背景技术
以前的容器塞在某个部件损坏之后就需要把整个容器塞全部进行更换,因此将损坏或者没有损坏的部分一起全部更换会造成了资源的浪费,所以现有的容器塞很多为分体可拆装结构,当容器塞的某个部件损坏后,将损坏部件更换再安装好即可,这样可以有效地节约成本。但是,目前的可拆装容器塞的安装都要遵循一定的安装顺序,如果没有遵循安装顺序进行安装的话,也无法完成容器塞的安装,从而对使用者造成不变。
例如,目前的一种无螺纹的可拆装的容器塞,在进行装配时,需要先将密封圈套设于外盖上,之后拉环塞穿过密封圈与外盖完成装配。如果不遵循此装配顺序的话,拉环塞在穿设塞入外盖的过程中,拉环塞的定位销块会被外盖的缺口卡住,使拉环塞无法进入外盖中完成装配。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种可快速拆装的容器塞及其装配方法,能够使容器塞进行无顺序安装。

如图1、图2、图3所示,一种可快速拆装的容器塞,包括空心手柄100、塞体200和弹性密封套300,
所述塞体200包括定位销块210和弹簧按压销220,所述弹簧按压销220在 远离或靠近定位销块210的过程中与所述定位销块210抵接或分离;
所述空心手柄100包括限位凸台110,所述限位凸台110上具有至少一个导向滑轨111,所述导向滑轨111的第一预设位置上具有弹性限位件112;所述导向滑轨111与弹性限位件112的连接部开设有凹槽1111或缺口;
所述塞体200穿设于弹性密封套300内,并沿着导向滑轨111穿设于空心手柄100中,所述弹性限位件112与弹簧按压销220在所述空心手柄100与所述塞体200相对移动的过程中相互抵接,所述弹性限位件112在所述空心手柄100与所述塞体200继续相对移动过程中产生弹性形变,使导向滑轨111抵紧定位销块210相向移动,使弹性密封套300两端分别与空心手柄和塞体相连接;所述弹性限位件112恢复形变。
在其中一个实施例中,所述导向滑轨111的一端为弧面或斜面结构。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性限位件112上的第一端面为弧面或斜面结构。
在其中一个实施例中,与所述第一端面1121对应设置的第二端面1122为弧面或斜面结构。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性限位件112用于控制所述弹簧按压销220与所述定位销块210抵接或分离,并在塞体200穿设限位凸台110时与塞体200相抵接后在凹槽1123或缺口的作用下而产生弹性形变,在与塞体200分离时恢复形变。
一种可快速拆装的容器塞的装配方法,
S1、将弹性密封套300套设于限位凸台110或塞体200上;
S2、使导向滑轨111与定位销块210处于竖直方向同一平面上;
S3、使弹性限位件112与弹簧按压销220处于竖直方向同一平面上;
S4、塞体200沿着导向滑轨111向空心手柄100方向移动使弹性限位件112与弹簧按压销220相抵持,且做相对运动;
S5、弹簧按压销220在弹性限位件112的阻力作用下向远离定位销块210的方向移动并与定位销块210分离;
S6、所述弹性限位件112在与所述塞体200继续相对移动过程中产生弹性 形变,并在所述塞体200远离所述弹性限位件112时恢复形变;
S7、定位销块210受导向滑轨111挤压做相对移动;
S8、直至弹性密封套300处于临界形变状态;
S9、使弹性密封套300两端分别与空心手柄100和塞体200相连接。
在其中一个实施例中,在S1中,弹性密封套300套设于限位凸台110或塞体200上时,需使弹性密封套300与限位凸台110或塞体200紧密贴合。
在其中一个实施例中,在S7中,定位销块210做相向移动直至定位销块210的外部边缘全部被导向滑轨挤压到塞体200内。
在现有的无螺纹的容器塞中包括外盖、密封圈和拉环塞组成,拉环塞上包括定位销块和按压销,在外盖、密封圈和拉环塞处于拆分状态时,定位销块和按压销处于相互抵持状态,两个定位销块无法相向移动,即两个定位销块无法回缩到拉环塞内,密封圈内有两个凸点,外盖上具有两个缺口。在进行组装时,先将密封圈套设于外盖上,使密封圈内的两个凸点容置于外盖的两个缺口内,拉环塞从密封圈穿设而出,使定位销块与凸点相互抵接后,定位销块滑过凸点,使拉环塞穿设入外盖中,完成了容器塞的装配。如果不按照上述顺序进行装配,先将密封圈套设入拉环塞内,再由拉环塞和密封圈一起装配到外盖内,此时,由于定位销块和按压销处于相互抵持状态,定位销块无法回缩到拉环塞内,所以定位销块会与外盖上的两个缺口相互抵持,无法进入外盖内,导致无法完成装配。
基于上述问题,本申请为一种可以进行无序安装的无螺纹的容器塞。
导向滑轨111为一条或两条。弹性限位件112设置在限位凸台110的内层上,具体位置由弹簧按压销220的位置决定,弹性限位件112位于弹簧按压销220的纵向位移处,与弹簧按压销220处于竖直方向同一条直线上,确保在导向滑轨111压合定位销块210之前,弹性限位件112先行按压弹簧按压销220,使两个定位销块210可以做相向移动,弹性限位件112具有一定的弹性,在受到挤压后会产生一定程度的形变。
当需要对空心手柄100、塞体200和弹性密封套300进行装配时,可以将弹性密封套300先套设于限位凸台110上,也可以将弹性密封套300先套设于塞 体200上,此时定位销块210与弹簧按压销220处于相互抵持的状态,两个定位销块210无法做相向移动,当塞体200穿设于空心手柄100时,塞体200上的定位销块210与导向滑轨111处于竖直方向同一条直线上,当塞体200逐步穿设于空心手柄100时,弹性限位件112与弹簧按压销220相抵接,并按压弹簧按压销220向弹性密封套300方向移动,使弹簧按压销220与定位销块210分离,此时由于导向滑轨111的作用,压合两个定位销块210相向移动,回缩到塞体200内,塞体200继续移动,直至使弹性密封套300达到临界形变状态,完成装配。
这样,可快速拆装的容器塞,通过弹性限位件112的设置,将弹性密封套300套设于限位凸台110或塞体200上时,塞体200沿着导向滑轨111方向向空心手柄100方向移动使弹性限位件112与弹簧按压销220相抵持,并将弹簧按压销220下压,使导向滑轨111压紧定位销块210相向移动,弹性限位件112产生形变,使塞体200穿设于空心手柄100并达到预设位置,弹性限位件112恢复形变,完成了容器塞的装配,无论是先将弹性密封套300套设于限位凸台110还是塞体200上,都可以顺利完成容器塞的装配,无需遵循一定的装配顺序,使容器塞的装配更加快速便捷。
进一步地,为了使定位销块210快速进入限位凸台110内,所述导向滑轨111与限位凸台110的两侧连接部开设有凹槽或缺口。
这样,当定位销块210与导向滑轨111相抵持时,导向滑轨111的两侧开设有凹槽1111或缺口,使导向滑轨111向外稍微抬起,方便定位销块210滑入限位凸台110内。
进一步地,为了方便定位销块210滑动进入限位凸台110内,导向滑轨111的一端为弧面或斜面结构。
这样,在外力作用下,塞体200向空心手柄100移动过程中,在导向滑轨111的下部边缘与定位销块210相抵持时,因为导向滑轨111靠近定位销块210的一端为弧面或斜面结构,方便定位销块210快速进入限位凸台110内。
如图4所示,进一步地,为了使容器塞快速完成拆卸,所述弹性限位件112上的第一端面1121为弧面或斜面结构。
这样,容器塞进行拆卸时,只需要在外力的作用下,将空心手柄100、塞体200分离即可,在塞体200与空心手柄100分离过程中,弹性限位件112上的第一端面1121为弧面或斜面结构,使塞体200快速滑动通过弹性限位件112,快速完成容器塞的拆卸。
进一步地,为了方便弹簧按压销220快速滑动通过弹性限位件112,与所述第一端面1121对应设置的第二端面1122为圆角或弧面或斜面结构。
这样,在容器塞进行装配时,当弹性限位件112与弹簧按压销220相互抵持时,弹性限位件112推动弹簧按压销220向塞体200底座方向移动,在外力的作用下,塞体200继续向空心手柄100内移动,弹簧按压销220滑过弹性限位件112,由于弹性限位件112靠近弹簧按压销220的第二端面1122为弧面或斜面结构,方便弹簧按压销220和定位销块210快速滑动通过弹性限位件112,快速完成装配。
进一步地,为了方便定位销块210在装配时快速通过弹性限位件112,所述弹性限位件112用于控制所述弹簧按压销220与所述定位销块210抵接或分离,并在塞体200穿设限位凸台110时与塞体200相抵接并产生弹性形变,在塞体200滑动穿过弹性限位件112时恢复形变。
这样,在空心手柄100和塞体200在相对移动过程中,定位销块210需要滑动通过弹性限位件112后才可完成空心手柄100和塞体200的装配,因为弹性限位件112为弹性限位件112,所以在定位销块210在滑动挤压弹性限位件112时,弹性限位件112会产生一定程度的形变,方便定位销块210快速滑动通过弹性限位件112,在定位销块210不再挤压弹性限位件112时,弹性限位件112恢复形变,确保空心手柄100和塞体200的装配快速完成。
实施例1:一种可快速拆装的容器塞的装配方法,
S1、将弹性密封套300套设于限位凸台110上;
S2、使限位凸台110的导向滑轨111与塞体200上的定位销块210处于竖直方向同一条直线上;
S3、使限位凸台110上的弹性限位件112与塞体200上的弹簧按压销220处于竖直方向同一条直线上;
S4、塞体200穿设于弹性密封套300内沿着导向滑轨111方向向空心手柄100方向移动,使弹性限位件112与弹簧按压销220相抵持;
S5、弹簧按压销220在弹性限位件112的作用力下向塞体200方向移动到第一预设位置,使弹簧按压销220与定位销块210不再相互抵持;
S6、使导向滑轨111压紧定位销块210相向移动;使定位销块210被导向滑轨111挤压到塞体200内,弹性限位件112产生形变;
S7、弹簧按压销220与定位销块210依次滑动通过弹性限位件112,弹性限位件112恢复形变;
S8、使弹性密封套300处于临界形变状态。
实施例2:一种可快速拆装的容器塞的装配方法,
S1、将弹性密封套300套设于塞体200上;使弹性密封套300与塞体200的底座相抵持;
S2、使限位凸台110的导向滑轨111与塞体200上的定位销块210处于竖直方向同一条直线上;
S3、使限位凸台110上的弹性限位件112与塞体200上的弹簧按压销220处于竖直方向同一条直线上;
S4、塞体200带动弹性密封套300沿着导向滑轨111方向向空心手柄100方向移动,使弹性限位件112与弹簧按压销220相抵持;
S5、弹簧按压销220在弹性限位件112的作用力下向塞体200方向移动到第一预设位置;使弹簧按压销220与定位销块210不再相互抵持;
S6、使导向滑轨111压紧定位销块210相向移动;使定位销块210被导向滑轨挤压111到塞体200内,弹性限位件112产生形变;
S7、弹簧按压销220与定位销块210依次滑动通过弹性限位件112;使弹性密封套300套设于限位凸台110上且弹性密封套300上端抵接于空心手柄上;弹性限位件112恢复形变;
S8、使弹性密封套300处于临界形变状态。
这样,可快速拆装的容器塞的装配方法,将弹性密封套300套设于限位凸台110或塞体200上时,塞体200沿着导向滑轨111方向向空心手柄100方向 移动使弹性限位件112与弹簧按压销220相抵持,并将弹簧按压销220下压,使导向滑轨111压紧定位销块210相向移动,弹性限位件112产生形变,使塞体200穿设于空心手柄100的并达到预设位置,弹性限位件112恢复形变,使弹性密封套300处于临界形变状态,完成了容器塞的装配,无论是先将弹性密封套300套设于限位凸台110还是塞体200上,都可以顺利完成容器塞的装配,无需遵循一定的装配顺序,使容器塞的装配更加快速便捷。
进一步地,为了使容器塞可以快速完成装配,在S1中,弹性密封套300套设于限位凸台110或塞体200上时,需使弹性密封套300与限位凸台110或塞体200紧密贴合。
这样,弹性密封套300与限位凸台110或塞体200紧密贴合,可以使塞体200穿设入限位凸台110的过程中阻力减小,快速完成装配。
在其中一个实施例中,在S6中,定位销块210做相向移动直至定位销块210的外部边缘全部被导向滑轨111挤压到塞体200内。
在塞体200向限位凸台110滑动的过程中,定位销块210的外缘与限位凸台110的内壁紧密贴合,使定位销块210的外部边缘全部被导向滑轨111挤压到塞体200内,避免在滑动过程中定位销块210凸起后影响塞体200的装配。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种可快速拆装的容器塞,其特征在于:包括空心手柄、塞体和弹性密封套,
    所述塞体包括定位销块和弹簧按压销,所述弹簧按压销在远离或靠近定位销块的过程中与所述定位销块抵接或分离;
    所述空心手柄包括限位凸台,所述限位凸台上具有至少一个导向滑轨,所述导向滑轨的第一预设位置上具有弹性限位件;所述导向滑轨与弹性限位件的连接部开设有凹槽或缺口;
    所述塞体穿设于弹性密封套内,并沿着导向滑轨穿设于空心手柄中,所述弹性限位件与弹簧按压销在所述空心手柄与所述塞体相对移动的过程中相互抵接,所述弹性限位件在所述空心手柄与所述塞体继续相对移动过程中产生弹性形变,使导向滑轨抵紧定位销块做相向移动,使弹性密封套两端分别与空心手柄和塞体相连接,所述弹性限位件恢复形变。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可快速拆装的容器塞,其特征在于:所述导向滑轨的一端为弧面或斜面结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可快速拆装的容器塞,其特征在于:所述弹性限位件上的第一端面为弧面或斜面结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种可快速拆装的容器塞,其特征在于:与所述第一端面对应设置的第二端面为弧面或斜面结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可快速拆装的容器塞,其特征在于:所述弹性限位件用于控制所述弹簧按压销与所述定位销块抵接或分离,并在塞体穿设限位凸台时与塞体相抵接后在凹槽或缺口的作用下而产生弹性形变,在与塞体分离时恢复形变。
  6. 一种可快速拆装的容器塞的装配方法,其特征在于:
    S1、将弹性密封套套设于限位凸台或塞体上;
    S2、使导向滑轨与定位销块处于竖直方向同一平面上;
    S3、使弹性限位件与弹簧按压销处于竖直方向同一平面上;
    S4、塞体沿着导向滑轨向空心手柄方向移动使弹性限位件与弹簧按压销相抵持,且做相对运动;
    S5、弹簧按压销在弹性限位件的阻力作用下向远离定位销块的方向移动并与定位销块分离;
    S6、所述弹性限位件在与所述塞体继续相对移动过程中产生弹性形变,并在所述塞体远离所述弹性限位件时恢复形变;
    S7、定位销块受导向滑轨挤压做相对移动;
    S8、直至弹性密封套处于临界形变状态;
    S9、使弹性密封套两端分别与空心手柄和塞体相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种可快速拆装的容器塞的装配方法,其特征在于:在S1中,弹性密封套套设于限位凸台或塞体上时,需使弹性密封套与限位凸台或塞体紧密贴合。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种可快速拆装的容器塞的装配方法,其特征在于:在S7中,定位销块做相向移动直至定位销块的外部边缘全部被导向滑轨挤压到塞体内。
