Abstract

L'invention concerne une électrode-outil pour usinage, dans une pièce|conductrice, d'une empreinte par électroérosion de type enfonçage. Elle comporte|un corps conducteur ayant des faces opposées inférieure et supérieure, deux|faces latérales principales opposées, des zones inférieure et supérieure|superposées selon une direction d'enfonçage de l'électrode-outil, la zone|inférieure comprenant la face inférieure et une partie des faces latérales|principales, la zone supérieure comprenant la face supérieure et l'autre partie|des faces latérales principales. Le corps est muni, au moins dans la zone|inférieure, d'une pluralité d'ouvertures choisies parmi des canaux ou descentes; un canal est une ouverture débouchant sur au moins l'une des faces|supérieure et inférieure; une fente est une ouverture débouchant sur la face|inférieure et sur les deux faces latérales principales; le diamètre de chaque|canal et la distance entre deux parois latérales de chaque fente est deux foisjle gap d'usinage en enfonçage; chaque fente a une hauteur, dans la direction|d'enfonçage, trois fois la profondeur de l'empreinte à réaliser.!
