背景技术
目前用于食品保鲜的家用电器如冰箱、冷柜的门体上一般会设置有门封条。门封条能够提高门体的密封性,减少冷量的消耗。现有技术中的门封条一般是由质软的PVC制成,门封条中间形成有封闭的气囊,使用时,将门封条嵌入门体和箱体之间,气囊受挤压变形从而起到密封隔热的作用。但是,该种设计存在以下缺陷:长时间使用后门封条容易老化、回弹效果差,导致门封条的密封效果变差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用寿命长、密封效果好的门封条及具有其的门体组件。
为实现上述发明的目的,本发明提供了一种门封条,所述门封条具有主体部、连接部和形变部,所述连接部纵向连接在所述主体部的一侧,所述形变部纵向连接在所述主体部的另一侧,所述形变部和所述主体部之间形成有腔室,所述形变部上还设置有用于将所述腔室和外部相连通的开口部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述门封条是一体注塑成型而成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述门封条的材质为硅胶。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述腔室内设置有支撑筋,所述支撑筋由所述主体部朝向所述形变部垂直延伸而成,所述支撑筋的上端面与所述形变部之间留有间隙。

所述冰箱门具有冰箱门主体52、由冰箱门主体52向内凹陷形成的所述制冷间室53、用于打开和闭合所述制冷间室53的上述门体组件20。当所述门体组件20闭合在所述制冷间室53上时,所述门封条10压合在所述制冷间室开口周围的冰箱门主体52上,从而密封所述制冷间室53。
如此设置,能够有效防止制冷间室内的冷气泄露,提高制冷间室的制冷效果,节约能源。
综上,本发明所提供的技术方案能够有效解决长时间使用后门封条10容易老化、回弹效果差,门封条10的密封效果变差的问题。采用本发明提供的技术方案,能够有效提高门封条10的使用寿命,使门封条10不易老化且回弹效果好,能够提高门封条10的密封效果,同时结构简单,便于拆装,成本较低。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种门封条,其特征在于,所述门封条具有主体部、连接部和形变部,所述连接部纵向连接在所述主体部的一侧,所述形变部纵向连接在所述主体部的另一侧,所述形变部和所述主体部之间形成有腔室,所述形变部上还设置有用于将所述腔室和外部相连通的开口部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的门封条,其特征在于,所述门封条是一体注塑成型而成。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的门封条,其特征在于,所述门封条的材质为硅胶。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的门封条,其特征在于,所述腔室内设置有支撑筋,所述支撑筋由所述主体部朝向所述形变部垂直延伸而成,所述支撑筋的上端面与所述形变部之间留有间隙。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的门封条,其特征在于,所述形变部在所述开口部处向外延伸形成有第一密封沿。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的门封条,其特征在于,所述门封条具有横向连接在所述主体部一侧的第二密封沿。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的门封条,其特征在于,所述门封条具有横向连接在所述主体部另一侧的第三密封沿。
  8. 一种门体组件,包括门主体,其特征在于,所述门体组件还具有如权利要求1至7所述的门封条,所述门封条通过所述连接部设置在所述门主体上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的门体组件,其特征在于,所述连接部的横向宽度大于所述主体部的横向宽度,所述门主体向内凹陷形成有用于容置所述门封条的容置槽,所述容置槽具有底壁和两侧壁,所述侧壁上突出形成有卡扣,所述连接部设置于所述底壁和所述卡扣之间。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的门体组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣具有若干个,相邻所述卡扣之间间隔设置。
