梳理机在工作过程中,作为主锡林的主梳棉辊与作为上道夫的上出棉辊以及作为下道夫的下出棉辊之间各有三角区,具体而言,主锡林与上道夫之间区域称上三角区,而主锡林与下道夫之间的区域称下三角区。由于无法消除的前述三角区的存在会出现气旋效应(即气流旋涡效应),气旋会影响出棉效果和出棉效率,于是通常采用挡风辊或挡风板来解决这种技术问题,如CN200958134Y(梳理机的梳理装置)和CN206089904U(梳理机)是通过设置挡风辊来缓解气流的;又如CN202466005U(非织造布梳理机)是通过设置挡风板来缓解气流的,即阻止气旋现象。此外,由本申请人提出的授权公告号为CN106222812B推荐的“高速梳理机”利用上、下三角区气流化解机构能有效地消除三角区域的气流旋涡,对于减少梳理环、降低CV值以及提高后续工序的铺网质量均具有积极意义。
但是,由于前述的上、下道夫的表面分别缠覆(即包覆)有针布,因而在工作过程中,上、下道夫的表面的针布内被包括短纤维在内的纤维杂屑缠堵填嵌,那么对于上道夫而言,由于其位于上方,因而定期或不定期清理相对容易,但是对于下道夫而言,由于位于梳理机的下方,因而清理工作是十分麻烦的,必须在拆除相关的部件后才得以清理,于是一方面会因停机时间冗长而影响生产效率,另一方面会增大设备管护人员的工作强度。还有,如果不能依需对下道夫实施良好的清洁,那么,由于包覆在下道夫表面的针布内嵌入了纤维杂屑(包括短纤维),因而由下道夫转移出的纤维难以满足工艺所要求的程度,例如因纤维减少而影响产品的克重。再有一种情形是:当在纤维转移的过程中,如果将本来缠堵填嵌在针布内的杂屑一下子带出,那么同样会影响后续工序如铺网机铺网效果并且最终同样会影响产品质量,甚至使产品成为瑕疵产品。因此如何使下道夫基本上得以始终保持在 良好的清洁状态,长期以来成了业界关注的并且期望解决的技术问题,下面将要介绍的技术方案便是在这种背景下产生的。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种有助于避免纤维杂屑缠堵填嵌下道夫的表面的针布内而得以使下道夫始终保持于理想的清洁状态并且无需停机清理而得以确保梳理效率以及减轻设备管理人员对设备的管护作业强度的梳理机的道夫清洁装置。
本发明的任务是这样来完成的,一种梳理机的道夫清洁装置,所述的梳理机包括一主锡林,该主锡林转动地支承在彼此面对面设置的一左支承墙板与一右支承墙板之间,该左支承墙板以及右支承墙板在使用状态下固定在机架上;一表面包覆有上道夫针布的上道夫以及一表面包覆有下道夫针布的下道夫,该上道夫以及下道夫位于所述主锡林的长度方向的右侧并且以彼此上下对应的状态转动地支承在所述机架上,在形成于主锡林与上道无之间的上三角区域内设置有一上挡风板,而在形成于主锡林与下道夫之间的下三角区域内设置有一下挡风板,该上挡风板以及下挡风板连接在所述左支承墙板以及右支承墙板的相向一侧之间;所述的道夫清洁装置包括有一下道夫针布吸尘管、一吸尘管左调节机构和一吸尘管右调节机构,下道夫针布吸尘管的中部与所述下挡风板的长度方向的左侧下部固定,在该下道夫针布吸尘管的中部开设有吸尘管进尘槽,该吸尘管进尘槽与所述下道夫的长度方向的上部相对应,并且下道夫针布吸尘管的左端通过左连接管路与一左负压发生机构连接,而右端通过右连接管路与一右负压发生机构连接,吸尘管左调节机构设置在左支承墙板的左侧并且伸展到左支承墙板的右侧与所述下挡风板的左端面固定,吸尘管右调节机构设置在右支承墙板的右侧并且伸展到右支承墙板的左侧与所述下挡风板的右端面固定。
在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,在所述左支承墙板上并且在对应于所述下挡风板的左端端面的位置开设有一左调节块让位腔,而在右支承墙板上并且在对应于下挡风板的右端端面的位置开设有一右调节块让位腔;所述吸尘管左调节机构在对应于所述左调节块让位腔的位置伸展到左支承墙板的右侧与所述下挡风板的左端面固定,所述吸尘管右调节机构在对应于所述右调节块让位腔的位置伸展到右支承墙板的左侧与所述下挡风板的右端面固定;所述下道夫针布吸尘管的左端探出下挡风板的左端面,而下道夫针布吸尘管的右端探出下挡板的右端面;所述左负压发生机构以及右负压发生机构在使用状态下支承在地坪上或者支承在设置于地坪上的支架上。
在本发明的另一个具体的实施例中,所述吸尘管右调节机构的结构是与所述吸尘管左调节机构相同的,该吸尘管左调节机构包括一调节块挡条连接座、一调节块挡条和一调节块,调节块挡条连接座位于所述左支承墙板的左侧,并且该调节块挡条连接座通过一组调节块挡条连接座固定螺钉与左支承墙板的左侧固定,在调节块挡条连接座的前方上部向前 延伸有一上调节座,在调节块挡条连接座的前方下部向前延伸有一下调节座,该上调节座与下调节座彼此上下对应,并且上调节座与下调节座之间的空间构成为调节块腔,该调节块腔与所述左调节块让位腔相对应,并且该调节块腔的前方形成调节块腔前敞口,调节块挡条的上端与上调节座的前端端面固定,调节块挡条的下端与下调节座的前端端面固定,而调节块挡条的中部与所述调节块腔前敞口相对应,调节块调整地设置在所述调节块腔内并且在对应于所述左调节块让位腔的位置伸展到所述左支承墙板的右侧与所述下挡风板的左端面固定。
在本发明的又一个具体的实施例中,在所述调节块腔的腔底壁上以彼此上下横向平行的状态旋配有一对调节块后调节螺钉,在所述上调节座上旋配有一调节块上调节螺钉,在所述下调节座上旋配有一调节块下调节螺钉,在所述调节块挡条的中部后侧以彼此上下横向平行的状态旋配有一对调节块前调节螺钉,一对调节块后调节螺钉与所述调节块的后侧面接触,而一对调节块前调节螺钉的位置与一对调节块后调节螺钉相对应并且与所述调节块的前侧面接触,调节块上调节螺钉向下旋入所述调节块腔内并且与调节块的上表面接触,调节块下调节螺钉的位置与调节块上调节螺钉相对应并且向上旋入调节块腔内与调节块的下表面接触。
在本发明的再一个具体的实施例中,在所述下挡风板的左端面上并且在对应于所述调节块的位置开设有一对彼此上下对应的下挡风板调节块固定螺钉孔,在所述调节块上并且在对应于一对下挡风板调节块固定螺钉孔的位置配设有一对调节块固定螺钉,该对调节块固定螺钉旋入一对下挡风板调节块固定螺钉孔内。
在本发明的还有一个具体的实施例中,在所述上调节座的前端面上开设有一调节块挡条上固定螺钉孔,在所述下调节座的前端面上开设有一调节块挡条下固定螺钉孔;在所述调节块挡条的上端配设有一调节块挡条上固定螺钉,而在调节块挡条的下端配设有一调节块挡条下固定螺钉,调节块挡条上固定螺钉旋入所述调节块挡条上固定螺钉孔内与所述上调节座固定,调节块挡条下固定螺钉旋入所述调节块挡条下固定螺钉孔内与所述下调节座固定。
在本发明的更而一个具体的实施例中,在所述左支承墙板上并且在对应于所述的一组调节块挡条连接座固定螺钉的位置开设有数量与一组调节块挡条连接座固定螺钉的数量相同的墙板螺钉孔,一组调节块挡条连接座固定螺钉旋入该组墙板螺钉孔内。
在本发明的进而一个具体的实施例中,所述的右负压发生机构的结构是与所述左负压发生机构相同的,该左负压发生机构包括一底座、一负压风机驱动电机和一负压风机,底座在使用状态下直接支承在地坪上或者通过底座支架间接支承在地坪上,负压风机驱动电机与负压风机传动连接并且该负压风机驱动电机以及负压风机支承在底座上,负压风机具 有一负压风机进气接口和一负压风机出气接口,所述下道夫针布吸尘管的左端通过所述左连接管路与负压风机进气接口配接,而在负压风机出气接口上配接有一纤维尘屑引出管,该纤维尘屑引出管的末端与纤维尘屑处理管道连接或者配设有滤尘袋。
在本发明的又更而一个具体的实施例中,所述下挡风板的横截面形状呈△形,并且在该下挡风板对应于所述下道夫针布吸尘管的位置构成有一朝着背离下道夫针布吸尘管的方向凹陷的下挡风板吸尘管弧形配合腔,所述下道夫针布吸尘管在对应于下挡风板吸尘管弧形配合腔的位置与下挡风板焊接固定。
在本发明的又进而一个具体的实施例中,所述吸尘管进尘槽与所述下道夫针布之间的间隙为1.5-5.5mm。
本发明提供的技术方案的技术效果在于:由于增设了下道夫针布吸尘管、吸尘管左、右调节机构,又由于在下道夫针布吸尘管的左端和右端分别通过左、右连接管路连接有左、右负压发生机构,因而可由下道夫针布吸尘管上的吸尘管进尘槽将缠堵填嵌在下道夫针布上的纤维尘屑吸除,使下道夫始终保持于理想的清洁状态,并且由于清除纤维尘屑无需在停机状态下进行,因而,一方面不会影响梳理机的工作效率,另一方面由于是自动在线清洁,因而能显著减轻设备管护人员管护设备的工作强度。

具体实施方式
为了能够更加清楚地理解本发明的技术实质和有益效果,申请人在下面以实施例的方式作详细说明,但是对实施例的描述均不是对本发明方案的限制,任何依据本发明构思所作出的仅仅为形式上的而非实质性的等效变换都应视为本发明的技术方案范畴。
在下面的描述中凡是涉及上、下、左、右、前和后的方向性或称方位性的概念都是以图1所处的位置状态为基准的,因而不能将其理解为对本发明提供的技术方案的特别限定。
请参见图1并且结合图2,示出了梳理机的结构体系的主锡林1,该主锡林1转动地支承在彼此面对面设置的一左支承墙板11与一右支承墙板12之间,该左支承墙板11以及右支承墙板12在使用状态下固定在机架上,由于左、右支承墙板11、12在使用状态下固定在机架上的固定方式属于已有技术例如可参见CN106222812B,因而申请人不再详述;示出了一表面包覆有上道夫针布21的上道夫2以及一表面包覆有下道夫针布31的下道夫3,该上道夫2以及下道夫3位于前述主锡林1的长度方向的右侧并且以彼此上下对应的状态转动地支承在前述机架上,由于机架的概念可参见前述CN106222812B,因而申请人在 下面同样不再赘述,在形成于主锡林1与上道无2之间的上三角区域内设置有一上挡风板22,而在形成于主锡林1与下道夫3之间的下三角区域内设置有一下挡风板32,该上挡风板22以及下挡风板32连接在前述左支承墙板11以及右支承墙板12的相向一侧之间。示出了道夫清洁装置的结构体系的一下道夫针布吸尘管4、一吸尘管左调节机构5和一吸尘管右调节机构6,下道夫针布吸尘管4的中部与前述下挡风板32的长度方向的左侧下部固定,在该下道夫针布吸尘管4的中部开设有吸尘管进尘槽41,该吸尘管进尘槽41与前述下道夫3的长度方向的上部相对应,并且下道夫针布吸尘管4的左端通过左连接管路与一左负压发生机构42连接,而右端通过右连接管路与一右负压发生机构43连接,吸尘管左调节机构5设置在左支承墙板11的左侧并且伸展到左支承墙板11的右侧与前述下挡风板32的左端面固定,吸尘管右调节机构6设置在右支承墙板12的右侧并且伸展到右支承墙板12的左侧与前述下挡风板32的右端面固定。
请重点见图1,在前述左支承墙板11上并且在对应于前述下挡风板32的左端端面的位置开设有一左调节块让位腔111,而在右支承墙板12上并且在对应于下挡风板32的右端端面的位置开设有一右调节块让位腔121;前述吸尘管左调节机构5在对应于前述左调节块让位腔111的位置伸展到左支承墙板11的右侧与前述下挡风板32的左端面固定,前述吸尘管右调节机构6在对应于前述右调节块让位腔121的位置伸展到右支承墙板12的左侧与前述下挡风板32的右端面固定;前述下道夫针布吸尘管4的左端探出下挡风板32的左端面,而下道夫针布吸尘管4的右端探出下挡板32的右端面;在本实施例中,前述左负压发生机构42以及右负压发生机构43在使用状态下支承在地坪上即以直接方式设置于地坪上,但是也可以支承在设置于地坪上的支架上,即以间接方式设置于地坪上。
由于前述吸尘管右调节机构6的结构是与前述吸尘管左调节机构5相同的,因而申请人在下面仅对吸尘管左调节机构5进行描述,该吸尘管左调节机构5包括一调节块挡条连接座51、一调节块挡条52和一调节块53,调节块挡条连接座51位于前述左支承墙板11的左侧,并且该调节块挡条连接座51通过一组调节块挡条连接座固定螺钉511与左支承墙板11的左侧固定,在调节块挡条连接座51的前方上部以水平状态向前延伸有一上调节座512,在调节块挡条连接座51的前方下部以水平状态向前延伸有一下调节座513,该上调节座512与下调节座513彼此上下对应,并且上调节座512与下调节座513之间的空间构成为调节块腔514,该调节块腔514与前述左调节块让位腔111相对应,并且该调节块腔514的前方形成调节块腔前敞口,调节块挡条52的上端与上调节座512的前端端面固定,调节块挡条52的下端与下调节座513的前端端面固定,而调节块挡条52的中部与前述调节块腔前敞口相对应,调节块53调整地设置在前述调节块腔514内并且在对应于前述左调节块让位腔111的位置伸展到前述左支承墙板11的右侧与前述下挡风板32的左端 面固定。
继续见图1,在前述调节块腔514的腔底壁上以彼此上下横向平行的状态旋配有一对调节块后调节螺钉5141,在前述上调节座512上旋配有一调节块上调节螺钉5121,在前述下调节座513上旋配有一调节块下调节螺钉5131,在前述调节块挡条52的中部后侧以彼此上下横向平行的状态旋配有一对调节块前调节螺钉521,一对调节块后调节螺钉5141与前述调节块53的后侧面接触,而一对调节块前调节螺钉521的位置与一对调节块后调节螺钉5141相对应并且与前述调节块53的前侧面接触,调节块上调节螺钉5121向下旋入前述调节块腔514内并且与调节块53的上表面接触,调节块下调节螺钉5131的位置与调节块上调节螺钉5121相对应并且向上旋入调节块腔514内与调节块53的下表面接触。
在前述下挡风板32的左端面上并且在对应于前述调节块53的位置开设有一对彼此上下对应的下挡风板调节块固定螺钉孔321,在前述调节块53上并且在对应于一对下挡风板调节块固定螺钉孔321的位置配设有一对调节块固定螺钉531,该对调节块固定螺钉531旋入一对下挡风板调节块固定螺钉孔321内。
在前述上调节座512的前端面上开设有一调节块挡条上固定螺钉孔5122,在前述下调节座513的前端面上开设有一调节块挡条下固定螺钉孔5132;在前述调节块挡条52的上端配设有一调节块挡条上固定螺钉522,而在调节块挡条52的下端配设有一调节块挡条下固定螺钉523,调节块挡条上固定螺钉522旋入前述调节块挡条上固定螺钉孔5122内与前述上调节座512固定,调节块挡条下固定螺钉523旋入前述调节块挡条下固定螺钉孔5132内与前述下调节座513固定。
继续见图1,在前述左支承墙板11上并且在对应于前述的一组调节块挡条连接座固定螺钉511的位置开设有数量与一组调节块挡条连接座固定螺钉511的数量相同的墙板螺钉孔112,一组调节块挡条连接座固定螺钉511旋入该组墙板螺钉孔112内。
由于前述的右负压发生机构43的结构是与前述左负压发生机构42相同的,因而申请人在下面仅对该左负压发生机构42作详细说明。该左负压发生机构42包括一底座421、一负压风机驱动电机422和一负压风机423,底座421在使用状态下直接支承在地坪上或者通过底座支架间接支承在地坪上(本实施例选择前者),负压风机驱动电机422与负压风机423传动连接并且该负压风机驱动电机422以及负压风机423支承在底座421上,负压风机423具有一负压风机进气接口4231和一负压风机出气接口4232,前述下道夫针布吸尘管4的左端通过前述左连接管路与负压风机进气接口4231配接,而在负压风机出气接口4232上配接有一纤维尘屑引出管,该纤维尘屑引出管的末端既可以与纤维尘屑处理管道连接,也可以配设有滤尘袋,本实施例选择前者。
在梳理机处于工作状态下,结构及作用机理完全相同的左、右负压发生机构42、43 俱处于工作状态,下面仅以左负压发生机构42为例进行说明,在下道夫3工作状态下,其表面包覆的下道夫针布31内会缠堵以及填嵌(嵌入)纤维尘屑,于是在负压风机驱动电机422的工作下带动负压风机423,位于或称进入于下道夫针布31内的前述纤维尘屑会在下道夫针布吸尘管4的左端与负压风机进气接口4231之间的上面已提及的左连接管路引入负压风机423并从负压风机出气接口4232经纤维尘屑引出管引至尘屑处理管道或滤尘袋(本实施例采用滤尘袋)。
继续见图1,前述下挡风板32的横截面形状呈△形(即呈“三角形”),并且在该下挡风板32对应于前述下道夫针布吸尘管4的位置构成有一朝着背离下道夫针布吸尘管4的方向凹陷的下挡风板吸尘管弧形配合腔322,前述下道夫针布吸尘管4在对应于下挡风板吸尘管弧形配合腔322的位置与下挡风板32焊接固定。
在本实施例中,前述吸尘管进尘槽41与前述下道夫针布31之间的间隙设置为1.5-5.5mm,具体是通过对结构相同并且作用机理一致的前述吸尘管左、右调节机构5、6的同步调节来满足1.5-5.5mm这一范围的调节要求的,因为随着梳理机的工作速度、无纺织纤维的原料等的变化需要按工艺要求相应改变上、下道夫2、3等的速度,同时依需改变吸尘管进尘槽41与下道夫针布31之间的间隙。以前述的吸尘管左调节机构5为例,如果要使前述调节块53向前位移(微调),那么通过对一对调节块后调节螺钉5141的调节而使调节块53向前位移,同时一对调节块前调节螺钉521也相应向前旋动,反之亦然,实现改变下挡风板32的偏转角度;向上旋调节块上调节螺钉5121,同时相应向上旋调节块下调节螺钉5131,那么调节块53带动下挡风板32连同下道夫针布吸尘管4向上位移,反之亦然,实现前述间隙在1.5-5.5mm范围内的调节。
请参见图2,在图2中还示出了棉网输入辊7a、胸锡林7b、胸锡林剥棉辊7c、胸锡林工和辊7d、转移辊7e、前挡风板7m、主锡林剥棉辊7f、主锡林工作辊7g、一组上道夫纤维转移辊7h、一组下道夫纤维转移辊7i、上出网帘7j和下出网帘7k,由于前述这些部件的配置、功用等都属于已有技术,例如可参见申请人在上面的背景技术栏中提及的专利文献特别是CN206089904U,因而申请人不再展开说明。
综上所述,本发明提供的技术方案弥补了已有技术中的缺憾,顺利地完成了发明任务,如实地兑现了申请人在上面的技术效果栏中载述的技术效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种梳理机的道夫清洁装置,所述的梳理机包括一主锡林(1),该主锡林(1)转动地支承在彼此面对面设置的一左支承墙板(11)与一右支承墙板(12)之间,该左支承墙板(11)以及右支承墙板(12)在使用状态下固定在机架上;一表面包覆有上道夫针布(21)的上道夫(2)以及一表面包覆有下道夫针布(31)的下道夫(3),该上道夫(2)以及下道夫(3)位于所述主锡林(1)的长度方向的右侧并且以彼此上下对应的状态转动地支承在所述机架上,在形成于主锡林(1)与上道无(2)之间的上三角区域内设置有一上挡风板(22),而在形成于主锡林(1)与下道夫(3)之间的下三角区域内设置有一下挡风板(32),该上挡风板(22)以及下挡风板(32)连接在所述左支承墙板(11)以及右支承墙板(12)的相向一侧之间;其特征在于所述的道夫清洁装置包括有一下道夫针布吸尘管(4)、一吸尘管左调节机构(5)和一吸尘管右调节机构(6),下道夫针布吸尘管(4)的中部与所述下挡风板(32)的长度方向的左侧下部固定,在该下道夫针布吸尘管(4)的中部开设有吸尘管进尘槽(41),该吸尘管进尘槽(41)与所述下道夫(3)的长度方向的上部相对应,并且下道夫针布吸尘管(4)的左端通过左连接管路与一左负压发生机构(42)连接,而右端通过右连接管路与一右负压发生机构(43)连接,吸尘管左调节机构(5)设置在左支承墙板(11)的左侧并且伸展到左支承墙板(11)的右侧与所述下挡风板(32)的左端面固定,吸尘管右调节机构(6)设置在右支承墙板(12)的右侧并且伸展到右支承墙板(12)的左侧与所述下挡风板(32)的右端面固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的梳理机的道夫清洁装置,其特征在于在所述左支承墙板(11)上并且在对应于所述下挡风板(32)的左端端面的位置开设有一左调节块让位腔(111),而在右支承墙板(12)上并且在对应于下挡风板(32)的右端端面的位置开设有一右调节块让位腔(121);所述吸尘管左调节机构(5)在对应于所述左调节块让位腔(111)的位置伸展到左支承墙板(11)的右侧与所述下挡风板(32)的左端面固定,所述吸尘管右调节机构(6)在对应于所述右调节块让位腔(121)的位置伸展到右支承墙板(12)的左侧与所述下挡风板(32)的右端面固定;所述下道夫针布吸尘管(4)的左端探出下挡风板(32)的左端面,而下道夫针布吸尘管(4)的右端探出下挡板(32)的右端面;所述左负压发生机构(42)以及右负压发生机构(43)在使用状态下支承在地坪上或者支承在设置于地坪上的支架上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的梳理机的道夫清洁装置,其特征在于所述吸尘管右调节机构(6)的结构是与所述吸尘管左调节机构(5)相同的,该吸尘管左调节机构(5)包括一调节块挡条连接座(51)、一调节块挡条(52)和一调节块(53),调节块挡条连接座(51)位于所述左支承墙板(11)的左侧,并且该调节块挡条连接座(51)通过一组调节块挡条连接座固定螺 钉(511)与左支承墙板(11)的左侧固定,在调节块挡条连接座(51)的前方上部向前延伸有一上调节座(512),在调节块挡条连接座(51)的前方下部向前延伸有一下调节座(513),该上调节座(512)与下调节座(513)彼此上下对应,并且上调节座(512)与下调节座(513)之间的空间构成为调节块腔(514),该调节块腔(514)与所述左调节块让位腔(111)相对应,并且该调节块腔(514)的前方形成调节块腔前敞口,调节块挡条(52)的上端与上调节座(512)的前端端面固定,调节块挡条(52)的下端与下调节座(513)的前端端面固定,而调节块挡条(52)的中部与所述调节块腔前敞口相对应,调节块(53)调整地设置在所述调节块腔(514)内并且在对应于所述左调节块让位腔(111)的位置伸展到所述左支承墙板(11)的右侧与所述下挡风板(32)的左端面固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的梳理机的道夫清洁装置,其特征在于在所述调节块腔(514)的腔底壁上以彼此上下横向平行的状态旋配有一对调节块后调节螺钉(5141),在所述上调节座(512)上旋配有一调节块上调节螺钉(5121),在所述下调节座(513)上旋配有一调节块下调节螺钉(5131),在所述调节块挡条(52)的中部后侧以彼此上下横向平行的状态旋配有一对调节块前调节螺钉(521),一对调节块后调节螺钉(5141)与所述调节块(53)的后侧面接触,而一对调节块前调节螺钉(521)的位置与一对调节块后调节螺钉(5141)相对应并且与所述调节块(53)的前侧面接触,调节块上调节螺钉(5121)向下旋入所述调节块腔(514)内并且与调节块(53)的上表面接触,调节块下调节螺钉(5131)的位置与调节块上调节螺钉(5121)相对应并且向上旋入调节块腔(514)内与调节块(53)的下表面接触。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的梳理机的道夫清洁装置,其特征在于在所述下挡风板(32)的左端面上并且在对应于所述调节块(53)的位置开设有一对彼此上下对应的下挡风板调节块固定螺钉孔(321),在所述调节块(53)上并且在对应于一对下挡风板调节块固定螺钉孔(321)的位置配设有一对调节块固定螺钉(531),该对调节块固定螺钉(531)旋入一对下挡风板调节块固定螺钉孔(321)内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的梳理机的道夫清洁装置,其特征在于在所述上调节座(512)的前端面上开设有一调节块挡条上固定螺钉孔(5122),在所述下调节座(513)的前端面上开设有一调节块挡条下固定螺钉孔(5132);在所述调节块挡条(52)的上端配设有一调节块挡条上固定螺钉(522),而在调节块挡条(52)的下端配设有一调节块挡条下固定螺钉(523),调节块挡条上固定螺钉(522)旋入所述调节块挡条上固定螺钉孔(5122)内与所述上调节座(512)固定,调节块挡条下固定螺钉(523)旋入所述调节块挡条下固定螺钉孔(5132)内与所述下调节座(513)固定。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的梳理机的道夫清洁装置,其特征在于在所述左支承墙板(11) 上并且在对应于所述的一组调节块挡条连接座固定螺钉(511)的位置开设有数量与一组调节块挡条连接座固定螺钉(511)的数量相同的墙板螺钉孔(112),一组调节块挡条连接座固定螺钉(511)旋入该组墙板螺钉孔(112)内。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的梳理机的道夫清洁装置,其特征在于所述的右负压发生机构(43)的结构是与所述左负压发生机构(42)相同的,该左负压发生机构(42)包括一底座(421)、一负压风机驱动电机(422)和一负压风机(423),底座(421)在使用状态下直接支承在地坪上或者通过底座支架间接支承在地坪上,负压风机驱动电机(422)与负压风机(423)传动连接并且该负压风机驱动电机(422)以及负压风机(423)支承在底座(421)上,负压风机(423)具有一负压风机进气接口(4231)和一负压风机出气接口(4232),所述下道夫针布吸尘管(4)的左端通过所述左连接管路与负压风机进气接口(4231)配接,而在负压风机出气接口(4232)上配接有一纤维尘屑引出管,该纤维尘屑引出管的末端与纤维尘屑处理管道连接或者配设有滤尘袋。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的梳理机的道夫清洁装置,其特征在于所述下挡风板(32)的横截面形状呈△形,并且在该下挡风板(32)对应于所述下道夫针布吸尘管(4)的位置构成有一朝着背离下道夫针布吸尘管(4)的方向凹陷的下挡风板吸尘管弧形配合腔(322),所述下道夫针布吸尘管(4)在对应于下挡风板吸尘管弧形配合腔(322)的位置与下挡风板(32)焊接固定。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的梳理机的道夫清洁装置,其特征在于所述吸尘管进尘槽(41)与所述下道夫针布(31)之间的间隙为1.5-5.5mm。
