纸塑产品自动成型机 【技术领域】

【背景技术】
鉴于塑料材料产品对环境的危害,目前已有发展以纸浆纤维材料及/或植物纤维材料混合打浆为浆质原料,再由一吸浆模进行吸浆附着浆料,然后经过热压定型技术制造而成的产品,一般称之为「纸塑产品」,或亦有称之为「模塑产品」或「纸浆模塑产品」者,与「塑料产品」在名称上做出区分。纸塑产品有容易回收再制造再利用的优势,符合环保再利用及节能减碳的潮流,因此快速受到工商业界及大众所接受并乐于采用,纸塑产品经常可见的例如:碗、盘、杯盖、包装材、避震材、垫材等等产品都渐有采用。
纸塑产品的制造基本上必须经过「吸浆成形」、「热压定型」、「成品转移」及「末端整理」诸道作业,其中,「吸浆成形」及「热压定型」这二道为纸塑产品主要的制造成型制程,一般必须经由一“纸塑产品自动成型机”来完成,至于「成品转移」及「末端整理」这二道则是完成纸塑产品的制造成型后,进一步将成品收集并转移给末端整理(例如:切边、检查、包装)的制程。因此可知,“纸塑产品自动成型机”是纸塑产品能够制造完成的重要推手,必须要有良好的“纸塑产品自动成型机”,并搭配适当的制造方法(制程步骤)才能制造成型出质量优良的纸塑产品。
一种习知纸塑产品自动成型机1,如图1及图2所示,作用上分成三区, 位于中间的是一吸浆成形区10,分位于该吸浆成形区10左右侧的都是一热压定型区20,为方便说明更区分成左热压定型区20L及右热压定型区20R的不同名称。实际作用流程上,由该吸浆成形区10进行第一轮吸浆完成第一个初胚后,即转换由该左热压定型区20L(或右热压定型区20R)接收以进行第一轮的热压定型作业,在转换后该吸浆成形区10随即进行第二轮吸浆完成第二个初胚,然后转换由该右热压定型区20R(或左热压定型区20L)接收以进行第二轮的热压定型作业,如此由该吸浆成形区10对应二侧的热压定型区20轮流进行初胚转换接收,可以加快作业流程,缩短整体工时。
由左右二区的热压定型区20搭配该吸浆成形区1组装而成的纸塑产品自动成型机1,一般即称之为双头式纸塑产品自动成型机;实际上,仅由单一区的热压定型区20搭配该吸浆成形区10工作,即可完成纸塑产品的成型制造,因此由单一区的热压定型区20搭配该吸浆成形区10组装而成的纸塑产品自动成型机1,一般称之为单头式纸塑产品自动成型机。
就单一侧的热压定型区20(不论是20L或20R)来看,如图3所示,该热压定型区20会形成一作用空间21,在该作用空间21内部包括有一热压上模22及一热压下模23,其中,该热压上模22的模面朝下,该热压上模22设置于该作用空间21内部靠上方位置,该热压上模22可以是挂设于一导轨上,以被推动做横向移动动作,或者该热压上模22也可以是被装设于一固定位置,各种装设上的可能端视制程的必要性而定;该热压下模23同样设置于该作用空间21内部并位于该热压上模22下方,该热压下模23的模面朝上并与该热压上模22的模面呈现为形状相应对称者,该热压下模23底部受一动力缸体24推动而可于需要时做直立向上位移动作,以与该热压上模22合模进行热压定型作业,复 于完成后由该动力缸体24带动该热压下模23下降到定点回位。

本发明实施例是一纸塑产品自动成型机3,如图4及图5所示,构造组成上分成位于中间的吸浆成形区30及分位于该吸浆成形区30左右侧的热压定型区40,为方便说明更区分成左热压定型区40L及右热压定型区40R的不同名称。
该吸浆成形区30在一作用空间31内设置有一浆箱32及一吸浆成型模33,其中,该浆箱32固定设置于该作用空间31的内部,该浆箱32的内部容装浆料,顶面为开口状;该吸浆成型模33沉浸于该浆箱32内部,起始(归零)状态时该吸浆成型模33的模面会低于该浆箱32的浆料面,该吸浆成型模33底部受一支 撑件带动而可做升降动作。
任一热压定型区40(不论是40L或40R),如图6所示,该热压定型区40形成一作用空间41,在该作用空间41内部包括有一热压上模42及一热压下模43,该热压上模42的模面朝下,该热压上模42设置于该作用空间41内部靠上方位置;该热压下模43同样设置于该作用空间41内部且位于该热压上模42下方,该热压下模4的模面朝上并与该热压上模22的模面呈现为形状相应对称者,该热压下模43底部受一动力缸体44推动而于需要时做直立向上移动动作,以与该热压上模42合模进行热压定型作业,复于完成热压定型作业后,由该动力缸体44带动该热压下模43下降到定点回位。
请配合参阅图7及图8所示,该热压下模43的四周底面向下各伸出一支持臂体431,该支持臂体431面向外侧的直立面上固定设置有一组呈上下排列的滑块432,可区分成位于上方的滑块432及位于下方的滑块432,请配合参阅图8A所示,该滑块432正面为一呈上下直立状的开口槽433,然后向内延伸后二侧扩大为一亦呈上下直立状的夹护滑槽434,该支持臂体431上于与该上方的滑块432相距一距离处固接一推动片435;该作用空间41内部下方有一平台状的基板44,该基板44上对应该支持臂体431的位置处各穿设有一穿置孔槽441,该基板44上于对应于分位二侧的支持臂体431邻接外侧各锁固一支持框架45,该支持框架45的前、后柱体面上各接设一呈上下走向的支持板体451,然后于该支持板体451的内面上分别锁固一同呈上下走向的导轨46,请配合参阅图7A所示,该导轨46主要是向二侧各伸出一呈上下走向的轨条461,作用上由该支持框架45的支持,该支持板体451及该导轨46的下段皆宽松性穿置入对应的穿置孔槽441内固定性存在,同时在该热压下模43向下移动的过程中,该支持 臂体431的下段及该组滑块432也会宽松性向下穿置入对应的穿置孔槽441内停留(其动作后会述及),该支持板体451的顶面上固接一接设板452,供锁接接设一呈蛇腹状可做上下方向伸展及收缩的保护罩47,该保护罩47的下端呈现自由端,该保护罩47在未受外力推压时是呈现伸展状态,若下端的自由端受到向上推压力量作用时则该保护罩47即呈现向上直立向收缩的状态。
组装上,将每一支持臂体431对应到一导轨46,并由该支持臂体431上成组的滑块432,由其开口槽433夹套住对应的导轨46,并由其夹护滑槽434依序穿套住该导轨46二侧的轨条461,组装状态如图9所示,如此该热压下模43底面四周所伸出的支持臂体431,由该滑块432皆夹套住该导轨46所产生的扶持作用,使该热压下模43四个角落受到很稳固的辅助性支持,因此当该热压下模43受到该动力缸体44推动而做上升或下降的动作时,该滑块432即会沿着该轨条461同步上升或下降,并随时护持该热压下模43的四个角落很平衡地升降,不会有任何倾斜的现象发生,使得该热压下模43与该热压上模42正确合模,进而产生出质量良好的产品。
如图10所示,该支持臂体431上位于上方的滑块432夹套住对应的导轨46完成组装后,其上方的推动片433会抵到该保护罩47下端的自由端,此时该保护罩47呈现伸展状态,所以可以保护该导轨46免受灰尘沾染;然后当该滑块432受该热压下模43上升动作推动而沿着该轨条461同步上升时,如图11所示,该推动片433会推动该保护罩47向上直立向收缩,最终在该热压下模43与该热压上模42正确合模时,因该热压下模43的上升动作停止,所以该保护罩47会形成最大收缩的状态(如图11所示),然后当该热压上模42受该动力缸体44推动下降时,因该滑块432沿着该轨条461同步下降,所以该保护罩 47即慢慢伸展开来,而恢复图10所示的状态;在该热压下模43向下移动的过程中,该支持臂体431的下段及该组滑块432当然即向下穿置入对应的穿置孔槽441内停留。
由以上说明可知,本发明是在纸塑产品自动成型机的热压定型区中改善热压下模升降的稳定性,最大特点在于该热压下模的四周底面向下各伸出一支持臂体,该支持臂体面向外侧的直立面上固设有一滑块;该热压定型区的作用空间内部下方有一基板,该基板上对应该支持臂体的位置处各穿设有一穿置孔槽,该基板上对应于分为二侧的支持臂体邻接外侧锁固一支持框架,该支持框架的前、后柱体面上各接设一支持板体,该支持板体的内面上锁固一导轨,该支持臂体上的滑块可穿套住该导轨,当该热压下模上升或下降时,该滑块即沿着该导轨同步上升或下降,以护持该热压下模平衡升降,进而使热压下模与热压上模可以正确合模,以增进产品质量。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种纸塑产品自动成型机,具有一吸浆成形区及一热压定型区,该吸浆成形区在一作用空间内设置有一浆箱及一吸浆成型模,该浆箱内部容装浆料,该吸浆成型模于该作用空间内升降,并于该浆箱吸浆成形初胚;该热压定型区在一作用空间内设置有一热压上模及一热压下模,该热压上模设置于该作用空间内部上方位置,该热压下模设置于该作用空间内部且位于该热压上模下方,该热压下模底部受一动力缸体推动做上下移动动作,其特征在于:该热压下模四周底面向下伸出一支持臂体,该支持臂体外侧直立面上固设一滑块,该作用空间内部下方有一基板,该基板上对应该支持臂体处穿设有一穿置孔槽,该基板上对应于分位二侧的支持臂体外侧锁固一支持框架,该支持框架的前、后柱体面上接设一支持板体,该支持板体的内面上锁固一导轨,该支持臂体上的滑块穿套住该导轨,当该热压下模升降时,该滑块即沿着该导轨同步升降,以护持该热压下模平衡升降。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纸塑产品自动成型机,其特征在于:该滑块区分成位于上方的滑块及位于下方的滑块。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的纸塑产品自动成型机,其特征在于:该滑块正面为一呈上下直立状的开口槽,向内延伸后二侧扩大为一呈上下直立状的夹护滑槽;该导轨向二侧各伸出一呈上下走向的轨条;每一支持臂体对应到一导轨,并由该支持臂体上的滑块,由其开口槽夹套住对应的导轨,并由其夹护滑槽依序穿套住该导轨二侧的轨条。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的纸塑产品自动成型机,其特征在于:该支持 臂体上于与该滑块相距一距离处固接一推动片,该支持板体的顶面上固接一接设板,该接设板底面锁接一呈蛇腹状做上下方向伸展及收缩的保护罩,该保护罩的下端呈现自由端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的纸塑产品自动成型机,其特征在于:该支持臂体上的滑块夹套住对应的导轨后,该推动片抵到该保护罩下端的自由端,该保护罩呈现伸展状态。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的纸塑产品自动成型机,其特征在于:该滑块受该热压下模上升动作推动而沿着该轨条同步上升时,该推动片推动该保护罩向上收缩,终于该热压下模与该热压上模合模时,该保护罩形成最大收缩状态。
