は、第三カバー部材50に代えてあるいは第三カバー部材50と共に、第二カバー部材49に支持されていてもよい。
本発明は、トラクタの他、コンバインや田植機、ユーティリティビークル(多目的車両)にも利用可能である。

- バッテリと、
前記バッテリからの電力を直流から交流に変換するインバータと、
前記インバータから供給される電力によって駆動されるモータと、
前記モータによって駆動される走行装置と、
前記バッテリからの電力を降圧するDCDCコンバータと、
前記バッテリと前記DCDCコンバータとを接続する第一ハーネスと、
前記インバータと前記モータとを接続する第二ハーネスと、
前記第一ハーネスを下方に露出させる第一開口と、前記第二ハーネスを下方に露出させる第二開口と、前記モータを下方に露出させる第三開口と、を有し、前記バッテリ、前記インバータ、前記モータ及び前記DCDCコンバータを支持する機体フレームと、
前記第一ハーネスのうち前記第一開口から下方に露出する部分を覆う着脱可能な第一カバー部材と、
前記第二ハーネスのうち前記第二開口から下方に露出する部分を覆う着脱可能な第二カバー部材と、
前記モータのうち前記第三開口から下方に露出する部分を覆う着脱可能な第三カバー部材と、を備えている電動作業車。 - 前記モータは、水冷式によって構成され、
前記第三カバー部材は、前記モータの水冷部を覆うように構成されている請求項1に記載の電動作業車。 - 前記第一カバー部材、前記第二カバー部材及び前記第三カバー部材のうち少なくとも何れかに、水抜き孔が形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の電動作業車。
- 前記走行装置に前記モータからの動力を伝達する伝達軸を備え、
前記伝達軸は、前記第一カバー部材、前記第二カバー部材及び前記第三カバー部材のうち少なくとも何れかに支持されている請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の電動作業車。
