이하의 설명에 있어서, 메시지 또는 정보의 "전송", "통신", "송신", "수신" 기타 이와 유사한 의미의 용어는 일 구성요소에서 다른 구성요소로 메시지 또는 정보가 직접 전달되는 것뿐만이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 거쳐 전달되는 것도 포함한다.

이하에서는 도면을 참조하여 본 개시의 실시예들을 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 일 실시예에 따른 아이템 판매 관리 시스템을 나타낸다.
도 1을 참조하면, 아이템 판매 관리 시스템(100)은 전자 장치(110), 판매자 단말(120), 고객 단말(130) 및 배송 업체 서버(140)를 포함할 수 있다. 도 1에 도시된 아이템 판매 관리 시스템(100)은 본 실시예와 관련된 구성들만이 도시되어 있다. 따라서, 도 1에 도시된 구성요소들 외에 다른 범용적인 구성요소들이 더 포함될 수 있음을 본 실시예와 관련된 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이해할 수 있다.
전자 장치(110), 판매자 단말(120), 고객 단말(130) 및 배송 업체 서버(140)는 네트워크(150) 내에서 서로 통신할 수 있다.
전자 장치(110)는 아이템 판매 관리 서비스를 위한 플랫폼을 제공할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 전자 장치(110)는 아이템 판매 관리 서비스를 위한 애플리케이션을 판매자 단말(120)에게 제공할 수 있고, 전자 장치(110)는 애플리케이션을 실행하여 전자 장치(110)에 접속된 판매자 단말(120)을 통해 아이템 판매 관리 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 전자 장치(110)는 아이템 판매 관리 서비스를 제공하는 서버에 포함될 수 있다.
이와 관련하여, 전자 장치(110)가 제공하는 애플리케이션은 판매자 단말(120)에 설치되어 아이템 판매 관리 서비스를 위한 연산 중 일부는 판매자 단말(120)에서 처리하고, 나머지 일부는 판매자 단말(120) 외부의 서버에서 처리하도록 구동될 수 있다.
판매자 단말(120)은 원하는 아이템의 판매를 위해 필요한 정보를 전자 장치(110)로 전송할 수 있고, 전자 장치(110)를 통해 고객 단말(130)로부터 다양한 요청을 받아 아이템의 판매를 관리할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 판매자 단말(120)이 판매자가 쉽게 휴대할 수 있는 모바일 단말인 경우, 판매자는 장소나 시간에 구애 받지 않고 판매자 단말(120)을 이용하여 전자 장치(110)로 필요한 정보를 전송하고, 요청을 수신하는 등 아이템 판매를 보다 효율적으로 관리할 수 있다.
한편, 판매자 단말(120)은 다양한 운영체제(OS) 하에서 전자 장치(110)가 제공하는 애플리케이션을 실행할 수 있으며, 판매자 단말(120)을 이용하여 아이템 판매를 관리하고자 하는 판매자는 판매자 계정을 통해 아이템 판매 관리 서비스에 로그인(log-in)함으로써 애플리케이션에 접속할 수 있다. 이때, 판매자 계정은 애플리케이션에 의해 제공되는 아이템 판매 관리 서비스에 대한 회원 계정일 수 있으나, 실시예에 따라서는 비회원 계정을 사용하여 판매 관련 업무를 처리할 수도 있다.
고객 단말(130)은 전자 장치(110)에 의해 제공되는 전자상거래 서비스에 접속하는 단말로서, 전자상거래 서비스 상의 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 판매 가능한 상태로 등록된 다양한 아이템을 조회, 탐색 또는 열람할 수 있고, 전자 장치(110)로 그 중 적어도 일부의 아이템에 대한 문의나 주문 등을 전달할 수 있다. 이때, 고객 단말(130)이 접속하는 전자상거래 서비스는 상술한 아이템 판매 관리 서비스와 다른 애플리케이션에 의해 제공되는 것일 수 있으나, 실시예에 따라서는 동일한 애플리케이션에 의해 제공될 수도 있다. 예를 들어, 아이템 판매 관리 서비스와 전자상거래 서비스가 동일한 애플리케이션에 의해 제공되는 경우, 해당 애플리케이션은 로그인하는 계정이 판매자 계정인지, 고객 계정인지를 판단하여, 그에 따라 로그인한 단말에 아이템 판매 관리 서비스를 제공할지, 전자상거래 서비스를 제공할지 여부를 결정할 수 있다.
배송 업체 서버(140)는 배송 관련 상세 서비스 또는 물류 서비스를 제공하기 위한 서버로서, 아이템의 운송장 정보 또는 아이템의 배송 상태 정보 등을 처리할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 배송 업체 서버(140)는 3자 물류(Third Party Logistics)와 같은 물류 서비스를 제공하기 위한 서버일 수 있다.
네트워크(150)는 근거리 통신망(Local Area Network; LAN), 광역 통신망(Wide Area Network; WAN), 부가가치 통신망(Value Added Network; VAN), 이동 통신망(mobile radio communication network), 위성 통신망 및 이들의 상호 조합을 포함하며, 도 1에 도시된 각 네트워크 구성 주체가 서로 원활하게 통신을 할 수 있도록 하는 포괄적인 의미의 데이터 통신망이며, 유선 인터넷, 무선 인터넷 및 모바일 무선 통신망을 포함할 수 있다. 무선 통신은 예를 들어, 무선 랜(Wi-Fi), 블루투스, 블루투스 저 에너지(Bluetooth low energy), 지그비, WFD(Wi-Fi Direct), UWB(ultra wideband), 적외선 통신(IrDA, infrared Data Association), NFC(Near Field Communication) 등이 있을 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
전자 장치(110)는 판매자 단말(120)로부터 제1 아이템의 상세 정보를 포함하는 등록 요청을 수신할 수 있고, 수신한 등록 요청에 대응하여 서비스 상에서 제1 아이템 및 판매자 단말(120)을 식별할 수 있는 제1 식별 정보를 할당할 수 있다. 실시 예에서 제1 식별 정보는 판매자가 판매하는 제1 아이템에 대응될 수 있으며, 전자 장치(110)는 제1 식별 정보를 기반으로 제1 아이템 및 판매자 단말(120)을 확인할 수 있다. 한편 동일한 판매자가 판매하는 다른 아이템에는 각각 별개의 식별 정보가 할당될 수 있으며, 전자 장치(110)는 할당된 식별 정보를 기반으로 해당 식별 정보에 대응되는 아이템 및 판매자 단말을 확인할 수 있다.

또한, 전자 장치(110)는 제1 아이템과 관련된 이벤트에 대응하여, 판매자 단말(120)에 알림을 제공할 수 있다. 본 개시에 있어서, '제1 아이템과 관련된 이벤트'는 제1 아이템에 대한 주문 접수, 고객 문의 접수, 제1 아이템의 출고, 제1 아이템의 배송 완료, 제1 아이템의 품절 중 적어도 하나를 포함하며, 이외에도 제1 아이템과 관련하여 판매자가 판매자 단말(120)을 통해 사전에 설정해 둔 일련의 사항이나, 아이템 판매 관리 서비스의 제공자가 전자 장치(110)를 통해 사전에 설정해 둔 일련의 사항을 포함할 수 있다. 이와 같은 아이템과 관련된 이벤트 발생은 전자 장치(110)에서 관리하는 물류, 배송, 판매 관련 기능을 통해서 획득될 수 있다.
이와 관련하여, 이하 도면들을 통해 보다 상세히 설명하기로 한다.

도 2를 참조하면, 단계 S210에서, 전자 장치(110)는 판매자 단말(120)로부터 제1 아이템의 상세 정보를 포함하는 등록 요청을 수신할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 다르면, 전자 장치(110)는 판매자 단말(120)에 구비된 다양한 입력 장치를 통해 제1 아이템의 상세 정보를 획득할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 전자 장치(110)는 판매자 단말(120)의 카메라를 통해 촬영된 제1 아이템의 이미지를 제1 아이템의 상세 정보 중 하나로서 획득할 수 있다. 다른 예로서, 전자 장치(110)는 판매자 단말(120)의 카메라를 통해 스캔된 제1 아이템에 대한 바코드 이미지를 제1 아이템의 상세 정보 중 하나로서 획득할 수 있다. 또 다른 예로서, 전자 장치(110)는 판매자 단말(120)의 마이크를 통해 입력된 제1 아이템에 대한 음성 정보를 제1 아이템의 상세 정보 중 하나로서 획득할 수 있다. 그러나, 전자 장치(110)가 제1 아이템의 상세 정보를 획득하는 수단 및 획득하는 상세 정보의 종류는 이에 한정되는 것이 아니며, 판매자 단말(120)의 외부 인터페이스의 종류에 따라 보다 다양할 수 있다.
다른 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(110)는 판매자 단말(120) 내 저장 공간 또는 판매자 단말(120) 외부의 저장 매체로부터, 기 저장된 제1 아이템의 상세 정보를 획득할 수도 있다. 이때, 판매자 단말(120) 외부의 저장 매체라 함은, 판매자 단말(120)과 물리적으로 연결된 별도의 서버뿐만 아니라, 판매자 단말(120)에 클라우드 서비스를 제공하는 원격 서버를 포함할 수도 있다.
한편 일 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(110)가 수신하는 제1 아이템의 상세 정보는 판매자 단말(120)의 설정에 따라 제1 아이템에 적용 가능한 하나 이상의 쿠폰에 대한 쿠폰 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 아이템의 상세 정보에는 고객이 제1 아이템을 일정 수량 이상 구매 시 제1 아이템에 대한 배송비를 무료로 하는 내용의 쿠폰 정보가 포함될 수 있다. 다른 예로서, 제1 아이템의 상세 정보에는 고객이 제1 아이템을 정해진 날짜 이전에 구매 시 제1 아이템을 2개 구매할 때마다 1개를 무료로 증정하는 내용의 쿠폰 정보가 포함될 수도 있다. 그러나, 제1 아이템의 상세 정보에 포함되는 쿠폰 정보는 판매자 단말(120)의 설정에 따라 다양하게 설정될 수 있는 것으로, 제1 아이템의 판매 가격, 제1 아이템의 배송비, 제1 아이템의 배송 일정, 제1 아이템에 귀속되는 증정 아이템 등에 영향을 미치는 다양한 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
다른 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(110)가 수신하는 제1 아이템의 상세 정보는 판매자 단말(120)의 설정에 따라 제1 아이템과 연관된 하나 이상의 번들(bundle) 아이템에 대한 아이템 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 본 개시에 있어서, '제1 아이템과 연관된 번들 아이템'이라 함은 고객 단말(130)에 제공되는 전자상거래 서비스 상에서 제1 아이템과 함께 노출되거나, 제1 아이템과 연관되어 구매하기에 바람직한 아이템으로 추천되는 아이템을 지칭한다. 번들 아이템에 관한 정보는 판매자 단말(120)이 제1 아이템에 대한 등록 요청을 전송하는 시점에서 제1 아이템의 상세 정보와 함께 등록 요청에 포함되어 전자 장치(110)로 전송될 수도 있으나, 실시예에 따라서는 제1 아이템에 대한 등록 요청 이후에 전자 장치(110)의 요청에 대한 응답으로 별도로 전자 장치(110)로 입력될 수도 있다. 또한, 실시예에 따라서 전자 장치(110)는, 기 정의되어 아이템 판매 관리 서비스를 제공하는 서버 또는 판매자 단말(120) 내에 저장된 '제1 아이템과 번들 아이템이 매칭된' 테이블을 참조하여 제1 아이템과 연관된 번들 아이템에 관한 정보를 획득할 수도 있다. 한편 실시 예에서 번들 아이템은 별도로 판매 가능한 아이템일 수 있으며, 전자 장치(110)는 판매자가 설정한 제1 아이템과 번들 아이템의 관계를 저장할 수 있으며, 저장된 정보를 기반으로 제1 아이템과 관련된 페이지에 번들 아이템을 선택적으로 제공할 수 있다.
이에 더하여, 제1 아이템의 상세 정보는 판매자 단말(120)의 설정에 따라 하나 이상의 번들 아이템 중 제1 아이템과 함께 판매되는 번들 아이템에 적용 가능한 프로모션 정보를 더 포함할 수도 있다. 구체적으로, 프로모션 정보는 제1 아이템의 판매 수량 및 판매 순위 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 제1 페이지 상에 노출되는 번들 아이템의 가격 정보를 변경하는 조건 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 프로모션 정보는 제1 아이템의 판매 수량이 기 설정된 수량 이상이거나 제1 아이템의 판매 순위가 기 설정된 순위 이상인 경우, 제1 페이지 상에 제1 아이템과 함께 노출되는 번들 아이템의 가격 정보를 기 설정된 금액 또는 기 설정된 비율만큼 인하하는 조건 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
단계 S220에서, 전자 장치(110)는 수신한 등록 요청에 대응하여 서비스 상에서 제1 아이템 및 판매자 단말(120)을 식별할 수 있는 제1 식별 정보를 할당할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 제1 식별 정보는 제1 아이템에 대한 식별 정보 및 판매자 단말(120)에 대한 식별 정보가 매핑된 정보이거나, 제1 아이템과 그에 대한 판매자 단말(120)의 조합에 할당되는 정보일 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(110)는 제1 식별 정보를 직접 생성하여 서비스 상에서 할당할 수도 있으나, 실시예에 따라서는 아이템 판매 관리 서비스를 제공하는 서버 내 별도의 장치에 제1 아이템의 식별 정보 및 판매자 단말(120)에 대한 식별 정보를 제공한 다음, 해당 장치로부터 그에 대한 제1 식별 정보를 수신하여 서비스 상에서 할당할 수도 있다.
한편 실시예에서 단계 S210에서 수행되는 동작 중 적어도 일부는 단계 S220에서 제1 식별 정보가 할당된 이후, 상기 제1 식별 정보를 기반으로 수행될 수도 있다.
단계 S230에서, 전자 장치(110)는 제1 아이템의 상세 정보 및 제1 식별 정보에 기초하여 제1 아이템의 정보를 제공하는 제1 페이지를 서비스를 이용하는 고객 단말(130)에 제공할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(110)는 제1 페이지를 통해 판매자 단말(120)의 제어에 따라 편집된 제1 아이템의 이미지를 제공할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 전자 장치(110)는 판매자 단말(120)로 제공되는 애플리케이션을 통해 제1 페이지 상에 표시될 아이템의 이미지에 대한 편집 기능을 제공할 수 있고, 판매자 단말(120)은 해당 편집 기능을 이용하여 제1 페이지 상에 표시하고자 하는 아이템의 이미지를 편집할 수 있다.
다른 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(110)는 제1 페이지를 통해 바코드 이미지에 기초하여 획득된 제1 아이템의 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 전자 장치(110)는 제1 아이템의 상세 정보 중 하나로서 획득한 바코드 이미지를 판독하여, 해당 바코드 이미지에 대응되는 제1 아이템의 정보가 제1 페이지 상에 표시되도록 할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 전자 장치(110)는 제1 아이템에 대한 바코드 이미지를 판독하여, 그로부터 제1 아이템의 모델명, 상품명, 판매자 정보, 제1 아이템과 관련된 옵션 정보 등을 획득하여 제1 페이지 상에 표시되도록 할 수 있다. 한편 실시 예에 따라서는, 전자 장치(110)는 판매자가 입력한 아이템의 바코드 정보를 기반으로 해당 아이템을 식별하고, 해당 아이템에 대한 정보는 다른 노드로부터 획득할 수도 있다.
단계 S240에서, 전자 장치(110)는 제1 아이템과 관련된 이벤트에 대응하여, 판매자 단말(120)에 알림을 제공할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(110)는 제1 아이템과 관련된 이벤트의 종류 및 이벤트의 기 설정된 우선순위 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 이벤트의 발생 이후 판매자 단말(120)에 알림이 제공되는 시점, 알림이 제공되는 횟수 및 알림이 제공되는 빈도 중 적어도 하나를 조절할 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로, 전자 장치(110)는 판매자 단말(120)에 알림이 제공되는 시점을 다음의 시점 중 어느 하나로 조절할 수 있다.
(1) 제1 아이템과 관련된 이벤트의 접수 시점
(2) 제1 아이템과 관련된 이벤트의 접수 시점이 포함된 시간대의 경과 시점

예를 들어, 전자 장치(110)는 제1 아이템과 관련된 이벤트가 주문 접수 또는 고객 문의 접수인 경우, 판매자 단말(120)에 알림이 제공되는 시점을 이벤트의 접수 시점으로 조절할 수 있다. 다른 예로서, 전자 장치(110)는 제1 아이템과 관련된 이벤트의 우선순위가 상-중-하 중 '상'에 해당하는 경우, 판매자 단말(120)에 알림이 10분 간격마다 1회씩 총 3회 제공되도록 알림의 횟수 및 빈도를 조절할 수도 있다. 한편 실시 예에 따라서는, 전자 장치(110)는 여러 종류의 우선순위를 가지는 알림을 제공할 때 이벤트의 발생 이후 특정 시간 이내에 해당 이벤트에 대한 알림을 제공할 수 있으며, 상기 특정 시간은 우선 순위에 따라 다르게 설정될 수 있다. 일 예로 우선 순위가 높은 아이템 구매 주문 정보일 경우, 이벤트가 발생한 이후 실시간으로 알림을 판매자에게 제공할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 판매자가 주문 처리를 빠르게 수행할 수 있다.

한편, 일 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(110)가 제공하는 알림은 알림의 종류에 따라 텍스트, 그래픽 효과 및 사운드 효과 중 적어도 하나가 상이할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 전자 장치(110)가 제공하는 알림은 주문 접수에 대한 알림인지, 고객 문의에 대한 알림인지에 따라 각 알림과 관련하여 판매자 단말(120)의 디스플레이 상에 표시되는 텍스트가 상이할 수 있다. 다른 예로서, 전자 장치(110)가 제공하는 알림은 주문 접수에 대한 알림의 경우 판매자 단말(120)의 디스플레이 상에 푸시 알림이 제공됨과 동시에 판매자 단말(120)에 구비된 스피커를 통해 기 설정된 사운드가 출력되도록 제공되는 반면, 고객 문의에 대한 알림의 경우 푸시 알림 없이 판매자 단말(120)을 진동시키는 방식으로 제공될 수도 있다.
한편, 전자 장치(110)는 고객 단말(130)로부터의 고객 문의에 대한 판매자 단말(120)의 답변 시점 및 판매자 단말(120)의 답변에 대한 고객 평가 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 판매자 단말(120)에 대응되는 판매자 계정에 대해 판매자 평점을 조절할 수 있다.
본 개시에 있어서, '판매자 단말(120)에 대응되는 판매자 계정'이라 함은 판매자 단말(120)을 통해 아이템 판매 관리 서비스에 접속한 판매자 계정을 의미하나, 반드시 회원 계정을 의미하지는 않으며, 실시예에 따라서는 비회원으로 로그인한 비회원 계정까지 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(110)는 고객 문의가 접수된 시점으로부터 판매자 단말(120)의 답변 시점까지 경과된 시간에 기초하여 판매자 평점을 조절할 수 있다. 다른 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(110)는 고객 단말(130)로부터 판매자 단말(120)의 답변에 대해 기 설정된 점수 범위 내에서 고객 평가를 수집한 이후, 수집된 점수에 기초하여 판매자 평점을 조절할 수도 있다. 그러나, 판매자 평점의 조절에 고려되는 요인은 실시예에 따라 다양하게 설정될 수 있는 것인 바, 상술한 실시예로 한정되지 않는다.
한편, 전자 장치(110)는 제1 아이템의 주문에 대한 이행 여부, 제1 아이템의 정시 출고 여부 및 제1 아이템의 정시 배송 여부 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 판매자 단말(120)에 대응되는 판매자 계정에 대해 판매자 평점을 조절할 수도 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(110)는 제1 아이템의 주문에 대해 판매가 제대로 이행된 경우, 제1 아이템이 정시에 출고된 경우, 또는 제1 아이템이 정시에 배송된 경우에 판매자 평점이 상승하도록 조절하는 반면, 제1 아이템의 주문에도 불구하고 판매가 이행되지 않는 경우, 제1 아이템이 정시보다 늦게 출고된 경우, 또는 제1 아이템이 정시보다 늦게 배송된 경우에 판매자 평점이 하락하도록 조절할 수 있다.
추가적인 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(110)는 판매자의 평점을 기반으로 전자상거래 서비스에서 판매자와 관련된 아이템이 노출되는 우선 순위를 결정할 수 있다. 즉, 전자 장치(110)는 조절된 판매자 평점에 기초하여 제1 아이템이 서비스에서 노출되는 순위를 결정할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 전자 장치(110)는 판매자 평점이 높을수록 제1 아이템이 서비스에서 상위 순위로 노출되도록 하고, 판매자 평점이 낮을수록 하위 순위에 노출되도록 할 수 있다. 또한 일 예로, 동일한 아이템을 복수의 판매자가 판매하고, 고객이 해당 아이템에 대한 키워드를 입력하여 검색한 경우, 전자 장치(110)는 평점이 높은 판매자의 아이템이 높은 우선 순위로 노출되도록 할 수 있다. 이를 통해, 판매자로 하여금 판매자 평점을 높이기 위해 주문 이행, 정시 출고, 정시 배송 등의 평가 항목을 준수할 유인을 제공할 수 있으며, 고객은 고객 응대가 좋은 판매자의 아이템을 우선적으로 확인할 수 있다.
한편 실시예에서 판매자 평점은 항목에 따른 복수개의 서브 평점을 포함할 수 있다. 일 예로 답변에 소요된 시간과 관련된 평점 및 배송과 관련된 평점은 각각 별도의 평점으로 설정될 수 있다.

이어서 710 내지 740을 참조하면, 상기 기준에 따라 평가한 결과 조절된 각 항목에 대한 판매자 평점은 각각 '98.7', '0', '0', '100'인 바, 이로 미루어볼 때 해당 판매자 계정의 판매자는 아이템의 주문에 대한 이행이나 아이템의 문의에 대한 답변은 문제가 없이 수행했으나 아이템의 정시 출고, 정시 배송에 있어서는 개선의 여지가 필요함을 알 수 있다. 이처럼, 본 개시의 전자 장치(110)는 판매자 평점을 하나의 페이지 상에 각 항목별로 일괄 제공함으로써, 판매자로 하여금 판매 과정에서 취약한 부분이 무엇인지 쉽게 인지하도록 할 수 있고, 더 나아가 각 항목별 코멘트를 판매자 평점과 함께 제공함으로써, 앞으로 판매자가 취해야 할 판매 전략을 수립하는 데 도움을 줄 수도 있다.
한편, 일 실시예에 따르면 전자 장치(110)는 각 항목별로 조절된 판매자 평점을 동일한 비중으로 고려하여 판매자의 아이템이 서비스 상에서 노출되는 순위를 결정할 수 있으나, 실시예에 따라서는 각 항목별로 조절된 판매자 평점을 기 설정된 가중치에 기초하여 가중합(Weighted sum)한 값에 따라 해당 순위를 결정할 수도 있다. 또 다른 실시예에 따라서는, 전자 장치(110)는 각 항목별로 조절된 판매자 평점 중 선택된 일부만을 고려하여 해당 순위를 결정할 수도 있다.

전자 장치(110)는 일 실시예에 따라, 트랜시버(111), 프로세서(113) 및 메모리(115)를 포함할 수 있다. 전자 장치(110)는 트랜시버(111)를 통하여 판매자 단말(120), 고객 단말(130), 배송 업체 서버(140) 및 기타 외부 장치 등과 연결되고, 데이터를 교환할 수 있다.
프로세서(113)는 도 1 내지 도 7을 통하여 전술한 적어도 하나의 방법을 수행할 수 있다. 메모리(115)는 도 1 내지 도 7을 통하여 전술한 적어도 하나의 방법을 수행하기 위한 정보(제1 아이템의 정보, 제1 아이템의 상세 정보, 제1 식별 정보, 알림에 관련된 정보, 이벤트와 관련된 정보, 판매자 평점과 관련된 정보, 운송장 정보 중 적어도 일부를 포함)를 저장할 수 있다. 메모리(115)는 휘발성 메모리 또는 비휘발성 메모리일 수 있다.
프로세서(113)는 프로그램을 실행하고, 정보를 제공하기 위해 전자 장치(110)를 제어할 수 있다. 프로세서(113)에 의하여 실행되는 프로그램의 코드는 메모리(115)에 저장될 수 있다.
프로세서(113)는 트랜시버(111) 및 메모리(115)와 연결되어, 판매자 단말로부터 제1 아이템의 상세 정보를 포함하는 등록 요청을 수신하고, 등록 요청에 대응하여 서비스 상에서 제1 아이템 및 판매자 단말을 식별할 수 있는 제1 식별 정보를 할당하고, 제1 아이템의 상세 정보 및 제1 식별 정보에 기초하여 제1 아이템의 정보를 제공하는 제1 페이지를 서비스를 이용하는 고객 단말에 제공하고, 제1 아이템과 관련된 이벤트에 대응하여, 판매자 단말에 알림을 제공할 수 있다.
또한 일 실시예에 따른 전자 장치(110)는 사용자에게 정보를 제공할 수 있는 인터페이스를 더 포함할 수 있다.
도 8에 도시된 전자 장치(110)는 본 실시예와 관련된 구성요소들만이 도시되어 있다. 따라서, 도 8에 도시된 구성요소들 외에 다른 범용적인 구성요소들이 더 포함될 수 있음을 본 실시예와 관련된 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이해할 수 있다.
전술한 실시예들에 따른 장치는 프로세서, 프로그램 데이터를 저장하고 실행하는 메모리, 디스크 드라이브와 같은 영구 저장부(permanent storage), 외부 장치와 통신하는 통신 포트, 터치 패널, 키(key), 버튼 등과 같은 사용자 인터페이스 장치 등을 포함할 수 있다. 소프트웨어 모듈 또는 알고리즘으로 구현되는 방법들은 상기 프로세서상에서 실행 가능한 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 코드들 또는 프로그램 명령들로서 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체 상에 저장될 수 있다. 여기서 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체로 마그네틱 저장 매체(예컨대, ROM(read-only memory), RAM(random-Access memory), 플로피 디스크, 하드 디스크 등) 및 광학적 판독 매체(예컨대, 시디롬(CD-ROM), 디브이디(DVD: Digital Versatile Disc)) 등이 있다. 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체는 네트워크로 연결된 컴퓨터 시스템들에 분산되어, 분산 방식으로 컴퓨터가 판독 가능한 코드가 저장되고 실행될 수 있다. 매체는 컴퓨터에 의해 판독가능하며, 메모리에 저장되고, 프로세서에서 실행될 수 있다.
본 실시 예는 기능적인 블록 구성들 및 다양한 처리 단계들로 나타내어질 수 있다. 이러한 기능 블록들은 특정 기능들을 실행하는 다양한 개수의 하드웨어 또는/및 소프트웨어 구성들로 구현될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 실시 예는 하나 이상의 마이크로프로세서들의 제어 또는 다른 제어 장치들에 의해서 다양한 기능들을 실행할 수 있는, 메모리, 프로세싱, 로직(logic), 룩 업 테이블(look-up table) 등과 같은 직접 회로 구성들을 채용할 수 있다. 구성 요소들이 소프트웨어 프로그래밍 또는 소프트웨어 요소들로 실행될 수 있는 것과 유사하게, 본 실시 예는 데이터 구조, 프로세스들, 루틴들 또는 다른 프로그래밍 구성들의 조합으로 구현되는 다양한 알고리즘을 포함하여, C, C++, 자바(Java), 어셈블러(assembler) 등과 같은 프로그래밍 또는 스크립팅 언어로 구현될 수 있다. 기능적인 측면들은 하나 이상의 프로세서들에서 실행되는 알고리즘으로 구현될 수 있다. 또한, 본 실시 예는 전자적인 환경 설정, 신호 처리, 메시지 처리, 및/또는 데이터 처리 등을 위하여 종래 기술을 채용할 수 있다. “매커니즘”, “요소”, “수단”, “구성”과 같은 용어는 넓게 사용될 수 있으며, 기계적이고 물리적인 구성들로서 한정되는 것은 아니다. 상기 용어는 프로세서 등과 연계하여 소프트웨어의 일련의 처리들(routines)의 의미를 포함할 수 있다.
전술한 실시예들은 일 예시일 뿐 후술하는 청구항들의 범위 내에서 다른 실시예들이 구현될 수 있다.

Claims (17)

  1. 전자 장치에서 아이템 판매 관리를 위한 정보 제공 방법에 있어서,
    판매자 단말로부터 제1 아이템의 상세 정보를 포함하는 등록 요청을 수신하는 단계;
    상기 등록 요청에 대응하여 서비스 상에서 상기 제1 아이템 및 상기 판매자 단말을 식별할 수 있는 제1 식별 정보를 할당하는 단계;
    상기 제1 아이템의 상세 정보 및 상기 제1 식별 정보에 기초하여 상기 제1 아이템의 정보를 제공하는 제1 페이지를 상기 서비스를 이용하는 고객 단말에 제공하는 단계; 및
    상기 제1 아이템과 관련된 이벤트에 대응하여, 상기 판매자 단말에 알림을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 알림을 제공하는 단계는,
    상기 이벤트의 종류 및 상기 이벤트의 기 설정된 우선순위 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 이벤트의 발생 이후 상기 판매자 단말에 알림이 제공되는 시점, 상기 알림이 제공되는 횟수 및 상기 알림이 제공되는 빈도 중 적어도 하나를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 알림을 제공하는 단계는,
    상기 알림이 제공되는 시점을 상기 이벤트의 접수 시점, 상기 접수 시점이 포함된 시간대의 경과 시점 및 상기 접수 시점이 포함된 일자의 경과 시점 중 어느 하나로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 이벤트는,
    상기 제1 아이템에 대한 상기 고객 단말로부터의 주문 접수 및 상기 제1 아이템에 대한 상기 고객 단말로부터의 문의 접수 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 알림은,
    상기 알림의 종류에 따라 텍스트, 그래픽 효과 및 사운드 효과 중 적어도 하나가 상이한 푸시 알림인 것을 특징으로 하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 고객 단말로부터의 고객 문의에 대한 상기 판매자 단말의 답변 시점 및 상기 판매자 단말의 답변에 대한 고객 평가 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 판매자 단말에 대응되는 판매자 계정에 대해 판매자 평점을 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 아이템의 주문에 대한 이행 여부, 상기 제1 아이템의 정시 출고 여부 및 상기 제1 아이템의 정시 배송 여부 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 판매자 단말에 대응되는 판매자 계정에 대해 판매자 평점을 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 조절된 판매자 평점에 기초하여 상기 제1 아이템이 상기 서비스에서 노출되는 순위를 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 아이템의 상세 정보는,
    상기 판매자 단말의 카메라를 통해 촬영된 상기 제1 아이템의 이미지를 포함하고,
    상기 제1 페이지는,
    상기 판매자 단말의 제어에 따라 편집된 상기 제1 아이템의 이미지를 제공하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 아이템의 상세 정보는,
    상기 판매자 단말의 카메라를 통해 스캔된 상기 제1 아이템에 대한 바코드 이미지를 포함하고,
    상기 제1 페이지는,
    상기 바코드 이미지에 기초하여 획득된 상기 제1 아이템의 정보를 제공하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 아이템의 상세 정보는,
    상기 판매자 단말의 설정에 따라 상기 제1 아이템에 적용 가능한 하나 이상의 쿠폰에 대한 쿠폰 정보를 포함하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 아이템의 상세 정보는,
    상기 판매자 단말의 설정에 따라 상기 제1 아이템과 연관된 하나 이상의 번들 아이템에 대한 아이템 정보를 포함하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 아이템의 상세 정보는,
    상기 판매자 단말의 설정에 따라 상기 하나 이상의 번들 아이템 중 상기 제1 아이템과 함께 판매되는 번들 아이템에 적용 가능한 프로모션 정보를 더 포함하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서,
    상기 프로모션 정보는,
    상기 제1 아이템의 판매 수량 및 판매 순위 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 제1 페이지 상에 노출되는 번들 아이템의 가격 정보를 변경하는 조건 정보를 포함하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 아이템의 주문 정보를 상기 판매자 단말에 제공하는 단계;
    상기 판매자 단말의 응답에 따라 상기 주문 정보 중 적어도 일부를 배송 업체 서버에 송신하는 단계;
    상기 배송 업체 서버로부터 상기 송신된 주문 정보에 대응되는 운송장 정보를 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 운송장 정보 또는 상기 운송장 정보를 기 설정된 운송장 양식에 대응되도록 가공한 운송장 정보를 상기 판매자 단말로 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 정보 제공 방법.
  16. 제1항의 방법을 컴퓨터에서 실행시키기 위한 프로그램을 기록한 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 비일시적 기록매체.
  17. 아이템 판매 관리를 위한 전자 장치로서,
    트랜시버, 명령어를 저장하는 메모리 및 프로세서를 포함하고,
    상기 프로세서는, 상기 트랜시버 및 상기 메모리와 연결되어,
    판매자 단말로부터 제1 아이템의 상세 정보를 포함하는 등록 요청을 수신하고,
    상기 등록 요청에 대응하여 서비스 상에서 상기 제1 아이템 및 상기 판매자 단말을 식별할 수 있는 제1 식별 정보를 할당하고,
    상기 제1 아이템의 상세 정보 및 상기 제1 식별 정보에 기초하여 상기 제1 아이템의 정보를 제공하는 제1 페이지를 상기 서비스를 이용하는 고객 단말에 제공하고,
    상기 제1 아이템과 관련된 이벤트에 대응하여, 상기 판매자 단말에 알림을 제공하는, 전자 장치.
