一种用于煎饼果子机器人的翻饼装置 技术领域
本发明主要应用在食品加工领域,进一步用在智能化全自动煎饼果子机器人中。
背景技术
随着社会的不断进步,城市的规模越来越大,每天在单位和家之间长距离奔波已是普遍现象,为了节省时间,特别是早上,很多人都选择在上班途中解决早餐问题,而煎饼果子因加工时间短,携带方便成了大多数人的选择。然而煎饼果子目前还是处于最原始的加工水平状态,无论是食品的质量还是卫生都无法得到保障,但今天的人们对食品的质量和卫生的在意程度却越来越高。因此急需一款设备,可以提供质量和卫生都有保障的煎饼果子。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明提供了一种用于煎饼果子机器人的翻饼装置,实现了煎饼果子在无人化加工过程中的自动翻饼功能。
(二)技术方案
本发明由卷筒、压件、气缸支撑件、气缸、布气件和夹具母头组成。当要执行翻饼动作时,机械臂通过夹具母头与翻饼装置连接,并 给翻饼装置提供气源。机械臂抓取到翻饼装置后将翻饼装置的夹饼端紧贴在锅面的边缘并使翻饼装置的夹饼端紧贴锅面向前推移,直到夹饼端插入煎饼果子底面且深入40毫米左右,气缸伸出,压件向下运动将煎饼果子夹紧。机械臂带动翻饼装置继续向前推移并逐步的从锅面抬起,同时翻饼装置整体绕夹具母头轴顺时针旋转将煎饼果子卷在卷筒的外表面,直到将煎饼果子完全从锅面分离,机械臂带动翻饼装置以及煎饼果子往回平移到锅边缘使得煎饼果子的边缘正好搭在锅边缘上,这个过程中,翻饼装置距锅面的距离保持不变,接着机械臂再次带动翻饼装置以及煎饼果子向前平移,并且使翻饼装置缓慢的靠近锅面,同时翻饼装置整体绕夹具母头轴逆时针旋转,将煎饼果子逐步放在锅面上,当煎饼果子完全放在锅面上后,气缸回缩,压件向上运动将煎饼果子松开,布气件同时向夹饼端吹气,使得煎饼果子和翻饼装置彻底分离,至此完成了煎饼果子反面。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明提供了一种用于煎饼果子机器人的翻饼装置,实现了煎饼果子机器人自动翻转饼皮的功能,为煎饼果子机器人无人化加工解决了最难实现的一步,因翻转前的煎饼果子饼皮较软,采用其他方式翻饼成功率较低,想翻转后饼皮能够平整落到锅面且使饼皮中心与锅中心重合,均需人工参与,很难实现无人化加工。使用本发明的翻饼装置能够实现100%翻饼成功,解决上述问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施案例,对本发明的具体实施方式进一步详细描述。以下实例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明由卷筒(1)、压件(2)、气缸支撑件(3)、气缸(5)、布气件(6)和夹具母头(4)组成,并与机械臂配合,实现快速翻饼的功能。
气缸支撑件(3)通过卷筒(1)两端的螺柱固定在卷筒(1)上,气缸(5)的伸出端穿过气缸支撑件(3),并固定在气缸支撑件(3)上,压件(2)的两端分别与两个气缸(5)的伸出端连接,并与卷筒(1)底面保持平行,当气缸(5)伸缩时,压件(2)相对于卷筒(1)底面做上下运动,实现夹饼功能。
夹具母头(4)固定在卷筒(1)右侧端面上实现与机械臂连接。
布气件(6)固定在卷筒(1)底面中部内表面上,出气口朝向夹饼端,当翻饼动作完成后,实现将饼和翻饼装置分离的功能。
卷筒(1)整个表面开透气孔,防止煎饼果子和卷筒因水蒸气粘连导致翻饼失败。
卷筒(1)和压件(2)表面镀铁氟龙,防止煎饼果子和卷筒因粘连而导致翻饼失败。
