本发明涉及化妆品软管的技术领域,更具体地说,它具体涉及一种出液容器,包括容器本体、盖体和密封件,盖体安装于容器本体的出液口上,用于对出液口解封和密封;盖体和密封件活动连接,所述盖体从所述容器本体上分离时,同步驱动所述密封件对出液口解封;当所述盖体和容器本体结合时,同步驱动所述密封件对出液口密封。本发明结构合理简单,密封性强,避免乳液浪费和污染。

Description

一种出液容器 技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品软管的技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种出液容器。
背景技术
化妆品的包装形式中,软管类包装形式具有便携、密封、使用方便等优点,便于随身携带随时随地使用而广受人们欢迎。目前乳液形式的包装软管构造一般为软管本体和盖体,软管的出液端会有出液头,为了实现对出液头在静态状态下的密封,市面上的常见密封方法和结构采用的是在盖体内顶部设置顶针。在盖体和软管连接的同时,顶针会插入出液头的出液孔内实现堵塞的效果。
但是上述结构会导致顶针蘸取软管内的乳液,将盖体取下后,顶针上的乳液会弄脏盖体的同时也造成的乳液的浪费。
这些问题对消费者造成无法充分满足对产品的满足感的缺点,从而对产品销售产生不良影响,因此持续进行能够解决上述问题的化妆品容器的开发。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理简单,密封性强,避免在使用过程中由于密封时顶针蘸取乳液而污染盖体,从而造成使用不便的出液容器。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种出液容器,包括:
容器本体,用于收容乳液,其一端具有出液口;
盖体,与容器本体相结合、或与容器本体相分离;
密封件,安装于容器本体的出液口上,用于对出液口解封和密封。
本发明进一步设置为:容器本体上具有用于盖体连接的连接部,出液口开设于连接部上,密封件和连接部活动连接,
所述密封件内具有供乳液流出的排出通道,密封件和连接部之间设有弹簧,该弹簧的两端分别和密封件及连接部连接,
在盖体和容器本体相结合的状态下,密封件受盖体的压力,密封件对出液口密封;
在盖体和容器本体分离的状态下,密封件受弹簧的作用力而在连接部上升,实现出液口被解封。
本发明进一步设置为:所述密封件包括外部件和内部件,外部件和内部件之间形成有供连接部伸入的槽腔,排出通道为内部件的中空构造,排出通道的出口口径小于其本体直径。
本发明进一步设置为:所述连接部上具有插接部,插接部上设有供内部件伸入的插接槽;
在插接槽内成型有可伸入排出通道的导向部,导向部上端延伸具有用于密封排出通道出口的杆部,导向部的底部和插接槽之间开设有缺口,缺口为供乳液流出的出液口,
弹簧套设在杆部的外周壁上,弹簧的一端和杆部的根部连接,另一端和内部件的顶端面抵触,并且对密封件支撑。
本发明进一步设置为:所述连接部的外周壁上开设有滑槽,在外 部件的内壁上具有凸起的滑块,滑块置于滑槽内可相对滑槽滑动。
本发明进一步设置为:所述盖体和连接部采用螺纹的方式连接。本发明进一步设置为:所述内部件的外壁上具体环形凸起,当内部件插入插接槽时,该环形凸起和插接槽的内壁抵触。
本发明进一步设置为:所述槽腔的截面呈锥状,插接部的端部具有和槽腔适配的倒角部。
对比现有技术的不足,本发明的有益效果为:
通过在出液口上设置全新的密封件,通过密封件可和盖体在与容器本体相结合、或相分离时,同步实现对出液口的密封和解封。无需再在盖体上设置顶针而对出液口进行堵塞密封。进而避免了乳液被蘸取而污染盖体。
采用密封件对出液口密封的联动式密封,利用杆部和排出通道口的填充导通,能进一步提高密封性。
通过将导向部的两侧壁开设有缺口来形成出液口,然后再通过调节密封件的路径变化,来将出液口和排出通道的导通来实现乳液的排除,可提高出液的均匀性。

具体实施方式
根据图1提供的爆炸结构和图2盖体和容器本体相结合的状态下示意图所示。
一种出液容器,包括:容器本体1、盖体2和密封件3。
容器本体1可以在内部收容乳液,其内部构成储料腔101,其上部本体的出液口可利用盖体2而封闭或开放。乳液可以为洗面奶、身体乳、妆前乳、精华等。
容器本体1可以由上部本体和下部本体11形成,下部本体11用于储藏乳液,上部本体用于将挤压出的乳液排除容器本体1外。以下上部本体称为:连接部4。
如图2所示:连接部4从下部本体11的上部向上延伸并形成出液口,在连接部4上安装后述的密封件3,并可在外周面形成外螺纹41以便与盖体2相结合。外螺纹41可构成为对应于盖体2的内螺纹200,以便使容器本体1与盖体2通过螺纹结合。
上述的下部本体11和连接部4以一体型的方式成型制备,可形成容器本体1,或者可在以分离型成型制备后,组装固定而形成容器本体1。 就本实施例的容器本体1而言,其形态或结构等没有特别限制,可制备成利用的可方便密封件3活动任意形态或结构。
盖体2可与容器本体1相结合、或与容器本体1相分离,而可封闭或开放容器本体1的连接部4。
如图9-图11所示:盖体2可由外盖2a和内塞2b形成,内塞2b的内周面形成内螺纹200,以便螺纹结合于容器本体1的连接部4,并且可在连接部4的外部设置可相对其活动的密封件3。
关于外盖2a,在内侧结合并固定有内塞2b,并与容器本体1一同形成化妆品容器的外观。外盖和内塞可成型制备成一体型或分离型。上述外盖和内塞可成型制备成一体型,从而可形成盖体2,或者,可在成型制备成分离型后,组装固定而形成盖体2。
密封件3安装于容器本体1的出液口100上,用于对出液口100解封和密封。
在盖体2和容器本体分离的状态下,密封件3受弹簧6的作用力而在连接部上升,排出通道和出液口导通,实现出液口被解封。
工作原理:通过将盖体2从容器本体上旋转上升的同时,弹簧6同步复位,在弹簧6复位时,其会将密封件3顶起位移,使得排出通道和出液口连通,进而实现乳液的出液。在盖体2和连接部组合后,密封件3受盖体2的压力向下,使得排出通道的出口,实现对出液口的密封。
如图12-图14所示:
密封件3可包括外部件3a和内部件3b,外部件3a和内部件3b之 间形成有槽腔301,内部件3b的外壁上具体环形凸起,当内部件插入插接槽时,该环形凸起和插接槽的内壁抵触。
内部件3b内部贯穿有供乳液流出的排出通道,排出通道上用于乳液排出体外的出口口径小于其本身的内径。
外部件3a的内周壁上凸起有滑块32,外部件3a的外周壁上开设有卡槽。槽腔的截面呈锥状,插接部的端部具有和槽腔适配的倒角部。如图3-图6所示:
在密封件3和连接部4连接后,滑块32刚好设置对接在滑槽40内。通过盖子从连接部上的脱离,密封件不再受盖子的压力后,弹簧6会作用在密封件,进而实现密封件3相对连接部4升起,进而使得排出通道300和出液口100导通,实现出液。
当盖子再次和连接部连接后,密封件收到挤压,其和连接部的各个部件适配,使得其排出通道300和连接部4的出液口不再导通,实现密封。
上述密封件3的各个部件可成型制备成一体型,也可在制作成分离型后,进行组装来形成。
对应密封件3结构的构造,方便密封件3和连接部4的组装。在连接部4上设置了插接部5,插接部5设置的位置为在连接部4的端头上,故而使得出液口100落在插接部5上。

如图7和图8所示:在插接槽50内成型有导向部5a,导向部5a 上端具有用于密封或解封排出通道其出口30的杆部51。导向部5a呈筒型状,杆部51为圆柱状。杆部51的直径大小根据排出通道出口30而设计,使得其能够刚好填充排出通道出口30。该通道出口30的口径小于其本体的直径。
在密封件的升降过程中,通过杆部51在排出通道的活动,对排出通道的出口30的填充来实现对乳液的阻流。
导向部5a的底部和容器本体1导通且具有缺口,缺口在导向部的底部和插接槽之间,该缺口即为上述的出液口100,目的在于将容器下部本体11内乳液挤出后能够经出液口100通至上述排出通道300内。
杆部51上套设有弹簧6,弹簧6的一端固定在杆部51的底端,另一端和内部件的顶端面抵触。在密封件在升降过程中通过弹簧的进一步引导支撑,能避免密封件卡顿。进而提高产品使用的舒适性。
在导向部5a成型时,杆部51可为其成型后组装结构也可以为一体成型结构。上述构造的目的,在乳液从出液口100流出时,是由导向部5a内部往外部方向流出,必须要需要经过其厚度的缺口,能够有效的避免堵塞。而且当乳液通过弹簧时,受到弹簧的收缩力和施放力,能够起到阻流和增流的效果。
为了更好的配合出液,可将出液口100的底面设置为倾斜的斜面结构或者弧形的斜面状。
在盖体2和容器本体1相结合的状态下,杆部51的上部和排出通道出口30填充,并且内部件3b将出液口100遮盖,挤压容器下部体 无法流出乳液供使用。
正常使用时,通过挤压容器下部本体11,乳液会经过连接部4出液口排出至排出通道300,最后从排出通道出口30排出供人使用。另外,外部件3a的外周壁向中轴线方向凹陷呈弧形状。增加美观度的同时,方便乳液挤出涂覆在肌肤上,可以将外部件3a端口,即排出通道300出口的端面设置和肌肤接触舒服的弧形构造。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案范围内进行通常的变化和替换都应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

  1. 一种出液容器,其特征在于:包括
    容器本体,用于收容乳液,其一端具有出液口;
    盖体,与容器本体相结合、或与容器本体相分离;
    密封件,安装于容器本体的出液口上,用于对出液口解封和密封。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种出液容器,其特征在于:
    容器本体上具有用于盖体连接的连接部,出液口开设于连接部上,密封件和连接部活动连接,
    所述密封件内具有供乳液流出的排出通道,密封件和连接部之间设有弹簧,该弹簧的两端分别和密封件及连接部连接,
    在盖体和容器本体相结合的状态下,密封件受盖体的压力,密封件对出液口密封;
    在盖体和容器本体分离的状态下,密封件受弹簧的作用力而在连接部上升,实现出液口被解封。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种出液容器,其特征在于:所述密封件包括外部件和内部件,外部件和内部件之间形成有供连接部伸入的槽腔,排出通道为内部件的中空构造,排出通道的出口口径小于其本体直径。

  7. 根据权利要求5所述一种出液容器,其特征在于:所述内部件的外壁上具体环形凸起,当内部件插入插接槽时,该环形凸起和插接槽的内壁抵触。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述一种出液容器,其特征在于:所述槽腔的截面呈锥状,插接部的端部具有和槽腔适配的倒角部。
