Abstract

Provided in the present invention is a method for preparing a container from a composite material. The method comprises: carrying out polycondensation reaction on a polyol, an unsaturated polyacid and a saturated polyacid to obtain an unsaturated polyester resin, and adding unsaturated polyester resin, aluminum hydroxide, silicon dioxide and glass fibers to a reactor according to a ratio for mixing and stirring, after mixing uniformly, adding C5 petroleum resin and a curing agent for mixing and refining, cutting the cured composition material into small blocks, putting the small blocks into a mold, and carrying out high-temperature high-pressure vulcanization molding using the mold to prepare a container. The temperature resistance of the product is improved by adding aluminum hydroxide and silicon dioxide in the product, and the mechanical properties are enhanced, so that the product can be subjected to microwave heating, and has high temperature resistance and drop resistance. C5 petroleum resin is used as a thickening agent, so that the connection between the materials is improved.
