技术领域
本申请涉及洗衣机技术领域,例如涉及一种洗衣机的电机皮带限位调节结构。
背景技术
工业洗衣机由电机通过皮带变速带动内胆转动、且在时序控制器作用下正反旋转,带动水和衣物作不同步运动,使水和衣物等相互摩擦、揉搓,达到洗净效果。现有的工业洗衣机,电机固定在外筒下方,通过皮带连接电机的带轮与洗衣机皮带盘完成传动,实现洗衣机滚筒的旋转。
洗衣机电机的传统安装方式通常是在外筒上设置安装架,将电机固定在安装架上。这种安装方式,电机的位置固定后不可调节,导致皮带的松紧度不能调节,安装调试困难。此外,在连接皮带与电机带轮过程中外筒容易转动,装配难度高。
发明内容
本申请提供一种洗衣机的电机皮带限位调节结构。
本申请公开一种洗衣机的电机皮带限位调节结构,包括:
固定支架,设置于洗衣机的外筒上,所述洗衣机的电机安装于所述固定支架上,所述电机在所述固定支架上的安装高度可调;
调节组件,设置于所述固定支架上,设置为调节所述电机的安装高度;
限位组件,所述限位组件的一端与所述固定支架连接,所述限位组件的另一端与所述外筒连接。

如图1至图3所示,本实施例提供一种洗衣机的电机皮带限位调节结构,该洗衣机的电机皮带限位调节结构包括固定支架1、调节组件2和限位组件3。
其中,固定支架1设置于洗衣机的外筒100上,洗衣机的电机200安装于固定支架1上,且电机200在固定支架1上的安装高度可调。调节组件2设置于固定支架1上,用于调节电机200的安装高度。
参阅图1和图2,电机200的皮带300的一端绕设于电机200的皮带轮201上,另一端绕设于外筒100的皮带盘101上。安装调试电机200和皮带300时,通过调节组件2微调电机200在固定支架1上的安装高度,即可调节皮带轮201与皮带盘101之间的间距,从而调节皮带300的松紧程度,实现电机200的皮带300的快速调试安装。即调节组件2的设置使得皮带300能够达到合适的松紧度,从而减小洗衣机噪声,提高洗衣机装配质量,同时皮带300保持合适的松紧度能够减小皮带300与皮带轮201及皮带盘101之间的磨损,延长皮带300使用寿命。皮带300过松会导致皮带300打滑现象,皮带300过紧会导致皮带300磨损严重和电机轴承损坏。
限位组件3的一端与固定支架1连接,另一端与外筒100连接,也就是说固定支架1与外筒100之间不会相对转动,即电机200与外筒100之间不会相对转动,在安装皮带300时,限位组件3能够对电机200起到限位作用,便于皮带300的安装调试,提高装配效率。
本实施例中,通过测量皮带300的振动频率来判断皮带300是否符合安装要求,例如,当皮带300调节至一定的松紧度后,测量皮带300的振动频率,若不满足要求则再次通过调节组件2调节皮带300的松紧度,直至皮带300的振动频率满足要求即可。振动频率测量简单,使得皮带300的松紧度更容易判断。在其他实施例中,也可通过测量皮带300的张力判断皮带300是否符合安装要求。
在一实施例中,参阅图3,该限位调节结构还包括安装架4,电机200通过安装架4安装于固定支架1上,安装架4在固定支架1上的安装高度可调。通过调整安装架4在固定支架1上的位置可调节电机200相对固定支架1的高度,实现电机200的皮带轮201与外筒100的皮带盘101之间的间距调节。
在一实施例中,参阅图3和图6,固定支架1包括底板11,底板11相对的两侧边分别设置有第一支撑板12和第二支撑板13,安装架4与第一支撑板12和第二支撑板13活动连接。例如,安装架4包括第一杆41、第二杆42、第一支架43和第二支架44。第一支架43和第二支架44的一端均与第一杆41转动 连接,另一端均与第二杆42转动连接。第一杆41和第二杆42的一端均与第一支撑板12连接,另一端均与第二支撑板13连接,第二杆42在第一支撑板12和第二支撑板13上的安装高度可调。通过调节第二杆42的安装高度能够调节电机200相对底板11的高度,进而调节皮带轮201与皮带盘101的间距,实现皮带300的松紧度调节。
如图3所示,电机200的一端固定于第一支架43上,另一端固定于第二支架44上。本实施例中,第一支架43和第二支架44均包括圆筒结构以及设置于圆筒结构两侧的支腿,两个圆筒结构分别套设于电机200外壳的两端,两个支腿分别与第一杆41和第二杆42转动连接。当第二杆42相对第一支撑板12和第二支撑板13移动时,两个支腿能够相对第一杆41和第二杆42转动,以适应支腿与第一杆41和第二杆42之间的角度变化。
在一实施例中,参阅图5和图6,第一支撑板12和第二支撑板13上均设置有条形孔121,条形孔121沿电机200的移动方向延伸,第二杆42的一端穿过第一支撑板12的条形孔121,另一端穿过第二支撑板13的条形孔121,第二杆42在条形孔121内的位置可调。通过调节第二杆42在条形孔121内的位置能够调节第二杆42相对底板11的高度,即调整第二杆42在第一支撑板12和第二支撑板13上的安装高度,实现电机200在固定支架1上的高度调节,从而能够调整皮带300的松紧度。
在一实施例中,参阅图3和图4,调节组件2包括螺纹杆21以及位置可调地设置于螺纹杆21上的调节螺母22,第一支撑板12远离底板11的一侧边设置有翻边122,翻边122朝背向电机200的一侧延伸。螺纹杆21的一端与第二杆42连接,另一端活动贯穿翻边122,调节螺母22位于翻边122背向第二杆42的一侧。调整皮带300松紧度时,旋拧调节螺母22,使螺纹杆21带动第二杆42在条形孔121内移动,从而实现第二杆42的安装高度调节,即调整电机200在固定支架1上的安装高度。本实施例采用调节螺母22与螺纹杆21的螺纹连接方式实现第二杆42的位置调节,能够精准控制第二杆42的调节幅度,确保皮带300松紧程度符合设计要求。
例如,在图3中,旋拧调节螺母22使第二杆42在条形孔121内向上移动时,电机200位置抬高,皮带300张紧。旋拧调节螺母22使第二杆42在条形孔121内向下移动时电机200位置降低,皮带300变松。
在一实施例中,参阅图3和图4,调节组件2还包括连接板23,连接板23的一端与第二杆42连接,另一端与螺纹杆21连接。本实施例中,连接板23包 括呈夹角设置的第一板231和第二板232,第一板231与第一支撑板12平行,第二板232与翻边122平行。第二杆42伸出第一支撑板12的一端贯穿第一板231,螺纹杆21依次贯穿第二板232和翻边122,旋拧调节螺母22时,螺纹杆21通过连接板23带动第二杆42在条形孔121内上下移动。连接板23的设置能够保证螺纹杆21与第二杆42之间的连接稳定性,以使电机200稳定抬高或降低。
在一实施例中,参阅图3和图5,限位组件3包括防转板31,防转板31的一端与外筒100连接,另一端与固定支架1连接。防转板31上设置有连接耳板,连接耳板通过螺栓与固定支架1的第一支撑板12连接。在一实施例中,防转板31上设置有延伸板32,延伸板32朝向固定支架1延伸,并伸入固定支架1的下方与固定支架1的底板11抵接。延伸板32与底板11抵接能够增强防转板31对固定支架1的限位作用,确保固定支架1不会相对外筒100移动。

    固定支架(1),设置于洗衣机的外筒(100)上,所述洗衣机的电机(200)安装于所述固定支架(1)上,所述电机(200)在所述固定支架(1)上的安装高度可调;
    调节组件(2),设置于所述固定支架(1)上,设置为调节所述电机(200)的安装高度;
    限位组件(3),所述限位组件(3)的一端与所述固定支架(1)连接,所述限位组件(3)的另一端与所述外筒(100)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机的电机皮带限位调节结构,还包括安装架(4),所述电机(200)通过所述安装架(4)安装于所述固定支架(1)上,所述安装架(4)在所述固定支架(1)上的安装高度可调。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机的电机皮带限位调节结构,其中,所述固定支架(1)包括底板(11),所述底板(11)相对的两侧边分别设置有第一支撑板(12)和第二支撑板(13),所述安装架(4)与所述第一支撑板(12)和所述第二支撑板(13)活动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机的电机皮带限位调节结构,其中,所述安装架(4)包括第一杆(41)、第二杆(42)、第一支架(43)和第二支架(44),所述第一支架(43)和所述第二支架(44)的一端分别与所述第一杆(41)转动连接,所述第一支架(43)和所述第二支架(44)的另一端分别与所述第二杆(42)转动连接,所述第一杆(41)和所述第二杆(42)的一端分别与所述第一支撑板(12)连接,所述第一杆(41)和所述第二杆(42)的另一端分别与所述第二支撑板(13)连接,所述第二杆(42)在所述第一支撑板(12)和所述第二支撑板(13)上的安装高度可调,所述电机(200)的一端固定于所述第一支架(43)上,所述电机(200)的另一端固定于所述第二支架(44)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机的电机皮带限位调节结构,其中,所述第一支撑板(12)和所述第二支撑板(13)上分别设置有条形孔(121),所述条形孔(121)沿所述电机(200)的移动方向延伸,所述第二杆(42)的一端穿过所述第一支撑板(12)的条形孔(121),所述第二杆(42)的另一端穿过所述第二支撑板(13)的条形孔(121),所述第二杆(42)在所述条形孔(121)内的位置可调。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机的电机皮带限位调节结构,其中,所述调节组件(2)包括螺纹杆(21)以及位置可调地设置于所述螺纹杆(21)上的调节 螺母(22),所述第一支撑板(12)远离所述底板(11)的一侧边设置有翻边(122),所述螺纹杆(21)的一端与所述第二杆(42)连接,所述螺纹杆(21)的另一端活动贯穿所述翻边(122),所述调节螺母(22)位于所述翻边(122)背向所述第二杆(42)的一侧,旋拧所述调节螺母(22)能够调节所述第二杆(42)在所述第一支撑板(12)和所述第二支撑板(13)上的安装高度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机的电机皮带限位调节结构,其中,所述调节组件(2)还包括连接板(23),所述连接板(23)的一端与所述第二杆(42)连接,所述连接板(23)的另一端与所述螺纹杆(21)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机的电机皮带限位调节结构,其中,所述连接板(23)包括呈夹角设置的第一板(231)和第二板(232),所述第一板(231)与所述第一支撑板(12)平行,所述第二板(232)与所述翻边(122)平行。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机的电机皮带限位调节结构,其中,所述限位组件(3)包括防转板(31),所述防转板(31)的一端与所述外筒(100)连接,所述防转板(31)的另一端与所述固定支架(1)连接,所述防转板(31)上设置有延伸板(32),所述延伸板(32)朝向所述固定支架(1)延伸,并伸入所述固定支架(1)的下方与所述固定支架(1)抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的洗衣机的电机皮带限位调节结构,其中,所述外筒(100)上设置有第一侧板(5)和第二侧板(6),所述固定支架(1)的一端与所述第一侧板(5)连接,所述固定支架(1)的另一端与所述第二侧板(6)连接。
