Definitions
- the invention belongs to the technical field of air conditioning, and in particular relates to an air conditioner refrigerant detection method, a detection device and an air conditioner.
- refrigerant leakage often occurs during the operation of the air conditioner. Once the refrigerant leaks, it will directly affect the cooling and heating effects of the air conditioner, and even damage the air conditioner components in severe cases.
- parameters such as the operating current of the air conditioner unit, the discharge temperature of the compressor, the suction temperature of the compressor, the coil temperature of the internal and external units, or the superheat of the unit are usually used to determine whether refrigerant leakage occurs. It takes a long time for these parameters to change after the refrigerant leaks. Therefore, the speed of detecting refrigerant by using these parameters is slow, and the refrigerant leakage cannot be found in time. In addition, when the air conditioner is running, the above parameters will be affected by various factors and change, which will lead to low accuracy in detecting whether the refrigerant is leaking based on these parameters, and misjudgment is prone to occur.
- One of the objects of the present invention is to provide a method and a detection device for detecting refrigerant of an air conditioner, so as to improve the speed and accuracy of refrigerant detection.
- the air conditioner refrigerant detection method provided by the present invention is realized by the following technical solutions:
- a method for detecting refrigerant in an air conditioner comprising:
- the current operating frequency of the compressor When the air conditioner is running, the current operating frequency of the compressor, the current vibration frequency of the intake pipe connected to the air inlet of the compressor, and the current vibration of the exhaust pipe connected to the exhaust port of the compressor are acquired in real time frequency;
- Both the current first difference threshold and the current second difference threshold are known values.
- the method also includes:
- the actual refrigerant amount of the air conditioner is determined based on the current first difference value and the current second difference value.
- determining the actual refrigerant quantity of the air conditioner based on the current first difference and the current second difference includes:
- the current refrigerant quantity matching the current difference difference is determined as the actual refrigerant quantity.
- the current first difference threshold and the current second difference threshold are determined by the following method:
- the current first difference threshold and the current second difference threshold matching the current operating frequency are determined according to the known matching relationship between the frequency range and the difference threshold.
- the method also includes:
- the air conditioner refrigerant detection device provided by the present invention is realized by the following technical solutions:
- An air conditioner refrigerant detection device comprising:

- a current first difference acquisition unit configured to acquire a current first difference between the current operating frequency and the current intake pipe vibration frequency
- a current second difference acquisition unit configured to acquire a current second difference between the current operating frequency and the current exhaust pipe vibration frequency

- Another object of the present invention is to provide an electronic device, including a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory, the processor is configured to execute the computer program, and realize the above air conditioner refrigerant detection method .
- the air conditioner refrigerant detection method and detection device use the operating frequency of the compressor, the vibration frequency of the intake pipe and the vibration frequency of the exhaust pipe as judgment parameters, and perform refrigerant detection based on the difference between the operating frequency and the two vibration frequencies , when the difference exceeds a certain difference threshold, it is determined that refrigerant leakage has occurred; because the refrigerant will concentrate in the compressor and pass through the compressor’s intake and exhaust pipelines in one cycle, and the intake pipeline The difference in the amount of refrigerant in the air conditioner and the exhaust pipeline will produce different vibration frequencies of the pipeline. Then, after the leakage of the refrigerant in the air conditioner causes the refrigerant quantity to change, the change will quickly pass through the intake pipeline and suction of the compressor.
- the vibration frequency of the gas pipeline is reflected; and, after the air conditioner is installed in place, the main factors affecting the vibration of the intake pipeline and exhaust pipeline are the operating frequency of the compressor itself and the amount of refrigerant passing through the pipeline; therefore, according to The operating frequency of the compressor, the vibration frequency of the intake pipe and the vibration frequency of the exhaust pipe are used as the refrigerant judgment parameters, which can not only quickly track the change of the refrigerant, improve the rapidity of refrigerant detection, but also eliminate the interference of other factors and improve the efficiency of refrigeration.

Description

确定所述当前运转频率所属的频率范围;
当前运转频率获取单元,用于在空调器运行时,实时获取压缩机的当前运转频率;
当前进气管振动频率获取单元,用于在空调器运行时,实时获取与压缩机的进气口连接的进气管的当前进气管振动频率;

确定当前运转频率所属的频率范围;
