一种冰箱及其超声处理装置 技术领域
本发明涉及冰箱技术领域,特别是涉及一种冰箱及其超声处理装置。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们饮食结构的改变,腌制已成为肉制品加工过程中的必要环节。传统的腌制方法是在将肉类的表面擦透,使其汁液外渗,而后层堆在容器内,各层之间均匀地撒上食盐,各层依次压实,在外加压或不加压的条件下,依靠汁液形成盐溶液进行腌制。但是此种方法的腌制速度慢、入味效果差,且腌制后的肉类口感较差,因此还有待改善。
发明内容
本发明第一方面的一个目的是要提高食材的腌制嫩度。
本发明第一方面的一个进一步的目的是要使食材的内外均匀入味。
本发明第二方面的目的是要提供一种冰箱。
特别地,根据本发明的第一方面,本发明提供了一种超声处理装置,包括:
容器,其顶部为敞口,用于盛装待处理的食材;
超声探头,可取放地设置在容器内,其底部形成有多个向下凸出的凸起部;和
至少一个超声换能器,固定在超声探头的顶部,配置成受控地产生超声作用,并将超声作用传递至超声探头。
可选地,凸起部呈圆锥状。
可选地,超声探头的底部形成有若干个松肉针,松肉针与凸起部间隔排布。
可选地,超声探头的重量为300g~500g。
可选地,若干个凸起部被布置成多组、每组四个,且每组中的四个凸起部均呈矩阵式排布;

本发明实施例的冰箱及其超声处理装置,在进行腌制工作时,首先在食材的表面涂匀食盐或者腌料,然后将食材置于容器内,将超声探头压持在食材上,最后,开启超声换能器,超声换能器产生的超声作用可以使超声探头受迫地持续振动,超声凸起相当于锤粒,能够不断地对食材进行敲打,加快食材表面的食盐或者腌料的渗透和扩散,显著地缩短了食材的腌制时间,使得食材入味更加均匀。
进一步地,本发明实施例的冰箱及其超声处理装置,超声探头的底部还形成有若干个松肉针,松肉针与凸起部间隔排布。在超声探头振动的过程中,松肉针能够刺进肉类内部,在肉类表面留下刺孔,食盐或腌料通过刺孔可以渗透进肉类内部,从而实现食材的快速入味,使得食材内外部入味较为均匀,肉质更加鲜嫩。

参照图1,冰箱10一般性地可包括箱体100,箱体100内形成有一个或多个储物间室110,储物间室110根据制冷温度可以被配置成冷藏储物间室110、冷冻储物间室110、变温储物间室110等。具体地,储物间室110的数量、功能、布局方式等可以实际根据需求进行配置。
储物间室110内设置有超声处理装置200,超声处理装置200用于肉类食材300的腌制,提高肉类的腌制速度。储物间室110能够为超声处理装置200提供低温环境,抑制腌制过程中细菌的生长和繁殖,避免腌制过程中食材300的腐败变质。当然,在一些情况下,超声处理装置200也可以设置在冰箱10的抽屉内、门体内或搁物架上,或者以外置装置固定在冰箱10的门体外。
参照图2,超声处理装置200至少包括容器210、超声探头220和至少一个超声换能器230。其中容器210的顶部为敞口,用于盛装待处理的食材300。超声探头220可取放地设置在容器210内,其底部形成有多个向下凸出的凸起部221。超声换能器230固定在超声探头220的顶部,配置成受控地产生超声作用,并将超声作用传递至超声探头220。
本发明实施例的超声处理装置200,在进行腌制工作时,首先在食材300的表面涂匀食盐或者腌料,然后将食材300置于容器210内,将超声探头220压持在食材300上,最后,开启超声换能器230,超声换能器230产生的超 声作用可以使超声探头220受迫地持续振动,使得超声凸起不断地对食材300进行敲打,从而将食材300的纤维结构打散,不仅可以加快食材300表面的食盐或者腌料的渗透和扩散,缩短食材300的腌制时间,还可以提高食材300的嫩度,使得腌制后的食材300鲜嫩可口。
具体地,凸起部221可以呈圆锥状。在超声探头220振动的过程中,凸起部221的尖端具有较大的剪切力,可以将牛排等食材300的粗纤维有效切断,对于一些具有粗纤维的食材300的嫩化效果较为显著。
参照图3,进一步地,超声探头220的底部还形成有若干个松肉针222,松肉针222与凸起部221间隔排布。在超声探头220振动的过程中,松肉针222能够刺进肉类内部,在肉类表面留下刺孔,食盐或腌料通过刺孔可以渗透进肉类内部,从而实现食材300的快速入味,使得食材300内外部入味较为均匀,肉质更加鲜嫩。
本实施方式中,超声探头220的重量为300g~500g。超声探头220的重量较轻,在驱动超声探头220振动时,对超声换能器230的功率要求较小,超声换能器230在工作时的散热量较少,因此,不会导致与超声探头220接触的食材300表面被熟化,可保证食材300的腌制品质。
超声探头220的尺寸应小于容器210的敞口尺寸,使得超声探头220置于容器210内时,超声探头220的周缘与容器210的内壁之间存在缝隙。可以理解,在超声换能器230带动超声探头220上下振动时,虽然振动幅度较小,但其在水平面内也会出现一定的左右搓动,通过将超声探头220的尺寸做小,使用时将超声探头220置于容器210的中央,可以有效避免超声探头220与容器210的内壁发生磕碰。
容器210可以为矩形容器210,超声探头220可以为矩形探头。例如矩形容器210的长×宽为:40cm×40cm,相应地矩形探头的长×宽为:35cm×35cm。在一些替代性实施例中,容器210也可以为圆形容器210,超声探头220为圆形探头。例如圆形容器210的直径为40cm,圆形探头的直径为35cm。当然,容器210和超声探头220的形状可以根据实际需求进行配置,本发明实施例对此不做限制。
参照图4,在一个可选实施例中,若干个凸起部221被布置成多组、每组四个,且每组中的四个凸起部221均呈矩阵式排布。超声换能器230的数量与凸起部221的组数相同,每个超声换能器230设置在其中一组的四个凸 起部221的中心区域的正上方。

上述两种超声换能器230的排布方式均可以带动超声探头220稳定地上下振动,从而使食材300的表面均匀受力,保证了食材300处理的均匀性。
每个超声换能器230均通过柔性电连接线与电源连接,以方便对超声探头220和超声换能器230进行取放,同时各超声换能器230相互独立控制,也便于对超声换能器230进行维修和更换。
本实施方式中,每个超声换能器230的功率可以为10W~300W、频率可以为19KHz~500KHz。优选地,每个超声换能器230的功率为30W~200W、频率为35KHz~75KHz。例如,可以是每个超声换能器230的功率为80W、频率为60KHz。也即,利用多个小功率的超声换能器230带动超声探头220振动,减少超声换能器230的产热量,保障食材300的腌制速度和腌制品质。
根据上述中任意一个可选实施例或多个可选实施例的组合,本发明实施例能够达到如下有益效果:
本发明实施例的冰箱10及其超声处理装置200,在进行腌制工作时,首先在食材300的表面涂匀食盐或者腌料,然后将食材300置于容器210内,将超声探头220压持在食材300上,最后,开启超声换能器230,超声换能器230产生的超声作用可以使超声探头220受迫地持续振动,超声凸起相当于锤粒,能够不断地对食材300进行敲打,加快食材300表面的食盐或者腌料的渗透和扩散,显著地缩短了食材300的腌制时间,使得食材300入味更加均匀。
进一步地,本发明实施例的冰箱10及其超声处理装置200,超声探头220的底部还形成有若干个松肉针222,松肉针222与凸起部221间隔排布。在超声探头220振动的过程中,松肉针222能够刺进肉类内部,在肉类表面留下刺孔,食盐或腌料通过刺孔可以渗透进肉类内部,从而实现食材300的快速入味,使得食材300内外部入味较为均匀,肉质更加鲜嫩。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明 的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种超声处理装置,包括:
    容器,其顶部为敞口,用于盛装待处理的食材;
    超声探头,可取放地设置在所述容器内,其底部形成有多个向下凸出的凸起部;和
    至少一个超声换能器,固定在所述超声探头的顶部,配置成受控地产生超声作用,并将所述超声作用传递至所述超声探头。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的超声处理装置,其中,
    所述凸起部呈圆锥状。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的超声处理装置,其中,
    所述超声探头的底部还形成有若干个松肉针,所述松肉针与所述凸起部间隔排布。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的超声处理装置,其中,
    所述超声探头的重量为300g~500g。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的超声处理装置,其中,
    若干个所述凸起部被布置成多组、每组四个,且每组中的四个所述凸起部均呈矩阵式排布;
    所述超声换能器的数量与所述凸起部的组数相同,每个所述超声换能器设置在其中一组的四个所述凸起部的中心区域的正上方。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的超声处理装置,其中,
    若干个所述凸起部被布置成多组、每组四个,且每组中的四个所述凸起部均呈矩阵式排布;
    所述超声换能器的数量与所述凸起部的组数相同,每个所述超声换能器设置在相邻两组所述凸起部的中心区域的正上方。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的超声处理装置,其中,
    每个所述超声换能器均通过柔性电连接线与电源连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的超声处理装置,其中,
    每个所述超声换能器的功率为10W~300W、频率为19KHz~500KHz。
  9. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的超声处理装置,其中,
    每个所述超声换能器的功率为30W~200W、频率为35KHz~75KHz。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括箱体,其内限定有储物间室,所述储物间室内设置有根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的超声处理装置。
