Abstract
本发明提供一种复合材料制备器皿的方法,以多元醇与不饱和多元酸及饱和多元酸经过缩聚反应得到不饱和聚酯树脂,将不饱和聚酯树脂、氢氧化铝、二氧化硅和玻璃纤维按配比加入反应器中进行混合搅拌,混合均匀后,加入C5石油树脂和固化剂进行混合密炼,将固化的组合物材料分切成小块,并放入模具中,经过模具高温高压硫化成型,制得器皿。产品中通过添加氢氧化铝和二氧化硅提高产品的耐温性能,并增强力学性能,使产品能微波加热,耐高温和耐摔。C5石油树脂用作增稠剂,提高各物料之间的连接。
