在一个实施例中,检查设备还包括检查装置,传送装置穿过检查装置,使得所述检查装置围绕所述传送装置的至少部分旋转以便获得所述传送装置上的被检查物体的三维信息。

具体实施方式
在以下实施例中,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”等是为了区分不同部件,而不是排序或表示主次。说明书中的“上”、“下”等表示方位的术语并不意指绝对方位,而是表示部件之间的相对位置。
如图1所示,本公开的实施例提供一种传送装置,沿第一方向(例如如图1中的箭头所示,从左向右)传送物品,所述传送装置包括支撑框架10,所述支撑框架10具有沿第一方向延伸的支撑面10-1,所述支撑面10-1用于沿支撑方向支撑被传送物品。在本实施例中,在第二方向(在图1的左部,第二方向可以是从左向右或从右向左)上,所述支撑面10-1的靠近中线的区域相对于所述支撑面10-1的靠近两侧的区域,沿支撑方向的反方向凹进,或者可以认为是向下凹陷。在本实施例中,第二方向是第一方向的横向方向。本实施例的传送装置由于支撑面10-1具有凹进的结构,或者可以认为具有凹部或凹腔,因而允许更多的物品被支撑在支撑面10-1上被传送。
在如图1所示的实施例中,支撑面10-1的截面被绘制成弧形,在图1中,支撑面10-1的中间区域凹进,支撑面10-1的两侧区域位置高于靠近中间的区域;或者说,靠近支撑面10-1的中线的区域位置较支撑面10-1的两侧的区域的位置低。
图2示出了支撑面10-1的一个实施例,支撑面10-1成圆弧形形状,由于中间区域凹进,因而在传送物品的时候,相对于平坦的支撑面10-1,支撑面10-1的凹进允许更多的物品被支撑在支撑面10-1上;并且,由于支撑面10-1的圆弧形形状,被传送物品趋于向中间集中,因而不容易从支撑面10-1掉落。在例如检查设备中,由于具有凹进的设置,检查设备在不增大整个体积的情况下每次能够检查更多的物品。
图3示出了本公开的另一实施例的支撑面10-1示意图。在本实施例中,支撑面10-1包括多个区域,所述多个区域在沿第二方向上的截面呈多边形。如图3所示,支撑面10-1由两侧的斜面和中间的平面构成。在本实施例中,靠近中间区域是位置较低的平面,而靠近支撑面10-1两侧的是斜面,即从较高位置向较低位置倾斜的支撑面10-1。由于支撑面10-1具有凹进的形状,因而本实施例的支撑面10-1比平坦的支撑形式具有增加的容积。
在本公开的其他实施例中,支撑面10-1还可以具有其他形式,例如支撑面10-1是多边形,其他形状可以根据本公开的实施例得出。
在本公开的实施例中,如图1所示,传送装置还包括多个柔性件11,多个柔性件11的每一个被支撑面10-1支撑,并且能够围绕所述支撑框架10的外周移动,换句话 说,每个柔性件11至少在支撑面10-1上移动,或者说每个柔性件11移动通过支撑面10-1,从而可以带动支撑面10-1上的物品的移动。在本实施例中,支撑框架10或支撑框架10的支撑面10-1本身并不移动,支撑面10-1的物品通过柔性件11的驱动而在支撑面10-1上移动。在本实施例中,被传送的物品在支撑面10-1上的时候会压在柔性件11上,由于柔性件11和物品之间存在摩擦力,因而柔性件11移动时会驱动物品一起移动。在本实施例中,支撑面10-1是光滑的平面是有利的。例如,支撑面10-1是光滑的金属表面;支撑面10-1是塑料表面;支撑面10-1是陶瓷表面;支撑面10-1可以是其他材料表面。
在一个实施例中,支撑面10-1上可以设置滚轮或球,这些滚轮或球的顶部可以支撑物品,从而物品可以在滚轮或球转动的情况下被柔性件11移动,滚轮和球的设置可以进一步减小物品移动时受到的阻力。在本实施例中,滚轮或球设置在柔性件11之间。
在一个实施例中,柔性件11是橡胶件,或者其他柔性绳或缆线。在如图1所示的实施例中,每个柔性件11可以被支撑在支撑面10-1上,并且从纸面内向纸面外移动。在另一实施例中,柔性件11可以被支撑在支撑面10-1上,并且从纸面外向纸面内移动。在另一实施例中,柔性件11可以被支撑在支撑面10-1上,并且可以根据需要在支撑面10-1上往复移动。
在本公开的一个实施例中,多个柔性件11基本上均匀地布置在支撑面10-1上,也就是说,多个柔性件11之间的间距基本上相等。在本公开的另一实施例中,多个柔性件11可以平行地布置在支撑面10-1上。在本公开的另一实施例中,多个柔性件11之间的间距不相等。在本公开的另一实施例中,多个柔性件11可以相互不平行地布置在支撑面10-1上。
例如,在如图1所示的实施例中,多个柔性件11在第二方向(传送方向的横向)上分布在弧形的支撑面10-1上。多个柔性件11可以均匀间隔地分布在支撑面10-1上。
在一个实施例中,多个柔性件11相互平行地布置在支撑面10-1上,并且靠近支撑面10-1中部的柔性件11分布更密集,靠近支撑面10-1两侧的柔性件11分布更稀疏,这是有利的,可以有利于驱动物品的移动;然而,这并不是必须的。
在如图6所示的实施例中,多个柔性件11沿传送方向趋于集中。如图6所示,在支撑面10-1的一端(图中纸面的上端)的多个柔性件11分布比支撑面10-1的另一端(图1纸面的下端)的多个柔性件11密集,这样的布置使得物品在传送的时候,收到 柔性件11沿传送方向的摩擦力,同时还收到柔性件11施加的横向摩擦力,具体地,图6中支撑面10-1的左侧的柔性件11施加向右的摩擦力分量,图6中支撑面10-1的右侧的柔性件11施加向左的摩擦力分量。根据图6的实施例,在支撑面10-1上被传送的物品在沿传送方向被传送的过程中,将会被柔性件11驱动朝向支撑面10-1的中线附近移动,或者受到朝向中线的力,因而物品不容易从支撑面10-1掉落。
在一个实施例中,在所述支撑框架10的两个端部的端面上分别设置多个转向轮12,每个转向轮12用于引导对应的一个柔性件11沿支撑面10-1的法向方向离开支撑面10-1并沿支撑框架10的端面行进。在本实施例中,导向轮可以是不旋转的,柔性件11与导向轮表面滑动摩擦;在另一实施例中,导向轮可以是能够旋转的。
图4示出了传送装置的端面的局部放大示意图。如果将支撑框架10从中间分为两半,图4示出了支撑框架10的端部的左半部的一部分。在导向轮的支撑作用下,柔性件11沿支撑面的法向方向离开支撑面10-1并沿端面向下移动,在移动绕过导向轮的一部分弧面后,沿竖直方向向下移动。换句话说,导向轮设置成允许柔性件11从沿支撑面10-1行进的第一方向改变为沿支撑面10-1的法向方向离开支撑面10-1,并在支撑框架10的端面上行进。在本实施例中,多个转向轮12沿所述支撑面10-1的沿第二方向的截面的轮廓布置,如图4所示,多个转向轮12沿截面的弧形布置。每个转向轮12与一个柔性件11对应。在如图1和4所示的实施例中,在截面的轮廓的最低位置的右侧,转向轮12布置成在柔性件11的左侧支撑所述柔性件11,在截面的轮廓的最低位置的左侧,转向轮12布置成在柔性件11的右侧支撑所述柔性件11。
在如图3所示的实施例中,转向轮12在支撑面中间的平坦部分下面均匀地布置,此时转向轮12并不是必须的。在支撑面的两侧的倾斜部分附近,转向轮12使得柔性件11沿垂直于倾斜表面的方向在支撑框架10的端部上行进。
在如图1和图4所示的实施例中,支撑面10-1包括多个沟槽10-2,所述多个柔性件11的每一个布置在所述多个沟槽10-2的一个内,并且所述多个柔性件11的每一个的至少一部分突出在所述支撑面10-1外部。设置沟槽10-2是有利的,这样柔性件11可以被稳定地布置在沟槽10-2中,并且沿沟槽10-2行进;同时由于柔性件11的一部分突出在沟槽10-2外部,因而能够支撑支撑面10-1上的物品,因而能够通过摩擦力驱动行进。由于沟槽10-2,柔性件11在支撑面10-1上的行进路线被固定,在转向轮12的支撑下,柔性件11被稳定地传送。
在一个实施例中,转向轮12是不旋转的,并且转向轮12的固定轴12-0是可移动的。如图5所示,转向轮12能够相对于固定轴12-0在一定范围内移动,由此转向轮12可以被调节位置,这种设置使得装配容许度增大。
在一个实施例中,所述支撑框架10的所述两个端部中的一个端部的端面上的多个转向轮12相对于另一端部的端面上的多个转向轮12较密集。如图6所示,图6示意地示出了一个实施例中柔性件11在支撑面上的布置,沿柔性件11的行进方向或者说沿传送方向,柔性件11趋于集中。在柔性件11的驱动下,物品将会朝向支撑面的中间部分集中,从而能够避免物品从支撑面上掉落。在本实施例中,沟槽10-2也布置成从一端朝向另一端趋于集中;转向轮12顺应地设置成,在支撑面10-1的一端的端部比另一端的端部,转向轮12之间的间距减小。
在本公开的实施例中,传送装置还可以包括驱动轴13。驱动轴13可以布置在所述支撑框架10的与所述支撑面10-1相反一侧。在如图1所示的实施例中,驱动轴13布置在支撑框架10的下部。驱动轴13还起到转向的作用。如图1所示,多个柔性件11绕过所述驱动轴13的外表面以被所述驱动轴13驱动。在驱动轴13的外表面以及转向轮12的支撑作用下,柔性件11形成环路,并且能够沿环路运行。图1的右图示意地示出了柔性件11的环路。图1中的箭头示出传送方向,应该知道,柔性件11可以沿相反的方向运行,传送方向可以改变。
根据本公开的一方面,提供一种检查设备,包括前述的传送装置。
在一个实施例中,检查设备包括环形的检查装置,检查装置限定穿过其中的检查通道,并通过对检查通道的物品发射射线以实施检查。检查装置可以包括例如射线源和探测器(图中未示出),射线源朝向物品发射射线,探测器探测与物品发生作用后的射线,从而可以完成对物品的检查。例如检查装置包括X射线源,X射线源朝向检查通道上被传送的物品发射射线,探测器探测透射通过物品后的射线,从而可以完成对物品的成像。检查装置还可以分时地从多个角度朝向物品发射X射线,并探测每次透射通过物品的射线,通过对探测信号的处理形成物品的三维图像。
传送装置的支撑框架10的至少部分布置在检查通道内,例如支撑框架10的至少主体部分在检查通道内。由此,支撑框架10的主体部分以及支撑面10-1上支撑的柔性件11位于检查通道内。
例如,检查装置可以包括环形的结构,射线源和探测器布置在环形的结构上,环形的结构旋转以使得射线源和探测器沿圆形轨迹旋转,实现对检查通道内的物品的检查,例如构建物品的三维的透射图像。支撑框架10的至少部分穿过环形的结构。环形的结构的内壁可以限定圆柱形或其他通道的形状。环形的结构外壁可以根据需要具有其他形状。在一个实施例中,检查设备可以是CT检查设备。
由于检查设备包括环形的结构,限定穿过环形的结构的传送通道,射线源和检测器布置在环形的结构上。在环形的结构内的传送通道的空间是受限的,现有的CT检查设备的用于支撑物品的传送装置具有平坦的的表面。不同的是,本公开的传送装置的支撑面是凹进的,因而能够允许更多的物品一起被放置在支撑面上并被送入传送通道或检查通道。进一步,由于传送装置的支撑面具有凹进的形状,因而放置在支撑面上的物品不容易从支撑面上掉落。
技术人员在不脱离所附权利要求的范围的情况下能够设想其他组件、传送装置及其特征。特别地,应注意的是,如本领域技术人员将理解的,可以将一个或多个附图中包括的一个或多个特征集成到其他附图中所示的传送装置中。应该理解的是,详细描述和特定示例仅以说明的方式给出,因为通过该描述,本公开的精神和范围内的各种改变和修改对于本领域技术人员将变得明显。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种传送装置,配置成沿第一方向传送物品,所述传送装置包括:
    支撑框架,所述支撑框架具有沿第一方向延伸的支撑面,所述支撑面用于沿支撑方向支撑被传送物品;其中
    在第二方向上,相对于所述支撑面的靠近两侧的区域,所述支撑面的靠近中线的区域沿支撑方向的反方向凹进,其中第二方向是第一方向的横向方向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的传送装置,还包括多个柔性件,所述多个柔性件的每一个被支撑面支撑,并且能够围绕所述支撑框架的外周移动,
    其中,所述多个柔性件沿第一方向在所述支撑面上延伸,并且能够在第一方向上移动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的传送装置,其中所述多个柔性件在第二方向上相互间隔地分布在所述支撑面上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的传送装置,其中所述支撑面在第二方向上成弧面;或者
    其中所述支撑面包括多个区域,所述多个区域在沿第二方向上的截面呈多边形。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的传送装置,其中在所述支撑框架的两个端部的端面上分别设置多个转向轮,每个转向轮引导所述多个柔性件的对应的一个柔性件沿支撑面的法向方向的反方向离开所述支撑面并沿所述支撑框架的端面行进。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的传送装置,其中所述多个转向轮布置在所述支撑框架的两个端部的端面上并且沿所述支撑面在所述两个端部的端面上在第二方向上的轮廓布置,
    其中,在所述支撑面的所述轮廓的最低位置的右侧,所述转向轮布置成在与其对应的柔性件的左侧支撑柔性件,在所述轮廓的最低位置的左侧,所述转向轮布置成在与其对应的柔性件的右侧支撑柔性件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的传送装置,其中所述支撑框架的所述两个端部中的一个端部的端面上的多个转向轮相对于另一端部的端面上的多个转向轮较密集。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的传送装置,其中所述支撑面包括多个沟槽,所述多个柔性件的每一个布置在所述多个沟槽的对应的一个内,并且所述多个柔性件的每一个的至少一部分突出在所述支撑面的外部。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的传送装置,还包括驱动轴,所述驱动轴布置在所述支撑框架的与所述支撑面相反一侧,其中所述多个柔性件绕过所述驱动轴的外表面以被所述驱动轴驱动。
  10. 一种检查设备,包括:如前述权利要求中任一项所述的传送装置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的检查设备,还包括检查装置,所述传送装置穿过所述检查装置,使得所述检查装置围绕所述传送装置的至少部分旋转以便获得所述传送装置上的被检查物体的三维信息。
