Description

一种干燥机的搅拌桨结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种干燥机的搅拌技术,尤其涉及一种干燥机的搅拌桨结构。
背景技术
现有干燥机能使物料中的水分急剧蒸发而实现物料的脱水干燥。干燥机包括釜体、搅拌桨和驱动装置,釜体内设置有干燥腔,搅拌桨可转动的设置在釜体上,驱动装置驱动搅拌桨在干燥腔内转动而带动物料进行翻转以利于物料的干燥。但是,现有干燥机的搅拌桨其结构过于简单,难以实现物料的有效翻转,不利于物料的均匀受热。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种干燥机的搅拌桨结构,可实现物料的有效翻转,有利于物料的均匀受热而提高干燥效率。
本发明的目的采用如下技术方案实现:
一种干燥机的搅拌桨结构,包括:
搅拌轴,用于与驱动装置连接;
桨叶,安装在所述搅拌轴上,所述桨叶上设置有后倾角和抬升角。
进一步地,所述桨叶上设置有泄压孔。
进一步地,所述泄压孔位于桨叶的底部。
进一步地,所述桨叶的数量设置为三个。
进一步地,各所述桨叶的运动轨迹共圆。
进一步地,任意相邻的两所述桨叶之间的夹角大小相等。
进一步地,所述桨叶的底部设置有刮刀。
进一步地,所述搅拌轴的一端上设置有轴座,所述桨叶通过轴座设置在搅拌轴上。
进一步地,所述轴座套装在搅拌轴的一端上。
进一步地,所述桨叶上设置有加强筋。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
桨叶上的后倾角可以使物料从旋转中心向干燥腔边缘做离心运动,桨叶上的抬升角可以使物料向上运动,两者共同作用,可实现中心物料向下运动,底部物料做离心运动,干燥腔边缘物料做抬升运动,实现了物料在干燥腔内的有效翻转,有利于物料的均匀受热而提高干燥效率。

请参照图1至图3,本发明的优选实施例提供一种干燥机的搅拌桨结构,包括搅拌轴1和桨叶2,搅拌轴1用于与驱动装置连接;桨叶2安装在搅拌轴1上,桨叶2上设置有后倾角3和抬升角4。
在上述结构的基础上,驱动装置驱动搅拌轴1转动,搅拌轴1带动桨叶2在干燥腔8内同步转动。桨叶2上的后倾角3可以使物料从旋转中心向干燥腔8边缘做离心运动,桨叶2上的抬升角4可以使物料向上运动,两者共同作用,可实现中心物料向下运动,底部物料做离心运动,干燥腔8边缘物料做抬升运动,实现了物料在干燥腔8内的有效翻转,有利于物料的均匀受热而提高干燥效率。
在具体实施时,驱动装置为电机,利于驱使搅拌轴1的有效转动。
在本实施例中,桨叶2相对搅拌轴1倾斜并朝下设置,即朝干燥腔8底部倾斜设置,从而在桨叶2相对的两侧上分别设置有抬升角4和后倾角3,具体地,抬升角4形成于桨叶2的前侧面上,后倾角3形成于桨叶2的后侧面上。如此 设置,可利于桨叶2与物料充分接触并带动物料有效翻转,以利于物料的均匀受热而提高干燥效率。
作为本发明的优选实施例,其还可具有以下附加技术特征:
在本实施例中,桨叶2上设置有泄压孔5,可有效防止物料堵住桨叶2,增大电机载荷。
在本实施例中,泄压孔5位于桨叶2的底部,可使泄压孔5只泄压,不会影响桨叶2翻转物料。
在其它实施例中,泄压孔5位于桨叶2的中部和/或顶部。
在本实施例中,泄压孔5为方形孔和/或U形孔,合理设置搅拌桨的结构,可利于物料的通过而防止物料堵住桨叶2,有利于提高泄压效率。
在其它实施例中,泄压孔5为圆形孔、半圆形孔或椭圆形孔等。
在具体实施时,桨叶2的数量设置为至少两个,各桨叶2均绕搅拌轴1做圆周运动,可进一步提高物料的翻转效率,有利于物料的均匀受热而提高干燥效率。
在本实施例中,各桨叶2的运动轨迹共圆,可利于对物料进行充分搅拌,从而提高物料的翻转效率,有利于物料的均匀受热而提高干燥效率。
在本实施例中,任意相邻的两桨叶2之间的夹角大小相等,可利于对物料进行更充分的搅拌,从而能更好的提高物料的翻转效率,有利于物料的均匀受热而提高干燥效率。
在本实施例中,桨叶2的数量设置为三个,合理设置搅拌桨的结构,可对物料进行持续搅拌,能够有效提高物料的翻转效率,有利于物料的均匀受热而提高干燥效率。
在其它实施例中,桨叶2的数量设置为二个、四个或四个以上。
在本实施例中,各桨叶2上的泄压孔5数量均不相同,合理设置搅拌桨的结构,在对物料进行充分搅拌的同时还利于泄压。具体地,本实施例中三个桨叶2分别是三孔桨叶2、四孔桨叶2和七孔桨叶2,即上述桨叶2上的泄压孔5数量分别是三个、四个和七个。当然,还可以根据实际需要对各桨叶2上泄压孔5的数量进行设置。
在其它实施例中,各桨叶2上的泄压孔5数量均相同。
在本实施例中,至少一桨叶2的底部设置有刮刀9,有利于将干燥腔底部积聚的物料刮落,从而有利于提高物料的搅拌效率。
在本实施例中,搅拌轴1的一端上设置有轴座6,搅拌轴1的另一端与驱动装置连接,各桨叶2均通过轴座6设置在搅拌轴1上,可利于各桨叶2的安装固定,使得搅拌轴1能通过轴座6带动各桨叶2在干燥腔8内有效转动。
具体地,轴座6套装在搅拌轴1的一端上,有利于轴座6的有效固定,使得搅拌轴1能带动轴座6有效转动。
在本实施例中,各桨叶2上均设置有加强筋7,具体地,加强筋7设置在各桨叶2的后侧面上,有利于各桨叶2对物料进行有效搅拌。
在其它实施例中,加强筋7设置在各桨叶2的前侧面上。
在不出现冲突的前提下,本领域技术人员可以将上述附加技术特征自由组合以及叠加使用。
以上所述仅为本发明的优先实施方式,只要以基本相同手段实现本发明目的的技术方案都属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种干燥机的搅拌桨结构,其特征在于,包括:
    搅拌轴(1),用于与驱动装置连接;
    桨叶(2),安装在所述搅拌轴(1)上,所述桨叶(2)上设置有后倾角(3)和抬升角(4)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的干燥机的搅拌桨结构,其特征在于,所述桨叶(2)上设置有泄压孔(5)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的干燥机的搅拌桨结构,其特征在于,所述泄压孔(5)位于桨叶(2)的底部。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的干燥机的搅拌桨结构,其特征在于,所述桨叶(2)的数量设置为三个。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的干燥机的搅拌桨结构,其特征在于,各所述桨叶(2)的运动轨迹共圆。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的干燥机的搅拌桨结构,其特征在于,任意相邻的两所述桨叶(2)之间的夹角大小相等。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的干燥机的搅拌桨结构,其特征在于,所述桨叶(2)的底部设置有刮刀(9)。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的干燥机的搅拌桨结构,其特征在于,所述搅拌轴(1)的一端上设置有轴座(6),所述桨叶(2)通过轴座(6)设置在搅拌轴(1)上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的干燥机的搅拌桨结构,其特征在于,所述轴座(6)套装在搅拌轴(1)的一端上。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的干燥机的搅拌桨结构,其特征在于,所述桨叶(2)上设置有加强筋(7)。
