本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种制饼模具装置。
其技术方案是：制饼模具装置，包括底板、下模、上模和手压柄，所述底板的一端垂直设有立柱，立柱的上端通过轴连接手压柄的一端，手压柄能绕轴旋转至底板上部；所述底板的中部固定设有下模，手压柄的中部固定设有上模，手压柄旋转至底板上部时，下模与上模吻合相对接。
其中，所述下模为圆饼状，其一侧外沿设有凹环，凹环内侧为向另一侧凹陷的球面结构；所述上模为圆饼状，其一侧外沿设有凸环，凸环内侧为向另一侧凹陷的球面结构；所述凸环与凹环相对吻合。所述手压柄的设有防滑手柄。
本实用新型与现有技术相比较，具有以下优点：设计合理、结构简单、容易制作，在将面团压制成饼时，省时省力、劳动强度小且大小均匀。

参照图1、图2和图3，一种制饼模具装置，包括底板1、下模2、上模3和手压柄4，所述底板1的一端垂直设有立柱5，立柱5的上端通过轴6连接手压柄4的一端，手压柄4能绕轴6旋转至底板1上部；所述底板1的中部固定设有下模2，手压柄4的中部固定设有上模3，手压柄4旋转至底板1上部时，下模2与上模3吻合相对接。所述下模2为圆饼状，其一侧外沿设有凹环21，凹环21内侧为向另一侧凹陷的球面结构22；所述上模3为圆饼状，其一侧外沿设有凸环31，凸环31内侧为向另一侧凹陷的球面结构32；所述凸环31与凹环21相对吻合。所述手压柄4的设有防滑手柄7。
图2为本装置平时放置状态，使用时手拿防滑手柄7向上抬起至图1状态，在下模2和上模3球面结构22、32上涂抹一些面粉，用于防止面团粘在下模2和上模3上，将揉好的面团放置在下模2上，手拿防滑手柄7下压至图1状态，使凸环31与凹环21相对吻合即可，然后抬起防滑手柄7即可取出压制好的饼，可直接将压制好的饼送烤。
本实用新型设计合理、结构简单、容易制作，在将面团压制成饼时，省时省力、劳动强度小且大小均匀。
