Description
本发明涉及清洁设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种颗粒状固体垃圾清洁头及清洁工具。
随着现代科技的发展,地面清洁工具已有多种多样,包括扫帚、拖布、地板擦及吸尘器等。吸尘器是非常常规的地面清洁工具,但吸尘器的噪音非常大,让人非常不舒适。而且其对垃圾的清扫方式仅是将垃圾吸入垃圾盒。
扫帚、拖布、地板擦属于拖扫类清洁工具,一般都具有一个固定的清洁部分,其清洁能力决定于该清洁部分的除污、吸污能力。由于该清洁部分一旦与脏污的地面接触即被污染,因此在后续的清洁过程中清洁能力是逐渐减弱的,特别是在进行大面积持续清扫时,无法作到彻底清洁。因此这些清洁用品必须经常进行涮洗,十分麻烦。
对中国的消费者来说,清洁地面时,扫和拖都是必须有的,仅靠扫或仅靠拖无法实现对地面的彻底清洁。然而,这些现有的拖扫一体机要么需要不断的洗涤,要么就是结构都比较复杂,造价很高,让普通的消费者望而却步。而且,现有的地面清洁工具要么只能清理干垃圾(扫帚或吸尘器等),要么只能用于清理液体垃圾(拖布、地板擦等)。其对于干、湿混合的垃圾,尤其是粘性垃圾(如糖浆、番茄酱等)的清理效果要么特别差,要么特别费劲(例如用抹布,需要多次洗涮),可以说是束手无策。
现有的清洁装置在清理颗粒状固体垃圾时,由于清理垃圾通道平滑,而垃圾通道与清洁滚筒之间间隙是固定的,仅能适应部分大小的颗粒状固体垃圾,然而在实际中,通常出现各种大小颗粒状固体垃圾,对于与垃圾通道等不相适应的颗粒状固体垃圾清理过程中受自身重力等作用,部分颗粒状固体无法到达垃圾收集口,从而停在垃圾通道,从而影响后续垃圾的清理。
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种颗粒状固体垃圾清洁头及清洁工具,其中该种颗粒状固体垃圾清洁头可以避免无法适应不同的大小颗粒状固体垃圾,不易清理,而停在垃圾通道,提高对粒状固体清理效果。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种颗粒状固体垃圾清洁头,该种颗粒状固体垃圾清洁头包括壳体和设于壳体上局部与清洁面接触清理垃圾的清洁滚筒,该清洁头还包括平行于清洁滚筒设置用于清理清洁滚筒表面的清理滚筒和设于壳体用于铲除清洁表面垃圾的铲条,在所述铲条与清洁滚筒之间形成弧形垃圾通道,所述弧形垃圾通道侧壁设有多个固体垃圾止动的挡条,该挡条上侧面与弧形垃圾通道形成固体垃圾止动区。
优选地,该弧形垃圾通道从外到内与清洁滚筒的间隙逐渐变小或变大。
优选地,所述清洁头还包用于收集由清理滚筒清理垃圾的垃圾盒。
优选地,所述清洁头还包括清洁滚筒表面接触形成密封的的清洗槽的压条和封水条,该清洗槽分别与清水箱玫污水箱连通,所述清洗槽和污水箱形成清洗清洁滚筒表面的水洗流路,在所述清洗槽和污水箱之间设有中转过滤仓。
优选地,所述中转过滤仓包括仓体和将仓体分隔为两个腔体的过滤板,该过滤板上分布有过滤孔。
优选地,位于所述固体垃圾止动区的弧形垃圾通道设有与垃圾收集装置连通的固体垃圾分级通道。
本发明还提供一种清洁工具,该清洁工具包括清洁头和与清洁头活动连接的手柄组件,所述手柄组件设有水箱组件,该清洁头包括壳体和设于壳体上局部与清洁面接触清理垃圾的清洁滚筒,该清洁头还包括平行于清洁滚筒设置用于清理清洁滚筒表面的清理滚筒和设于壳体用于铲除清洁表面垃圾的铲条,在所述铲条与清洁滚筒之间形成弧形垃圾通道,所述弧形垃圾通道侧壁设有多个固体垃圾止动的挡条,该挡条上侧面与弧形垃圾通道形成固体垃圾止动区。
优选地,该弧形垃圾通道从外到内与清洁滚筒的间隙逐渐变小或变大。
优选地,所述清洁头还包用于收集由清理滚筒清理垃圾的垃圾盒。

所述该清洁头包括壳体和设于壳体上局部与清洁面接触清理垃圾的清洁滚筒,该清洁头还包括平行于清洁滚筒设置用于清理清洁滚筒表面的清理滚筒,沿清洁滚筒长度方向设有由压条和封水条,该压条、封水条与清洁滚筒表面接触形成密封的的清洗槽,该清洗槽设有与清水箱连通的清水入口和与污水箱连通的污水出口,在污水箱与清洗槽之间设有泄压的中转过滤仓,所述清洗槽、中转过滤仓和污水箱形成清洗清洁滚筒表面的水洗流路。由于中转过滤仓160可以利用其有较大空间,且相对水洗流路空间较大,还可以能非完全密封的结构等一个或多个措施相结合,可以对水洗流路中可能出现的空气进行泄压释放,可以避免空气导致清洗槽的水量不均匀,且冲击过大,不连续的现象,提高清洗效果等。
具体地说,所述清洁头100包括清洁滚筒110、清理滚筒140、垃圾盒152、中转过滤仓160、一组前轮181、一组后轮182和壳体190。其中,清洁滚筒110可以是海绵滚筒,设置于壳体190内,用于清理底面的干、湿等各种垃圾。清理滚筒可以是毛刷滚筒,用于清理清洁滚筒110,使清洁滚筒110始终保持清洁状态。垃圾盒152用于收集进入清洁工具的各种垃圾。中转过滤仓160设置在壳体190上,通过壳体190上设置的水槽中转并过滤清洁滚筒110自清洁后产生的污水,同时便于使用者进行清理保养。一组前轮181和一组后轮182用于为清洁头100提供支撑。壳体190用于容纳各个组成部件。
如图3所示,壳体190具体地包括上部壳体191、盖板192、后部壳体193和下部壳体194。上部壳体191构成了清洁头100的上表面,可沿前轮181到后轮182的方向翻开。后部壳体193构成了清洁头100的后表面。下部壳体194了清洁头100的下表面。盖板192设置于清洁滚筒110上方,可以与上部壳体191一体成型。可翻开的上部壳体191能对清洁滚筒110和清理滚筒140进行封闭包裹,保证滚筒的湿度。清洁滚筒110,可拆卸地固定在壳体190上。工作过程中,清洁滚筒110在驱动装置的驱动下转动。清理滚筒140设置于清洁滚筒110转动方向的后方,与清洁滚筒110同向逆时针转动从而对清洁滚筒110进行清理,并将清洁滚筒110上的垃圾扫到第一垃圾盒150中集中处理。
根据本申请示例实施例的清洁头100能够进行自清洁,通过清水水路向清洁滚筒110供应清洁的水,并将清洁滚筒110清洁后产生的污水通过壳体190上设置的水槽(图中未示出)收集到污水箱。如图3所示,清洁头100还包括压水板120、封水条130。压水板120设置于清洁滚筒110上方并与清洁滚筒110的表面接触,对清洁滚筒110进行挤压。封水条130清洁滚筒110上方并所述清洁滚筒的表面接触。压水板120与封水条130可拆卸地连接,并与清洁滚筒110的表面形成与水槽相连通的储水空间,将清洁滚筒110中挤出的污水聚拢引流至储水空间,再通过水槽汇聚至中转过滤仓160。
如图3所示,清洁头100还包括铲条170,设置于壳体190上,位于清洁滚筒110侧后方,与清洁滚筒110配合形成垃圾收集通道,将清理的垃圾收集至清理滚筒140,再进一步收集至第一垃圾盒150内。根据本申请的示例实施例,铲条170可以是硅胶铲条。可翻开的第一壳体191,一方面与清理滚筒140形成一个封闭的垃圾通道;另一方面便于将清理滚筒取出进行清理。
垃圾盒152可以是纸盒或者其他吸塑盒,设置于清理滚筒140的下方。垃圾盒152的形状类似U型轨道,可由清洁头101的侧面取出。在正常使用情况下,清理滚筒140正常需要取出进行清理的周期大约为1个月,垃圾盒152需要取出进行清理的周期大约为1周。将垃圾盒152设置于清理滚筒140的下方并从侧面取出,可以使得垃圾盒152和清理滚筒140分别独立的取出进行清理,互不影响。
由于设置在清理滚筒140的下方,垃圾盒152为垃圾盒主体,无需盖板进行密封。此外,将垃圾盒设置于滚筒的下方,减小了清洁头100从前轮181到后轮182方向上的尺寸。因此,清洁头100更加小巧。在清洁头100中,上部壳体191将清洁滚筒110、清理滚筒140整体覆盖,可沿从前轮181到后轮182的方向打开。清洁头100的壳体190上设置第二锁紧装置,用于锁紧垃圾盒152。所述清理滚筒140采用毛刷滚筒结构。所述清洁滚筒110采用海绵滚筒。
如图4所示,所述铲条与清洁滚筒之间形成弧形垃圾通道A。所述弧形垃圾通道A从外到内与清洁滚筒10的间隙逐渐变小,间隙也可以逐渐变大。该弧形垃圾通道A侧壁设有多个固体垃圾止动的挡条A2,该挡条A2上侧面与弧形垃圾通道A形成固体垃圾止动区。位于所述固体垃圾止动区的弧形垃圾通道设有与垃圾收集装置连通的固体垃圾分级通道A1,即所述固体垃圾分级通道A1与所述固体垃圾止动区连通,该固体垃圾分级通道A1一端连接固体垃圾止动区,另一端与垃圾盒152连接。由于设有挡条A2与弧形垃圾通道A形成的固体垃圾止动区,可以将通过清洁滚筒进入的弧形垃圾通道A更好收集,避免颗粒状固体受其重力和与弧形垃圾通道A及清洁滚筒间作用力影响,长时间停留在弧形垃圾通道A,影响连续清洁。
图5示出根据本申请示例实施例的毛刷滚筒立体图。如图4所示,根据本申请的示例实施例,清理滚筒140可以是毛刷滚筒。毛刷滚筒的表面覆盖了呈V字形排列的植毛。

如图6A所示,清洁头100在组装过程中,清洁滚筒110、清理滚筒140整体覆盖的上部壳体191可沿从前轮到后轮的方向打开。清洁滚筒110可沿图中箭头的方向脱离或装入清洁头100。通过清理滚筒140一端设置的手柄142可将清理滚筒140向上提起拆下或向下装入清洁头100中。垃圾盒152可沿着图中箭头的方向从清洁头100的侧面抽出或装入,便于将垃圾盒152中的取出垃圾。
图6B示出根据本申请示例实施例的毛刷滚筒组装示意图。
如图6B所示,所述毛刷滚筒包括设置于毛刷滚筒的表面非直线排列的植毛142和设置于毛刷滚筒的一端与壳体相连手柄142。整体覆盖的上部壳体191还可沿从后轮到前轮的方向打开。清理滚筒140可以直接设置在可翻开的上部壳体191上,与上部壳体191相连,无需单独设置可翻开的第一盖板。当掀开上部壳体191时,清理滚筒140从清洁头腔体中脱出,更加便于清理滚筒140的清理和拆卸。图7示出根据本申请示例实施例的清洁头水路示意图。
如图7所示,本申请提供的能够进行自清洁的清洁头壳体上设置了中转过滤仓160和水槽(图中未示出)。水槽是一个半封闭框型的水槽结构,设置于清洁滚筒的侧面。水槽196的开口端与图3中所示的压水杆120和封水条130相连。压水板与封水条、清洁滚筒110的表面形成与水槽相连通的储水空间,将清洁滚筒110中挤出的污水聚拢引流至储水空间,再通过水槽汇聚至中转过滤仓160。清洁头壳体上设置水槽盖板195,将水槽进行密封。通过水泵向清洁头注入清水的时候,可以对清洁滚筒110及水槽进行冲刷。污水通过水槽的流道进入中转过滤仓160。中转过滤仓160中设置滤网盒,可对污水中的垃圾进行过滤。滤网盒可从中转过滤仓160中取出,便于对其中的垃圾进行清理。
需要进一步说明的是,用于过滤污水的过滤网可以设置在水槽结构中,也可以设置在中转过滤仓中,本申请对此不作限定。为了避免细小的垃圾堵塞污水水道,过滤网需要定期取出进行清理。将过滤网设置在中转过滤仓中的方式能够使用户非常便利地从清洁头中取出过滤网进行清理,大大提高了便利性。
如图7所示,本申请提供的清洁头还包括污水出口161和清水入口197。清水入口197设置于清洁头的壳体上,通过壳体上设置的清水通道198向清洁滚筒输送清水。污水出口161设置在壳体上与中转过滤仓160相连,也可以直接设置在中转过滤仓160上,将中转过滤仓160中经过过滤的污水排出清洁头。
图7示出根据本申请示例实施例的清洁工具立体图。
根据本申请的第二方面,还提供一种清洁工具。如图7所示,清洁工具200包括清洁头100、水箱组件300和手柄组件400。水箱组件300与清洁头100相连,手柄组件400与水箱组件300相连。
如图8和图9所示,所述中转过滤仓160包括仓体(附图未标示)和将仓体分隔为两个腔体的过滤板160A,该过滤板160上分布有多个过滤孔(附图未标示)。 通过该过滤孔将从清洁滚筒110上通过水洗清理下来的垃圾进行过滤,避免进入水洗流路中,对水洗流路造成磁堵塞。
所述压水板(附图标示示)包括设置于清洁滚筒上方并与清洁滚筒表面接触的第一接触部和与滚筒表面接触的第二接触部,该第二接触部设有延伸部和与延伸部方向不同的挡水部。图10示出根据本申请示例实施例的清洁工具立体图,该清洁工具设有水箱组件和与清洁工具连接的清洁头,其中所述清洁头采用上述实施例结构,不再赘述。
如图11所示,水箱组件300包括水箱310和连接部件320。水箱310通过锁舌结构301和按键结构302可拆卸地安装在连接部件320上。水箱310上还可设置提手303,便于安装和拆卸。连接部件320一端与手柄组件相连,另一端与清洁头相连。
图12A示出根据本申请示例实施例的水箱立体图一;图12B示出根据本申请示例实施例的水箱立体图二;图12C示出根据本申请示例实施例的水箱立体图三。
如图12A-12C,所示,水箱310包括清水箱311、污水箱312。清水箱311用于存储自清洁工具需要的干净清水。污水箱312用于存储清洁工具自清洁后产生的污水。清水箱311的底部设置清水出口314,通过管路与清洁头中的清水入口相连,向清洁头供应清水。污水箱312的底部设置污水入口315,通过管路与清洁头中的污水出口相连,用于收集并存储污水。
如图12C所示,水箱310上端还可设置抽气口316和污水排放口317。污水排放口317外设置密封盖318。密封盖318开启后,可将水箱中的污水排出。
图13示出根据本申请示例实施例的清洁工具水路示意图。
如图13所示,与水箱310的连接部件320内设置了水泵和气泵。其中,水泵与清水箱311相连,用于将清水箱311中的清水通过清水管路321、清洁头上的清水入口,注入到清洁滚筒中。气泵与污水箱312相连,用于将污水箱312内的空气抽出,利用污水箱312内形成的负压将清洁头内产生的过滤后的污水通过污水管路322抽入污水箱312。
本申请提供的清洁头通过在海绵滚筒的下方设置毛刷滚筒,可以对海绵滚筒及时进行清理,使得海绵滚筒始终保持干净状态,从而保证清洁效果。通过在清洁头中设置中转过滤仓,对清洁头自清洗后产生的污水进行过滤,保证清洁头的自清洁效果。另外,通过在海绵滚筒的一端设置水槽,形成密闭的清洗水箱,使海绵滚筒能够达到时时清洗的效果。还可设置换水周期,达到节约用水的目的。本申请提供的清洁工具中,水能够多次循环,垃圾(尘)顺利实现清理,本申请将此种技术称为水尘环流清洁技术。利用水尘环流清洁技术能够实现海绵滚筒的自清洁,而且将扫、拖、洗结合在一起,极大地方便使用者,且能实现非常好的清洁效果,尤其是对番茄酱、巧克力酱等极难处理的黏性垃圾,具有极佳的清理效果。

Claims (7)
- 一种颗粒状固体垃圾清洁头,包括壳体和设于壳体上局部与清洁面接触清理垃圾的清洁滚筒,其特征在于,该清洁头还包括平行于清洁滚筒设置用于清理清洁滚筒表面的清理滚筒和设于壳体用于铲除清洁表面垃圾的铲条,在所述铲条与清洁滚筒之间形成弧形垃圾通道,所述弧形垃圾通道侧壁设有多个固体垃圾止动的挡条,该挡条上侧面与弧形垃圾通道形成固体垃圾止动区。
- 根据权利要求1所述的种颗粒状固体垃圾清洁头,其特征在于,该弧形垃圾通道从外到内与清洁滚筒的间隙逐渐变小或变大。
- 根据权利要求1所述的种颗粒状固体垃圾清洁头,其特征在于,所述清洁头还包用于收集由清理滚筒清理垃圾的垃圾盒。
- 根据权利要求1所述的种颗粒状固体垃圾清洁头,其特征在于,所述清洁头还包括清洁滚筒表面接触形成密封的的清洗槽的压条和封水条,该清洗槽分别与清水箱玫污水箱连通,所述清洗槽和污水箱形成清洗清洁滚筒表面的水洗流路,在所述清洗槽和污水箱之间设有中转过滤仓。
- 根据权利要求3所述的种颗粒状固体垃圾清洁头,其特征在于,所述中转过滤仓包括仓体和将仓体分隔为两个腔体的过滤板,该过滤板上分布有过滤孔。
- 根据权利要求8所述的种颗粒状固体垃圾清洁头,其特征在于,位于所述固体垃圾止动区的弧形垃圾通道设有与垃圾收集装置连通的固体垃圾分级通道。
- 一种清洁工具,包括清洁头和与清洁头活动连接的手柄组件,所述手柄组件设有水箱组件,其特征在于,该清洁头为权利要求1-6任意一所述的清洁头。
