一种安全带调节结构、靠背结构及座椅 技术领域
本申请涉及座椅技术领域,尤其涉及一种安全带调节结构、靠背结构及座椅。
背景技术
现有技术中儿童餐椅或儿童安全座椅中的安全带一般可以调节,但是一般较只能够调节安全带的肩带的长度,但甚少有能够调节肩带的高度,因此导致现有的安全带不能够满足不同年龄段的儿童使用,同时,现有的肩带与儿童的肩部不能够很好地贴合,综合导致肩带在使用过程中容易脱落,无法起到很好的约束效果。
因此,需设计一种约束效果好的安全带调节结构、靠背结构及座椅。

本申请的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种安全带调节结构、靠背结构及座椅,能够方便地将调节肩带的高度以适应不同年龄段或身高的使用者的使用需求,同时肩带能够与使用者的肩膀贴合,具有较好的约束效果。
本申请的技术方案提供一种安全带调节结构,包括靠背和设置在靠背上的安全带,所述安全带包括肩带,所述肩带的端部设有第一固定结构;
所述靠背上设有沿所述靠背的长度方向设置的第一固定孔以及沿所述靠背的高度方向设置的第一调节孔,所述第一固定孔和所述第一调节孔贯穿所述靠背;
所述第一固定孔为长孔,所述第一固定孔靠近从所述靠背的内侧向所述靠背的外侧沿所述靠背的高度方向向下倾斜设置;
多个所述第一固定孔沿所述靠背的高度方向间隔设置,所述第一调节孔将多个所述第一固定孔连通;
固定时,所述肩带穿过其中一个所述第一固定孔并通过所述第一固定结构限制所述肩带与所述靠背分离;
调节时,所述肩带能够沿所述第一调节孔移动至其他所述第一固定孔。

本实用新型在其中一个实施例中公开了如图1所示,一种安全带调节结构,包括靠背1和设置在靠背上的安全带2,如图2所示,安全带2包括肩带21,肩带21的端部设有第一固定结构22。
靠背1上设有沿靠背1的长度方向设置的第一固定孔10以及沿靠背1的高度方向设置的第一调节孔11,第一固定孔10和第一调节孔11贯穿靠背1;
如图3所示,第一固定孔10为长孔,第一固定孔10靠近从靠背1的内侧向靠背1的外侧沿靠背1的高度方向向下倾斜设置;
多个第一固定孔10沿靠背1的高度方向间隔设置,第一调节孔11将多个第一固定孔10连通;
固定时,肩带21穿过其中一个第一固定孔10并通过第一固定结构22限制肩带21与靠背1分离;
调节时,肩带21能够沿第一调节孔11移动至其他第一固定孔10。
其中,如图8所示,安全带2为五点式安全带2,其包括两组肩带21、两组腰带23、裆带25以及卡扣结构26,因此,对应地,在靠背1的左右两侧分别各设置有一组第一固定孔10和第一调节孔11。卡扣结构26与裆带25连接,两组肩带21的端部以及两组腰带23的端部均能够与卡扣结构26可拆卸连接,在乘坐时,可将肩带21与腰带23与卡扣结构26分离以便于儿童进行穿着佩戴安全带2。
具体地,肩带21为柔性带,第一固定结构22的硬度大于肩带21的硬度,从而使得第一固定结构22能够方便插入或拔出第一固定孔10,且使得第一固定结构22能够稳定地抵在靠背1的背面实现限位。第一固定孔10与肩带21适配,肩带21能够从靠背1的正面穿过第一固定孔10至靠背1的背面并与设置在靠背1背面的第一固定结构22连接,并通过第一固定结构22限制肩带21与靠背1分离。如图1和3所示,多个相同的第一固定孔10分别沿靠背1的高度方向等距间隔设置,即多个第一固定孔10分别沿图示的上下方向设置,第一固定孔10和第一调节孔11的轴线沿靠背1的前后方向设置,第一调节孔11沿靠背1的高度方向设置,即第一调节孔11的沿图示的上下方向设置并且第一调节孔11将多个第一固定孔10连通,使得肩带21能够通过第一调节孔11移动至不同的第一固定孔10中,从而实现调整肩带21的高度。
进一步的,如图5所示,靠背1包括靠背骨架17,在靠背骨架17的中部设有沿靠背骨架17的高度方向设置的加强板171,通过加强板171能够加强靠背骨架17的结构强度。另外,在靠背骨架17上还设有多组加强筋以增强靠背骨架17的结构强度。其中,第一固定孔10和第一 调节孔11贯穿靠背骨架17。
其中,如图5所示,在第一调节孔11的外周设有工艺凹口172,通过工艺凹口172能够减少第一调节孔11周边的应力集中,提高靠背骨架17的结构强度。
再进一步的,如图1所示,靠背骨架17的两侧向靠背骨架17的正面弯曲以形成用于限制乘坐者左右活动的侧板18,如图4所示,在侧板18上设有多组沿靠背1的长度方向设置的横向加强筋173以用于增强侧板18的结构强度。在靠背骨架17上设有多组沿靠背1的高度方向设置的纵向加强筋174,以用于增强靠背骨架17的纵向结构长度。
其中,如图1所示,图示的左右方向为靠背的长度方向,图示的上下方向为靠背的高度方向,图示的前后方向为靠背的宽度方向。
具体地,第一固定孔10靠近靠背1的纵向中线的一端为高位端,第一固定孔10远离靠背1的纵向中线的一端为低位端,通过将第一固定孔10倾斜设置的形式能够使得肩带21能够与乘员的肩部适配,使得肩带21能够与乘员的肩部贴合度提高,提高使用舒适性。
在本申请中,使用者能够根据自身的身高对肩带21的高度进行调节,在调节肩带21的高度时,使用者只需将肩带21进行扭转使其进入至第一调节孔11中,并拉动肩带21沿第一调节孔11移动至不同高度的第一固定孔10中,然后再将肩带21扭转至固定在第一固定孔10中即可,此时肩带21在第一固定结构22的作用下不会与靠背分离,从而能够实现调整肩带21的高度以适应不同高度和年龄段的使用者进行使用。另外,本申请中当肩带21处于第一固定孔10中时,由于第一固定孔10为倾斜设置,因此肩带21也会倾斜,使得肩带21能够适应人体肩膀的形状并与肩膀进行贴合,从而能够避免肩带21在使用时从肩膀脱落,约束性更好。
进一步的,在肩带21上套设有缓冲套,缓冲套能够增大人体与肩带21之间的接触面积,从而提高使用舒适性。可选地,缓冲套由海绵制成。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,如图4所示,第一固定结构22为滑 块结构222,滑块结构222滑动设置在靠背1的背面并能够沿靠背1的高度方向滑动;
固定时,滑块结构222覆盖在第一固定孔10上,肩带21穿过第一固定孔10,滑块结构222抵在靠背1的背面并限制肩带21与靠背1分离;
调节时,滑块结构222覆盖在第一调节孔11上并沿靠背1的高度方向滑动,肩带21穿过第一调节孔11并能够沿第一调节孔11移动。
其中,滑块结构222保持与靠背1的背面贴合并能够沿靠背1的高度方向上下滑动,即滑块结构222与靠背1在前后方向上相对固定,在上下方向上能够相对活动。滑块结构222的面积大于第一固定孔10和第一调节孔11的面积,当固定肩带21时,将滑块结构222滑动至覆盖在第一固定孔10上,此时肩带21穿过第一固定孔10,且滑块结构222抵在靠背1的背面,使得肩带21能够保持固定在第一固定孔10中的同时不会与靠背1分离,从而起到约束作用。当需要调整肩带21的高度时,使用者可将肩带21进行扭转并使得肩带21进入至第一调节孔11中,通过拉动肩带21使得肩带21能够沿第一调节孔11移动至不同高度的第一固定孔10中,同时滑块结构222也能够跟随肩带21的端部沿靠背1的高度方向上下移动。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,如图4所示,靠背1的背面设有与第一固定孔10和第一调节孔11位置对应的滑槽19,滑块结构222滑动设置在滑槽19中。
其中,滑槽19沿靠背1的高度方向设置,且滑槽19设置在第一固定孔10和第一调节孔11的外周,通过滑槽19能够使得滑块结构222既能够沿靠背1的高度方向滑动,也能够限制滑块结构222沿前后方向移动,从而使得肩带21不能够与靠背1分离。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,如图3所示,第一调节孔11沿靠背1的高度方向设置,第一调节孔11与第一固定孔10的中部连通。
其中,第一调节孔11与第一固定孔10的中部连通可以使得肩带21在旋转至第一调节孔11时更加容易。
进一步的,在固定时,肩带21处于其中一个第一固定孔10中,此 时肩带21大致与靠背1的表面平行,即能够使得肩带21与人体接触的面积较大,提高佩戴时的舒适性和安全性。当需要调整肩带21的高度时,由于肩带21为柔性带,因此使用者能够将肩带21旋转至大致与靠背1垂直,此时肩带21即可进入至第一调节孔11中并通过第一调节孔11将肩带21移动至其他不同高度的第一固定孔10中,以满足不同年龄段或身高的儿童进行使用。同时,本申请中多个第一固定孔10通过第一调节孔11连通,因此在调节肩带21的高度的时候,使用者无需将肩带21拆出,只需将肩带21沿第一调节孔11移动至不同的第一固定孔10中即可,使用调节更加便捷。
可选地,第一调节孔11还能够与第一固定孔10的端部连通。
可选地,在相邻的两个第一固定孔10中设置有一个第一调节孔11,相邻的两个第一调节孔11交错设置,即相邻的两个第一调节孔11不处于同一直线上。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,如图6所示,靠背1上还设有第二固定孔12和第二调节孔13,多个第二固定孔12沿靠背1的高度方向间隔设置,第二调节孔13连通多个第二固定孔12,第二固定孔12设置在第一固定孔10的一侧。
具体地,如图6所示,第一固定孔10和第二固定孔12形状大小相同,且第一固定孔10和第二固定孔12平行,对应地,第一调节孔11和第二调节孔13的形状大小相同且相互平行。第一固定孔10和第二固定孔12分别处于靠背1不同的长度位置上,当需要调整两个肩带21之间的间距的时候,使用者能够将肩带21从第一固定孔10中拆出并装入至第二固定孔12中,从而实现调节两个肩带21之间的间距,以适应不同肩宽的乘坐者的需求。
同理,肩带21能够沿第二调节孔13移动至不同高度的第二固定孔12中,以实现调节肩带21的高度,通过设置第一固定孔10和第二固定孔12,能够同时实现肩带21的间距调节以及肩带21的高度调节,从而能够满足不同需求的乘坐者使用。
可选地,第二固定孔12和第二调节孔13可以设置多组,从而使得 肩带21间距的调整范围更加广。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,如图6所示,第一调节孔11和第二调节孔13之间设有连通孔14,连通孔14连通第一调节孔11和第二调节孔13。
进一步的,第一固定孔10和第二固定孔12在横向上的位置和数量对应,第一固定孔10和第二固定孔12至少设置两个,通过设置连通孔14能够实现第一调节孔11和第二调节孔13之间的连通,当需要调整两个肩带21之间的间距时,使用者可以将肩带21沿连通孔14移动至第一调节孔11或第二调节孔13中,然后再将肩带21移动至第一固定孔10或第二固定孔12中。通过设置连通孔14能够实现调节肩带21的间距时无需将肩带21拆下重新安装,安装便捷简单。
再进一步的,如图6所示,相邻的两个第一固定孔10之间设有至少一个连通孔14,连通孔14连通第一调节孔11和第二调节孔13。
通过在两个第一固定孔10之间设置至少一个连通孔14能够实现在只需调整肩带21的间距时,使用者只需将肩带21移动至第一调节孔11或第二调节孔13中再将肩带21沿连通孔14移动调节位置即可,再将肩带21移动至调节前相同高度的第一固定孔10或第二固定孔12即可,使得调节更加方便。
可选地,连通孔14还可以只设置一个。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,第一固定结构22为与肩带21穿出至靠背1背面一端连接的卡固结构221;
固定时,卡固结构221抵接在靠背1背面并限制肩带21与靠背1分离。
其中,乘坐者通过肩带21、腰带23和裆带25约束在靠背1的正面,当乘坐者在惯性作用下前移时带动肩带21向前动作,此时由于卡固结构221抵接在靠背1的背面,从而使得肩带21不能够进一步的向前移动,从而能够限制乘坐者前移。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,如图9所示,卡固结构221包括限位面2211和拆卸面2212,限位面2211的面积大于第一固定孔10的面 积,拆卸面2212的面积小于第一固定孔10的面积;

固定时,卡固结构221旋转至限位面2211朝向第一固定孔10,限位面2211抵在靠背1上并限制肩带21与靠背1分离;
拆卸时,卡固结构221旋转至拆卸面2212朝向第一固定孔10使得卡固结构221能够穿过第一固定孔10并与靠背1分离。
进一步的,卡固结构221为板状结构,其中,由于肩带21为柔性带,因此卡固结构221能够旋转调整其位置。当肩带21被固定时,卡固结构221旋转至限位面2211朝向靠背1的背面,并且当肩带21受到外力前拉的时候,卡固结构221的限位面2211抵在靠背1的背面从而限制肩带21与靠背1分离。当需要将卡固结构221拆除时,旋转卡固结构221使得拆卸面2212朝向靠背1的背面,并调整卡固结构221使得卡固结构221对准第一固定孔10,此时卡固结构221即可以从第一固定孔10中穿出,从而使得肩带21与靠背1分离。
可选地,卡固结构221还可以是硬质板,肩带21与硬质板连接,固定时,硬质板抵在靠背1的背面从而限制肩带21与靠背1分离。

在本实用新型的一些实施例中,肩带21上设有用于调节肩带21长度的长度调节扣。通过肩带21调节扣能够对调节肩带21的长度,从而满足不同需求的乘坐者的使用。
可选地,第一固定结构22还可以是设置在靠背1的背面的卷收器,肩带21缠绕在卷收器中,当需要穿戴安全带2时可以将肩带21拉出,当乘坐者突然惯性前移时,卷收器能够限制肩带21拉出以限制乘坐者继续前移。

具体地,肩带21穿出靠背1背面的一端折叠后通过缝线或粘胶使得相邻的肩带21能够固定连接在一起,经过折叠后的多层肩带21不易变 形且体积变大,因此能够起到限制肩带21与靠背1分离。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,如图8所示,卡固结构221包括固定层2213和活动层2214,固定层2213与活动层2214连接,活动层2214与肩带21连接,活动层2214具有折叠空间2215;
拆卸时,卡固结构221旋转至肩带21处于靠背1背面的部分收入至折叠空间2215内使得肩带21与活动层2214平齐,肩带21的截面与固定层2213的侧面形成限位面2211,旋转卡固结构221至限位面2211朝向第一固定孔10,使得卡固结构221能够穿过第一固定孔10并与靠背1分离。
较优地,固定层2213至少包括两层肩带21,从而使得固定层2213不易发生变形,使得卡固结构221能够牢固地抵在靠背1的背面。肩带21翻折至固定层2213的表面形成活动层2214。当固定时,卡固结构221旋转至与肩带21穿过第一固定孔10的部分垂直并使得卡固结构221覆盖在第一固定孔10上并抵贴在靠背1的背面,从而限制肩带21与靠背1分离。当需要将肩带21拆出的时候,将卡固结构221旋转90°使得肩带21处于靠背1背面的部分旋转至折叠空间2215内,此时肩带21与活动层2214平齐且刚好旋转至限位面2211朝向第一固定孔10,通过将肩带21向外拉出即可使得卡固结构221从第一固定孔10中抽出,从而实现肩带21与靠背1的分离。
在本实用新型的一些实施例中,如图2和图8所示,安全带2还包括腰带23,腰带23的端部设有第二固定结构24,靠背1上还设有第三固定孔15和第三调节孔16,腰带23穿过第三固定孔15或第三调节孔16;
多个第三固定孔15沿靠背1的长度方向间隔设置,第三调节孔16连通多个第三固定孔15;
固定时,腰带23穿过其中一个第三固定孔15并通过第二固定结构24限制腰带23与靠背1分离;
调节时,腰带23能够沿第三调节孔16移动至其他第三固定孔15中。
通过设置多个第三固定孔15从而使得两个腰带23之间的间距能够进行调整,以满足不同使用者的使用需求。且通过第三调节孔16能够在调节腰带23时无需将腰带23拆卸出来并重新安装,只需将腰带23沿第三调节孔16移动至不同的第三固定孔15中即可,调节方便快速。
其中,第二固定结构24与第一固定结构22结构相同,均为卡固结构221。
作为本实用新型的一个优选实施例,如图1所示,靠背结构包括靠背1和安全带2,其中安全带2为五点式安全带2,如图7所示,安全带2包括两组肩带21、两组腰带23、裆带25和卡扣结构26,卡扣结构26与裆带25固定连接,肩带21的一端与靠背1连接,另一端与卡扣结构26可拆卸连接,腰带23的一端与靠背1连接,另一端与卡扣结构26可拆卸连接。
其中,如图1-3所示,在靠背1的左右两侧分别各设置有一组第一固定孔10和第一调节孔11,多个第一固定孔10沿靠背1的高度方向间隔设置,且第一固定孔10为长孔,第一固定孔10靠近靠背1的纵向中线一端处于第一固定孔10远离靠背1的纵向中线一端的上方,因此第一固定孔10从内往外向下倾斜。第一调节孔11将多个第一固定孔10连通。
肩带21的端部从第一固定孔10或第一调节孔11中穿出至靠背1的背面,在靠背1的背面设置有第一固定结构22,其中,第一固定结构22为卡固结构221,卡固结构221为由多层肩带21折叠组成的卡固结构221。其中,卡固结构221包括限位面2211和拆卸面2212,限位面2211的面积大于第一固定孔10的面积,拆卸面2212的面积小于第一固定孔10的面积,因此当限位面2211朝向靠背1的背面时,限位面2211能够覆盖在第一固定孔10上并使得卡固结构221不能够从第一固定孔10中穿出,使得肩带21和靠背1之间不会分离。当拆卸面2212朝向第一固定孔10时,卡固结构221能够从第一固定孔10中穿出,使得肩带21能够与靠背1分离。
在本申请中,肩带21能够固定在不同高度位置的第一固定孔10中,以满足不同年龄段或身高的使用者使用,在调整肩带21高度的时候,使 用者无需将肩带21与靠背1拆卸分离,只需将肩带21沿第一调节孔11移动至不同高度的第一固定孔10中即可,调节方便简单。
本实用新型还公开了一种靠背结构,包括上述的安全带调节结构。
本实用新型还公开了一种座椅,如图10所示,包括上述的靠背结构。
进一步的,座椅还包括坐垫骨架3,靠背1的下端与坐垫骨架3之间通过旋转结构连接从而使得靠背1能够相对于坐垫骨架3转动,从而实现调整靠背1的倾角的作用。
在坐垫骨架3的左右两侧设有挡板31,能够限制乘坐者左右移动。在坐垫骨架3的前端设有阻挡块32,阻挡块32与两侧的挡板31之间具有开口33能够供乘坐者的腿部伸出,通过阻挡块32能够限制乘坐者从座椅中脱出。裆带25的一端与坐垫骨架3连接,另一端与卡扣结构26连接。
其中,该座椅能够作为儿童餐椅使用,也能够作为儿童安全座椅使用。
以上的仅是本申请的原理和较佳的实施例。应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在本申请原理的基础上,还可以做出若干其它变型,也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安全带调节结构,包括靠背(1)和设置在靠背(1)上的安全带(2),所述安全带(2)包括肩带(21),所述肩带(21)的端部设有第一固定结构(22),其特征在于,
    所述靠背(1)上设有沿所述靠背(1)的长度方向设置的第一固定孔(10)以及沿所述靠背(1)的高度方向设置的第一调节孔(11),所述第一固定孔(10)和所述第一调节孔(11)贯穿所述靠背(1);
    所述第一固定孔(10)为长孔,所述第一固定孔(10)靠近从所述靠背(1)的内侧向所述靠背(1)的外侧沿所述靠背(1)的高度方向向下倾斜设置;
    多个所述第一固定孔(10)沿所述靠背(1)的高度方向间隔设置,所述第一调节孔(11)将多个所述第一固定孔(10)连通;
    固定时,所述肩带(21)穿过其中一个所述第一固定孔(10)并通过所述第一固定结构(22)限制所述肩带(21)与所述靠背(1)分离;
    调节时,所述肩带(21)能够沿所述第一调节孔(11)移动至其他所述第一固定孔(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述安全带调节结构,其特征在于,所述第一固定结构(22)为滑块结构(222),所述滑块结构(222)滑动设置在所述靠背(1)的背面并能够沿所述靠背(1)的高度方向滑动;
    固定时,所述滑块结构(222)覆盖在所述第一固定孔(10)上,所述肩带(21)穿过所述第一固定孔(10),所述滑块结构(222)抵在所述靠背(1)的背面并限制所述肩带(21)与所述靠背(1)分离;
    调节时,所述滑块结构(222)覆盖在所述第一调节孔(11)上并沿所述靠背(1)的高度方向滑动,所述肩带(21)穿过所述第一调节孔(11)并能够沿所述第一调节孔(11)移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述安全带调节结构,其特征在于,所述靠背(1)的背面设有与所述第一固定孔(10)和所述第一调节孔(11)位置对应的滑槽(19),所述滑块结构(222)滑动设置在所述滑槽(19)中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的靠背结构,其特征在于,所述靠背(1)上还设有第二固定孔(12)和第二调节孔(13),多个所述第二固定孔(12)沿所述靠背(1)的高度方向间隔设置,所述第二调节孔(13)连通多个所述第二固定孔(12),所述第二固定孔(12)设置在所述第一固定孔(10)的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的靠背结构,其特征在于,所述第一调节孔(11)和所述第二调节孔(13)之间设有连通孔(14),所述连通孔(14)连通所述第一调节孔(11)和所述第二调节孔(13)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述安全带调节结构,其特征在于,所述第一固定结构(22)为与所述肩带(21)穿出至所述靠背(1)背面一端连接的卡固结构(221);
    固定时,所述卡固结构(221)抵接在所述靠背(1)背面并限制所述肩带(21)与所述靠背(1)分离。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述安全带调节结构,其特征在于,所述第一固定结构(22)由所述肩带(21)打结形成。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述安全带调节结构,其特征在于,所述第一固定结构(22)由多层所述肩带(21)折叠固定形成。
  9. 一种靠背结构,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的安全带调节结构。
  10. 一种座椅,其特征在于,包括权利要求9所述的靠背结构。
