本发明属于烟草领域,尤其是以烟草颗粒为发烟材料的颗粒型烟支技术领域。
背景技术
颗粒型烟支是近年来新型的一种加热不燃烧型(Heat-Not-Burn,缩写为HNB)烟支,其以烟草颗粒代替烟草薄片作为发烟材料,烟草颗粒比烟草薄片受热更均匀,且烟雾沿颗粒间间隙扩散也比烟草薄片类HNB烟支更顺畅,因此深受消费者喜爱。
颗粒型烟支通常是将烟草颗粒填充到远唇端封口的纸筒中形成颗粒段,并在颗粒段下游设置带有多孔固件段(或曰齿轮件)、冷却段(可以是带孔空腔段或空腔段内填充有冷却材料)和过滤段而形成的。由于烟草颗粒是松散的且具有流动性,如果不加约束,其将会在烟支水平放置时流动到下游的空腔段中,这些流动到下游的烟草颗粒将不能被加热器有效加热,影响发烟效果,故当前所有的颗粒型烟支结构中,都设计有约束烟草颗粒使之不四处流动的部件,其中颗粒上游通常用封口膜来约束,下游用多孔固件段(或曰齿轮件)来约束。
多孔固件段材质通常是陶瓷或硅胶,其外壁通过粘合剂牢固粘贴在纸筒内壁上,中心和/或外周具有可供烟雾通过但不允许烟草颗粒通过的轴向通孔或通气槽,既封堵烟草颗粒又能传递烟气。此外,在将电阻发热片或电磁发热片插入到颗粒段中进行中心加热时,多孔固件段因牢固粘附在纸筒内壁上,还能防止烟草颗粒在加热片插入力推动下推动多孔固件段本身向下游移动。但多孔固件段的存在给颗粒型烟支的工业化制造带来了诸多不便,因此,本领域技术人员一直希望能取消掉该多孔固件段。

1、磁铁屑架桥层同样能起到约束烟草颗粒并透过烟气的作用。
2、本发明尤其适合与磁粒均热型HNB颗粒型烟支组合使用,因为感受器颗粒与烟草颗粒混合并在外界交变磁场作用下原位加热,无需向发烟颗粒段额外插入电阻发热片或电磁发热片,进而不存在插入力对颗粒的向下游推动力,因此,可以用磁铁屑磁力相吸彼此架桥方式就足以对颗粒提供约束,而不必用坚固的多孔固件段进行约束。
3、本发明巧妙地用磁铁屑架桥层来代替多孔固件段,取消了多孔固件段可以消除其带给烟支工业化生产的各种不便之处。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的颗粒段下游磁封式颗粒型烟支,其特征在于,所述空腔段(7)侧壁上具有通气孔(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的颗粒段下游磁封式颗粒型烟支,其特征在于,所述磁铁屑架桥层(9)是由条形磁铁屑堆叠并彼此架桥而形成的透气性架桥层。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的颗粒段下游磁封式颗粒型烟支,其特征在于,所述附壁铁箔环(4)是预制在所述纸筒(5)侧壁内表面上或侧壁之内的,且所述附壁铁箔环(4)是连续环或间断环。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的颗粒段下游磁封式颗粒型烟支,其特征在于,所述纸筒(5)为整体式纸筒,所述附壁铁箔环(4)是在由纸材卷制纸筒前就粘附在纸材表面上或纸材内部并随纸材卷制成纸筒而预设在该纸筒上的。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的颗粒段下游磁封式颗粒型烟支的制造方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:提供侧壁上已经预制有附壁铁箔环(4)的纸筒(5),然后将其远唇端用封口膜(1)封口,然后将该纸筒(4)竖立并向其内填充均匀混合的烟草颗粒(2)和感受器颗粒(3)直至颗粒料位达到所述附壁铁箔环(4)附近,然后向纸筒(4)内填充条形磁铁屑前体并使之彼此堆叠架桥,然后用外磁场对该条形磁铁屑前体进行磁化而使之转化为条形磁铁屑,这些条形磁体屑彼此磁力相吸并与所述附壁铁箔环(4)磁力相吸,从而形成所述磁铁屑架桥层(9),然后留出所述空腔段(7),并在所述空腔段(7)下游填充所述过滤段(8)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述纸筒(4)的对应于所述空腔段(7)的侧壁上还预设有通气孔(6)。
