本发明涉及化妆品软管的技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及出液容器。
背景技术
化妆品的包装形式中,软管类包装形式具有便携、密封、使用方便等优点,便于随身携带随时随地使用而广受人们欢迎。目前乳液形式的包装软管构造一般为软管本体和盖体,软管的出液端会有出液头,为了实现对出液头在静态状态下的密封,市面上的常见密封方法和结构采用的是在盖体内顶部设置顶针。在盖体和软管连接的同时,顶针会插入出液头的出液孔内实现堵塞的效果。
但是上述结构会导致顶针蘸取软管内的乳液,将盖体取下后,顶针上的乳液会弄脏盖体,的同时也造成的乳液的浪费。
这些问题对消费者造成无法充分满足对产品的满足感的缺点,从而对产品销售产生不良影响,因此持续进行能够解决上述问题的化妆品容器的开发。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理简单,密封性强,避免在使用过程中由于密封时顶针蘸取乳液而污染盖体,从而造成使用不便的出液容器。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
出液容器,包括:
容器本体,用于收容乳液,其一端具有出液口;
盖体,与容器本体相结合、或与容器本体相分离;
密封件,安装于容器本体的出液口上,用于对出液口解封和密封;所述盖体和密封件活动连接,当所述盖体从所述容器本体上分离时, 同步驱动所述密封件对出液口解封;当所述盖体和容器本体结合时,同步驱动所述密封件对出液口密封。
本发明进一步设置为:容器本体,具有供盖体螺纹连接的连接部,所述出液口开设于连接部的端头上,所述连接部外周壁还具有轨道;密封件,具有供乳液流出的排出通道,所述密封件套于连接部上,密封件内周壁上凸起有滑块,该滑块置于轨道内,且相对轨道滑动,密封件外周壁开设有卡槽;

对比现有技术的不足,本发明的有益效果为:
通过在出液口上设置全新的密封件,通过密封件可和盖体在与容器本体相结合、或相分离时,同步实现对出液口的密封和解封。无需再在盖体上设置顶针而对出液口进行堵塞密封。进而避免了乳液被蘸取而污染盖体。
采用密封件对出液口密封的联动式密封,利用杆部和排出通道口的填充导通,能进一步提高密封性。
通过将导向部的两侧壁开设有缺口来形成出液口,然后再通过调节密封件的路径变化,来将出液口和排出通道的导通来实现乳液的排除,可提高出液的均匀性。

具体实施方式
根据图1提供的爆炸结构和图2盖体和容器本体相结合的状态下示意图所示。
出液容器,包括:容器本体1、盖体2和密封件3。
容器本体1可以在内部收容乳液,其内部构成储料腔101,其上部本体的出液口可利用盖体2而封闭或开放。乳液可以为洗面奶、身体乳、妆前乳、精华等。
容器本体1可以由上部本体和下部本体11形成,下部本体11用于储藏乳液,上部本体用于将挤压出的乳液排除容器本体1外。以下上部本体称为:连接部4。
如图2所示:连接部4从下部本体11的上部向上延伸并形成出液口,在连接部4上安装后述的密封件3,并可在外周面形成外螺纹41以便与盖体2相结合。外螺纹41可构成为对应于盖体2的内螺纹200,以便使容器本体1与盖体2通过螺纹结合。
上述的下部本体11和连接部4以一体型的方式成型制备,可形成容器本体1,或者可在以分离型成型制备后,组装固定而形成容器本体1。就本实施例的容器本体1而言,其形态或结构等没有特别限制,可制备成利用的可方便密封件3活动任意形态或结构。
盖体2可与容器本体1相结合、或与容器本体1相分离,而可封闭或开放容器本体1的连接部4。
如图9-图11所示:盖体2可由外盖2a和内塞2b形成,内塞2b的内周面形成内螺纹200,以便螺纹结合于容器本体1的连接部4,并 且可在连接部4的外部设置可相对其活动的密封件3。

内部件3b内部贯穿有供乳液流出的排出通道,排出通道上用于乳液排出体外的出口口径小于其本身的内径。
外部件3a的内周壁上凸起有滑块32,外部件3a的外周壁上开设有卡槽。
如图3-图6所示:
在密封件3和连接部4连接后,滑块32刚好设置对接在螺纹状的轨道501内。可旋转密封件3使得滑块32相对轨道501滑动,进而实现密封件3相对连接部4升降,以便密封件3相对出液口100的升降,上述动态关系的结构的原理和螺纹连接方式是一样的。
上述密封件3的各个部件可成型制备成一体型,也可在制作成分离型后,进行组装来形成。
对应密封件3结构的构造,方便密封件3和连接部4的组装。在连接部4上设置了插接部5,插接部5设置的位置为在连接部4的端头 上,故而使得出液口100落在插接部5上。

如图7和图8所示:在插接槽50内成型有导向部5a,导向部5a上端具有用于密封或解封排出通道300开口30的杆部51。
导向部5a呈筒型状,杆部51为圆柱状,并且在导向部5a端头上开设两个缺口,该两个缺口分别置于导向部5a两侧壁上对应设置。该两个缺口即为上述的出液口100,目的在于将容器下部本体11内乳液挤出后能够经出液口100通至上述排出通道300内。
杆部51的直径大小根据排出通道出口30而设计,使得其能够刚好填充排出通道出口30。
在导向部5a成型时,杆部51可为其成型后组装结构也可以为一体成型结构。其可为中空的结构,其两端导通,将杆部51从其上端口插入。缺口502则是将导向部5a的侧壁由其端口开始,进而缺口部分被杆部51挡住。
上述构造的目的,在乳液从出液口100流出时,是由导向部5a内部往外部方向流出,必须要需要经过其厚度的缺口502,能够有效的避免堵塞。
为了更好的配合出液,可将出液口100的底面设置为倾斜的斜面结构或者弧形的斜面状。
如图9所示:在盖体2的内周壁凸起成型有块状的卡接部21,卡接部21设置有四块,
在密封件3上设置的卡槽31数量根据外部件3a的外径大小而设置,为了方便卡接部21快速插入卡槽31内,故而每个卡槽31之间的间距相等。
卡槽31可设置采用不同的形态构造,方型、U型,或者其他多边形结构,本发明采用梯形的构造。故而卡接部21和卡槽31对接的端 头的两侧壁根据梯形构造而倒角。
在盖体2和容器本体1相结合的状态下,卡接部21的状态为插入卡槽31内,杆部51的上部和排出通道出口30填充,并且内部件3b将出液口100遮盖,即便挤压容器下部体也无法流出乳液使用。
当需要使用乳液时,需要将盖体2从容器本体1上分离,通过手持逆时针旋转盖体2,在旋转的同时,旋转产生的扭转也会作用在密封件3上,使得密封件3同步被带着同向旋转,在此期间,密封件3上的滑块32从轨道501的起始端向着其上方的终端滑动。根据螺纹连接的定律,密封件3会升起。导向部5a的位置是固定,在密封件3升起后,故而杆部51会从排出通道出口30脱离,进而出液口100和排出通道300联通。
使用者通过挤压容器下部本体11,乳液会经过连接部4内腔40排出至排出通道300,最后从排出通道出口30排出供人使用。
另外,外部件3a的外周壁向中轴线方向凹陷呈弧形状。增加美观度的同时,方便乳液挤出涂覆在肌肤上,可以将外部件3a端口,即排出通道300出口的端面设置和肌肤接触舒服的弧形构造。
另外,可在外部件3a上开设和内部件3b连通的出气口302,方便空气流通,避免气压差影响盖体2和容器本体1的分离。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案范围内进行通常的变化和替换都应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 出液容器,其特征在于:包括
    容器本体,用于收容乳液,其一端具有出液口;
    盖体,与容器本体相结合、或与容器本体相分离;
    密封件,安装于容器本体的出液口上,用于对出液口解封和密封;所述盖体和密封件活动连接,当所述盖体从所述容器本体上分离时,同步驱动所述密封件对出液口解封;当所述盖体和容器本体结合时,同步驱动所述密封件对出液口密封。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述出液容器,其特征在于:
    容器本体,具有供盖体螺纹连接的连接部,所述出液口开设于连接部的端头上,所述连接部外周壁还具有轨道;
    密封件,具有供乳液流出的排出通道,所述密封件套于连接部上,密封件内周壁上凸起有滑块,该滑块置于轨道内,且相对轨道滑动,密封件外周壁开设有卡槽;
    盖体,其内周壁具有卡接部,该卡接部插接于卡槽内、或从卡槽内拔出,
    在所述盖体和容器本体相结合的状态下,所述卡接部插入卡槽内,旋转所述盖体,盖体同步驱动密封件相对连接部活动;
    在密封件活动状态下,所述活动部滑块沿着轨道路径方向而活动,以便密封件相对出液口升降而实现排出通道和出液口的联通的密封。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述出液容器,其特征在于:
    所述密封件包括外部件和内部件,外部件和内部件之间形成有槽腔,所述排出通道贯穿内部件,所述滑块置于外接部的内周壁上,
  4. 根据权利要求3所述出液容器,其特征在于:所述连接部上具有出液口的端头构有插接部,插接部内具有插接槽;
    在插接槽内成型有导向部,导向部上端具有用于密封或解封排出通道出口的杆部,导向部的两侧壁开设有缺口,所述缺口为供乳液流出的出液口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述出液容器,其特征在于:所述内部件对接于插接槽内,导向部对接于排出通道内,
    在所述盖体和容器本体相分离的状态下,所述出液口和排出通道连通,其杆部从排出通道的出口上脱离,以便乳液能从排出通道的出口流出。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述出液容器,其特征在于:所述轨道呈螺旋状设置于所述插接部的外周壁上。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述出液容器,其特征在于:所述外部件的端部外周壁向中轴线方向凹陷呈弧形状。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述出液容器,其特征在于:所述卡槽呈梯形状,卡槽具有复数个且均匀布置于外壳的外周壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述出液容器,其特征在于:所述卡接部设有四个且均布于外部件的外周壁上。
