Description
本申请基于申请号为202110838813.8、申请日为2021年07月23日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
本发明属于纺织设备技术领域,具体涉及一种粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置及其使用方法。
粗纺厂生产的粗纺纱是采用粗纺梳毛机皮带丝的宽度和毛网厚度来控制粗纱的支数,对于生产高端羊绒或羊绒混纺纱的粗纺厂,纺纱支数一般在24-30Nm之间,甚至达到40Nm以上,梳毛机配置皮带丝的宽度一般在9-10mm之间,最窄的只有8.5mm,皮带丝的工作状态对粗纱质量影响很大,如果皮带丝上有脏污或粘挂了绒毛就会严重影响分割毛网的均匀度,造成粗纱断条,而且皮带丝挂毛严重会损伤皮带丝,甚至会造成皮带丝断裂,严重影响粗纺纱的质量和生产效率。
尽管一些国产梳毛机和进口梳毛机加装了手动控制电机的清洁装置,或其它的清洁装置,但其缺陷也比较明显,就是不能持续对皮带丝进行清洁,需要操作工随时检查并人工控制清洁,而且清洁下来的绒毛到处乱飞,不能对清洁下来的绒毛进行回收,会飞落在毛网和粗纱毛卷上,影响纱线质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置及其使用方法,能够持续对皮带丝进行清洁,消除因皮带丝脏污或挂毛影响粗纱质量和粗纱断条。
为达到上述目的,本发明使用的技术解决方案是:
粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置,包括:至少两个清洁单元,清洁单元排列在皮带丝的两侧;清洁单元包括:毛刷、吸毛嘴、支架,毛刷和吸毛嘴固定在支架上,毛刷正对粗纺梳毛机的皮带丝,吸毛嘴的前端位于毛刷的后部,吸毛嘴的后端与梳毛机的边条回毛管路连通。
进一步,包括:2~6个清洁单元。
进一步,毛刷的前端与后端根据毛刷与皮带丝的相对移动方向来确定。
进一步,毛刷的刷毛选用猪鬃、白棕或者尼龙。
进一步,支架包括:纵向固定架、毛刷固定板、连接杆、连接柱、固定套管、固定螺栓、夹板;连接杆连接在纵向固定架、毛刷固定板之间;夹板夹持在纵向固定架上,利用固定螺栓固定位置;固定套管的外壁连接在连接柱的端部,连接柱连接在夹板上,吸毛嘴固定在固定套管内。
粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置的使用方法,包括:
将两个支架安装在靠近粗纺梳毛机的皮带丝的位置,至少两个清洁单元位于皮带丝两侧,毛刷、吸毛嘴分别固定在支架上,多个毛刷接触皮带丝,根据毛刷1相对皮带丝的移动方向,将吸毛嘴固定在毛刷的后部,边条回毛管路连接吸毛嘴;
随着皮带丝的移动,毛刷对皮带丝上的脏污或绒毛进行清洁,吸毛嘴吸取清洁下来的脏污或绒毛,脏污或绒毛经边条回毛管路送入过滤收集装置。
优选的,每个清洁单元的毛刷相对错位相对排列,支架安装在车头左侧皮带丝张力装置的框架上。
优选的,皮带丝持续移动工作,毛刷持续对皮带丝进行持续清洁。
本发明技术效果包括:
1、本发明能够持续对皮带丝进行清洁,清洁效果好,消除因皮带丝脏污或挂毛影响粗纱质量和粗纱断条。
2、本发明能集中定向回收清洁下来的绒毛,消除了飞毛对纱线质量的影响,提高了纱线质量和生产效率,同时也减轻了操作工的工作强度,改善了工作环境。
图1是本发明中粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置中一个清洁单元的结构示意图。
图2是本发明中粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置的使用状态图。
以下描述充分地示出本发明的具体实施方案,以使本领域的技术人员能够实践和再现。
如图1所示,是本发明中粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置中一个清洁单元的结构示意图。
粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置,包括:至少两个清洁单元,清洁单元排列在皮带丝的 两侧;清洁单元包括:毛刷1、吸毛嘴2、支架3,毛刷1和吸毛嘴2固定在支架3上,毛刷1正对粗纺梳毛机的皮带丝4,吸毛嘴2的前端位于毛刷1的后部,吸毛嘴2的后端与梳毛机的边条回毛管路5连通,吸走毛刷1清洁下来的绒毛。
本优选实施例中,粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置包括:2~6个清洁单元。毛刷1的刷毛为猪鬃、白棕、尼龙等。毛刷1的前端与后根据毛刷1与皮带丝4的相对移动方向来确定。
支架3包括:纵向固定架31、毛刷固定板32、连接杆33、连接柱34、固定套管35、固定螺栓36、夹板37;连接杆33连接在纵向固定架31、毛刷固定板32之间;夹板37夹持在纵向固定架31上,利用固定螺栓36固定位置;固定套管35的外壁连接在连接柱34的端部,连接柱34连接在夹板37上;吸毛嘴2固定在固定套管35内。通过固定螺栓36调整吸毛嘴2的位置高低,使得吸毛嘴2靠近毛刷1。
如图2所示,是本发明中粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置的使用状态图。
以粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置使用在意大利OCTIR梳毛机的皮带丝为例,对粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置的使用过程做进一步详细说明。
1、将两个支架3安装在靠近粗纺梳毛机的皮带丝4的位置,并位于皮带丝4两侧,毛刷1、吸毛嘴2分别固定在支架3上,多个毛刷1接触皮带丝4,根据毛刷1相对皮带丝4的移动方向,将吸毛嘴2固定在毛刷1的后部,边条回毛管路5连接吸毛嘴2;
粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置设置有4个清洁单元,每个清洁单元的毛刷1相对错位相对排列。支架3安装在车头左侧皮带丝张力装置的框架上,毛刷1的用材料为猪鬃。为了保证清洁效果可安装两套这样的清洁装置。
2、随着皮带丝4的移动,毛刷1对皮带丝4上的脏污或绒毛进行清洁,吸毛嘴2吸取清洁下来的脏污或绒毛,脏污或绒毛经边条回毛管路5送入过滤收集装置。
皮带丝4持续移动工作,粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置持续对皮带丝4进行持续清洁,皮带丝4两侧的毛刷1能够有效清洁皮带丝4两侧的脏污或绒毛,从而消除了脏污或飞毛对纱线质量的影响,提高了皮带丝4分割毛网的均匀度,避免造成粗纱断条。

本发明能够持续对皮带丝进行清洁,清洁效果好,消除因皮带丝脏污或挂毛影响粗纱质量和粗纱断条。

- 一种粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置,其特征在于,包括:至少两个清洁单元,清洁单元排列在皮带丝的两侧;清洁单元包括:毛刷、吸毛嘴、支架,毛刷和吸毛嘴固定在支架上,毛刷正对粗纺梳毛机的皮带丝,吸毛嘴的前端位于毛刷的后部,吸毛嘴的后端与梳毛机的边条回毛管路连通。
- 如权利要求1所述的粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置,其特征在于,包括:2~6个清洁单元。
- 如权利要求1所述的粗纺梳毛机皮带丝自清洁装置,其特征在于,毛刷的前端与后端根据毛刷与皮带丝的相对移动方向来确定。
